具体实施方式
为了引用和清楚起见,下文中使用的技术名词的说明、简写或缩写总结如下:
Volte:VoiceoverLTE,基于LTE的语音;
LTE:Long Term Evolution,长期演进;
IMS:Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem,互联网协议多媒体子系统;
CS:Circuit Switched,电路交换;
GSM:Global System for Mobile Communications,全球移动通信系统;
SIM:Subscriber Identity Module,客户识别模块;
CSFB:Circuit Switched Fallback,电路域回落。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
发明人在实现本发明创造的过程中对现有技术进行了深入研究,具体如下:
Volte终端处于Volte网络或非Volte网络时,用户可以在Volte终端统一设置禁用状态的呼叫等待。
假设用户在Volte终端设置的呼叫等待的状态为禁用状态,那么当Volte终端处于Volte网络环境时,网络侧允许第三路来电接入正在通话的Volte终端,由于Volte终端将呼叫等待的状态设置为禁用状态,从而不允许第三路来电的接入。当Volte终端在非Volte网络中(此处的非Volte网络可以是指GSM/UMTS/CDMA网络,即2G/3G网络),不论之前用户在CS域的 GSM/UMTS/CDMA网络中设置的呼叫等待为禁用状态还是开启状态,Volte终端在非Volte网络的呼叫等待始终是无效的,因为如果为禁用状态,则与用户在Volte终端设置的相同,显然用户体验一致。如果用户在CS域的GSM/UMTS/CDMA网络中设置的呼叫等待状态为开启状态,网络侧不会拦截第三路来电,但是由于Volte终端已经设置了呼叫等待状态为禁用状态,所以Volte终端会拦截第三路来电,从而使得用户的体验是一致。
Volte终端处于Volte网络或非Volte网络时,用户不可以在Volte终端统一设置开启状态的呼叫等待。
假设用户在Volte终端设置的呼叫等待为开启状态。假设Volte终端处于Volte网络环境时,用户设置的呼叫等待状态为开启状态,但插入该Volte终端的SIM卡,在非Volte网络中的网络侧设置过呼叫等待的状态为禁用状态,那么当Volte终端再次处于非Volte网络环境中时,呼叫等待仍然为禁用状态,给用户的感觉就是,自己尽管之前设置呼叫等待状态为禁用状态,但是已经在Volte终端将等待的状态设置为开启状态了,但是仍然不能实现呼叫等待功能,导致用户体验差。
综上,现有技术中不能在Volte终端统一实现非Volte网络和Volte网络的呼叫等待的配置。
发明人在努力研究上述现有技术后,发现关键点在于SIM卡在非Volte网络的呼叫等待状态是否为开启状态,如果一直为开启状态,就可以实现在Volte终端统一实现非Volte网络和Volte网络的呼叫等待的配置。
请参阅附图1,为本发明实施例提供的一种呼叫等待配置方法的流程示意图,该方法应用于基于LTE的语音Volte终端。
呼叫等待配置方法包括:
步骤S101:通过电路交换CS域接口查询已驻留网络的所述Volte终端的客户识别模块SIM卡的呼叫等待状态。
Volte终端中包括2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块,步骤S101可以是通过该模块实现的。
2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块是指Volte终端中具有当移动电话用户正在进行通话时,又有呼叫向用户发来。这时发起新呼叫的一方被置于等待,待原通 话结束后再将新呼叫接入功能的模块。
上述通过电路交换CS域接口查询呼叫等待状态是在GSM/UMTS/CDMA网络即2G/3G网络中实现的,Volte终端驻留网络后,如果驻留的网络为2G/3G网络,则不用切换网络,如果驻留的网络为Volte网络,则Volte终端可以自行切换至2G/3G网络,以便通过电路交换CS域接口查询呼叫等待状态。
步骤S101可以是在Volte终端开机并驻留网络后执行的,也可以是每个预设时间段执行的,也可以是检测到更换SIM卡之后执行的,不论什么时候执行步骤S101,Volte终端必须已驻留网络。
步骤S102:当所述呼叫等待状态为禁用状态时,通过电路交换CS域接口将所述呼叫等待状态设置为开启状态。
为了本领域技术人员更加理解本发明实施例中,下面举一具体例子来进行说明,Volte终端驻留网络后,如果驻留的网络为非Volte网络(即GSM/UMTS/CDMA网络),则可以以非Volte终端或Volte终端处于非Volte环境中的查询补充业务的方法,通过2G/3G的CM SERVIC REQUEST信令请求查询,当呼叫等待状态为禁用状态时,通过电路交换CS域接口CM SERVIC REQUEST信令请求将呼叫等待状态设置为开启状态。Volte终端驻留网络后,如果驻留的网络为Volte网络,CSFB回退到GSM/UMTS/CDMA网络,通过2G/3G的CM SERVIC REQUEST信令请求查询。当呼叫等待状态为禁用状态时,通过电路交换CS域接口CM SERVIC REQUST信令请求将呼叫等待状态设置为开启状态。
在空口协议栈里Layer 3Network Layer分为三子层:CM(connect management)、MM(mobile management)、RR(Radio resource management),其中CM层又分为三部分:CC呼叫控制,SSS补充业务,SMS短信CM SERVIC REQUST指的就是CC or SSS or SMS的业务请求。
当所述呼叫等待状态为开启状态时,可以不进行任何操作,也可以在Volte终端上提示用户可以正常设置呼叫等待状态等操作,或者将2G/3G网络回升至Volte网络,本发明实施例并不对“当所述呼叫等待状态为开启状态时”的具体操作作限定。
本发明实施例提供的呼叫等待配置方法中,通过电路交换CS域接口查询 呼叫等待状态,如果呼叫等待状态为禁用状态,则通过电路交换CS域接口将所述呼叫等待状态设置为开启状态。这样可以使得Volte终端处于非Volte网络时网络侧的呼叫等待的状态始终保持开启状态,当Volte终端处于非Volte网络时,用户可以在Volte终端设置呼叫等待的状态,例如如果设置为禁用状态,则虽然网络侧不拦截第三路来电,但是Volte终端会拦截第三路来电,如果设置为开启状态,因为网络侧始终为开启状态,所以用户的呼叫等待有效,因此,在Volte终端可以实现处于Volte网络或非Volte网络时呼叫等待状态的统一设置,从而提升了用户体验。
由于每执行一次步骤“通过电路交换CS域接口查询呼叫等待状态”,Volte终端的驻留网络可能就会回落至2G/3G网络,为了减少Volte终端的驻留网络回落的次数,请参阅图2,为本发明实施例提供的一种呼叫等待配置方法中减少Volte终端的驻留网络回落的次数的一种实现方法的流程示意图,该方法可以包括:
步骤S201:判断所述Volte终端中是否更换过客户识别模块SIM卡。
Volte终端可以包括2G/3G呼叫等待监测模块,步骤S201可以是该模块实现的。
可以理解的是,如果Volte终端一直未换过SIM卡,则SIM卡的呼叫等待状态可能已经在之前的某个时间段设置好了,例如在SIM卡最初安装在Volte终端时就设置为开启状态了,因此可以不进行任何操作。当然也可以进行其他操作,这里本发明实施例不作具体限定。
现有技术中的很多终端都有识别插入的SIM卡是否为刚刚插入的功能,在此不再进行赘述。
步骤S202:当监测到更换过所述SIM卡时,触发步骤S101。
一般情况下,用户在更换SIM卡时,可能会关机,插入SIM卡后,再开机,因此步骤S201可以是依据Volte终端是否处于开机状态,来判断Volte终端中是否更换过客户识别模块SIM卡。具体的,判断所述Volte终端是否为开机状态。当所述Volte终端开机后,触发步骤S101。
可以理解的是,用户可以在Volte终端待机的状态下更换SIM卡,所以为了进一步降低Volte终端网络回落的次数,可以在Volte终端开机后以及所述Volte终端中更换过客户识别模块SIM卡都发生时,触发执行通过电路交换CS域接口查询已驻留网络的所述Volte终端的客户识别模块SIM卡的呼叫等待状态这一步骤。具体的,本发明实施例提供的呼叫等待配置方法还包括:判断所述Volte终端中是否更换过客户识别模块SIM卡;当监测到更换过所述SIM卡以及所述Volte终端开机后,触发执行通过电路交换CS域接口查询已驻留网络的所述Volte终端的客户识别模块SIM卡的呼叫等待状态这一步骤。
判断所述Volte终端中是否更换过客户识别模块SIM卡这一步骤可以在步骤“判断所述Volte终端是否为开机状态”之前,也可以在步骤“判断所述Volte终端是否为开机状态”之后。
请参阅图3,为本发明实施例提供的一种呼叫等待配置装置的结构示意图,该装置可以应用于基于LTE的语音Volte终端,所述呼叫等待配置装置包括:第一2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块301、第一触发模块302、第二2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块303,其中:
第一2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块301,用于通过电路交换CS域接口查询已驻留网络的所述Volte终端的客户识别模块SIM卡的呼叫等待状态。
第一2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块是指Volte终端中具有当移动电话用户正在进行通话时,又有呼叫向用户发来。这时发起新呼叫的一方被置于等待,待原通话结束后再将新呼叫接入功能的模块。
上述通过电路交换CS域接口查询呼叫等待状态是在GSM/UMTS/CDMA网络即2G/3G网络中实现的,Volte终端驻留网络后,如果驻留的网络为2G/3G网络,则不用切换网络,如果驻留的网络为Volte网络,则Volte终端可以自行切换至2G/3G网络,以便通过电路交换CS域接口查询呼叫等待状态。
第一2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块301可以是在Volte终端开机并驻留网络后执行的,也可以是每个预设时间段执行的,也可以是检测到更换SIM卡之后执行的。不论什么时候执行,Volte终端必须已驻留网络。
第一触发模块302,用于当所述呼叫等待状态为禁用状态,触发第二2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块。
当所述呼叫等待状态为开启状态时,可以不进行任何操作,也可以在Volte终端上提示用户可以正常设置呼叫等待状态等操作,本发明实施例并不对“当所述呼叫等待状态为开启状态时”的具体操作作限定。
所述第二2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块303,用于在被所述第一触发模块触发后,通过电路交换CS域接口将所述呼叫等待状态设置为开启状态的操作。
第一2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块301和第二2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块303可以为同一个模块,当然也可以为两个模块。
为了本领域技术人员更加理解本发明实施例中,下面举一具体例子来进行说明,Volte终端驻留网络后,如果驻留的网络为非Volte网络(即GSM/UMTS/CDMA网络),则可以以非Volte终端或Volte终端处于非Volte环境中的查询补充业务的方法,通过2G/3G的CM SERVIC REQUEST信令请求查询,当呼叫等待状态为禁用状态时,通过电路交换CS域接口CM SERVIC REQUEST信令请求将呼叫等待状态设置为开启状态。Volte终端驻留网络后,如果驻留的网络为Volte网络,CSFB回退到GSM/UMTS/CDMA网络,通过2G/3G的CM SERVIC REQUEST信令请求查询。当呼叫等待状态为禁用状态时,通过电路交换CS域接口CM SERVIC REQUST信令请求将呼叫等待状态设置为开启状态。

本发明实施例提供的呼叫等待配置装置中,第一触发模块301在Volte终端开机并驻留网络后,就触发2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块通过电路交换CS域接口查询呼叫等待状态,第二触发模块302接收到的呼叫等待状态为禁用状态,则通过触发所述2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块通过电路交换CS域接口将所述呼叫等待状态设置为开启状态。这样可以使得Volte终端处于非Volte网络时网络侧的呼叫等待的状态始终保持开启状态,当Volte终端处于非Volte网络时,用户可以在Volte终端设置呼叫等待的状态,例如如果设置为禁用状态, 则虽然网络侧不拦截第三路来电,但是Volte终端会拦截第三路来电,如果设置为开启状态,因为网络侧始终为开启状态,所以用户的呼叫等待有效,因此,在Volte终端可以实现处于Volte网络或非Volte网络时呼叫等待状态的统一设置,从而提升了用户体验。
由于每执行一次步骤“通过电路交换CS域接口查询呼叫等待状态”,Volte终端的驻留网络就可能会回落至2G/3G网络,为了减少Volte终端的驻留网络回落的次数,请参阅图4,为本发明实施例提供的一种呼叫等待配置装置中减少Volte终端的驻留网络回落的次数的一种实现方式的结构示意图,所述呼叫等待配置装置还包括:
2G/3G呼叫等待监测模块401,用于判断所述Volte终端中是否更换过客户识别模块SIM卡。

可以理解的是,用户可以在Volte终端待机的状态下更换SIM卡,所以为了进一步降低Volte终端网络回落的次数,可以在Volte终端开机后以及所 述Volte终端中更换过客户识别模块SIM卡都发生时,触发执行通过电路交换CS域接口查询已驻留网络的所述Volte终端的客户识别模块SIM卡的呼叫等待状态这一步骤。具体的,本发明实施例提供的呼叫等待配置装置还包括:第四触发模块,用于当监测到更换过所述SIM卡以及所述Volte终端开机后,触发所述第一2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块。
本发明实施例还提供了一种基于LTE的语音Volte终端,参见图5,包括上述任一所述呼叫等待配置装置。
需要说明的是,本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。对于装置或系统类实施例而言,由于其与方法实施例基本相似,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种呼叫等待配置方法,其特征在于,应用于基于LTE的语音Volte终端,所述呼叫等待配置方法包括:
    通过电路交换CS域接口查询已驻留网络的所述Volte终端的客户识别模块SIM卡的呼叫等待状态;
    当所述呼叫等待状态为禁用状态时,通过电路交换CS域接口将所述呼叫等待状态设置为开启状态。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述呼叫等待配置方法,其特征在于,所述呼叫等待配置方法还包括:
    判断所述Volte终端中是否更换过客户识别模块SIM卡;
    当监测到更换过所述SIM卡时,触发执行通过电路交换CS域接口查询呼叫等待状态这一步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述呼叫等待配置方法,其特征在于,所述呼叫等待配置方法还包括:
    判断所述Volte终端是否为开机状态;
    当所述Volte终端开机后,触发执行通过电路交换CS域接口查询已驻留网络的所述Volte终端的客户识别模块SIM卡的呼叫等待状态这一步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述呼叫等待配置方法,其特征在于,所述呼叫等待配置方法还包括:
    判断所述Volte终端中是否更换过客户识别模块SIM卡;
    当监测到更换过所述SIM卡以及所述Volte终端开机后,触发执行通过电路交换CS域接口查询已驻留网络的所述Volte终端的客户识别模块SIM卡的呼叫等待状态这一步骤。
  5. 一种呼叫等待配置装置,其特征在于,应用于基于LTE的语音Volte终端,所述Volte终端已驻留网络,所述呼叫等待配置装置包括:
    第一2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块,用于通过电路交换CS域接口查询已驻留网络的所述Volte终端的客户识别模块SIM卡的呼叫等待状态;
    第一触发模块,用于当所述呼叫等待状态为禁用状态,触发第二2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块;
    所述第二2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块,用于在被所述第一触发模块触发后,通过电路交换CS域接口将所述呼叫等待状态设置为开启状态的操作。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述呼叫等待配置装置,其特征在于,所述呼叫等待配置装置还包括:
    2G/3G呼叫等待监测模块,用于判断所述Volte终端中是否更换过客户识别模块SIM卡;
    第二触发模块,用于当监测到更换过所述SIM卡时,触发所述第一2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述呼叫等待配置装置,其特征在于,所述呼叫等待配置装置还包括:
    判断模块,用于判断所述Volte终端是否为开机状态;
    第三触发模块,用于当所述Volte终端开机后,触发所述第一2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述呼叫等待配置装置,其特征在于,所述呼叫等待配置装置还包括:
    第四触发模块,用于当监测到更换过所述SIM卡以及所述Volte终端开机后,触发所述第一2G/3G呼叫等待控制模块。
  9. 一种Volte终端,其特征在于,包括权利要求5至8任一所述呼叫等待配置装置。
