现有技术是在分组数据汇聚协议(PDCP,Packet Data Convergence Protocol)功能实体与RLC功能实体之间进行分割重构,在PDCP功能实体中增加PDCP分组数据单元(PDU,Packet Data Unit)的重排序功能,RLC功能实体的功能保持不变。但这种方案存在以下问题:
1、需要在PDCP功能实体中增加对数据包的排序功能,这种方式混淆了RLC功能实体和PDCP功能实体的功能划分,破坏了只有RLC负责数据包排序的协议栈功能划分原则。
2、需要在PDCP功能实体中增加一整套完整的按序发送和接收重排序机制,对PDCP协议栈改动非常大。
3、目前协议中PDCP功能实体不需要对透明模式(TM,Transparent Mode)的数据进行处理,如果PDCP功能实体支持了数据包的排序功能后,为了协议功能的完备性,需要增加对TM模式的处理。
4、PDCP功能实体通过PDCP PDU的序列号(SN,Serial Number)进行排序时,需要收到多个RLC功能实体发送来的PDCP PDU才可能排序,导致复杂度大,排序时延长。

本发明实施例中,所述分布式RLC子功能实体,还配置为按序接收第二数据,并对所述第二数据进行重组后按序将重组后的第二数据发送给所述集中式RLC子功能实体。
本发明实施例中,所述集中式RLC子功能实体包括:透明模式RLC功能实体、确认模式/非确认模式RLC发送实体、确认模式/非确认模式RLC接收实体。
本发明实施例提供一种存储介质,所述存储介质中存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序配置为当处理器运行所述计算机程序时,执行所述的无线链路控制RLC功能实体处理数据的方法。
本发明实施例的技术方案中,将RLC功能实体划分为集中式RLC子功能实体和分布式RLC子功能实体;所述集中式RLC子功能实体向所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体发送数据;所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体将接收到的数据发送给所述集中式RLC子功能实体,所述集中式RLC子功能实体对所述数据进行排序,并将排序后的数据发送给PDCP功能实体。可见,本发明实施例提出了无线移动网络中的一种开环填鸭式(Open Loop Push Mode)的分布式RLC功能实体,本发明实施例的方案不对PDCP功能实体 进行任何改动,把RLC功能实体划分成集中式RLC子功能实体(C-RLC,Centralized RLC)和分布式RLC子功能实体(D-RLC,Distributed RLC)两个功能部分,C-RLC功能为新增功能,D-RLC功能为现有RLC功能保持不变,发送数据时C-RLC直接把数据发送给D-RLC,接收数据时D-RLC直接把数据发送给C-RLC,二者之间不需要交互数据流控的信息,通过开环填鸭式的方式发送和接收数据。能够兼容非连续传输带来的时延;具有很好的扩展性,能够快速支撑海量用户。兼容性好,能够兼容4G/5G网络中的RLC功能实体。

具体实施方式
为了能够更加详尽地了解本发明实施例的特点与技术内容,下面结合附图对本发明实施例的实现进行详细阐述,所附附图仅供参考说明之用,并非用来限定本发明实施例。
5G网络架构提出了接入网络的分布式架构,空口协议栈分别运行在不同的分布式实体上,并且分布式实体间的传输为非理想传输。以RCC-RRS分布式架构为例,RCC-RRS之间的传输为非理想传输,所以需要考虑在非理想传输下对协议栈功能的分割重构。基于此,本发明实施例根据RCC-RRS之间非理想的fronthaul的传输特性对RLC功能实体的功能进行重新划分,以适应RCC-RRS之间采用非理想传输网络时的各种性能指标。
针对5G接入网络的分布式架构,以及目前的PDCP/RLC分割重构存在的问题,本发明实施例提出了一种开环填鸭式(Open Loop Push Mode)分布式RLC方案,本发明实施例的技术方案兼容已有RLC协议栈功能的基础上增加了新的处理功能,并不对PDCP协议功能产生任何影响。
图2为本发明实施例的RLC功能实体处理数据的方法的流程示意图,本示例中,将RLC功能实体划分为集中式RLC子功能实体和分布式RLC子功能实体;如图2所示,所述分布式RLC功能实体处理数据的方法包括以下步骤:
步骤201:所述集中式RLC子功能实体向所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体发送第一数据。
参照图3,本发明实施例将RLC功能实体划分成C-RLC和D-RLC两个功能实体。其中,C-RLC是指集中式RLC子功能实体,D-RLC是指分布式RLC子功能实体。
每个D-RLC为一个支链路(Branch of the Radio Link),一个C-RLC可以对应多个D-RLC,C-RLC对应每个UE的一个无线承载(RB,Radio Bearer),每个D-RLC负责为用户设备(UE,User Equipment)的一个空口通道提供数据的收发功能。
本发明实施例中,C-RLC和D-RLC之间通过收发数据包进行交互,二者之间不需要交互任何数据量控制的信息,D-RLC不需要给C-RLC发送数据请求,C-RLC根据每个D-RLC发送的数据吞吐量向D-RLC发送数据。
步骤202:所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体将接收到的第二数据发送给所述集中式RLC子功能实体,所述集中式RLC子功能实体对所述第二数据进行排序,并将排序后的第二数据发送给分组数据汇聚协议PDCP功能实体。需要说明的是,本发明实施例中的第一数据和第二数据是不同的数据。
本发明实施例中,每个D-RLC把接收的数据发送给C-RLC,C-RLC按照协议规定的顺序进行排序,然后按序交给PDCP功能实体。每个D-RLC接收数据时按照发送的顺序递交给C-RLC,C-RLC只负责不同D-RLC之间数据包的排序。
本发明实施例中,C-RLC和D-RLC之间的连接可以通过NGFI的非理想的传输网络进行交互,也可以通过理想的传输网络进行交互。
本发明实施例中,C-RLC(即集中式RLC子功能实体)的功能为:发送数据时,发送给每个D-RLC的业务数据单元(SDU,Service Data Unit)组成一个RLC SDU簇(cluster),RLC SDU cluster内的RLC SDU按照接收顺序发送到每个D-RLC上,并且不对RLC SDU进行切割,保证发送的都是一个完整的RLC SDU;接收数据时,完成多个D-RLC上报的RLC SDU cluster数据的排序,并按照正确顺序上报给高层(即PDCP功能实体)。
本发明实施例中,D-RLC(即分布式RLC子功能实体)的功能为:发送数据时,从C-RLC收到RLC SDU cluster内的多个RLC SDU数据包后,按照目前36.322协议中已有的RLC协议功能,完成数据的按序发送,包括数据的级联、加头、重传等功能;接收数据时,按照目前36.322协议中已有的RLC协议功能,完成数据的按序接收和重组,按照RLC SDU cluster正确的顺序把数据递交给C-RLC。
根据本发明实施例的上述方案,所述集中式RLC子功能实体向所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体发送数据,包括:
所述集中式RLC子功能实体发送给所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体的业务数据单元SDU组成RLC SDU簇;
所述集中式RLC子功能实体将所述RLC SDU簇内的RLC SDU按照接收顺序发送到所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体上。
所述集中式RLC子功能实体向所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体发送数 据,包括:
所述集中式RLC子功能实体发送给所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体的业务数据单元SDU组成RLC SDU簇;
所述集中式RLC子功能实体将所述RLC SDU簇内的RLC SDU按照接收顺序发送到所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体上。
所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体将接收到的数据发送给所述集中式RLC子功能实体,包括:
所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体按序接收数据,并对所述数据进行重组后按序将重组后的数据发送给所述集中式RLC子功能实体。
此外,本发明实施例的RLC功能实体还具有多种传输模式,参照图4,对比于36.322协议中的透明模式(TM)/非确认模式(UM)/确认模式(AM)下的RLC功能实体,本发明实施例的方案在确保兼容性的基础上设计了三种模式下的总体功能方案,在原来功能实体的基础上增加了C-RLC功能,D-RLC功能为已有三种模式的功能。
在三种模式下,C-RLC功能都为数据的分发和各个D-RLC上数据的重组功能。对于AM下的RLC,因为AM RLC功能实体同时就有接收和发送功能,所以AM RLC功能实体同时具有C-RLC的收发功能。对于TM/UM RLC,因为TM/UM RLC的功能中接收和发送是分离的,因此,C-RLC的发送功能与TM/UM RLC发送实体结合在一起,C-RLC的接收功能与TM/UM RLC接收实体结合在一起。
根据本发明实施例的上述方案,所述集中式RLC子功能实体包括:透明模式RLC功能实体、确认模式/非确认模式RLC发送实体、确认模式/非确认模式RLC接收实体;其中,
当处于透明模式时,所述集中式RLC子功能实体通过所述透明模式RLC功能实体进行数据的接收/发送;当处于确认模式/非确认模式时,所述 集中式RLC子功能实体通过所述确认模式/非确认模式RLC发送实体进行数据的发送,以及通过所述确认模式/非确认模式RLC接收实体进行数据的接收。
图5为本发明实施例的RLC功能实体的结构组成示意图,如图5所示,所述功能实体包括:集中式RLC子功能实体51和分布式RLC子功能实体52;
所述集中式RLC子功能实体51,配置为向所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体52发送第一数据;
所述分布式RLC子功能实体52,配置为将接收到的第二数据发送给所述集中式RLC子功能实体51;
所述集中式RLC子功能实体51,还配置为对所述分布式RLC子功能实体52发送的第二数据进行排序,并将排序后的第二数据发送给PDCP功能实体。
本发明实施例中,第一数据与第二数据是不同的数据。
所述集中式RLC子功能实体51发送给每个所述分布式RLC子功能实体52的SDU组成RLC SDU簇;
所述集中式RLC子功能实体51,还配置为将所述RLC SDU簇内的RLC SDU按照接收顺序发送到每个所述分布式RLC子功能实体52上。
所述集中式RLC子功能实体51,还配置为对所述RLC SDU簇内的RLC SDU进行排序,并将排序后的RLC SDU按序发送给PDCP功能实体。
所述分布式RLC子功能实体52,还配置为按序接收第二数据,并对所述第二数据进行重组后按序将重组后的第二数据发送给所述集中式RLC子功能实体51。
所述集中式RLC子功能实体51包括:透明模式RLC功能实体511、确认模式/非确认模式RLC发送实体512、确认模式/非确认模式RLC接收 实体513;其中,
当处于透明模式时,所述集中式RLC子功能实体51通过所述透明模式RLC功能实体511进行数据的接收/发送;当处于确认模式/非确认模式时,所述集中式RLC子功能实体51通过所述确认模式/非确认模式RLC发送实体512进行数据的发送,以及通过所述确认模式/非确认模式RLC接收实体513进行数据的接收。
本领域技术人员应当理解,图5所示的RLC功能实体中的各单元的实现功能可参照前述RLC功能实体处理数据的方法的相关描述而理解。图5所示的RLC功能实体中的各单元的功能可通过运行于处理器上的程序而实现,也可通过具体的逻辑电路而实现。
本发明实施例还记载了一种存储介质,所述存储介质中存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序配置为当处理器运行所述计算机程序时,执行前述各实施例记载的无线链路控制RLC功能实体处理数据的方法。
本发明实施例所记载的技术方案之间,在不冲突的情况下,可以任意组合。
在本发明所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的方法和智能设备,可以通过其它的方式实现。以上所描述的设备实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,如:多个单元或组件可以结合,或可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另外,所显示或讨论的各组成部分相互之间的耦合、或直接耦合、或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,设备或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性的、机械的或其它形式的。

另外,在本发明各实施例中的各功能单元可以全部集成在一个第二处理单元中,也可以是各单元分别单独作为一个单元,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中;上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明提出了一种开环填鸭式的分布式RLC功能实体,不对PDCP功能实体进行任何改动,把RLC功能实体划分成集中式RLC子功能实体和分布式RLC子功能实体两个功能部分,C-RLC功能为新增功能,D-RLC功能为现有RLC功能保持不变,发送数据时C-RLC直接把数据发送给D-RLC,接收数据时D-RLC直接把数据发送给C-RLC,二者之间不需要交互数据流控的信息,通过开环填鸭式的方式发送和接收数据。能够兼容非连续传输带来的时延;具有很好的扩展性,能够快速支撑海量用户。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种无线链路控制RLC功能实体处理数据的方法,将RLC功能实体划分为集中式RLC子功能实体和分布式RLC子功能实体;所述方法包括:
    所述集中式RLC子功能实体向所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体发送第一数据;
    所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体将接收到的第二数据发送给所述集中式RLC子功能实体,所述集中式RLC子功能实体对所述第二数据进行排序,并将排序后的第二数据发送给分组数据汇聚协议PDCP功能实体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的无线链路控制RLC功能实体处理数据的方法,其中,所述集中式RLC子功能实体向所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体发送第一数据,包括:
    所述集中式RLC子功能实体发送给所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体的业务数据单元SDU组成RLC SDU簇;
    所述集中式RLC子功能实体将所述RLC SDU簇内的RLC SDU按照接收顺序发送到所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的无线链路控制RLC功能实体处理数据的方法,其中,所述集中式RLC子功能实体对所述第二数据进行排序,并将排序后的第二数据发送给分组数据汇聚协议PDCP功能实体,包括:
    所述集中式RLC子功能实体对RLC SDU簇内的RLC SDU进行排序,并将排序后的RLC SDU按序发送给PDCP功能实体。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的无线链路控制RLC功能实体处理数据的方法,其中,所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体将接收到的第二数据发送给所述集中式RLC子功能实体,包括:
    所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体按序接收第二数据,并对所述第二数据进行重组后按序将重组后的第二数据发送给所述集中式RLC子功能实 体。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的无线链路控制RLC功能实体处理数据的方法,其中,所述集中式RLC子功能实体包括以下至少之一:透明模式RLC功能实体、确认模式/非确认模式RLC发送实体、确认模式/非确认模式RLC接收实体。
  6. 一种无线链路控制RLC功能实体,所述功能实体包括:集中式RLC子功能实体和分布式RLC子功能实体;
    所述集中式RLC子功能实体,配置为向所述每个分布式RLC子功能实体发送第一数据;
    所述分布式RLC子功能实体,配置为将接收到的第二数据发送给所述集中式RLC子功能实体;
    所述集中式RLC子功能实体,还配置为对所述分布式RLC子功能实体发送的第二数据进行排序,并将排序后的第二数据发送给PDCP功能实体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的无线链路控制RLC功能实体,其中,所述集中式RLC子功能实体发送给每个所述分布式RLC子功能实体的SDU组成RLC SDU簇;
    所述集中式RLC子功能实体,还配置为将所述RLC SDU簇内的RLCSDU按照接收顺序发送到每个所述分布式RLC子功能实体上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的无线链路控制RLC功能实体,其中,所述集中式RLC子功能实体,还配置为对RLC SDU簇内的RLC SDU进行排序,并将排序后的RLC SDU按序发送给PDCP功能实体。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的无线链路控制RLC功能实体,其中,所述分布式RLC子功能实体,还配置为按序接收第二数据,并对所述第二数据进行重组后按序将重组后的第二数据发送给所述集中式RLC子功能实体。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9任一项所述的无线链路控制RLC功能实体, 其中,所述集中式RLC子功能实体包括以下至少之一:透明模式RLC功能实体、确认模式/非确认模式RLC发送实体、确认模式/非确认模式RLC接收实体。
  11. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质中存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序配置为当处理器运行所述计算机程序时,执行权利要求1至5任一项所述的无线链路控制RLC功能实体处理数据的方法。
