Claims (21)
- 一种奶液的搅拌方法,其特征在于:通过驱动装置驱动配重头和柔性吸管旋转,柔性吸管和配重头产生与配重头和柔性吸管公转相反方向的自转;配重头和柔性吸管旋转,奶液跟随旋转,促使旋转的奶液面中间低周围高形成漩涡,靠近配重头一侧奶液的向心力大,奶瓶底部的奶液从中间向外流动,当液体向外流动后,促使外层的奶液向外运动,在上层奶液从外层向中间补充,使得奶液从上层的外侧向中间流动,在中间奶液从上向下流动,使得奶液在轴向方向形成中间从上向下运动,外层从下向上运动;同时,奶液在旋转过程中,奶液中的奶粉形成螺旋上升后螺旋下降的循环。
- 根据权利要求1所述的奶液的搅拌方法,其特征在于:所述的驱动装置为磁驱动装置;所述的配重头为磁珠组件,磁驱动装置工作时,在磁力的作用边带动磁珠组件旋转,磁珠组件带动柔性吸管旋转。
- 根据权利要求2所述的奶液的搅拌方法,其特征在于:所述的磁驱动装置包括电机、支架和磁铁,支架安装在电机的输出轴上,在支架上位于电机输出轴轴线外设有二个以上的所述的磁铁。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的奶液的搅拌方法,其特征在于:所述的磁珠组件包括磁珠、包裹在磁珠外的硬质层和包裹在硬质层外的硅胶体。
- 一种搅拌式奶瓶,包括底座和奶瓶组件,所述的底座包括座体和设置座体内的磁驱动装置,座体的顶面具有奶瓶放置位;所述的奶瓶组件包括奶瓶、奶嘴组件、柔性吸管和配重头;奶嘴组件设在奶瓶上,柔性吸管的上端连接在奶嘴组件上,配重头连接在柔性吸管的下端;所述的配重头为磁珠组件;其特征在于:磁驱动装置驱动柔性吸管和磁珠组 件旋转;磁珠组件与奶瓶的内底面具有间隙。
- 根据权利要求5所述的搅拌式奶瓶,其特征在于:所述的磁驱动装置包括电机、支架和磁铁,支架安装在电机的输出轴上,在支架上位于电机输出轴轴线外设有二个以上的所述的磁铁。
- 根据权利要求6所述的搅拌式奶瓶,其特征在于:所述的座体包括下壳体和上壳体,上壳体卡置在下壳体上;在下壳体内位于中部位置设有向上的凸起,凸起内具有容置腔,所述的电机设在容置腔内。
- 根据权利要求7所述的搅拌式奶瓶,其特征在于:在上壳体的顶面设有下凹的凹陷部,在凹陷部内设有垫板,垫板的上表面为奶瓶放置位。
- 根据权利要求6所述的搅拌式奶瓶,其特征在于:所述的支架包括连接柱和自连接柱中部向外延伸的支承部,在支承部上设有相对于连接柱对称的承载部,承载部内设有磁铁腔体,在磁铁腔体内设有磁铁。
- 根据权利要求5所述的搅拌式奶瓶,其特征在于:所述的磁珠组件包括磁珠、包裹在磁珠外的硬质层和包裹在硬质层外的硅胶体。
- 一种搅拌式奶瓶,包括奶瓶组件,所述的奶瓶组件包括奶瓶、奶嘴组件、柔性吸管和配重头;奶嘴组件设在奶瓶上,柔性吸管的上端连接在奶嘴组件上,配重头连接在柔性吸管的下端;其特征在于:还包括驱动柔性吸管和配重头旋转的驱动装置;配重头与奶瓶的内底面具有间隙。
- 根据权利要求11所述的搅拌式奶瓶,其特征在于:还包括底座,所述的底座包括座体和设置座体内的磁驱动装置,座体的顶面具有奶瓶放置位;所述的配重头为磁珠组件;所述的驱动装置为磁驱动装置。
- 根据权利要求12所述的搅拌式奶瓶,其特征在于:所述的磁 驱动装置包括电机、支架和磁铁,支架安装在电机的输出轴上,在支架上位于电机输出轴轴线外设有二个以上的所述的磁铁。
- 根据权利要求13所述的搅拌式奶瓶,其特征在于:所述的座体包括下壳体和上壳体,上壳体卡置在下壳体上;在下壳体内位于中部位置设有向上的凸起,凸起内具有容置腔,所述的电机设在容置腔内。
- 根据权利要求14所述的搅拌式奶瓶,其特征在于:在上壳体的顶面设有下凹的凹陷部,在凹陷部内设有垫板,垫板的上表面为奶瓶放置位。

- 根据权利要求17所述的搅拌式奶瓶,其特征在于:在硅胶体的底部设有凸筋。
- 根据权利要求11所述的搅拌式奶瓶,其特征在于:所述的柔性吸管为硅胶吸管。
- 一种磁珠组件,其特征在于:包括磁珠、包裹在磁珠外的硬质层和包裹在硬质层外的硅胶体。
- 根据权利要求20所述的磁珠组件,其特征在于:在硅胶体的底部设有凸筋。
