一种环保型油管排放装置,包括:支撑底板(1),设置在支撑底板(1)上且相互连接的五组集液槽(2),在每组集液槽(2)下端两侧的支撑底板(1)上分别设置有支撑块(3),在两支撑块(3)下方的地面上分别设置有液压缸(4),液压缸(4)的活塞杆(5)与支撑块(3)相连接,在每组集液槽(2)的上端两侧分别固定设置有螺杆(6),在螺杆(6)上设置有与其相互配合的螺套(7),在螺套(7)的两侧设置有调节把手(8),在螺套(7)的上端设置有半圆支撑托(9),在半圆支撑托(9)纵向设置有下油管(10),在下油管(10)上横向设置有若干上油管(11)。
Description
本发明涉及一种石油开采设备,尤其涉及一种环保型油管排放装置。
随着新《环境保护法》的实施,油田井下作业施工过程中对环境保护的要求越来越高。为了防止井内起出的油管带出的原油污染地面,目前常规的做法是在排放油管的地面上铺上防污染地膜,再在地膜上排放油管桥架,排放油管。井内起出油管带出的原油滴落在地膜上,完井后带油的地膜回收处理,达到作业现场防止污染的目的。这种防止施工产生污染的做法存在以下缺点:一、操作繁琐,铺地膜,摆管架,设置围堰要消耗大量时间;二、地膜易损坏,排放管架及其他工作容易造成地膜刮坏,造成污油落地;三、地膜购买和回收处理费用高,每口井地膜费用300到500元,回收费用400元,一个采油厂每年用于地膜的费用在一百多万元,回收处理的费用又需要七八十万元;四、使用过的带油污的地膜形成新的工业垃圾,没有很好的处理方法,如果进行焚烧处理又会造成空气污染。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种使用效果好的环保型油管排放系
统。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:环保型油管排放装置,包括:支撑底板,设置在支撑底板上的若干组集液槽,在所述每组集液槽下端两侧的支撑底板上分别设置有支撑块,在所述两支撑块下方的地面上分别设置有液压缸,所述液压缸的活塞杆与支撑块相连接,在所述每组集液管的上端两侧分别固定设置有螺杆,在所述螺杆上设置有与其相互配合的螺套,在所述螺套的两侧设置有调节把手,在所述螺套的上端设置有半圆支撑托,在所述半圆支撑托上纵向摆放有下油管,在所述下油管上横向摆放有若干上油管。
为了更好地解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的进一步技术方案是:在所述支撑底板上设置有五组集液槽。
本发明的优点是:上述环保型油管排放装置,结构简单,安装方便,采用钢制集液槽代替地膜收集油管带出的污油污水,大大减少费用支出,消除了废地膜缠上的二次污染,使用效果好,同时巧妙利用集液槽拼接组成的整体框架作为排放油管的支撑块,使若干个半圆支撑托基本位于一个平面内,排放油管后所有半圆支撑托受力均匀,通过螺套可以单独调节每个半圆支撑托的高低,解决了目前因地面不平整导致的油管桥架受力不均问题;液压缸的使用解决了目前井口操作时靠人工抬升油管致使井口操作人员体力严重透支的问题,自动化程度高。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,环保型油管排放装置,包括:支撑底板1,设置在支撑底板1上的若干组集液槽2,在所述每组集液槽2下端两侧的支撑底板1上分别设置有支撑块3,在所述两支撑块3下方的地面上分别设置有液压缸4,所述液压缸4的活塞杆5与支撑块3相连接,在所述每组集液管2的上端两侧分别固定设置有螺杆6,在所述螺杆6上设置有与其相互配合的螺套7,在所述螺套7的两侧设置有调节把手8,在所述螺套7的上端设置有半圆支撑托9,在所述半圆支撑托9上纵向摆放有下油管10,在所述下油管10上横向摆放有若干上油管11。
如图1所示,在本实例中,为了达到更好的集油效果,在所述支撑底板1上设置有五组集液槽2。
上述环保型油管排放装置使用时,将十个下油管10分别放置在十个半圆支撑托9内,将若干上油管11均匀放置在下油管10的上端。需要对下油管10和上油管11的平行度进行调整时,旋转调节把手8使螺套7上升或下降,螺套7
带动半圆支撑托9上升或下降,从而带动下油管10和上油管11上升或下降,达到调节平行度的目的,使所有半圆支撑托9受力均匀。需要大幅度抬升五个集液槽2放油时,启动十个液压缸4,十个液压缸4的活塞杆5伸出的不同高度形成一条斜直线,活塞杆5推动支撑块3形成一条斜直线,从而推动支撑底板1形成一条斜直线,此时,支撑底板1使五个集液槽2形成一条斜直线,达到放油的目的。集液槽的高度及受力控制由液压缸3带动活塞杆4调节集液槽1实现。
上述环保型油管排放装置,结构简单,安装方便,采用钢制集液槽代替地膜收集油管带出的污油污水,大大减少费用支出,消除了废地膜缠上的二次污染,使用效果好,同时巧妙利用集液槽拼接组成的整体框架作为排放油管的支撑块,使若干个半圆支撑托基本位于一个平面内,排放油管后所有半圆支撑托受力均匀,通过螺套可以单独调节每个半圆支撑托的高低,解决了目前因地面不平整导致的油管桥架受力不均问题;液压缸的使用解决了目前井口操作时靠人工抬升油管致使井口操作人员体力严重透支的问题,自动化程度高。

- 环保型油管排放装置,其特征在于:包括:支撑底板(1),设置在支撑底板(1)上的若干组集液槽(2),在所述每组集液槽(2)下端两侧的支撑底板(1)上分别设置有支撑块(3),在所述两支撑块(3)下方的地面上分别设置有液压缸(4),所述液压缸(4)的活塞杆(5)与支撑块(3)相连接,在所述每组集液管(2)的上端两侧分别固定设置有螺杆(6),在所述螺杆(6)上设置有与其相互配合的螺套(7),在所述螺套(7)的两侧设置有调节把手(8),在所述螺套(7)的上端设置有半圆支撑托(9),在所述半圆支撑托(9)上纵向摆放有下油管(10),在所述下油管(1)上横向摆放有若干上油管(11)。
- 按照权利要求1所述的环保型油管排放装置,其特征在于:在所述支撑底板(1)上设置有五组集液槽(2)。
