Abstract
The invention relates to a lighting device for an optical display device, comprising a matrix for a realistic colour representation on the optical display device, a control device for controlling the matrix which comprises at least one RED expression element and at least one GREEN expression element. Said device is characterised in that the matrix comprises at least one BLUE expression element with a dominate wave length of less than 450 nm.
