下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或
位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,还可以是两个元件内部的连通,可以是无线连接,也可以是有线连接。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
此外,下面所描述的本发明不同实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种带有附件的邮件发送方法,应用于邮件系统,如图1所示,包括:
S1:当接收到用户上传的附件时,获取所述附件的属性信息,所述属性信息至少包括附件大小信息。具体地,用户编辑邮件,填写邮件正文、发送邮箱、抄送邮箱、是否需要回执等选项。如果该邮件需要附件,则用户选择附件上传操作,邮件系统打开窗口或选择框提供用户进行附件的选择。用户选择所需附件上传的时候,邮件系统获取所选附件属性,附件属
性至少包括附件大小信息。
S2:当所述附件大小超过预设阈值时,将原上传路径改变为上传至预先绑定了一个云盘账号的所述云盘,并监控上传进度。这里需要说明的是,本发明描述的邮件系统可以预先绑定一个云盘账号,该云盘账号可以是系统自带的,例如乐视云盘,可以通过预设的用户名和密码进行文件的上传下载,并生成分享链接等操作。典型的云盘系统均提供API接口,邮件系统通过调用上述API接口,来完成文件上传下载、加解密、杀毒等操作。邮件系统获取用户所选择附件的属性信息中的附件大小信息,并将所述附件的大小与预设阈值作比较,当附件的大小超过系统预先设定的阈值后,将原上传路径改变为上传至预先绑定了一个云盘账号的云盘,并监控上传进度。
这里由于附件可以是单个或者是多个,因此,对应的系统阈值可以设置是单个文件最大值,或者是多个文件累计最大值等选项。邮件系统通过云盘API接口发起文件上传操作,同时可以在系统界面上显示上传进度、云盘所剩存储空间等信息,所述上传进度可以通过进度条的方式或者百分比等可视化方式进行显示,当存在多个附件的时候,每个附件可以生成一个进度显示界面。
S3:当上传完成后,获取所述云盘的公共下载链接。具体地,当附件上传完成后,邮件系统通过云盘API接口获取云盘的公共下载链接。
S4:将所述链接结合所述附件的属性信息加载至附件模板文本块中。加载完成的附件模板文本块包含了附件的属性信息以及对应的云盘下载链接,属性信息至少包括附件的大小信息。
S5:将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文。
S6:发送邮件。
本实施例先获取附件的大小信息,然后判断附件是否为大附件,如果是大附件的情况下将附件上传到云盘并获取云盘的公共下载链接,将所述链接结合所述附件的属性信息加载至附件模板文本块中,并将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文中。解决了现有技术在发送大容量附件的邮件时会遇到邮箱发送或者对方邮箱接收附件容量受限的问题,无论附件有多大,都可以提前上传到云盘,然后将云盘的公共下载链接添加到邮件正文中,由用户通过该链接自行去下载大容量的附件,从而使得发送大附件内容的邮件快捷而有效。
优选地,如图2所示,在步骤S1之后还包括步骤S7:
S7:当所述附件大小小于预设阈值时,先将所述附件上传至邮件服务器,然后发送所述附件。也就是说,将所述附件作为正常的附件发送,可以通过邮件SMTP协议将附件上传至云端邮箱存储空间,并通过邮箱进行转发。
优选地,如图3所示,步骤S2可被替代为:
S8:当所述附件大小超过预设阈值时,提示用户是否上传至云盘;
若用户选择是,则进入步骤S9:将原上传路径改变为上传至预先绑定了一个云盘账号的所述云盘,并监控上传进度。
若用户选择否,则进入步骤S10:提示用户附件超过规定的大小,不能进行发送,上传取消。
优选地,属性信息还包括附件名称、附件的到期时间、附件的类型、
附件是否加密和是否压缩中的至少一个。附件的到期时间可以由用户自行设定,其表示该附件可被下载的到期时间,超出该到期时间,该附件对应的公共下载链接即失效。以下展示了某个附件的属性信息:
附件1信息:
文件名:photos.zip
文件大小:30MB
文件创建时间:2016-3-20
文件到期时间:2016-4-20
优选地,上述的公共下载链接也可以为带密码的公共下载链接。例如:

下载密码:n5ds
优选地,上述将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文的步骤具体可以是将所述附件模板文本块添加在邮件正文的末尾处。当然本发明并不限于此,附件模板文本块可以添加在邮件正文的任何地方,例如还可以添加在邮件正文之前。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种带有附件的邮件发送装置,如图4所示,包括:
属性信息获取单元1,用于当接收到用户上传的附件时,获取所述附件的属性信息,所述属性信息至少包括附件大小信息;
上传云盘单元2,用于当所述附件大小超过预设阈值时,将原上传路径改变为上传至预先绑定了一个云盘账号的所述云盘,并监控上传进度;
公共下载链接获取单元3,用于当上传完成后,获取所述云盘的公共下
载链接;
模板文本块加载单元4,用于将所述链接结合所述附件的属性信息加载至附件模板文本块中;
邮件正文生成单元5,用于将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文;
邮件发送单元6,用于发送邮件。
上述各个单元的更进一步的具体描述与前一实施例相同,在此不再赘述。根据本发明实施例的带有附件的邮件发送装置,其先获取附件的大小信息,然后判断附件是否为大附件,如果是大附件的情况下将附件上传到云盘并获取云盘的公共下载链接,将所述链接结合所述附件的属性信息加载至附件模板文本块中,并将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文中。解决了现有技术在发送大容量附件的邮件时会遇到邮箱发送或者对方邮箱接收附件容量受限的问题,无论附件有多大,都可以提前上传到云盘,然后将云盘的公共下载链接添加到邮件正文中,由用户通过该链接自行去下载大容量的附件,从而使得发送大附件内容的邮件快捷而有效。

优选地,公共下载链接还可以为带密码的公共下载链接。
优选地,所述邮件正文生成单元用于将所述附件模板文本块添加在邮件正文的末尾处。当然本发明并不限于此,附件模板文本块可以添加在邮件正文的任何地方,例如还可以添加在邮件正文之前。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种移动终端,包括实施例2所提供的带有附件的邮件
发送装置。
上述移动终端的更进一步的具体描述与实施例1相同,在此不再赘述。根据本发明实施例的移动终端,其先获取附件的大小信息,然后判断附件是否为大附件,如果是大附件的情况下将附件上传到云盘并获取云盘的公共下载链接,将所述链接结合所述附件的属性信息加载至附件模板文本块中,并将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文中。解决了现有技术在发送大容量附件的邮件时会遇到邮箱发送或者对方邮箱接收附件容量受限的问题,无论附件有多大,都可以提前上传到云盘,然后将云盘的公共下载链接添加到邮件正文中,由用户通过该链接自行去下载大容量的附件,从而使得发送大附件内容的邮件快捷而有效。
实施例4
如图5所示,本发明实施例又提供了一种电子设备,包括至少一个处理器810;以及,与所述至少一个处理器810通信连接的存储器800;其中,所述存储器800存储有可被所述至少一个处理器810执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器810执行,以使所述至少一个处理器810能够当接收到用户上传的附件时,获取所述附件的属性信息,所述属性信息至少包括附件大小信息;当所述附件大小超过预设阈值时,将原上传路径改变为上传至预先绑定了一个云盘账号的所述云盘,并监控上传进度;当上传完成后,获取所述云盘的公共下载链接;将所述链接结合所述附件的属性信息加载至附件模板文本块中;将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文;以及发送邮件。所述电子设备还包括与所述存储器800和所述处理器电连接的输入装置830和输出装置840,所述电连接优选为通过总线连接。
本实施例的所述电子设备,优选地,所述属性信息还包括附件名称、所述附件的到期时间、所述附件的类型、所述附件是否加密和是否压缩中的至少一个。
本实施例的所述电子设备,优选地,还包括:当所述附件大小未超过预设阈值时,先将所述附件上传至邮件服务器,然后发送所述附件。
本实施例的所述电子设备,优选地,所述公共下载链接为带密码的公共下载链接。
本实施例的所述电子设备,优选地,将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文包括:将所述附件模板文本块添加在邮件正文的末尾处。
实施例6
本发明实施例还提供了一种非易失性计算机存储介质,所述存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,当由电子设备执行时使得电子设备能够当接收到用户上传的附件时,获取所述附件的属性信息,所述属性信息至少包括附件大小信息;当所述附件大小超过预设阈值时,将原上传路径改变为上传至预先绑定了一个云盘账号的所述云盘,并监控上传进度;当上传完成后,获取所述云盘的公共下载链接;将所述链接结合所述附件的属性信息加载至附件模板文本块中;将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文;以及发送邮件。
本实施例的所述存储介质,优选地,所述属性信息还包括附件名称、所述附件的到期时间、所述附件的类型、所述附件是否加密和是否压缩中的至少一个。
本实施例的所述存储介质,优选地,还包括:当所述附件大小未超过预设阈值时,先将所述附件上传至邮件服务器,然后发送所述附件。
本实施例的所述存储介质,优选地,所述公共下载链接为带密码的公共下载链接。
本实施例的所述存储介质,优选地,将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文包括:将所述附件模板文本块添加在邮件正文的末尾处。

Claims (19)
- 一种带有附件的邮件发送方法,其特征在于,包括:当接收到用户上传的附件时,获取所述附件的属性信息,所述属性信息至少包括附件大小信息;当所述附件大小超过预设阈值时,将原上传路径改变为上传至预先绑定了一个云盘账号的所述云盘,并监控上传进度;当上传完成后,获取所述云盘的公共下载链接;将所述链接结合所述附件的属性信息加载至附件模板文本块中;将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文;发送邮件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述属性信息还包括附件名称、所述附件的到期时间、所述附件的类型、所述附件是否加密和是否压缩中的至少一个。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:当所述附件大小未超过预设阈值时,先将所述附件上传至邮件服务器,然后发送所述附件。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述公共下载链接为带密码的公共下载链接。
- 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文包括:将所述附件模板文本块添加在邮件正文的末尾处。
- 一种带有附件的邮件发送装置,其特征在于,包括:属性信息获取单元,用于当接收到用户上传的附件时,获取所述附件的属性信息,所述属性信息至少包括附件大小信息;上传云盘单元,用于当所述附件大小超过预设阈值时,将原上传路径改变为上传至预先绑定了一个云盘账号的所述云盘,并监控上传进度;公共下载链接获取单元,用于当上传完成后,获取所述云盘的公共下载链接;模板文本块加载单元,用于将所述链接结合所述附件的属性信息加载至附件模板文本块中;邮件正文生成单元,用于将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文;邮件发送单元,用于发送邮件。
- 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述属性信息还包括附件名称、所述附件的到期时间、所述附件的类型、所述附件是否加密和是否压缩中的至少一个。
- 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述公共下载链接为带密码的公共下载链接。
- 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述邮件正文生成单元用于将所述附件模板文本块添加在邮件正文的末尾处。
- 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括如权利要求6-8所述的装置。11.一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够当接收到用户上传的附件时,获取所述附件的属性信息,所述属性信息至少包括附件大小信息;当所述附件大小超过预设阈值时,将原上传路径改变为上传至预先绑定了一个云盘账号的所述云盘,并监控上传进度;当上传完成后,获取所述云盘的公共下载链接;将所述链接结合所述附件的属性信息加载至附件模板文本块中;将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文;发送邮件。
- 根据权利要求11所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述属性信息还包括附件名称、所述附件的到期时间、所述附件的类型、所述附件是否加密和是否压缩中的至少一个。
- 根据权利要求11或12所述的电子设备,其特征在于,还包括:当所述附件大小未超过预设阈值时,先将所述附件上传至邮件服务器,然后发送所述附件。
- 根据权利要求11-13任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述公共下载链接为带密码的公共下载链接。
- 根据权利要求11-14任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文包括:将所述附件模板文本块添加在邮件正文的末尾处。
- 一种非易失性计算机存储介质,其特征在于:所述存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,当由电子设备执行时使得电子设备能够:当接收到用户上传的附件时,获取所述附件的属性信息,所述属性信息至少包括附件大小信息;当所述附件大小超过预设阈值时,将原上传路径改变为上传至预先绑定了一个云盘账号的所述云盘,并监控上传进度;当上传完成后,获取所述云盘的公共下载链接;将所述链接结合所述附件的属性信息加载至附件模板文本块中;将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文;发送邮件。
- 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述属性信息还包括附件名称、所述附件的到期时间、所述附件的类型、所述附件是否加密和是否压缩中的至少一个。
- 根据权利要求16或17所述的存储介质,其特征在于,还包括:当所述附件大小未超过预设阈值时,先将所述附件上传至邮件服务器,然后发送所述附件。
- 根据权利要求16-18任一项所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述公共下载链接为带密码的公共下载链接。
- 根据权利要求16-19任一项所述的存储介质,其特征在于,将所述附件模板文本块添加入邮件正文包括:将所述附件模板文本块添加在邮件正文的末尾处。
