进一步的,所述壳体包括接口固定座,所述接口固定座上设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起上设有与所述LED灯相配合的LED透光孔,所述LED透光孔贯穿所述限位凸起。这样,接口固定座能够很好的对接口电路板进行保护,有效的防止接口电路板磕碰受损,从而使得接口电路板更加的耐用,限位凸起能够很好的对 LED灯进行限位固定,使得LED灯更加的稳定高效的工作,而且限位凸起也能好的对LED灯的照射范围进行限制,非常有效的避免麦克风的其他部位出现漏光现象,使得使用者的使用更加的舒适。
本发明由于麦克风设备内置有话筒,方便使用者唱歌,通过与移动设备连接,下载唱歌软件便可轻松的实现随时随地的唱歌,而且麦克风设备非常的小巧便携,同时内部设置的充电电源可以将麦克风设备作为移动电源使用,LED灯的设置方便提供照明,使得麦克风设备可以非常方便的实现多功能的使用,麦克风设备操作非常的简单,适合各年龄层次的人群使用。

如图1至图4所示,本实施例公开一种麦克风,麦克风包括壳体1,壳体1内设有电源仓11,电池仓内设有充电电源111,壳体1的内表面设有支撑凸起12,支撑凸起12与对充电电源111进行支撑和压紧固定,壳体1的一端设有LED灯141,壳体1的另一端设有话筒131,LED灯141和话筒131与充电电源111电连接,麦克风设备内置有话筒131,方便使用者唱歌,通过与移动设备连接,下载唱歌软件便可轻松的实现随时随地的唱歌,而且麦克风设备非常的小巧便携,同时内部设置的充电电源111可以将麦克风设备作为移动电源使用,LED灯141的设置方便提供照明,使得麦克风设备可以非常方便的实现多功能的使用,麦克风设备操作非常的简单,适合各年龄层次的人群使用。
壳体1内设有控制电路板13,控制电路板13能够很好的对麦克风设备进行控制,控制电路板13上的一端设置有控制旋钮132,通过控制旋钮132可以非常方便的控制麦克风设备的音量大小和混响效果,通过旋钮的调节方式,使得麦克风设备的操作非常的简单,更加的容易上手操作,控制电路板13的另一端设有音频输入接口135,音频输入口用于与移动设备连接输入声音数据,使得数据的传输更加的稳定,控制旋钮132与音频输入接口135之间设有按键元器件133 和开关指示灯134,按键元器件133用于控制麦克风设备的操作程序,使得麦克风设备的使用非常的方便,开关指示灯134的设置方便观察麦克风是否开启或关闭。
电源仓11上设有固定凸起112,固定凸起112对控制电路板13进行支撑,固定凸起112的设置能够很好的对控制电路板13进行支撑,使得控制电路板13的受力更加饿均匀,从而更加的不容易变形或损坏,同时由于固定凸起112具有一定的高度,使得控制电路板13与电源仓11之间留有一定额度空隙,更加的方便控制电路板13的散热,从而保证了控制电路板13更加高效良好的运行;电源仓11上设有限位柱113,控制电路板13上设有与限位柱113相配合的电路板限位孔136,限位柱113与电路板限位孔136的相互配合,能够很好的对控制电路板13进行限位,有效的防止控制电路板13发生位移,从而保证控制电路板13更好的工作状态;限位柱113的两侧设有固定柱114,控制电路板13上设有与固定柱114相配合的固定孔137,固定柱114与固定孔137的相互配合,使得控制电路板13的安装可以更加的快捷方便,从而大大提高了麦克风设备的生产效率。
壳体1包括旋钮固定盖15,壳体1上设有与旋钮固定盖15相配合的壳体凹口19,壳体凹口19的设置,使得壳体1的开口变得更大,非常方便控制电路板13和电池仓的组装,同时也非常方便旋钮固定盖15的配合安装;旋钮固定盖15非常好的对控制旋钮132进行保护,能够有效的放置控制旋钮132的掉落或损坏,而且也能较好的防止灰尘进入控制电路板13,旋钮固定盖15上第一限位孔151和第二限位孔152,第一限位孔151内配合设有开关按键16,第一限位孔151可以很好的对开关按键16进行限位,非常方便开关按键16额度安装和操作,通过开关按键16能够非常有效的操作按键元器件133,开关按键16与操作者的手部接触面积较大,使得操作者可以更加舒适的操作开关按键16,从而可以非常精准的控制麦克风设备,第二限位孔152与开关指示灯134相配合,第二限位孔152能够非常好的对开关指示灯134进行限位,这样可以很好的防止开关指示灯134弯曲或折断,从而更好的保证开关指示灯134正常工作,旋钮固定盖15上 设有与控制旋钮132相配合的旋钮凹口153,旋钮凹口153非常好的对控制旋钮132进行限位,方便控制旋钮132的操作控制。
开关按键16上设有按键凸起161,按键凸起161与旋钮固定盖15相配合进行限位,按键凸起161上设有定位凸起162,定位凸起162上设有定位孔163,旋钮固定盖15上设有与定位孔163相配合的定位柱,按键凸起161与旋钮固定盖15相配合,非常好的对开关按键16进行限位固定,定位孔163与定位柱的相互配合,可以更好的对开关按键16进行限位固定。
控制电路板13上连接设有接口电路板14,接口电路板14垂直与控制电路板13设置,接口电路板14与控制电路板13固定连接,接口电路板14与控制电路板13相互垂直设置,可以更好的利用壳体1的内部空间,而且非常方便接口电路板14上设置接口,同时这样设置接口电路板14和控制电路板13,可以非常好的减小壳体1的长度,可以将麦克风设备做的更小,更加方便携带;接口电路板14与控制电路板13可拆卸的固定连接方式,方便接口电路板14和控制电路板13的安装和拆卸,同时也非常方便对接口电路板14和控制电路板13的检测维修。
接口电路板14上设有音频输出接口142,音频输出接口142至少设置两个,音频输出接口142用于接耳机、音响等发声单元,设置多个音频输出接口142方便连接多个发声单元,这样可以非常好使用不同的发生单元来实现低中高音,使得声音的输出更有层次感,更加的悦耳动听;LED灯141设在接口电路板14上,LED灯141的可以实现麦克风的照明,使用者携带的可以作为应急照明使用,使得麦克风设备非常的实用。
控制电路板13上设有与音频输入接口135相配合的按压杆17,按压杆17通过固定部171可以很好的将控制电路板13进行限位固定,按压杆17上包括固定部171和按压部172,固定部171上设有第一螺纹孔174,控制电路板13上设有与第一螺纹孔174相配合的第二螺纹孔138,通过螺丝将第一螺纹孔174与第二螺纹孔138相连接固定,这样的固定方式非常方便组装和拆卸;按压部172对音频输入接口135进行按压,同时按压部172与音频输入接口135相配合,可 以很好的固定音频输入接口135,有效的缓解音频输入接口135因为经常插拔造成的松动,从而非常有效的提高了音频输入接口135的寿命,使得麦克风设备更加的耐用。
固定部171与按压部172一体成型设置,使得按压杆17的制造生产非常的方便简单,方便出模生产,大大的节省了生产成本,按压部172上设有按压围骨173,按压围骨173对控制电路板13进行按压固定,按压围骨173进一步的对控制电路板13进行固定,使得控制电路板13可以固定非常的牢固,非常的不容易移位,从而保证了控制电路板13良好的工作性能。
壳体1包括接口固定座18,接口固定座18能够很好的对接口电路板14进行保护,有效的防止接口电路板14磕碰受损,从而使得接口电路板14更加的耐用,接口固定座18上设有限位凸起181,限位凸起181上设有与LED灯141相配合的LED透光孔182,LED透光孔182贯穿限位凸起181,限位凸起181能够很好的对LED灯141进行限位固定,使得LED灯141更加的稳定高效的工作,而且限位凸起181也能好的对LED灯141的照射范围进行限制,非常有效的避免麦克风的其他部位出现漏光现象,使得使用者的使用更加的舒适。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种麦克风,其特征在于,所述麦克风包括壳体,所述壳体内设有电源仓,所述电池仓内设有充电电源,所述壳体的内表面设有支撑凸起,所述支撑凸起与对所述充电电源进行支撑和压紧固定,所述壳体的一端设有LED灯,所述壳体的另一端设有话筒,所述LED灯和所述话筒与所述充电电源电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种麦克风,其特征在于,所述壳体内设有控制电路板,所述控制电路板上的一端设置有控制旋钮,所述控制电路板的另一端设有音频输入接口,所述控制旋钮与所述音频输入接口之间设有按键元器件和开关指示灯。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种麦克风,其特征在于,所述电源仓上设有固定凸起,所述固定凸起对所述控制电路板进行支撑,所述电源仓上设有限位柱,所述控制电路板上设有与所述限位柱相配合的电路板限位孔,所述限位柱的两侧设有固定柱,所述控制电路板上设有与所述固定柱相配合的固定孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种麦克风,其特征在于,所述壳体包括旋钮固定盖,所述壳体上设有与所述旋钮固定盖相配合的壳体凹口,所述旋钮固定盖上第一限位孔和第二限位孔,所述第一限位孔内配合设有开关按键,所述第二限位孔与所述开关指示灯相配合,所述旋钮固定盖上设有与所述控制旋钮相配合的旋钮凹口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种麦克风,其特征在于,所述开关按键上设有按键凸起,所述按键凸起与所述旋钮固定盖相配合进行限位,所述按键凸起上设有定位凸起,所述定位凸起上设有定位孔,所述旋钮固定盖上设有与所述定位孔相配合的定位柱。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种麦克风,其特征在于,所述控制电路板上连接设有接口电路板,所述接口电路板垂直与所述控制电路板设置,所述接口电路板与所述控制电路板固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种麦克风,其特征在于,所述接口电路板上设有音频输出接口,所述音频输出接口至少设置两个,所述LED灯设在所述接口电路板上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种麦克风,其特征在于,所述控制电路板上设有与所述音频输入接口相配合的按压杆,所述按压杆上包括固定部和按压部,所 述固定部上设有第一螺纹孔,所述控制电路板上设有与所述第一螺纹孔相配合的第二螺纹孔,所述按压部对所述音频输入接口进行按压固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种麦克风,其特征在于,所述固定部与所述按压部一体成型设置,所述按压部上设有按压围骨,所述按压围骨对所述控制电路板进行按压固定。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种麦克风,其特征在于,所述壳体包括接口固定座,所述接口固定座上设有限位凸起,所述限位凸起上设有与所述LED灯相配合的LED透光孔,所述LED透光孔贯穿所述限位凸起。
