Abstract

본 발명은 목표 화합물 및 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물을 포함하는 시료에 상기 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물보다 하전 입자(charged particle) 친화도가 높은 첨가제를 혼합한 시료 혼합물로부터 하전 입자의 전이 반응에 의하여 목표 화합물을 선택적으로 이온화시키는 것을 포함하는 질량분석 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 질량분석 방법에 의하면, 시료에 포함된 목표 화합물 이외의 방해 화합물이 소정의 첨가제의 첨가에 수반하여 양성자, 전자 등의 하전 입자의 전이 반응에 의한 이온화되는 것이 효율적으로 제어됨으로써 시료 중의 목표 화합물 유래의 이온이 질량측정기에 의해서 분석되는 감도를 선택적으로 향상시킬 수 있다.

Description

질량분석 방법
본 발명은 특정 화합물의 질량분석 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 목표 화합물 및 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물을 포함하는 시료에 상기 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물보다 하전 입자(charged particle) 친화도가 높은 첨가제를 혼합한 시료 혼합물로부터 하전 입자의 전이 반응에 의하여 목표 화합물을 선택적으로 이온화시키는 것을 포함하는 질량분석 방법에 관한 것이다.
질량분석법에서 시료 중의 목표 화합물 성분을 이온화하는 방법으로서는 다양한 방법이 알려져 있다. 이러한 이온화법은 진공 분위기에서 이온화하는 방법과 대략 대기압 분위기에서 이온화하는 방법으로 대별할 수 있고, 후자는 일반적으로 대기압 이온화법 (Atmospheric Pressure Ionization) 또는 주변 이온화법 (Ambient Ionization)으로 총칭된다. 종래의 진공에서 이루어지는 이온화법과는 달리 대기압(주변) 이온화법은 질량분석 장치의 내부, 특히 이온화실 내부를 진공 배기할 필요가 없고, 액체 상태의 시료나 수분을 많이 포함한 시료와 같이 진공 조건에서는 취급이 어려운 시료도 쉽게 이온화 할 수 있는 등의 장점이 있다.
주변 이온화법으로서는 분무-기반 이온화법(Spray-based Ionization)과 플라즈마-기반 이온화법(Plasma-based Ionization)으로 대별될 수 있는데, 분무-기반 이온화법은 전기분무 이온화법(Electro-Spray Ionization)과 이온화 특성이 유사한 것으로서 탈착전기분무 이온화법(Desorption Electro-Spray Ionization)이 대표적이며, 플라즈마-기반 이온화법은 대기압 화학 이온화법(Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization)과 이온화 특성이 유사한 것으로서 그 예로서 실시간 직접분석 (Direct Analysis in Real Time) 이온화법, 플라즈마 보조 탈착(Plasma Assisted Desorption) 이온화법, 유전체 장벽 방전 (Dielectric Barrier Discharge) 이온화법, 유동성 대기압 잔광(Flowing Atmospheric-Pressure Afterglow) 이온화법, 저온 플라즈마(Low-Temperature Plasma) 이온화법 등을 들 수 있다.
이러한 새로운 주변 이온화법의 대부분은 주변 (ambient) 환경에 존재하는 물질 자체를 간편하게 분석하기 위하여 개발된 것이며, 이러한 주변 이온화법을 이용한 질량 분석을 가리켜서 주변 질량분석 (Ambient Mass Spectrometry) 방법이라고 부르기도 한다. 본 명세서에서는 주변 이온화법을, 특별한 시료의 준비 및 전처리를 할 필요 없이 실시간으로 현장에서(in situ) 측정이 가능한 것을 가리키는 의미로도 사용하였다.
대표적인 플라즈마-기반 주변 이온화법인 실시간 직접분석 이온화법 (DART)은 가열된 가스가 섞인 여기 상태의 물분자의 분무 흐름에 고체나 액체 상태의 시료를 쬐어서 시료 중의 목표 화합물 성분의 이온화시킬 수 있다. 한편, 대표적인 분무-기반 주변 이온화법인 탈착전기분무 이온화법 (DESI) 법은 대전시킨 용매의 미소 액적을 시료에 분무하여서 시료 중의 성분을 이온화시킬 수 있다. 이러한 주변 이온화법에서는 이온화를 위한 특별한 샘플 준비가 불필요하고 이온 소스의 구조가 간단하여서 비용 면에서도 유리하고 이온화를 위해서 외부로부터 불활성 가스만 공급하면 되기 때문에 취급도 용이하다는 등의 장점이 있다.
이와 더불어, 최근에 질량 분석 장치가 이용되는 분야가 확산되고 분석 대상 물질이 다양화됨에 따라 시료 중에 극히 미량 포함된 목표 화합물을 현장에서 정밀하게 감지하고자 하는 요구가 점점 강해지고 있다.
예컨대, 일본 특개 2010-025714에서는 전기분무(electro-spray) 장치의 니들로부터 액체 시료가 분무되고 질량측정기에 도입되기 전에 목표 화합물에 대한 이온화제 (예컨대, LiCl)의 액적을 첨가함으로써 목표 화합물의 감도를 향상시키는 결과가 보고되기도 하였다.
일본 특개평 10-300722에서는 대기압 하에서 액체를 취급하는 대기압(주변) 이온화법을 이용한 질량 분석계에 있어서, 이온원부에 반응 용매 가스 분출구를 설치하여서 유도체화를 수행한 시료를 반응 용매 가스를 도입함으로써 원래의 무수식(극성) 상태로 되돌려서 대기압 이온화의 효율을 향상시키고, 특히 이온화 촉진제를 분무함으로써 시료의 이온화 효율을 향상시킨 것이 보고되었다.
또한, 일본 특개 2013-037962에서는 대기압 코로나 방전에 의한 이온화법에 있어서, 코로나 방전의 니들 전극의 형상과 그 배치 혹은 니들 전극에 인가되는 전압을 연구하여서 화학 반응에 의한 이온화 영역의 전위 구배를 조정하고, 이온화에 대한 반응 이온종을 제어하게 되었다고 보고되었다.
그렇지만 위와 같은 종래의 이온 소스에서의 고감도화 기술은 대부분 시료 중의 목표 화합물 자체의 기화 효율이나 이온화 효율의 향상과 이미 생성된 목표 화합물 유래 이온의 수집 효율 향상을 위한 것이어서, 질량측정기(mass analyzer) 내의 거동이 목표 화합물 유래의 이온과 유사한, 예컨대 목표 화합물과 경쟁적 이온화 반응을 나타내는 방해 화합물이 함께 포함된 시료의 경우에는 시료의 기화 또는 목표 화합물 자체의 이온화 또는 이온 수집 효율의 향상만으로는 목표 화합물의 이온화 정도를 선택적으로 증가시켜서 효율적으로 질량분석을 해내기는 어려운 실정이다. 더욱이, 주변 이온화법에서는 일반적으로 액체크로마토그래피(LC) 등에 의한 성분 분리를 거치지 않은 시료가 그대로 분석에 제공되기 때문에, 분석 대상인 목적 화합물 성분 외에도 방해 화합물을 포함하는 기타 화합물 성분이 동시에 이온화된다. 특히 미생물 배양액 추출물 등과 같이 매우 복잡하고 다양한 조성으로 구성된 분석 대상 시료의 경우에는 이러한 동시 이온화 문제로 인해서, 최종적으로 얻어지는 질량 스펙트럼은 목적 화합물 성분의 피크와 방해 화합물 등의 기타 성분의 피크가 혼재되고 중복되어서, 위에서 설명한 바와 같은 단순한 감도 개선의 수단만으로는 목적 화합물 성분의 선택적인 분석 정밀도를 향상시키는 것은 어렵다.
본 발명은 이러한 사정을 감안하여 이루어진 것으로서, 주변 이온화법을 이용한 질량 분석법에서 질량측정기 내의 거동이 시료 중의 목표 화합물과 유사한 방해 화합물의 이온화를 억제함으로써 목표 화합물 유래의 이온을 보다 선택적으로 질량 분석에 제공하게 하여서 목표 화합물의 분석 감도를 높이기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 발명자들은 상기 기술적 과제를 해결하기 위하여 예의 연구를 거듭하였고, 양성자, 전자 등과 같은 하전 아원자입자(charged subatomic particle), 또는 나트륨 이온, 칼륨 이온, 암모늄 이온 등과 같은 양이온, 염화물 이온 등과 같은 음이온을 포함하는 하전 입자에 대한 친화도가 분석 시료 중의 방해 화합물보다는 높은 첨가제를 분석 시료에 첨가하여 입자의 전이 반응에 의한 이온화를 시킴으로써 방해 화합물의 이온화는 억제하여서 목표 화합물의 이온화의 상대적인 정도를 증대시키게 되고, 이로써 분석 시료 중의 목표 화합물의 분석 감도를 향상시킬 수 있다는 점을 알아내고, 본 발명을 완성하기에 이르렀다.
즉, 상기 과제를 해결하기 위하여 이루어진 본 발명의 질량분석 방법은, 목표 화합물 및 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물을 포함하는 시료로부터 상기 목표 화합물을 분석하는 질량분석 방법으로서, 상기 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물보다 하전 입자 친화도가 높은 첨가제를 상기 시료와 혼합하여 혼합물을 준비하는 단계; 및 상기 혼합물 중의 상기 목표 화합물을 하전 입자의 전이 반응에 의하여 선택적으로 이온화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인 질량분석 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명의 일 구현예에 의하면, 첨가제는 목표 화합물보다 하전 입자 친화도가 낮고 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물보다 하전 입자 친화도가 높은 것을 사용할 수 있다. 본 발명의 질량분석 방법에 있어서, 방해 화합물의 이온화를 억제하고 그 대신에 자신이 이온화되어서 목표 화합물의 분석 감도를 선택적으로 향상시키는 첨가제의 성능은, 통상 액상인 시료로부터 첨가제가 대기 중으로 휘발되는 척도인 휘발성(volatility)의 정도에 따라 상이해질 수 있지만, 본 발명의 일 구현예에서는 첨가제의 하전 입자 친화도가 방해 화합물과 목표 화합물의 사이에 있는 경우, 첨가제의 휘발성의 정도에는 무관하게 소기의 목적을 달성하여 목표 화합물의 분석 감도를 선택적으로 향상시킬 수 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 구현예에 의하면, 상기 목표 화합물이 상기 방해 화합물보다 하전 입자 친화도가 높고 상기 첨가제가 상기 목표 화합물보다 하전 입자 친화도가 높은 경우에도, 본 발명의 목적인 목표 화합물의 분석 감도를 충분히 선택적으로 향상시킬 수 있는데, 다만 첨가제는 비휘발성인 경우가 바람직하다.
본 발명의 구현예에서 사용된 비휘발성의 첨가제란, 당해 물질의 증기압력이 분석 중인 시료 온도에서 1×10-4 mmHg 보다 작은 것을 의미한다.
본 발명의 질량분석 방법에서의 이온화는 시료 중의 목표 화합물이 양성자, 전자 등과 같은 하전 아원자입자, 또는 나트륨 이온, 칼륨 이온, 암모늄 이온 등과 같은 양이온, 염화물 이온 등과 같은 음이온과 같은 하전 입자와 반응하여 이온화되는 것이라면 특별하게 제한되는 것은 아니다.
시료 중의 화합물이 양성자와 반응하여 이온화되는 경우에 대해서는, 예를 들면 아래와 같은 반응 경로를 통해서 시료(S) 화합물이 이온화되는 플라즈마-기반의 이온화법을 들 수 있다.

본 발명의 질량분석 방법의 일 구현예에 있어서, 양성자 또는 전자의 전이 반응에 의한 이온화가 이루어지는 경우, 첨가제로서 양성자 친화도 또는 전자 친화도가 방해 화합물보다 높은 것을 첨가할 수 있다. 한편, 본 발명의 질량분석 방법의 다른 구현예에 있어서, 음이온 또는 양이온의 전이 반응에 의한 이온화가 이루어지는 경우에는, 첨가제로서 당해 음이온 또는 양이온에 대한 친화도가 방해 화합물보다 높은 것을 첨가할 수 있다. 이러한 첨가제를 사용함으로써, 시료 중의 목표 화합물의 양성자, 전자, 음이온, 양이온 등의 하전 입자의 전이 반응에 의한 이온화에는 특별하게 영향을 주지 않으면서 목표 화합물의 분석(검출) 감도를 저하시키는 원인이 되는 방해 화합물의 하전 입자 전이 반응에 의한 이온화는 억제할 수 있고, 이로써 시료 중의 목표 화합물의 분석 감도를 보다 선택적으로 향상시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 질량분석 방법에서의 혼합물 중의 첨가제는 방해 화합물 농도의 1-100배로 첨가될 수 있다. 상기 하한치 미만으로 첨가되는 경우에는 방해 화합물과의 경쟁적 이온화 반응을 통한 방해 화합물의 이온화 억제 효과를 충분히 거둘 수 없으며, 상기 상한치를 초과하여 과량으로 첨가되는 경우에는 오히려 첨가제 화합물 자체가 또다른 방해 화합물로 작용할 가능성이 있다는 문제가 있다.
본 발명의 질량분석 방법에서의 이온화는 주변(ambient) 이온화, 보다 구체적으로 분무 기반 이온화 및 플라즈마 기반 이온화의 적어도 하나에 의한 것이어도 되고, 예컨대 탈착전기분무(Desorption Electrospray) 이온화, 실시간 직접분석 (Direct Analysis in Real Time) 이온화, 플라즈마 보조 탈착(Plasma Assisted Desorption) 이온화, 유전체 장벽 방전 (Dielectric Barrier Discharge) 이온화, 유동성 대기압 잔광(Flowing Atmospheric-Pressure Afterglow) 이온화 및 저온 플라즈마(Low-Temperature Plasma) 이온화로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나에 의한 것이어도 된다.
본 발명의 질량분석 방법에서 양성자 전이 반응에 의한 이온화를 이용하고 첨가제의 양성자 친화도가 방해 화합물보다는 높고 목표 화합물보다는 낮은 경우, 첨가제의 양성자 친화도는 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물의 양성자 친화도보다 0 kJ/mol 초과 60 kJ/mol 이하로 높은 것을 사용할 수 있다. 첨가제의 양성자 친화도가 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물의 양성자 친화도보다 낮거나 같으면 첨가제에 의한 방해 화합물의 이온화 억제 효과가 충분히 나타나지 않을 수 있고, 첨가제의 양성자 친화도가 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물의 양성자 친화도보다 지나치게 높으면 오히려 목표 화합물의 이온화에도 영향을 미쳐서 목표 화합물의 분석 감도의 선택성 향상을 저해하는 경우가 있다.
본 발명에 따른 질량분석 방법에 의하면, 시료에 포함된 목표 화합물 이외의 방해 화합물이 소정의 첨가제의 첨가에 수반하여 양성자, 전자 등의 하전 입자의 전이 반응에 의한 이온화되는 것이 효율적으로 제어됨으로써 시료 중의 목표 화합물 유래의 이온이 질량측정기에 의해서 분석되는 감도를 선택적으로 향상시킬 수 있다. 이에 따라, 각종 불순물 등의 기타 성분들이 다량으로 혼재되어 있는 복잡한 시료에 대해서도 원하는 목적 화합물 성분의 검출/분석을 매우 용이하게 수행할 수 있게 된다.
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 질량분석 방법의 일 실시예를 나타낸 개략도이다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 질량분석 방법의 일 실시예에서 도출된 첨가제 농도에 따른 질량분석의 감도를 나타낸 크로마토그램이다.
이하 첨부한 도면들을 참조하여 본 발명의 질량분석 방법을 상세히 설명한다.
본 발명에 기재되어 있는 도면은 통상의 기술자에게 본 발명의 사상이 충분히 전달될 수 있도록 하기 위해 예로서 제공되는 것이다. 따라서 본 발명은 제시되는 도면들에 한정되지 않고 다른 형태로 구체화될 수도 있으며, 상기 도면들은 본 발명의 사상을 명확히 하기 위해 과장되어 도시될 수 있다. 또한 본 발명에서 사용되는 기술 용어 및 과학 용어에 있어서 다른 정의가 없다면, 이 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자가 통상적으로 이해하고 있는 의미를 가지며, 하기의 설명 및 첨부 도면에서 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있는 공지 기능 및 구성에 대한 설명은 생략한다.
본 발명에 따른 질량분석 방법은 양성자, 전자 등의 하전 입자의 전이 반응에 의한 주변 이온화법을 채용하는 질량분석 방법이라면 특별한 문제 없이 적용이 가능하지만, 이하에서는 양성자 전이 반응에 의한 플라즈마-기반의 이온화법인 저온 플라즈마 이온화법을 채용한 질량분석 방법에 대해서 첨부 도면을 참조하여 구체적으로 설명한다.
본 발명의 질량분석 방법을 묘사한 도 1에 나타낸 바와 같이, 플라즈마 발생 장치를 질량분석기의 도입부 입구에서 일정 간격 떨어진 위치에 설치하고, 목표 화합물을 포함하는 소정량의 시료를 유리판 위에 올린 후에 용매가 건조되면 시료가 채취된 유리판을 질량분석기 도입부 입구의 아래에 위치시키고 도입부 입구에서 소정의 간격으로 떨어진 위치에 유리판 표면에서 일정 각도로 플라즈마가 조사되도록 배치하여 질량스펙트럼을 얻는 과정을 거쳐서 질량분석이 수행될 수 있다.
이 때, 미생물 배양액 유래의 시료와 같은 복잡한 시료에는 목표 화합물 외에도, 목표 화합물과 경쟁적 이온화 반응을 나타내어서 질량측정기 및 그 후단의 검출기에서 목표 화합물의 분석/검출 감도를 저하시키는 방해 화합물이 포함되는 경우가 많은데, 본 발명의 일 구현예에서는 시료를 질량분석기에 도입하기 전에 양성자 친화도가 방해 화합물보다는 높은 첨가제를 시료에 첨가함으로써, 이러한 방해 화합물에 의한 목표 화합물의 질량분석의 방해를 억제할 수 있게 된다.
양성자 전이 반응에 의한 이온화를 이용하는 본 발명의 질량분석 방법에 있어서, 첨가제의 양성자 친화도가 방해 화합물보다는 높고 목표 화합물보다는 낮은 경우, 첨가제의 양성자 친화도는 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물의 양성자 친화도보다 0 kJ/mol 초과 60 kJ/mol 이하로 높은 것을 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명의 질량분석 방법에서 참고할 수 있는 양성자 친화도 데이터를 대표적인 화합물에 대해서 정리하여 아래 [표 1]에 나타내었다.

예컨대, 시료 중의 목표 화합물로서 양성자 친화도가 약 900 kJ/mol인 특정 화합물을 분석/검출하고자 하는데 그 시료 중에 목표 화합물의 질량 분석의 감도를 저하시키는 방해 화합물로서 프탈산 무수물 및 시클릭 메틸실록산이 포함되어 있는 경우, 이들 방해 화합물에 대한 적절한 첨가제는 양성자 친화도가 방해 화합물들보다는 높은 화합물, 예컨대 대략 820-900 kJ/mol의 범위에 해당되는 첨가제를 선택하여 사용하게 되면, 목표 화합물의 질량 분석의 감도를 선택적으로 향상시킬 수 있다(표 1 참조). 한편, 이들 방해 화합물에 대한 첨가제로서 비휘발성 화합물을 사용하는 경우라면, 목표 화합물의 양성자 친화도 (약 900 kJ/mol)보다 높은 양성자 친화도를 갖는 것을 선택하여 사용할 수도 있다.
실시예
이하 본 발명을 실시예를 통해 상세히 설명하나, 이들은 본 발명을 보다 상세하게 설명하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 권리범위가 하기의 실시예에 의해 한정되는 것은 아니다.
[실시예 1]
이온화 질량분석장치는 도 1과 같이 주변 이온화법을 위한 플라즈마 발생장치를 질량분석기의 도입부 입구에서 3-5 cm 정도 떨어진 위치에 설치하였다. 106 개 정도의 대장균(E. coli)을 배양한 것을 원심분리기로 모아 0.2-1.0 mL에탄올과 40분 정도 평형시켜서 얻은 추출액을 수 0.1 mL 정도 유리판 위에 거치하였다. 용매가 건조되면 시료가 채취된 유리판을 질량분석기 도입부 입구에서 2-3 mm 아래에 위치시키고 도입부 입구에서 1 cm 정도 떨어진 위치에 유리판 표면에서 45도 이하의 각도로 플라즈마가 조사되도록 배치하여 시료 중의 목표 화합물로서 지방산의 에틸에스터(FAEE)에 대한 질량스펙트럼을 m/z 50-800 정도 범위에서 얻었다. 상기 시료는, 목표 화합물에 대한 방해 화합물로서 프탈산 무수물과 시클릭 메틸실록산이 공존되어 있는 것이었다.
배양 미생물 추출액 시료에, 양성자 친화도가 방해 화합물은 물론 목표 화합물보다도 높은 비휘발성(증기압 추정값: 1.43×10-7 mmHg at 25 ℃)의 9-아미노아크리딘 (9-AA)를 첨가제로서 여러 농도로 첨가하여서 같은 실험을 반복하여 목표 화합물에 대한 질량분석을 실시하였다. 이 때, 프탈산 무수물 유래의 양이온 [M+H]+ (m/z 149) 및 시클릭 메틸실록산 유래의 양이온 [M+H]+ (m/z 371 & 445) 등의 방해 이온들에 의한 목표 화합물의 분석 감도 저하의 정도를 관찰하였다. 그 결과, 시료 중의 목표 화합물인 지방산의 에틸에스터(FAEE) 유래의 양이온 [M+H]+ 신호 세기는 거의 줄어들지 않았음을 도 2에서 확인할 수 있다. 이는 [표 1]에서 보는 바와 같이, 9-AA의 양성자 친화도가 프탈산 무수물과 시클릭 메틸실록산 의 양성자 친화도에 비하여 현저히 크고 지방산의 에틸에스터(FAEE)의 양성자 친화도보다는 작기 때문으로 해석된다. 또한, 이들 방해 화합물의 신호 세기를 최소화하는 9-AA의 농도는 도 2에서와 같이 0.01 mM 이었다.

Claims (9)

  1. 목표 화합물 및 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물을 포함하는 시료로부터 상기 목표 화합물을 분석하는 질량분석 방법으로서,
    상기 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물보다 하전 입자 친화도가 높은 첨가제를 상기 시료와 혼합하여 혼합물을 준비하는 단계; 및
    상기 혼합물 중의 상기 목표 화합물을 하전 입자의 전이 반응에 의하여 선택적으로 이온화시키는 단계를 포함하는 것인 질량분석 방법.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 첨가제는 상기 목표 화합물보다 하전 입자 친화도가 낮고 상기 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물보다 하전 입자 친화도가 높은 것인 질량분석 방법.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 목표 화합물은 상기 방해 화합물보다 하전 입자 친화도가 높고, 상기 첨가제는 상기 목표 화합물보다 하전 입자 친화도가 높으며 비휘발성을 나타내는 것인 질량분석 방법.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 하전 입자는 양성자, 전자, 양이온 및 음이온으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 질량분석 방법.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 혼합물 중의 상기 첨가제는 상기 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물 농도의 1-100배의 범위로 존재하는 것인 질량분석 방법.
  6. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 이온화는 주변(ambient) 이온화인 것인 질량분석 방법.
  7. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 주변 이온화는 분무 기반 이온화 및 플라즈마 기반 이온화의 적어도 하나에 의한 것인 질량분석 방법.
  8. 청구항 6에 있어서,
    상기 주변 이온화는 탈착전기분무(Desorption Electrospray) 이온화, 실시간 직접분석 (Direct Analysis in Real Time) 이온화, 플라즈마 보조 탈착(Plasma Assisted Desorption) 이온화, 유전체 장벽 방전 (Dielectric Barrier Discharge) 이온화, 유동성 대기압 잔광(Flowing Atmospheric-Pressure Afterglow) 이온화 및 저온 플라즈마(Low-Temperature Plasma) 이온화로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나에 의한 것인 질량분석 방법.
  9. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 하전 입자는 양성자이고, 상기 첨가제의 양성자 친화도는 상기 적어도 하나의 방해 화합물의 양성자 친화도보다 0 kJ/mol 초과 및 60 kJ/mol 이하로 높은 것인 질량분석 방법.
