随着互联网技术的发展,越来越多的数据系统可以通过网络互连,也带来了支付手段多样化,除各种银行卡之外,也存在有各类支付卡,例如各种储值卡、消费卡、积分卡等,这些银行卡之外的各类支付卡可能是实体卡片,也可能仅是某个系统中记录的可以进行支付的身份。

如前所述,随着互联网技术的发展,越来越多的数据系统可以通 过网络互连,也带来了支付手段多样化,除各种银行卡之外,也存在有各类支付卡,例如各种储值卡、消费卡、积分卡等,这些银行卡之外的各类支付卡可能是实体卡片,也可能仅是某个系统中记录的可以进行支付的身份。
由于针对某次支付,可能存在多种支付方(例如各种储值卡、消费卡、积分卡等),进行消费的用户可能需要在获悉所有可用的支付方的状况下,才能做出决定。若利用现有的交易系统,终端需要依次通过查询各个支付方对应的服务器来获取各个支付方的状况,比如需要获取用户在各支支付方的剩余金额等,总体的查询速度较慢,而且终端和各个支付方之间频繁的查询请求会浪费网络资源并会降低系统效率。尤其而言,当终端的网络带宽等网络资源有限时,整个查询过程耗时会很长,甚至有可能由于网络拥挤导致无法及时得到查询结果。
本发明实施例通过获取身份信息,根据身份信息查询关联信息数据库,选取目标支付方,由第一支付单元向目标支付方发送交易信息并接收反馈信息,而无需用户进行多次查询,可以极大的提升系统效率。而且,终端向外发送的信息仅仅是身份信息和交易信息,无需像现有技术一样发出较多的请求数据来查询各个不同的支付方,占用的网络带宽较小。

交易信息是对应于具体交易内容的信息,例如此次交易的金额等。交易信息可以由终端11生成,或者由终端11接收。
身份信息是可以表征用户身份的信息,并与交易服务器12中关联信息数据库的记录相一致。身份信息可以是证件号码、手机号、银行卡号或会员卡号等信息。身份信息可以通过多种方式获取,例如可以通过NFC近场通信的方式获取手机号等。
在一具体实施中,所述身份信息获取单元112可以通过识别银行卡或身份证获取所述身份信息。由于银行卡或身份证不易被他人获取,通过识别银行卡或身份证获取身份信息,可以提升交易系统的安全性。
相应地,交易服务器12可以包括:接收单元121,适于接收所述交易信息、身份信息;支付方选择单元122,适于根据所述身份信息查询关联信息数据库,以选取目标支付方;第一支付单元123,适于向所述目标支付方发送所述交易信息,接收来自所述目标支付方的反馈信息;反馈单元124,适于将所述反馈信息发送至所述终端11。
支付方14可以是与某种储值卡、会员卡、或积分卡对应的会员系统,例如:可以是某个商家的会员系统,消费者在商家进行充值后,商家在会员系统中记录消费者的身份信息和余额,此时商家的会员系统既可作为支付方14;也可以是对应多个商家的会员系统,存储有身份信息和可消费金额。该会员系统通常是银行支付系统以外的系统。
虽然图中仅示出一个支付方14,但可以理解的是,交易服务器可以连接至多个支付方14。
关联信息数据库中记录有身份信息和各个支付方14的信息,其中身份信息需与支付方14系统中记录的会员信息相对应,例如:支付方14系统中记录的身份信息为手机号,则关联信息数据库中也需记录有手机号;或者也可以在记录手机号的同时,也存储与该手机号 相关联的身份证号,以便在从终端11接收的身份信息为身份证号时,可以将其关联至上述手机号。
在具体实施中,所述反馈信息可以指示所述目标支付方支付成功、部分支付成功或无法支付
若从终端11获取的身份信息在目标支付方系统中关联的余额大于交易信息包含的金额,则直接完成支付,生成支付成功的反馈信息;若从终端11获取的身份信息在目标支付方系统中关联的余额小于交易信息包含的金额,则反馈信息可以是包含目标支付方余额和还需支付数额的提示信息;若并未能和目标支付方完成的通信,或由于其他原因目标支付方拒绝支付,则反馈信息可以是无法支付。
在本发明一实施例中,所述身份信获取单元通过识别银行卡获取所述身份信息;所述终端11还可以包括第二支付单元113,适于在所述反馈信息指示所述目标支付方部分支付成功或无法支付时,通过所述银行卡完成支付。在部分支付成功时,可以通过银行卡完成提示信息中还需支付数额的支付。
在本发明另一实施例中,所述终端11还可以包括:终端信息发送单元114,适于向交易服务器12发送所述终端11的标识信息。
相应地,所述支付方选择单元122还可以包括查询单元、筛选单元、以及第一确定单元,其中:
所述查询单元,适于根据所述身份信息对所述关联信息数据库进行查询,以选取与所述身份信息相关联的各支付方14;
所述筛选单元,适于在所述查询单元选取得到的支付方14中筛选与所述标识信息关联的支付方14;
所述第一确定单元,适于将与所述标识信息关联的支付方14确定为所述目标支付方。
标识信息用于标识不同的终端11,例如可以是终端11的标识号 和终端号,通过终端11的标识号和终端号可以获悉终端11所在的地理位置和商户。与所述标识信息关联的支付方14,则为该终端11所在的商户。故若存在与所述标识信息关联的支付方14,则优先选取该支付方14作为目标支付方。
在本发明另一实施例中,所述支付方选择单元122,还可以包括排序单元和第二确定单元,其中:
所述排序单元,适于在所述筛选单元筛选失败时,根据所述各支付方14的余额、适用范围和/或使用时效进行排序;
所述第二确定单元,适于根据所述排序单元的排序结果确定所述目标支付方。
在所述筛选单元筛选失败时,说明当前消费者在当前商户并未办理过储值卡或积分抵扣卡,此时,可以按照各支付方14的余额、适用范围和/或使用时效进行排序。排序可以按照各支付方14的余额、适用范围、使用时效中的任一种进行,也可以对其中多种进行加权计算,以得到最合适的目标支付方。
支付方14的余额、适用范围、使用时效是消费者在选取支付方14时考虑较多的因素,本发明实施例中的交易系统,可以依照此因素进行计算,得到目标支付方,以代替消费者的人工查询,从而可以提高系统效率。
本发明实施例还提供一种交易处理方法,其流程图参见图4。
在步骤S41中,终端接收或生成交易信息,并获取身份信息。
在步骤S42中,交易服务器接收来自所述终端的交易信息和身份信息。
在步骤S43中,所述交易服务器根据所述身份信息查询关联信息数据库,以选取目标支付方。
在步骤S44中,所述交易服务器向所述目标支付方发送所述交易 信息,并接收来自所述目标支付方的反馈信息。
在步骤S45中,所述交易服务器将所述反馈信息发送至所述终端。
在具体实施中,所述身份信息可以是通过识别银行卡或身份证获取的。
在具体实施中,所述反馈信息可以指示所述目标支付方支付成功、部分支付成功或无法支付。
在具体实施中,所述身份信息是通过识别银行卡获取的,所述方法还包括:在所述反馈信息指示所述目标支付方部分支付成功或无法支付时,通过所述银行卡完成支付。
在具体实施中,交易处理方法还可以包括:所述终端向交易服务器发送所述终端的标识信息;所述交易服务器根据所述身份信息对所述关联信息数据库进行查询,以选取与所述身份信息相关联的各支付方;所述交易服务器在与所述身份信息相关联的各支付方中筛选与所述标识信息关联的支付方;所述交易服务器将与所述标识信息关联的支付方确定为所述目标支付方。
在具体实施中,当所述交易服务器筛选与所述标识信息关联的支付方失败时,所述交易处理方法还可以包括:
所述交易服务器根据所述各支付方的余额、适用范围和/或使用时效进行排序;所述交易服务器根据所述排序单元的排序结果确定所述目标支付方。
本发明实施例中交易处理方法的具体实现方式可以参照前述交易系统,此不赘述。
在本发明实施例中,通过获取身份信息,根据身份信息查询关联信息数据库,选取目标支付方,由第一支付单元向目标支付方发送交易信息并接收反馈信息,而无需用户进行多次查询,可以极大的提升 系统效率。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述实施例的各种方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该程序可以存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,存储介质可以包括:ROM、RAM、磁盘或光盘等。
虽然本发明披露如上,但本发明并非限定于此。任何本领域技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与修改,因此本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种交易系统,其特征在于,包括:终端和交易服务器;其中:
    所述终端包括:
    交易信息单元,适于接收或生成交易信息;
    身份信息获取单元,适于获取身份信息;
    所述交易服务器包括:
    接收单元,适于接收所述交易信息、身份信息;
    支付方选择单元,适于根据所述身份信息查询关联信息数据库,以选取目标支付方;
    第一支付单元,适于向所述目标支付方发送所述交易信息,接收来自所述目标支付方的反馈信息;
    反馈单元,适于将所述反馈信息发送至所述终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述身份信息获取单元通过识别银行卡或身份证获取所述身份信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述反馈信息指示所述目标支付方支付成功、部分支付成功或无法支付。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述身 份信获取单元通过识别银行卡获取所述身份信息;所述终端还包括第二支付单元,适于在所述反馈信息指示所述目标支付方部分支付成功或无法支付时,通过所述银行卡完成支付。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述终端还包括:终端信息发送单元,适于向交易服务器发送所述终端的标识信息;
    所述支付方选择单元包括查询单元、筛选单元、以及第一确定单元,其中:
    所述查询单元,适于根据所述身份信息对所述关联信息数据库进行查询,以选取与所述身份信息相关联的各支付方;
    所述筛选单元,适于在所述查询单元选取得到的支付方中筛选与所述标识信息关联的支付方;
    所述第一确定单元,适于将与所述标识信息关联的支付方确定为所述目标支付方。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的交易系统,其特征在于,所述支付方选择单元还包括排序单元和第二确定单元,其中:
    所述排序单元,适于在所述筛选单元筛选失败时,根据所述各支付方的余额、适用范围和/或使用时效进行排序;
    所述第二确定单元,适于根据所述排序单元的排序结果确定所述目标支付方。
  7. 一种交易处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    终端接收或生成交易信息,并获取身份信息;
    交易服务器接收来自所述终端的交易信息和身份信息;
    所述交易服务器根据所述身份信息查询关联信息数据库,以选取目标支付方;
    所述交易服务器向所述目标支付方发送所述交易信息,并接收来自所述目标支付方的反馈信息;
    所述交易服务器将所述反馈信息发送至所述终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的交易处理方法,其特征在于,所述身份信息是通过识别银行卡或身份证获取的。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的交易处理方法,其特征在于,所述反馈信息指示所述目标支付方支付成功、部分支付成功或无法支付。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的交易处理方法,其特征在于,所述身份信息是通过识别银行卡获取的,所述方法还包括:在所述反馈信息指示所述目标支付方部分支付成功或无法支付时,通过所述银行卡完成支付。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的交易处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:所述终端向交易服务器发送所述终端的标识信息;
    所述交易服务器根据所述身份信息对所述关联信息数据库进行查询,以选取与所述身份信息相关联的各支付方;
    所述交易服务器在与所述身份信息相关联的各支付方中筛选与所述标识信息关联的支付方;
    所述交易服务器将与所述标识信息关联的支付方确定为所述目标支付方。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的交易处理方法,其特征在于,当所述交易服务器筛选与所述标识信息关联的支付方失败时,所述交易处理方法还包括:
    所述交易服务器根据所述各支付方的余额、适用范围和/或使用时效进行排序;
    所述交易服务器根据排序结果确定所述目标支付方。
