Description
本发明属于家电领域,尤其是涉及一种定时开窗帘的方法以及自动窗帘。
晚上盯着电脑不想睡,早晨则是赖着床不愿起。到底有多少人处在这样的状态中 ?
记者在南京一家论坛里针对白领的作息情况进行了一次小调查。共有 76 名南京白领参与调查,只有 14 人声称自己基本能睡到自然醒,其余 62
人在工作日,几乎每天早上都是被闹铃吵醒或家人叫醒,占了八成多。
那么,晚上一般几点睡觉呢 ? 参与调查的这些人中,有三成 ' 夜猫子 ' 一直要耗到夜里 12
点之后才愿睡觉,超过 60% 的人睡觉时间在晚上 11 点到 12 点之间。但需要说明的是,绝大多数单位都实行着 ' 打卡上班 '
的制度,两者无疑是莫大的矛盾。
研究发现,被突然的闹铃惊醒的参加试验者比睡到自然醒的血压更高,心率更快。人在睡眠时身体发生一些微妙的变化使我们在早上容易发病,而闹铃声只不过加剧了这个过程而已。
医师指出,长期被刺耳的闹钟声惊醒对人的健康会产生不利影响。因为人在 深度睡眠
中突然被闹钟叫醒,会引起身体保护性的条件反射,体内 肾上腺素
水平迅速提高,心跳加快,血管收缩压升高,长期受到这种刺激,很可能导致一系列睡眠问题,甚至引发高血压。
自动窗帘分为全 自动
窗帘和半自动窗帘,全自动窗帘的感应基础是日照光线和温度,在设定的光线和温度下自动开启窗帘和关闭窗帘;半自动窗帘的操作是不需要走到窗边手动拉动窗帘,只需要通过手持遥控设备就可以操作,这种设备可以是智能手机也可以是类似电视遥控器的设备。
为此,针对当前闹钟提醒用户起床对身体健康不利的情况,需要提供一种方法可以代替闹钟,更健康地提醒用户起床。

因为用户可能是双休,单休,轮休的方式,因为设置所述窗帘开启时间时可以设置'每天',代表每天到用户设置所述窗帘开启时间都会打开,可以设置'工作日',代表从周一到周五到用户设置所述窗帘开启时间都会打开,也可以指定哪几天到用户设置所述窗帘开启时间都不打开。
在步骤 S102 中,判断当前时间是否是用户预设的所述窗帘开启时间,若否,则进入步骤 S103
,保持原状;若是,进入步骤 S104 ,自动打开窗帘。
本发明通过用户预设的时间自动打开窗帘,从而代替闹钟,帮助用户更健康的起床。
