本发明涉及无线通讯技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种虚拟SIM卡的实现方法、系统及智能终端。
背景技术
传统的 SIM 卡为物理 SIM 卡,一般是放在终端里使用,终端读取物理 SIM 卡的信息,并进行相关的鉴权,鉴权通过后可以正常通信。物理 SIM 卡只能嵌入终端并绑定在一个终端上,而且一旦物理 SIM 卡丢失,用户就无法通信。所以用户对物理 SIM 卡是绝对依赖的并给用户带来极大的不便,尤其是随着社会经济发展,中国出境旅游、商务等人数增长迅猛,出境时用户使用手机上网率也越来越高,而国际漫游服务费用很高。为了避免高昂的国际漫游费,用户或寻找免费WIFI,或购买当地SIM卡,但是免费WIFI需要在某些固定的地点才有,购买当地卡替换比较麻烦,给用户出境生活带来诸多不便。
因此,现有技术有待于进一步的改进。
技术问题
本发明提供一种虚拟SIM卡的实现方法、系统及智能终端,以解决现有技术中智能终端的实体SIM卡具有固定地区的鉴权,用户出国使用时,需要花费较多的漫游费或者更换所在地的SIM卡的缺陷。

本发明提供一种虚拟SIM卡的实现方法,其包括:
建立用户终端与虚拟SIM卡运营服务器端的通讯连接;
所述运营服务器根据接收到的用户终端购买虚拟SIM卡订单信息,返回与所述订单信息相对应虚拟SIM卡的IMSI和鉴权信息到用户终端;

本发明通过建立用户终端与虚拟SIM卡运营服务器端的通讯连接,向所述运营服务器发送购买虚拟SIM卡订单信息,接收从所述运营服务器返回与所述订单信息相对应虚拟SIM卡的IMSI和鉴权信息,将运营服务器返回的IMSI和鉴权信息下载到本地,并根据所述IMSI和鉴权信息激活预设的虚拟SIM卡模块,控制所述虚拟SIM卡模块通过MODEM接口模块接入网络。用户可以根据自己手机SIM卡的类型选择不同的漫游套餐,能方便的接入网络,既省去了找免费WIFI或者换当地的SIM卡的麻烦 ,也能避免在国外或异地使用国内网络所带来的高昂的漫游费用。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供了一种虚拟SIM卡的实现方法,如图1所示,包括:
S1、建立用户终端与虚拟SIM卡运营服务器端的通讯连接。
由于需要从虚拟SIM卡运营服务器端购买虚拟SIM卡的IMSI及鉴权数据等信息,因此首先需要用户终端与虚拟SIM卡运营服务器建立通讯连接,便于建立两者之间的信息交互,使用户终端可以获取到相应的虚拟SIM卡信息。
可以想到的是,上述通讯连接可以为有线连接,也可以为无线连接,可以通过用户终端实体SIM卡产生的移动网络,也可以是无线WIFI网络,只要能满足两者之间可以建立信息交互即可。
S2、所述运营服务器根据接收到的用户终端购买虚拟SIM卡订单信息,返回与所述订单信息相对应虚拟SIM卡的IMSI和鉴权信息到用户终端。
用户终端将其购买虚拟SIM卡的信息发送到运营服务器,运营服务器便可以根据其订单信息下发对应的虚拟SIM卡的IMSI和鉴权信息到用户终端。在具体实施时,可以通过在用户终端中开发一个专门用于对用户信息、用户购买订单和订单状态、订单使用情况进行监控的终端APP来实现用户终端与运营服务器之间的交互,便于用户使用。
用户可以首先开启所述终端APP,注册、并登录,并从终端APP推送的虚拟SIM对应的号码及其他信息,比如使用资费信息或者其所对应区域等信息,选择出所需要的虚拟SIM卡,并将确认选中的虚拟SIM卡订单信息发送到运营服务器,由运营服务器对接收到的订单进行解析,并将订单相对应的虚拟SIM卡信息下发到用户终端。
S3、用户终端将运营服务器返回的IMSI和鉴权信息下载到本地,并根据所述IMSI和鉴权信息激活预设的虚拟SIM卡模块。
用户终端下载运营服务器返回的虚拟SIM卡的数据信息到本地,并根据获取的数据激活本地相对应虚拟SIM卡模块。
S4、所述虚拟SIM卡模块通过MODEM接口模块接入网络。
所述虚拟SIM卡模块虽然通过软件实现,但是其具有实体SIM卡相同的功能,其不仅具有存储SIM卡相关文件信息的功能,还具有通讯接口,可以与MODEM相连接,接入网络。
为了实现用户终端虚拟SIM卡的使用,所述步骤S1之前还包括:
S01、在用户终端终内存中创建虚拟SIM卡模块;所述虚拟SIM卡模块用于存储从运营服务器下载的IMSI和鉴权信息。
为了顺利的选择出所需要的虚拟SIM卡所述步骤S2中还包括:
S211、用户终端将用户选定的虚拟SIM卡购买订单提交到运营服务器;
S212、运营服务器根据接收到的购买订单进行订单与相对应虚拟SIM卡IMSI的一一绑定。
当用户在终端APP购买漫游套餐时,运营服务器完成用户与订单的绑定关系,MODEM接口模块可以根据绑定关系所对应的IMSI及鉴权数据连接入网,每个用户与订单构成一个唯一的IMSI。
在具体实施例中,用户终端可以通过终端APP实现购买订单的选择和确认提交,当运营服务器接收到购买订单后,则根据订单中购买的虚拟SIM卡类型,将对应的虚拟SIM卡信息下发到用户终端。
由于用户在使用过程中,可能会根据所在地不同而需要不同地区的虚拟SIM卡,因此所述步骤S3中还包括:
S311、用户终端根据运营服务器返回的IMSI和鉴权信息对虚拟SIM卡模块中存储的SIM卡信息进行更新。
由于不同的手机模式或者MODEM接口模式会有多种应用模式,因此所述步骤S3还包括S321,所述步骤S4还包括S411和S412:
S321、判断MODEM接口模块支持的SIM卡启用模式为单卡模式还是双卡模式,若为单卡使用模式,则执行步骤S411,否则执行步骤S412;
S411、当接收到激活虚拟SIM卡模块的信号,建立虚拟SIM卡模块与MODEM接口模块之间的通讯连接;
S412、当接收到激活虚拟SIM卡模块的信号,建立有效实体SIM卡模块和虚拟SIM卡模块共同与MODEM接口模块相连的通讯连接。
为了对本发明所述的方法做出更加详细的说明,如图2所示,以本发明具体应用实施例为例对本发明所述方法做进一步的解析。
用户通过终端APP购买漫游套餐,同时运营商服务器完成用户与订单的绑定关系,订单激活成功后,运营商服务器通过终端APP向虚拟SIM卡发送IMSI及其对应鉴权数据,虚拟SIM卡被激活后,虚拟SIM卡模块通过MODEM接口模块连接入网。
在所述步骤S1之前还包括:
用户下载虚拟SIM卡漫游服务的终端APP,相当于移动、联通或电信各通讯公司网上营业厅的终端APP;
下载完成后,用户进入终端APP注册成为虚拟SIM卡漫游服务的终端APP的会员。运营商或者虚拟运营商服务器对会员用户的行为进行监控。
如果运营商服务器检测到会员用户继续停留终端APP进行其他的操作,则继续进行监控;如果运营商服务器检测到会员用户准备退出,则运营商或者虚拟运营商服务器对注册会员的个人信息进行保存。用户信息包括用户注册、登录、退出、修改密码等用户帐号相关操作。会员用户在终端APP上浏览漫游套餐信息,并且根据自己的需求进行选择。用户选择相应的漫游套餐提交订单并付款购买后,运营商或虚拟运营商将用户的订单信息与IMSI资源进行绑定。
漫游套餐信息包括套餐所适用的国家、支持的MODEM接口模块卡型、手机设计类型、流量容量、通话的时长及套餐资费等信息。
IMSI是区别移动用户的标志,一般存储在实体SIM卡中,但在虚拟SIM卡系统中,IMSI信息存储在手机的存储卡中。IMSI由MCC、MNC和MSIN三部分构成。MCC是移动用户所属国家代码,MNC是移动网号码,MSIN是移动用户识别码。每个用户的IMSI码都是唯一的。
所述步骤S2还包括:
当用户准备使用漫游套餐时,进入移动终端APP上的激活页面进行激活。当用户通过移动终端APP激活订单后,运营商或者虚拟运营商给用户移动终端中的激活的虚拟SIM卡中写入与订单信息相对应的IMSI及其鉴权数据。在进行激活时,用户应该选择移动终端所适用的具体卡槽进行激活。
手机终端中的实体SIM卡与虚拟SIM卡可以配合使用。当虚拟SIM卡未被激活时,实体SIM卡正常工作;当虚拟SIM卡被激活后,虚拟SIM卡使用的优先级高于实体SIM卡的优先级,此时需要根据手机设计的类型和MODEM接口模块卡型来进行选择正常工作的SIM卡。这样可以确保需要使用虚拟SIM卡时其不受实体SIM卡的影响。在保证虚拟SIM卡正常工作的前提下,若有Modem卡槽和手机卡槽处于空闲,则可以分配给一个实体SIM卡使用。
如图3-5所示,MODEM接口模块卡型可以有两种,一种为单卡,一种为双卡;手机设计同样支持两种类型,一种为单卡,一种为双卡。MODEM接口模块卡型和手机设计类型可以任意搭配,用户可以根据自己的手机进行合适的选择。下面针对不同类型的组合进行分析:
如图3所示,当Modem支持单卡,手机设计也为单卡:
当虚拟SIM卡没有被激活时,MODEM接口模块的接口连接实体SIM卡,实体SIM卡处于正常的工作状态;当虚拟SIM卡被激活后,MODEM接口模块只有一个接口,则连接虚拟SIM卡,其它的实体SIM卡均处于失效状态。
如图4所示,当Modem支持双卡,手机设计也为单卡:
当虚拟SIM卡没有被激活时,MODEM接口模块其中一个接口连接实体SIM卡,实体SIM卡处于正常的工作状态;当虚拟SIM卡被激活后,MODEM接口模块两个接口分别连接实体SIM卡和虚拟SIM卡,实体SIM仍然可以处于正常的工作状态,虚拟SIM卡进入正常工作状态,此时手机相当于双卡双待。
当关闭虚拟SIM卡被激活状态时,实体SIM卡正常工作的状态,虚拟SIM卡退出工作状态。
如图5所示,当Modem支持双卡,手机设计也为双卡:
当虚拟SIM卡没有被激活时,MODEM接口模块两个接口分别连接的实体卡SIM1和SIM2处于正常的工作状态;当虚拟SIM卡被激活后,选择其中一张卡槽激活虚拟SIM卡,则虚拟SIM卡进入正常工作状态,另一张卡槽实体卡SIM1(或SIM2)仍然处于正常工作状态,而被激活虚拟SIM卡的卡槽中的实体卡SIM2(或SIM1)失效。当关闭虚拟SIM卡被激活状态时,两张实体SIM卡恢复正常的工作状态,虚拟SIM卡退出工作状态。
当MODEM接口模块连接的虚拟SIM卡正常工作时,通过读取虚拟SIM卡中的IMSI及鉴权数据,根据这些信息连接入运营商的网络。
在上述方法的基础上,本发明还提供了一种虚拟SIM卡的实现系统,如图6所示,包括:

虚拟卡激活模块300,用于用户终端将运营服务器返回的IMSI和鉴权信息下载到本地,并根据所述IMSI和鉴权信息激活预设的虚拟SIM卡模块;
虚拟卡接入模块400,用于所述虚拟SIM卡模块与MODEM接口模块建立连接,且所述MODEM接口模块通过读取所述虚拟SIM卡模块中的IMSI和鉴权信息接入网络。
所述系统还包括:
虚拟卡预设模块1001,用于在用户终端终内存中创建虚拟SIM卡模块;所述虚拟SIM卡模块用于存储从运营服务器下载的IMSI和鉴权信息。
所述虚拟卡订单模块200还包括:
订单提交单元2001,用于用户终端将用户选定的虚拟SIM卡购买订单提交到运营服务器;
信息绑定单元2002,用于所述运营服务器根据接收到的购买订单进行订单与相对应虚拟SIM卡IMSI的一一绑定。当用户在终端APP购买漫游套餐时,运营服务器完成用户与订单的绑定关系,MODEM接口模块可以根据绑定关系所对应的IMSI及鉴权数据连接入网,每个用户与订单构成一个唯一的IMSI。
所述虚拟卡激活模块300还包括:
信息更新单元3001,用于用户终端根据运营服务器返回的IMSI和鉴权信息对虚拟SIM卡模块中存储的SIM卡信息进行更新;
模式判断单元3002,用于判断所述MODEM接口模块支持的SIM卡启用模式为单卡模式还是双卡模式;
所述虚拟卡接入模块400还包括:
单卡连接单元4001,用于当判断所述MODEM接口模块支持的SIM卡启用模式为单卡模式,且接收到激活虚拟SIM卡模块的信号时,建立虚拟SIM卡模块与所述MODEM接口模块之间的通讯连接;
双卡连接单元4002,用于当判断所述MODEM接口模块支持的SIM卡启用模式为双卡模式,且接收到激活虚拟SIM卡模块的信号时,建立有效实体SIM卡模块和虚拟SIM卡模块共同与所述MODEM接口模块相连的通讯连接。
优选的,所述实体SIM卡模块的类型包括单卡类型和双卡类型,所述双卡连接单元4002还包括:
第一双卡连接单元40021,用于当所述实体SIM卡模块的类型为单卡类型时,控制所述MODEM接口模块中的两个接口分别连接所述单卡类型的实体SIM卡模块和所述虚拟SIM卡模块;
第二双卡连接单元40022,用于当所述实体SIM卡模块的类型为双卡类型时,控制所述MODEM接口模块中的两个接口分别连接所述双卡类型的实体SIM卡模块中的任一实体SIM卡和所述虚拟SIM卡模块。
所述第一双卡连接单元40021还用于当接收到关闭虚拟SIM卡模块的信号时,控制所述单卡类型的实体SIM卡模块保存正常的工作状态,控制所述虚拟SIM卡模块退出工作状态。
所述第二双卡连接单元40022还用于当接收到关闭虚拟SIM卡模块的信号时,控制所述单卡类型的实体SIM卡模块保存正常的工作状态,控制所述虚拟SIM卡模块退出工作状态。
用户终端的SIM卡模块包括实体SIM卡模块和虚拟SIM卡模块;所述虚拟SIM卡模块通过软件的方式实现硬件实体SIM卡的功能; 虚拟SIM卡模块还用于订单激活成功后,接受运营商服务器通过终端APP向虚拟SIM卡模块发送的IMSI及其对应鉴权数据;虚拟SIM卡模块与实体SIM卡模块根据MODEM接口模块及手机设计类型进行配合使用,当虚拟SIM卡模块被激活时,虚拟SIM卡模块的优先级高于实体SIM卡模块的优先级。
MODEM接口模块支持单卡、手机设计为单卡,当虚拟SIM卡模块处于关闭状态时,则实体SIM卡模块正常工作;当虚拟SIM卡模块被激活时,则实体SIM卡模块失效;
MODEM接口模块支持双卡、手机设计为单卡,当虚拟SIM卡模块关闭时,则实体SIM卡模块正常工作;当虚拟SIM卡模块被激活时,则实体SIM卡模块和虚拟SIM卡模块同时正常工作;
MODEM接口模块支持双卡、手机设计为双卡,当虚拟SIM卡模块关闭时,则两个实体SIM卡模块同时正常工作;当虚拟SIM卡模块被激活时,则其中一个激活虚拟SIM卡模块的卡槽中的实体SIM卡模块失效,另外一个实体SIM卡模块和虚拟SIM卡模块同时正常工作。
MODEM接口模块还包括连接入网模块,用于虚拟SIM卡模块被激活后,MODEM接口模块通过虚拟SIM卡模块中IMSI及鉴权数据连接入网。
在上述系统的基础上,本发明还公开了一种智能终端,用于执行上所述虚拟SIM卡的实现方法、和/或运行所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现系统。所述智能终端为手机或者平板电脑,或者其他使用SIM卡的智能穿戴设备。如图7所示,所述终端设备包括:
射频(RF,Radio Frequency)电路701、包括有一个或一个以上计算机可读存储介质的存储器702、输入单元703、显示单元704、传感器705、音频电路706、无线保真(WiFi,Wireless Fidelity)模块707、包括有一个或者一个以上处理核心的处理器708、以及电源709等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,图7中示出的终端结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
具体在本实施例中,终端中的处理器708会按照相应的指令,将一个或一个以上的应用程序的进程对应的可执行程序代码加载到存储器702中,并由处理器708来运行存储在存储器402中的应用程序,从而执行上述虚拟SIM卡的实现方法或运行上述虚拟SIM卡的实现系统,进而实现对应的各种功能。
上述操作具体可参见前面的方法实施例,在此不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,程序在执行时,可包括上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中的存储介质可以为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(ROM)或随机存储记忆体(RAM)等。本发明通过建立用户终端与虚拟SIM卡运营服务器端的通讯连接,所述运营服务器根据接收到的用户终端购买虚拟SIM卡订单信息,返回与所述订单信息相对应虚拟SIM卡的IMSI和鉴权信息到用户终端,用户终端将运营服务器返回的IMSI和鉴权信息下载到本地,并根据所述IMSI和鉴权信息激活预设的虚拟SIM卡模块,所述虚拟SIM卡模块通过MODEM接口模块接入网络。用户可以根据自己手机SIM卡的类型选择不同的漫游套餐,能方便的接入网络,既省去了找免费WIFI或者换当地的SIM卡的麻烦 ,也能避免在国外或异地使用国内网络所带来的高昂的漫游费用。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种虚拟SIM卡的实现方法,其包括:
    建立用户终端与虚拟SIM卡运营服务器端的通讯连接;
    所述运营服务器根据接收到的用户终端购买虚拟SIM卡订单信息,返回与所述订单信息相对应虚拟SIM卡的IMSI和鉴权信息到用户终端;
    用户终端将运营服务器返回的IMSI和鉴权信息下载到本地,并根据所述IMSI和鉴权信息激活预设的虚拟SIM卡模块;以及
    所述虚拟SIM卡模块与MODEM接口模块建立连接,且所述MODEM接口模块通过读取所述虚拟SIM卡模块中的IMSI和鉴权信息接入网络。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现方法,其中在所述建立用户终端与虚拟SIM卡运营服务器端的通讯连接之前还包括:
    在用户终端终内存中创建虚拟SIM卡模块,其中,所述虚拟SIM卡模块用于存储从运营服务器下载的IMSI和鉴权信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现方法,其中所述运营服务器根据接收到的用户终端购买虚拟SIM卡订单信息,返回与所述订单信息相对应虚拟SIM卡的IMSI和鉴权信息到用户终端,还包括:
    用户终端将用户选定的虚拟SIM卡购买订单提交到运营服务器;以及
    所述运营服务器根据接收到的购买订单进行订单与相对应虚拟SIM卡IMSI的一一绑定。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现方法,其中所述根据所述IMSI和鉴权信息激活预设的虚拟SIM卡模块,还包括:
    所述用户终端根据所述运营服务器返回的所述IMSI和所述鉴权信息对所述虚拟SIM卡模块中存储的SIM卡信息进行更新。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现方法,其中所述根据所述IMSI和鉴权信息激活预设的虚拟SIM卡模块还包括:
    判断所述MODEM接口模块支持的SIM卡启用模式为单卡模式还是双卡模式。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现方法,其中所述虚拟SIM卡模块与MODEM接口模块建立连接,包括:
    当判断所述MODEM接口模块支持的SIM卡启用模式为单卡模式,且接收到激活虚拟SIM卡模块的信号时,建立所述虚拟SIM卡模块与所述MODEM接口模块之间的通讯连接;
    当判断所述MODEM接口模块支持的SIM卡启用模式为双卡模式,且接收到激活虚拟SIM卡模块的信号时,建立有效实体SIM卡模块和所述虚拟SIM卡模块共同与MODEM接口模块相连的通讯连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现方法,其中所述实体SIM卡模块的类型包括单卡类型和双卡类型,所述当判断所述MODEM接口模块支持的SIM卡启用模式为双卡模式,且接收到激活虚拟SIM卡模块的信号时,建立有效实体SIM卡模块和所述虚拟SIM卡模块共同与MODEM接口模块相连的通讯连接,包括:
    当所述实体SIM卡模块的类型为单卡类型时,控制所述MODEM接口模块中的两个接口分别连接所述单卡类型的实体SIM卡模块和所述虚拟SIM卡模块;
    当所述实体SIM卡模块的类型为双卡类型时,控制所述MODEM接口模块中的两个接口分别连接所述双卡类型的实体SIM卡模块中的任一实体SIM卡和所述虚拟SIM卡模块。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现方法,其中在控制所述MODEM接口模块中的两个接口分别连接所述单卡类型的实体SIM卡模块和所述虚拟SIM卡模块之后,还包括:
    当接收到关闭虚拟SIM卡模块的信号时,控制所述单卡类型的实体SIM卡模块保存正常的工作状态,控制所述虚拟SIM卡模块退出工作状态。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现方法,其中在控制所述MODEM接口模块中的两个接口分别连接所述双卡类型的实体SIM卡模块中的任一实体SIM卡和所述虚拟SIM卡模块之后,还包括:
    当接收到关闭虚拟SIM卡模块的信号时,控制所述双卡类型的实体SIM卡模块中的所有实体SIM卡恢复正常的工作状态,控制所述虚拟SIM卡模块退出工作状态。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现方法,其中所述虚拟SIM卡模块使用的优先级高于所述实体SIM卡模块使用的优先级。
  11. 一种虚拟SIM卡的实现系统,其包括:
    建立通讯模块,用于建立用户终端与虚拟SIM卡运营服务器端的通讯连接;
    虚拟卡订单模块,用于所述运营服务器根据接收到的用户终端购买虚拟SIM卡订单信息,返回与所述订单信息相对应虚拟SIM卡的IMSI和鉴权信息到用户终端;
    虚拟卡激活模块,用于用户终端将运营服务器返回的IMSI和鉴权信息下载到本地,并根据所述IMSI和鉴权信息激活预设的虚拟SIM卡模块;以及
    虚拟卡接入模块,用于所述虚拟SIM卡模块与MODEM接口模块建立连接,且所述MODEM接口模块通过读取所述虚拟SIM卡模块中的IMSI和鉴权信息接入网络。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现系统,其中所述系统还包括:
    虚拟卡预设模块,用于在用户终端终内存中创建虚拟SIM卡模块,其中,所述虚拟SIM卡模块用于存储从运营服务器下载的IMSI和鉴权信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现系统,其中所述虚拟卡订单模块还包括:
    订单提交单元,用于用户终端将用户选定的虚拟SIM卡购买订单提交到运营服务器;以及
    信息绑定单元,用于所述运营服务器根据接收到的购买订单进行订单与相对应虚拟SIM卡IMSI的一一绑定。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现系统,其中所述虚拟卡激活模块还包括:
    信息更新单元,用于用户终端根据运营服务器返回的IMSI和鉴权信息对虚拟SIM卡模块中存储的SIM卡信息进行更新。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现系统,其中所述虚拟卡激活模块还包括:模式判断单元,用于判断所述MODEM接口模块支持的SIM卡启用模式为单卡模式还是双卡模式。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现系统,其中所述虚拟卡接入模块包括:
    单卡连接单元,用于当判断所述MODEM接口模块支持的SIM卡启用模式为单卡模式,且接收到激活虚拟SIM卡模块的信号时,建立虚拟SIM卡模块与所述MODEM接口模块之间的通讯连接;
    双卡连接单元,用于当判断所述MODEM接口模块支持的SIM卡启用模式为双卡模式,且接收到激活虚拟SIM卡模块的信号时,建立有效实体SIM卡模块和虚拟SIM卡模块共同与所述MODEM接口模块相连的通讯连接。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现系统,其中所述实体SIM卡模块的类型包括单卡类型和双卡类型,所述双卡连接单元还包括:
    第一双卡连接单元,用于当所述实体SIM卡模块的类型为单卡类型时,控制所述MODEM接口模块中的两个接口分别连接所述单卡类型的实体SIM卡模块和所述虚拟SIM卡模块;
    第二双卡连接单元,用于当所述实体SIM卡模块的类型为双卡类型时,控制所述MODEM接口模块中的两个接口分别连接所述双卡类型的实体SIM卡模块中的任一实体SIM卡和所述虚拟SIM卡模块。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的虚拟SIM卡的实现系统,其中:
    所述第一双卡连接单元还用于当接收到关闭虚拟SIM卡模块的信号时,控制所述单卡类型的实体SIM卡模块保存正常的工作状态,控制所述虚拟SIM卡模块退出工作状态;
    所述第二双卡连接单元还用于当接收到关闭虚拟SIM卡模块的信号时,控制所述单卡类型的实体SIM卡模块保存正常的工作状态,控制所述虚拟SIM卡模块退出工作状态。
  19. 一种智能终端,其包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    存储器,以及
    一个或多个程序,其中所述一个或多个程序被存储于所述存储器中,并配置为由所述处理器执行,所述一个或多个处理器用于执行如下指令:建立用户终端与虚拟SIM卡运营服务器端的通讯连接;
    所述运营服务器根据接收到的用户终端购买虚拟SIM卡订单信息,返回与所述订单信息相对应虚拟SIM卡的IMSI和鉴权信息到用户终端;
    用户终端将运营服务器返回的IMSI和鉴权信息下载到本地,并根据所述IMSI和鉴权信息激活预设的虚拟SIM卡模块;以及
    所述虚拟SIM卡模块与MODEM接口模块建立连接,且所述MODEM接口模块通过读取所述虚拟SIM卡模块中的IMSI和鉴权信息接入网络。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的智能终端,其中所述一个或多个处理器在用于建立用户终端与虚拟SIM卡运营服务器端的通讯连接之前,还用于执行如下指令:
    在用户终端终内存中创建虚拟SIM卡模块,其中,所述虚拟SIM卡模块用于存储从运营服务器下载的IMSI和鉴权信息。
