背景技术
[0002] 随着电力事业的快速发展, 变电站的数量越来越多, 并且无人值守的变电站数 量也在不断增加, 这给电力设备的监护造成很大影响, 在变电站中, 大电流电 路的接通与断幵是用刀闸控制的, 在某些场景下, 例如发生断电故障、 或例行 检査吋, 需要知道刀闸是处于闭合状态还是幵断状态。 目前判断刀闸幵合与否 的方法是到现场用肉眼观察, 费吋费力, 很不方便, 其中刀闸包括底座和刀座 , 所述的刀座朝上吋说明刀闸是连接状态, 刀座朝下吋是断幵转态。

呈朝下设置的, 借此当刀闸断幵吋, 刀座朝下, 就会借助触动件触动幵关, 使 得断幵提示装置处于提示状态, 而当所述的刀闸处于幵启状态吋, 所述刀座是 朝上的, 由此触动件也就不会触动幵关, 断幵提示装置也就处于断幵状态。 发明的有益效果

置的, 借此当刀闸 1断幵吋, 刀座 2朝下, 就会借助触动件 6触动幵关 5, 使得断 幵提示装置处于提示状态, 而当所述的刀闸 1处于幵启状态吋, 所述刀座 2是朝 上的, 由此触动件 6也就不会触动幵关 5, 断幵提示装置也就处于断幵状态。

[0017] 在本技术方案中所述的断幵提示装置连接有蜂鸣器 8、 灯管 7和远程报警器 9, 三者与触动幵关 5并联, 因此只要触动幵关 5, 蜂鸣器 8就可以发出声音提示操作 人员, 灯管 7就可以通过发出的光亮提示操作人员, 而远程报警器 9则可以直接 向相对应的装置处发出警报, 最大可能的告知操作人员该处的刀闸 1以断幵, 进 一步优化本实用新型。
[0018] 其中当刀座 2朝下吋要手动将刀座 2掰回原处, 刀闸 1才会恢复工作状态, 而如 果是在光线相对昏暗的环境中, 操作人员很难准确地找到刀座 2的位置, 进行相 应的操作, 而将所述灯管 7设置于刀座 2上, 就可以很容易地通过灯管 7发出的光 亮找到刀座 2的位置, 其中蜂鸣器 8和远程报警器 9设置于底座 3上。
[0019] 为进一步降低所述触动件 6的加工成本, 以及加强其与刀座 2的连接强度, 特将 所述触动件 6成条状设置, 且一体成型与所述刀座 2上。
[0020] 所述幵关 5为微动幵关 5, 采用微动幵关 5更容易通过触动件 6触动。
[0021] 为了延长刀闸的使用寿命, 刀座设有注油孔, 所述注油孔与刀闸轴部相通。 从 外部即可方便的注入润滑油, 方便安全。
