La présente invention concerne un procédé de transfert d'eSIM, un appareil de commutation et un terminal, ledit procédé de transfert d'eSIM comportant les étapes consistant à: détecter si un point d'accès de destination auquel accède un terminal possède une capacité VoWiFi; déterminer si un eSIM de destination, parmi une pluralité d'eSIM dudit terminal, prenant en charge la fonctionnalité VoWiFi a été activé; si le point d'accès auquel accède ledit terminal possède une capacité VoWiFi et si ledit eSIM de destination n'a pas été activé, procéder au transfert vers l'eSIM de destination. La solution technique de la présente invention réalise un transfert automatique d'eSIM et n'impose pas à un utilisateur d'effectuer manuellement le transfert, simplifiant le processus d'exploitation tout entier et améliorant l'agrément d'utilisation.
