Abstract

A holding rack (100) that can be used as a wall mounted rack or as a table top rack, depending on the needs and interests of the user. The holding rack (100) has a frame (102) and one or more holding mechanisms (104) that may be rotated independently of each other. Each holding mechanism (104) may have one or more open baskets (118) that can hold desired articles. The holding mechanisms (104) may be rotated to orient the one or more baskets (118) generally parallel with the frame (102) in the wall mounted mode and generally perpendicular to the frame (102) in table top mode or any orientation in between.
