Description

一种推压式物料混合装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种工业设备,尤其涉及一种推压式物料混合装置。
背景技术
目前,搅拌装置常用于工业和煤矿等行业,是一种重要的反应设备,而随着近两年科技的发展,工业领域也在快速发展,在加工物料时,往往需要对原料进行搅拌,现有的搅拌装置因其结构设计不合理,在实际搅拌过程中,由于搅拌物质的状态和搅拌温度的影响,存在搅拌均匀度不足等缺点,现有的搅拌装置不能满足这些需求,造成材料混合不均匀,给后期的加工操作以及产品的质量等带来很大的问题。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种推压式物料混合装置。
本实用新型是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种推压式物料混合装置,它包括本体,所述本体包括变频电机、减速器、搅拌轴和进料口,所述本体上方设置有变频电机;所述变频电机的输出部分连接有减速器;所述减速器的输出部分连接有搅拌轴;且所述搅拌轴延伸至本体内部设置的内筒内部;所述本体外表面对称设置有输料仓;所述输料仓上方设置有进料口;所述输料仓一侧设置有变频电机;所述变 频电机的输出部分连接有绞龙;所述输料仓另一侧和内筒相连接;所述内筒下方设置有过滤层;所述本体外壁对称设置有液压缸;所述液压缸的输出部分连接有液压杆;所述液压杆和本体内部设置的多个推板相连接;所述本体下方设置有底座。
上述的一种推压式物料混合装置,所述搅拌轴表面设置有多个横向搅拌轴,且所述横向搅拌轴表面设置有螺旋搅拌轴。
上述的一种推压式物料混合装置,所述推板之间通过弹簧连接。
上述的一种推压式物料混合装置,所述本体和底座之间设置有多个支撑架。
上述的一种推压式物料混合装置,所述过滤层为不锈钢丝编织而成,且为网状结构。
综上所述本实用新型具有以下有益效果:本实用新型具有结构设计合理、搅拌充分和使用方便等优点,所述液压缸通过液压杆推动推板,使推板对本体内部的物料进行挤压处理,且所述推板之间通过弹簧连接,方便推板可以回复到原始位置,且可以对物料进行充分的挤压,使其混合更加充分。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种推压式物料混合装置,它包括本体1,所述本体1包括变频电机2、减速器3、搅拌轴4和进料口8,所述本体1上方设置有变频电机2;所述变频电机2的输出部分连接有减速器3;所述减速器3的输出部分连接有搅拌轴4;且所述搅拌轴4延伸至本体1内部设置的内筒7内部;所述本体1外表面对称设置有输料仓9;所述输料仓9上方设置有进料口8;所述输料仓9一侧设置有变频电机2;所述变频电机2的输出部分连接有绞龙10;所述输料仓9另一侧和内筒7相连接;所述内筒7下方设置有过滤层11;所述本体1外壁对称设置有液压缸12;所述液压缸12的输出部分连接有液压杆13;所述液压杆13和本体1内部设置的多个推板14相连接;所述本体1下方设置有底座17。
物料通过进料口8进入输料仓9中,启动变频电机2,所述变频电机2的输出部分连接的绞龙10带动物料不断翻转,使物料进行内筒7内部,本体1上方设置的变频电机2通过减速器3带动搅拌轴4不断旋转,所述搅拌轴4表面设置有多个横向搅拌轴5,所述横向搅拌轴5表面设置的螺旋搅拌轴6配合横向搅拌轴5,对内筒7内部的物料进行充分的搅拌混合,不会出现物料搅拌不到的情况,防止物料结块,搅拌后的物料通过过滤层11进入本体1内部,所述液压缸12通过液压杆13推动推板14,使推板14对本体1内部的物料进行挤压处理,且所述推板14之间通过弹簧15连接,方便推板14可以回复到原始位置,且可以对物料进行充分的挤压,使其混合更加充分。

  1. 一种推压式物料混合装置,它包括本体,所述本体包括变频电机、减速器、搅拌轴和进料口,其特征在于:所述本体上方设置有变频电机;所述变频电机的输出部分连接有减速器;所述减速器的输出部分连接有搅拌轴;且所述搅拌轴延伸至本体内部设置的内筒内部;所述本体外表面对称设置有输料仓;所述输料仓上方设置有进料口;所述输料仓一侧设置有变频电机;所述变频电机的输出部分连接有绞龙;所述输料仓另一侧和内筒相连接;所述内筒下方设置有过滤层;所述本体外壁对称设置有液压缸;所述液压缸的输出部分连接有液压杆;所述液压杆和本体内部设置的多个推板相连接;所述本体下方设置有底座。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种推压式物料混合装置,其特征在于:所述搅拌轴表面设置有多个横向搅拌轴,且所述横向搅拌轴表面设置有螺旋搅拌轴。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种推压式物料混合装置,其特征在于:所述推板之间通过弹簧连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种推压式物料混合装置,其特征在于:所述本体和底座之间设置有多个支撑架。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种推压式物料混合装置,其特征在于:所述过滤层为不锈钢丝编织而成,且为网状结构。
