Abstract
一种用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制方法,包括:获取用户的生理信息(102);根据用户的生理信息,判断用户是否进入睡眠状态(104);若判定用户进入睡眠状态,则记录用户的睡眠时长(106);在记录用户的睡眠时长的过程中,根据预设睡眠时长和预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,进行闹铃提醒(108)。还提供了一种用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制装置(200)。该用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制方法和闹铃控制装置(200)能够自动调整闹铃,无需用户手动调整,满足了用户的个性化需求,同时避免影响他人,提升了用户的使用体验。
Description
本申请要求于2016年1月29日提交中国专利局,申请号为201610067086.9、发明名称为“用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制方法及闹铃控制装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及可穿戴设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制方法和一种用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制装置。

A大致需要估计一个入睡时间,比如15min,即12点45分入睡,那他预设一个13点15分的闹钟,就大致能够将睡眠时间控制在30分钟左右。
事实上,由于中午周围环境的嘈杂,A很难准确预计自己将何时入睡,一旦入睡晚了20min,则闹钟会在10min后响起,如此一来,A越晚入睡压力就会越大,进而可能得重设闹钟时间,重设过程中,脑子又变得更清新睡不着,无法根据用户的实际需求自动调整闹铃,影响用户的使用体验。
因此,如何根据用户实际需求自动调整闹铃成为亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述技术问题至少之一,提出了一种新的用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制方案,能够自动调整闹铃,无需用户手动调整,满足了用户的个性化需求,提升了用户的使用体验。
有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制方法,包括:获取用户的生理信息;根据所述用户的生理信息,判断所述用户是否进入睡眠状
态;若判定所述用户进入睡眠状态,则记录所述用户的睡眠时长;在记录所述用户的睡眠时长的过程中,根据预设睡眠时长和预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,进行闹铃提醒。
在该技术方案中,由于用户在清醒状态和睡眠状态时的生理信息是不相同的,比如用户进入睡眠状态时的心率信号、脑波信息等生理信息相对于清醒状态时变化比较规律、平稳,所以通过获取用户的生理信息(如通过可穿戴设备上的传感器采集用户的生理信息),根据用户的生理信息,判断用户是否进入睡眠状态,由于可穿戴设备(如耳机、手环等)为与人体高度贴近的设备,在人体的生理信号检测上具有天然优势,其输入信号的信噪比更高,使得能够更准确地确定用户是否进入睡眠,无需用户自己估算何时能够入睡;同时通过在判定用户进行睡眠状态,记录用户的睡眠时长,并在记录用户的睡眠时长的过程中,根据预设睡眠时长和预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级(优先级可由用户设置或系统默认设备),进行闹铃提醒,使得能够根据预设睡眠时长和预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级自动调整闹铃,满足了用户的个性化需求,此外,由于可穿戴设备与人体高度贴近,在进行闹铃提醒时,可采用较小的闹铃提示音量,例如耳机,不仅可以设置较小的提示音量且是局部发音,又或者是手环,可以设置为振动方式的闹铃提示,从而尽可能地避免影响他人。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,根据预设睡眠时长和预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,进行闹铃提醒的步骤,具体包括:若所述预设睡眠时长的优先级高于所述预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,则当检测到所述用户的睡眠时长达到所述预设睡眠时长时,进行闹铃提醒;若所述预设睡眠时长的优先级低于所述预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,则在达到所述预设睡眠截至时刻之前,检测到所述用户的睡眠时长达到所述预设睡眠时长时,进行闹铃提醒,或在检测到所述用户的睡眠时长未达到所述预设睡眠时长,但检测到当前时刻达到所述预设睡眠截至时刻时,进行闹铃提醒。
在该技术方案中,若预设睡眠时长的优先级高于预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,则记录用户的睡眠时长的过程中,即便在某时刻达到了预设睡眠截至时刻,也不进行闹铃提醒,直至记录到的用户的睡眠时长达到预设睡眠时长,从而保证了用户有足够的睡眠时长,满足了用户对睡眠质量的需求,若预设睡眠时长的优先级低于预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,则在达到预设睡眠截至时刻之前,

在该技术方案中,在记录用户任一次的睡眠时长的过程中,可以将用户在睡眠过程中处于清醒状态的时间不计入用户任一次的睡眠时长,尽可能排除睡觉途中其他因素对用户的影响,以确保用户的睡眠质量。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,还包括:在记录所述用户的睡眠时长的过程中,若检测到所述用户转为清醒状态且所述清醒状态持续时间达到预定阈值,则终止记录睡眠时长,并取消闹铃提醒。

通过以上技术方案,能够自动调整闹铃,无需用户手动调整,满足了用户的个性化需求的同时,尽量避免影响他人,提升了用户的使用体验。

其中,获取单元202,用于获取用户的生理信息;判断单元204,用于根据所述用户的生理信息,判断所述用户是否进入睡眠状态;记录单元206,用于若判定单元判定所述用户进入睡眠状态,则记录所述用户的睡眠时长;处理单元208,用于在所述记录单元206记录所述用户的睡眠时长的过程中,根据预设睡眠时长和预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,进行闹铃提醒。

在该技术方案中,在记录用户的睡眠时长的过程中,可以通过设置在可穿戴设备上的重力传感器等检测用户是否起身以确认用户是否转为清醒状态,并统计清醒状态持续时间,若检测到用户转为清醒状态且清醒状态持续时间达到预定阈值,说明用户不打算继续睡觉,闹铃提醒可能对用户没有太大的意义,所以通过终止记录睡眠时长,并取消闹铃提醒,使得无需用户手动取消闹铃提醒,提升了用户的使用体验。
在上述任一项技术方案中,优选地,还包括:接收单元210,用于在所述处理单元208根据预设睡眠时长和预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,进行闹铃提醒之前,接收所述用户的设置指令;设置单元212,用于根据所述设置指令,设置所述预设睡眠时长、所述预设睡眠截至时刻以及所述预设睡眠时长和所述预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级。
在该技术方案中,用户可以通过多种方式对预设睡眠时长、预设睡眠截至时刻以及预设睡眠时长和预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级等闹铃信息进行设置,如在可穿戴设备上配置相关配件,可以直接接收用户通过手动输入的和/或语音输入的上述闹铃信息,或用户也可以在可穿戴设备相连的外部设备上设置上述闹铃信息,并通过外部设备将设置好上述闹铃信息发送至可穿戴设备,以完成设置,用户不但可以设置睡眠时长和睡眠截至时刻,还可以根据自身实际需求对两者间的优先级进行设置,使得整个闹铃控制过程更贴合用户的实际需求,当然,在用户设置完预设睡眠时长和预设睡眠截至时刻,系统也可以自动默认设置两者间的优先级。
图3示出了根据本发明的实施例的可穿戴设备的示意框图。
如图3所示,根据本发明的实施例的可穿戴设备300,包括:如图2所示的用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制装置200。
以下以耳机作为可穿戴设备对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
本实施例中的耳机可以是具有独立运算功能和存储功能的独立智能耳机,也可以是与智能终端连接的有线耳机或无线耳机,关键是耳麦处配有能检测用户生理信号的传感器,以及重力传感器,具体的实现过程如下:
(1)用户设定不同时段的默认睡眠时长(即预设睡眠时长)和截止时刻(即预设睡眠截至时刻)以及默认睡眠时长和截止时刻的优先级。
①耳机提供设定默认睡眠时长的UI(User Interface,用户界面),UI形式不限,可以是语音输入,也可以用户通过与耳机相连的外部设备(如手机)输入。这个默认睡眠时长,用户不用每次都设定,设定一次即可,后续可修改;
②用户还可以设定一个与睡眠时长对应的默认截止时刻(也可以不设定,若不设定,则系统默认睡眠时长优先级高);
③睡眠时长和截止时刻可以根据时段的不同,设置一组或多组“睡眠时长+截止时刻+优先级”。
例如:用户A,将闹铃时段划分为白天和晚上,白天设置“睡眠时长=30min,截止时刻为13:40,截至时刻优先级高或睡眠时长优先级高”,晚上设置“睡眠时长=7hours30min,截止时刻为7:40,睡眠时长优先级高”。
(2)用户一键设定动态闹钟
本实施例中,A需要午休,睡前A按一下耳机上闹钟按键,然后开始午休。
(3)耳机做入睡检测判定
耳机上的传感器检测用户生理信息,比如心律信号,脑波信号等,通过一定的信号处理手段,判定用户是否入睡,如果入睡,进入步骤(4)。
(4)耳机倒计时睡眠时长
耳机记录用户睡眠时间,在记录用户睡眠时间过程中,若设置的睡眠时长的优先级高,则无论是否到达截至时刻,一律进入步骤(5)。
特别地:
①当用户中途醒来,耳机自动停止睡眠计时,直至检测到用户再次入睡,再累加计时;
②若截至时刻的优先级高,则达到截至时刻前,若用户当次累加睡眠时间达到用户预先设定的睡眠时长,进入第(5)步骤;或用户当次累加睡眠时间未达到用户预先设定的睡眠时长,一旦达到截止时刻时,一律强制进入第(5)步骤;
③检测用户是否转为清醒状态(如通过耳机重力传感器检测用户是否有起身),若检测到用户转为清醒状态且清醒状态持续时间达到预定阈值,认为用户已经起床不打算睡了,遂取消此次计时和闹铃,不进入步骤(5)。
(5)唤醒用户
耳机以适当的音量响起音乐,保证不吵到旁边的人。
在上述实施例中,除了可以将耳机作为闹铃使用,还可以采用智能手环等可穿戴设备作为闹铃使用,在使用智能手环等可穿戴设备时,可以采用振动方式进行闹铃提醒,同样在满足用户自身需求的同时,不影响他人。
通过上述技术方案,可以实现以下技术效果:
1)、能够根据用户的入睡时刻,动态调节闹铃时间,有效解决了用户入睡时间不定而无法在合适的时刻唤醒用户的问题,体验一般闹钟好;
2)、耳机作为与人体高度贴近的设备,在人体信号检测上具有天然优势,比起手机来,其输入信号的信噪比更高,更有利于判断用户是否入睡;
3)、耳机发出的闹铃声是局部的,不会吵到别人。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,本发明的技术方案提出了一种新的用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制方案,能够自动调整闹铃,无需用户手动调整,满足了用户的个性化需求的同时,尽量避免影响他人,提升了用户的使用体验。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制方法,其特征在于,包括:获取用户的生理信息;根据所述用户的生理信息,判断所述用户是否进入睡眠状态;若判定所述用户进入睡眠状态,则记录所述用户的睡眠时长;在记录所述用户的睡眠时长的过程中,根据预设睡眠时长和预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,进行闹铃提醒。
- 根据权利要求1所述的闹铃控制方法,其特征在于,根据预设睡眠时长和预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,进行闹铃提醒的步骤,具体包括:若所述预设睡眠时长的优先级高于所述预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,则当检测到所述用户的睡眠时长达到所述预设睡眠时长时,进行闹铃提醒;若所述预设睡眠时长的优先级低于所述预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,则在达到所述预设睡眠截至时刻之前,检测到所述用户的睡眠时长达到所述预设睡眠时长时,进行闹铃提醒,或在检测到所述用户的睡眠时长未达到所述预设睡眠时长,但检测到当前时刻达到所述预设睡眠截至时刻时,进行闹铃提醒。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:在记录所述用户任一次的睡眠时长的过程中,若检测到所述用户由睡眠状态转为清醒状态,则暂停记录睡眠时长,直至再次检测到所述用户进入睡眠状态;累计所有记录到的睡眠时长,作为所述用户任一次的睡眠时长。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制方法,其特征在于,还包括:在记录所述用户的睡眠时长的过程中,若检测到所述用户转为清醒状态且所述清醒状态持续时间达到预定阈值,则终止记录睡眠时长,并取消闹铃提醒。
- 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制方法,其特征在于,在根据预设睡眠时长和预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,进行闹铃提醒的步骤之前,还包括:接收所述用户的设置指令;根据所述设置指令,设置所述预设睡眠时长、所述预设睡眠截至时刻以及所述预设睡眠时长和所述预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级。
- 一种用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制装置,其特征在于,包括:获取单元,用于获取用户的生理信息;判断单元,用于根据所述用户的生理信息,判断所述用户是否进入睡眠状态;记录单元,用于若判定单元判定所述用户进入睡眠状态,则记录所述用户的睡眠时长;处理单元,用于在所述记录单元记录所述用户的睡眠时长的过程中,根据预设睡眠时长和预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,进行闹铃提醒。
- 根据权利要求6所述的闹铃控制装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元具体用于:若所述预设睡眠时长的优先级高于所述预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,则当检测到所述用户的睡眠时长达到所述预设睡眠时长时,进行闹铃提醒;若所述预设睡眠时长的优先级低于所述预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,则在达到所述预设睡眠截至时刻之前,检测到所述用户的睡眠时长达到所述预设睡眠时长时,进行闹铃提醒,或在检测到所述用户的睡眠时长未达到所述预设睡眠时长,但检测到当前时刻达到所述预设睡眠截至时刻时,进行闹铃提醒。
- 根据权利要求6所述的用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制装置,其特征在于,所述记录单元具体用于:在记录所述用户任一次的睡眠时长的过程中,若检测到所述用户由睡眠状态转为清醒状态,则暂停记录睡眠时长,直至再次检测到所述用户进入睡眠状态;累计所有记录到的睡眠时长,作为所述用户任一次的睡眠时长。
- 根据权利要求6所述的用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制装置,其特征在于,所述处理单元,还用于在所述记录单元记录所述用户的睡眠时长的过程中,若检测到所述用户转为清醒状态且所述清醒状态持续时间达到预定阈值,则终止记录睡眠时长,并取消闹铃提醒。
- 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的用于可穿戴设备的闹铃控制装置,其特征在于,还包括:接收单元,用于在所述处理单元根据预设睡眠时长和预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级,进行闹铃提醒之前,接收所述用户的设置指令;设置单元,用于根据所述设置指令,设置所述预设睡眠时长、所述预设睡眠截至时刻以及所述预设睡眠时长和所述预设睡眠截至时刻的优先级。
