Abstract
一种新型木材旋切机,包括机架(1)、主电机(2)、卡轴(3)、机架(1)上方的压板(4)以及变速机(5),所述变速机(5)与主电机(2)连接,所述压板(4)包括顶层(4-1)、中间层(4-2)和保护层(4-3),所述顶层(4-1)与中间层(4-2)之间通过粘合剂连接,所述中间层(4-2)与保护层(4-3)之间通过粘合剂连接,所述中间层(4-2)为板材层,所述保护层(4-3)为橡胶层。通过在主电机(2)上连接变速机(5)来提高旋切机的工作效率,通过压板(4)的橡胶保护层(4-3)来保护木材外边面不被磨损,同时,压板(4)通过压紧动力机构(6)来保证圆木旋切均匀,从而提升生产质量。
Description
本发明涉及一种旋切机,具体涉及一种新型木材旋切机。
旋切机分为有卡和无卡旋切机,有卡旋切机主要是通过左、右卡轴将木段夹紧,在主电机的驱动下由卡轴带动木段旋转,同时带动安装了旋刀的刀床向木段作匀速进给运动,借此把木段旋切出连续的、厚度均匀的单板带,剪切以后供制作胶合板等各种人造板之用。其中压板按压力度不均衡使得木材表面有破碎,造成对木材的浪费,只由主电机来控制卡轴的转动工作效率不高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种新型木材旋切机,其目的在于:提高主电机的工作效率,同时提高压板的压紧效果。
本发明的技术解决方案:
一种新型木材旋切机,包括机架、主电机、卡轴以及机架上方的压板,其特征在于:还包括变速机,所述变速机与主电机连接,所述压板包括顶层、中间层和保护层,所述顶层与中间层之间通过粘合剂连接,所述中间层与保护层之间通过粘合剂连接,所述中间层为板材层,所述保护层为橡胶层。
所述压板与压紧动力机构连接,所述压紧动力机构由电机控制。
所述压紧动力机构为万向联轴器。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明通过在主电机上连接变速机来提高旋切机的工作效率,通过压板的橡胶保护层来保护木材外边面不被磨损,同时,压板通过压紧动力机构来保证圆木旋切均匀,从而提升生产质量。

如图1所示,一种新型木材旋切机,包括机架1、主电机2、卡轴3以及机架上方的压板4,为了提升主电机2的工作效率,还包括变速机5,所述变速机5与主电机2连接,所述压板4包括顶层4-1、中间层4-2和保护层4-3,所述顶层4-1与中间层4-2之间通过粘合剂连接,所述中间层4-2与保护层4-3之间通过粘合剂连接,所述中间层4-2为板材层,所述保护层4-3为橡胶层,橡胶保护层4-3来保护木材外边面不被磨损,中间板材层可以缓冲旋切板材时机器带来的振动。所述压板4与压紧动力机构6连接,所述压紧动力机构6由电机7控制,其中压紧动力机构6为万向联轴器,电机7通过皮带控制万向联轴器使得压板自动下压,并且压力均匀,保证了旋切的质量。
综上,本发明达到预期目的。

- 一种新型木材旋切机,包括机架、主电机、卡轴以及机架上方的压板,其特征在于:还包括变速机,所述变速机与主电机连接,所述压板包括顶层、中间层和保护层,所述顶层与中间层之间通过粘合剂连接,所述中间层与保护层之间通过粘合剂连接,所述中间层为板材层,所述保护层为橡胶层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型木材旋切机,其特征在于:所述压板与压紧动力机构连接,所述压紧动力机构由电机控制。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型木材旋切机,其特征在于:所述压紧动力机构为万向联轴器。
