本实用新型涉及一种粉状物料散装收尘一体装置,属于机械技术领域。
背景技术
现有粉状物料尤其是散装水泥粉尘收集布置形式均采用收尘器安装在散装机附近,通过管路将散装机的收尘口与收尘器的集尘口连为一体,由于两者距离较远加之路径复杂,导致收尘效率下降,且其占地面积大,投资费用高,维护频繁,无法适应各类场合。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种结构简明,操作便捷,清灰效果好、净化效率高的粉状物料散装收尘一体装置。
本实用新型的粉状物料散装收尘一体装置,包括收尘室体(1)、出风系统(2)、喷吹系统(3)、导料系统(4)、散装系统(5);
所述的收尘室体(1)包括滤筒室(1-1)、净气室(1-2)、多孔板(1-3)、滤筒(1-4),所述的多孔板(1-3)设在滤筒室(1-1)和净气室(1-2)之间,所述的滤筒(1-4)设在多孔板(1-3)上;
所述的出风系统(2)固定在收尘室体(1)上,由收尘专用风机和出风管路组成;
所述的喷吹系统(3)固定在收尘室体(1)上,包括集气包(3-1)、脉冲阀(3-2)、喷吹管(3-3)和清灰程序控制仪(3-4),所述的集气包(3-1)、脉冲阀(3-2)、喷吹管(3-3)和清灰程序控制仪(3-4)依次相连;
所述的导料系统(4)为导料槽,设在滤筒(1-4)内部中间;
所述的散装系统(5)包括卷扬装置、(5-1)、伸缩装置(5-2)、支架(5-3)、松绳装置(5-4)、料位计(5-5)和卸料锥斗(5-6),所述的卷扬装置(5-1)固定在钢制平台上,伸缩装置(5-2)与导料系统(4)相连,所述的支架(5-3)与收尘室体(1)固定相连,所述的松绳装置(5-4)固定在收尘室体(1)上,所述的料位计(5-5)安装在卸料锥斗(5-6)上,所述的卸料锥斗(5-6)连在伸缩 装置(5-2)下方。

本实用新型的粉状物料散装收尘一体装置的收尘室体(1)采用钢板卷制焊接成形,分为滤筒室(1-1)和净气室(1-2),两者间设有多孔板(1-3),在多孔板(1-3)上安装聚脂长纤维滤料滤筒(1-4),为便于观察检修,配备检修门(1-5)。出风系统(2)固定于收尘室体(1),通过专用风机将微量粉尘由出风管路排出。喷吹系统(3)将集气包(3-1)、喷吹管(3-3)、脉冲阀(3-2)有机布置,采用清灰程序控制仪(3-4)定时清灰,确保连续工作。散装系统(5)与收尘室体(1)联为一体,为确保料满控制灵敏,设置性能极佳的进口电容式料位计(5-5)。本实用新型的工艺先进可靠,收尘效率高,料满控制佳,整体结构紧凑合理。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示,本实用新型的粉状物料散装收尘一体装置,包括收尘室体(1)、出风系统(2)、喷吹系统(3)、导料系统(4)、散装系统(5);
所述的收尘室体(1)包括滤筒室(1-1)、净气室(1-2)、多孔板(1-3)、滤筒(1-4),所述的多孔板(1-3)设在滤筒室(1-1)和净气室(1-2)之间,所述的滤筒(1-4)设在多孔板(1-3)上;
所述的出风系统(2)固定在收尘室体(1)上,由收尘专用风机和出风管路组成;
所述的喷吹系统(3)固定在收尘室体(1)上,包括集气包(3-1)、脉冲阀(3-2)、喷吹管(3-3)和清灰程序控制仪(3-4),所述的集气包(3-1)、脉冲阀(3-2)、喷吹管(3-3)和清灰程序控制仪(3-4)依次相连;
所述的导料系统(4)为导料槽,设在滤筒(1-4)内部中间;
所述的散装系统(5)包括卷扬装置、(5-1)、伸缩装置(5-2)、支架(5-3)、松绳装置(5-4)、料位计(5-5)和卸料锥斗(5-6),所述的卷扬装置(5-1)固定在钢制平台上,伸缩装置(5-2)与导料系统(4)相连,所述的支架(5-3)与收尘室体(1)固定相连,所述的松绳装置(5-4)固定在收尘室体(1)上,所述的料位计(5-5)安装在卸料锥斗(5-6)上,所述的卸料锥斗(5-6)连在伸缩装置(5-2)下方。
所述的滤筒(1-4)为聚脂长纤维滤料滤筒。
所述的脉冲阀(3-2)为淹没式脉冲阀。
所述的料位计(5-5)为电容式料位计。
所述的收尘室体(1)上设有检修门(1-5)。
本实用新型的工作过程如下:含尘气体由卸料锥斗(5-6)进入,经伸缩装置(5-2)进入收尘室体(1)的滤筒室(1-1),较粗颗粒直接落入卸料锥斗(5-6),含尘气体透过滤筒(1-4),粉尘阻留于滤筒(1-4)表面,净化后经筒口进入净气室(1-2),再经排气口由出风系统(2)的风机排出,粉尘积附在滤筒(1-4)的外表面,且不断增加,致使收尘器阻力上升至设定值,时间断电器输出信号,清灰程序控制仪(3-4)开始工作,开启全部脉冲阀(3-2),使压缩空气通过喷吹管(3-3)对集气包(3-1)喷吹清灰,使其瞬间急剧膨胀,且伴随气流的反向作用,抖落粉尘,达到清灰的目的。
在多孔板(1-3)的上安装滤筒(1-4),含尘气体透过滤筒(1-4)净气后进入收尘室体(1)的净气室(1-2),再经净气室(1-2)排气口由出风系统(2)的收尘专用风机排出,粉尘积附在滤筒(1-4)的外表面,且不断增加,致使收尘器阻力不断上升,为确保设备阻力不超过1200Pa,连续工作,需定时清理滤筒(1-4)表面粉尘,通过喷吹系统(3)的清灰程序控制仪(3-4)定时顺序起 动喷吹系统(3)的脉冲阀(3-2),使集气包(3-1)内压缩空气由喷吹管(3-3)孔眼喷出,通过文氏管诱导数倍于一次风的周围空气进入滤筒(1-4),使其瞬间急剧膨胀,且伴随气流的反向作用,抖落粉尘,达到清灰的目的。
本实用新型粉状物料散装收尘一体装置将收尘系统布置在散装机进料段四周,在收尘滤筒中间设置导料槽,采用HARDOX耐磨材料制作,延长了使用寿命,提高了收尘效率,使整体结构紧凑合理。

  1. 一种粉状物料散装收尘一体装置,其特征在于,包括收尘室体(1)、出风系统(2)、喷吹系统(3)、导料系统(4)、散装系统(5);
    所述的收尘室体(1)包括滤筒室(1-1)、净气室(1-2)、多孔板(1-3)、滤筒(1-4),所述的多孔板(1-3)设在滤筒室(1-1)和净气室(1-2)之间,所述的滤筒(1-4)设在多孔板(1-3)上;
    所述的出风系统(2)固定在收尘室体(1)上,由收尘专用风机和出风管路组成;
    所述的喷吹系统(3)固定在收尘室体(1)上,包括集气包(3-1)、脉冲阀(3-2)、喷吹管(3-3)和清灰程序控制仪(3-4),所述的集气包(3-1)、脉冲阀(3-2)、喷吹管(3-3)和清灰程序控制仪(3-4)依次相连;
    所述的导料系统(4)为导料槽,设在滤筒(1-4)内部中间;
