本发明实施例一提供了一种电视共享资源的方法,该方法适用于电视,特别是智能电视,请参阅图1,方法流程包括:
S101、开启在电视上预先设置的无线保真(wireless fidelity,WIFI)热点功能;
S102、根据电子设备的接入请求与该电子设备建立WIFI通讯;
S103、根据该电子设备的操作请求与该电子设备进行数据交互。
实际应用中,电子设备可以是手机、PAD、手提电脑、PC端等。
在一个可选的方案中,步骤S101中可以利用电视中的WIFI模组实现WIFI热点功能。该WIFI模组可以直接采用具有两个介质访问控制(Media Access Control,MAC)地址的WIFI模组,也可以采用只有一个MAC地址的WIFI模组。当采用只有一个MAC地址的模组时,则可以通过预设的软件模拟一个虚拟MAC地址,从而实现WIFI热点功能。开启热点功能后,当电视的网络接口接收到网络信号时,WIFI模组便可将网络信号转换成无线WIFI信号输出。
具体的,网络接口可以为有线网络接口,如以太网接口,接收有线网络信号;网络接口也可以为第三代移动通信技术(3rd-Generation,3G)网卡接口,接收3G网络中的3G网络信号。当网络接口接收到网络信号时,将该网络信号
提供给电视,供电视实现上网功能,同时将该网络信号输出至WIFI模组,由WIFI模组将网络接口接收的网络信号进行数据处理后,通过线圈和天线转换成无线WIFI信号输出。此时电子设备(例如手机、笔记本等具有无线上网功能的设备)可搜索到该无线WIFI信号,并向电视发出接入请求,与电视建立WIFI通讯。
在一个可选的方案中,步骤S103、根据该电子设备的操作请求与该电子设备进行数据交互,包括:
当该操作请求为同步播放请求时,获取显示屏正在播放的音视频数据,并将该音视频数据通过电视的WIFI热点发送给该电子设备以实现同步播放;
当该操作请求为点播请求时,向该电子设备发送存储装置存储的音视频的目录,并在接收到该电子设备的播放请求时,向该电子设备发送被选择的音视频的数据;
当该操作请求为修改设置请求时,根据该修改设置请求发送的修改数据修改WIFI热点设置。
实际应用中,可以利用WIFI透传技术与电子设备进行数据交互,使电子设备可以同时观看电视正在播放的内容;同时电视有大的内存,电视上存储的内容,其电子设备也可以选择播放,从而丰富家庭的娱乐方式。
实际应用中,为了保证最大的带宽和速率,以及保证电子设备观看视频时的流畅效果,也可以通过软件完善以电视WIFI为热点的WIFI协议。
本实施例的电视共享资源的方法,在电视上设置WIFI热点功能,通过该WIFI热点与电子设备建立WIFI通讯,根据电子设备的操作请求与电子设备的数据交换,实现了与电子设备的共享资源,从而构成一个以家庭为单位的小的局域网络,克服了现有技术中电视与电子设备互动必须在同一房间中才能实现的缺点。
本发明实施例二提供了一种电视共享资源的装置,适用于电视机,请参阅

WIFI热点模块201,用于开启WIFI热点功能;
通讯模块202,用于根据电子设备的接入请求与该电子设备建立WIFI通讯,以及用于根据该电子设备的操作请求与该电子设备进行数据交互。
在一个可选的方案中,WIFI热点模块201还可以包括如下子模块:用于接收网络信号的网络接口以及用于将网络信号转换成无线WIFI信号的WIFI模组,其中网络接口接收到网络信号后将该网络信号输出至WIFI模组,WIFI模组将网络信号进行数据处理后,转换为无线WIFI信号输出。
实际应用中,可以直接采用具有两个MAC地址的WIFI模组,也可以采用只有一个MAC地址的WIFI模组。当采用只有一个MAC地址的模组时,可以通过预设的软件模拟一个虚拟MAC地址,从而实现WIFI热点功能。
具体的,网络接口可以为有线网络接口,接收有线网络信号;网络接口也可以为3G网卡接口,接收3G网络中的3G网络信号。
在一个可选的方案中,通讯模块202,还用于在该操作请求为同步播放请求时,获取显示屏正在播放的音视频数据,并将该音视频数据发送给该电子设备以实现同步播放;或者还用于在该操作请求为点播请求时,向该电子设备发送存储装置存储的音视频的目录,并在接收到该电子设备的播放请求时,向该电子设备发送被选择的音视频的数据;或者还用于在该操作请求为修改设置请求时,根据该修改设置请求发送的修改数据修改WIFI热点设置。

实际应用中,可以通过在电视上安装预设的APP应用程序,对电视的WIFI热点进行管理。通过该应用程序,可以进入设置界面,从而设置电子设备的接入权限。
具体的,接入权限可以包括如下几种操作权限中的至少一种:是否允许接入、是否允许观看、是否允许点播或者是否允许修改权限设置。其中,允许接入定义为:是否允许该电子设备接入WIFI热点;观看定义为:允许电子设备与电视同屏观看;修改权限设置定义为:是否允许电子设备修改接入权限。
实际应用中,可以为各电子设备设置不同的用户名与密码,然后对不同的用户名对应的电子设备设置不同的权限。也可以直接利用各电子设备的MAC地址或设备标识对应设置不同的权限。
本实施例中,以电子设备的MAC地址设置权限进行说明。
S302、开启WIFI热点功能。
实际应用中,可以在电视开机时自动开启WIFI热点功能,也可以根据用户输入的指令开启WIFI热点功能。
该步骤的实现方式与实施例一种步骤S101相似,此处不再赘述。
S303、接收电子设备的接入请求,该接入请求携带电子设备的MAC地址。

S401、获取该正在播放的音视频数据的同步信息,该同步信息包括当前播放帧或当前播放时间戳;
S402、从数据缓存模块获取与该同步信息对应的音视频数据;
S403、将该音视频数据电视给该电子设备进行播放。
需要说明的是,实际应用中如果通过设置用户名与密码的方式设置电子设备的权限,则在接收到电子设备输入请求之后,向电子设备发送输入用户及密码提示,然后根据电子设备反馈的用户名及密码判断该电子设备的接入权限。

设置模块501,用于预先设置电视的WIFI热点功能以及待接入的电子设备的接入权限。具体的,接入权限可以包括如下几种操作权限中的至少一种:是否允许接入、是否允许观看、是否允许点播或者是否允许修改权限设置。
在一个可选的方案中,可以直接利用各电子设备的MAC地址或设备标识对应设置不同的权限。

在一个可选的方案中,当电子设备发送的操作请求为同步播放请求时,如果该电子设备的接入权限包括了观看权限,则通讯模块505还包括:
同步信息获取子模块,用于在该操作请求为同步播放请求时,获取该正在播放的音视频数据的同步信息,该同步信息包括当前播放帧或当前播放时间戳;
数据获取子模块,用于从该电视的数据缓存模块获取与该同步信息对应的音视频数据;
发送子模块,用于将该音视频数据电视给该电子设备进行播放。
在一个可选的方案中,设置模块501也可以为各电子设备设置不同的用户名与密码,然后对不同的用户名对应的电子设备设置不同的权限,则通讯模块505还用于在接收到电子设备输入请求之后,向电子设备发送输入用户及密码提示,判断模块504根据电子设备反馈的用户名及密码判断该电子设备的接入权
限。
在一个可选的方案中,设置模块501也可以各电子设备的设备标识对应设置不同的权限,此时判断模块504通过对电子设备的设备标识进行识别判断该电子设备的接入权限。
本实施例的电视共享资源的装置,在电视上设置WIFI热点模块,通过该WIFI热点与电子设备建立WIFI通讯,根据电子设备的操作请求与电子设备的数据交换,从而实现与电子设备的共享资源,克服了现有技术中电视与电子设备互动必须在同一房间中才能实现的缺点。
本发明实施例五提供的执行电视共享资源的方法的电视终端的硬件结构示意图,如图6所示,该电视终端包括:
一个或多个处理器610以及存储器620、无线通信模块630,图6中以一个处理器610为例。
处理器610、存储器620、无线通信模块可以通过总线或者其他方式连接,图6中以通过总线连接为例。
存储器620作为一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非易失性软件程序、非易失性计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本申请实施例中的电视共享资源的方法对应的程序指令/模块。处理器610通过运行存储在存储器620中的非易失性软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例中的电视共享资源的方法。
存储器620可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需要的应用程序;存储数据区可存储音视频目录、音视频文件等。此外,存储器620可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非易失性固态存储器件。在一些实施例中,存储器620可选包括相对于处理器610远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至所述电视终端。上述网络的

- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述开启电视上的WIFI热点功能之前,所述方法还包括:设置所述电子设备的接入权限,所述接入权限包括是否允许接入;所述根据电子设备的接入请求与所述电子设备建立WIFI通讯,还包括:根据电子设备的接入请求判断所述电子设备的接入权限是否包括允许接入;当所述接入权限包括允许接入时,与所述电子设备建立WIFI通讯。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接入权限还包括如下操作权限中的至少一种:是否允许观看、是否允许点播或者是否允许修改权限设置,所述接收所述电子设备的操作请求之后,所述方法还包括:判断所述电子设备发送的操作请求是否包含在所述接入权限允许的操作权限之内;若是,响应所述操作请求;否则,拒绝所述操作请求。

- 根据权利要求6至8任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通讯模块,还用于在所述操作请求为同步播放请求时,获取显示屏正在播放的音视频数据,并将所述音视频数据发送给所述电子设备以实现同步播放;或者还用于在所述操作请求为点播请求时,向所述电子设备发送存储装置存储的音视频的目录,并在接收到所述电子设备的播放请求时,向所述电子设备发送被选择的音视频的数据;或者还用于在所述操作请求为修改设置请求时,根据所述修改设置请求发送的修改数据修改WIFI热点设置。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述通讯模块还包括:同步信息获取子模块,用于在所述操作请求为同步播放请求时,获取所述正在播放的音视频数据的同步信息,所述同步信息包括当前播放帧或当前播放时间戳;数据获取子模块,用于从所述电视的数据缓存模块获取与所述同步信息对应的音视频数据;发送子模块,用于将所述音视频数据透传给所述电子设备进行播放。
- 一种电视终端,其特征在于,所述电视终端包括:至少一个处理器以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器和无线通信模块;其中,所述存储器存储有音视频数据和可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够:控制所述无线通信模块开启电视终端上的WIFI热点功能,并根据电子设备的接入请求与所述电子设备建立WIFI通讯,以及根据所述电子设备的操作请求 与所述电子设备进行数据交互。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电视终端,其特征在于,所述至少一个处理器还能够:执行权限设置指令,设置所述电子设备的接入权限,所述接入权限包括允许接入;执行判断指令,根据电子设备的接入请求判断所述电子设备的接入权限是否包括允许接入;在所述电子设备的接入权限包括允许接入时,控制所述无线通信模块与所述电子设备建立WIFI通讯。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电视终端,其特征在于,所述至少一个处理器还能够:执行权限设置指令,设置接入权限中包括的如下权限中的至少一种:是否允许观看、是否允许点播或者是否允许修改权限设置;执行判断指令,判断所述电子设备发送的操作请求是否包含在所述接入权限允许的操作权限之内;当所述操作请求包含在所述接入权限允许的操作权限之内时,执行响应指令,响应所述操作请求,或者当所述操作请求超出所述接入权限允许的操作权限时,执行拒绝指令,拒绝所述操作请求。
- 根据权利要求10至13任一项所述的电视终端,其特征在于,所述至少一个处理器还能够:在所述操作请求为同步播放请求时,执行音视频数据获取指令,获取显示屏正在播放的音视频数据,并控制所述无线通信模块将所述音视频数据发送给所述电子设备以实现同步播放;或者在所述操作请求为点播请求时,控制所述无线通信模块向所述电子设备发送存储器存储的音视频的目录,并在接收到所述电子设备的播放请求时,控制所述无线通信模块向所述电子设备发送被选择的音视频的数据;或者在所述操作请求为修改设置请求时,执行设置指令,根据所述修改设置请求发送的修改数据修改WIFI热点设置。
- 根据权利要求12所述的电视终端,其特征在于,所述至少一个处理器还能够:在所述操作请求为同步播放请求时,执行同步指令,获取所述正在播放的音视频数据的同步信息,所述同步信息包括当前播放帧或当前播放时间戳;执行音视频获取模块,从所述电视终端的存储器中获取与所述同步信息对应的音视频数据;控制所述无线通信模块将所述音视频数据透传给所述电子设备进行播放。
- 一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述非暂态计算机可读存储介质存储程序指令,所述程序指令用于使电视终端执行权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品包括存储在非暂态计算机可读存储介质上的计算机程序,所述计算机程序包括程序指令,当程序指令被电视终端执行时,使所述电视终端执行权利要求1-5任一项所述的方法。
