技术领域
本申请实施例涉及移动通信设备领域,尤其涉及与取卡针配套使用的推杆、数码卡弹出装置以及手机。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,手机已经成为人们工作、生活的必备工具。目前的手机、平板电脑等数据产品都朝着大屏幕、超薄度、智能化的方向发展,为了降低手机厚度,且满足用户不需要打开手机外壳便可以更换SIM卡、Micro SD卡等数码卡,如今很多手机采用一体化设计的方式,后盖无法打开,将SIM卡、Micro SD卡等数码卡设置在手机一侧的卡托中。
在数码卡需要插拔时,通过将取卡针插入手机侧面的针孔中,透过针孔抵在推杆上,对推杆施加作用力从而将卡托捅出实现数码卡的插拔。现有技术中,推杆多采用为板材冲压工艺制成,推杆结构弱,在经常受力的情况下容易出现变形。
有鉴于此,如今亟需需要一种新的推杆结构,以克服上述缺陷。
发明内容
本申请的目的是提供一种在抵针端和连接端增加补强部,提高推杆折弯部 的抗压性的与取卡针配套使用的推杆、数码卡弹出装置以及手机。
根据本申请实施例的一方面,提供了一种与取卡针配套使用的推杆,包括直杆部和与所述直杆部一端连接的头部,头部包括第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁与直杆部垂直,其外表面为用于与取卡针相抵的抵针面,所述第二侧壁的一端连接第一侧壁,第二侧壁的另一端连接直杆部;其特征在于,头部还包括第三侧壁,所述第三侧壁的第一端连接所述第一侧壁,第三侧壁的第二端连接所述第二侧壁或直杆部。
进一步,所述第三侧壁的第一端连接所述第一侧壁的远离与第二侧壁连接的一端。
进一步,所述第三侧壁的第一端连接所述第一侧壁的中部。
进一步,所述第三侧壁的第二端连接所述第二侧壁的与直杆部连接的一端。

本申请实施例通过在推杆头部的第一侧壁和直杆部之间增加第三侧壁作为补强部,提高推杆头部的抗压性,从而克服现有技术中板材冲压工艺制成在推杆结构弱,在经常受力的情况下容易出现变形的缺陷。

为使本申请实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面结合具体实施方式并参照附图,对本申请实施例进一步详细说明。应该理解,这些描述只是示例性的,而并非要限制本申请实施例的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本申请实施例的概念。
图1是现有技术中数码卡弹出装置的结构示意图;图2是现有技术中与取卡针300配套使用的推杆100的结构示意图。
如图1、2所示,现有技术中的推杆100包括头部1和直杆部2,当使用取卡针300捅数码卡弹出装置时,需要将取卡针300抵在推杆100的头部1上表面,并发出作用力,使得推杆100推动杠杆组件(推杆100推动杠杆组件为现有技术中普遍采用的技术,并有相应的标准件,在此不再赘述),从而将承载有数码卡(包括SIM卡、Micro SD卡)的卡托400弹出卡座500外,从而实现数码卡的插取。
由于现有技术中的推杆100多采用板材冲压工艺制成,推杆100结构弱,在经常受力的情况下容易使得推杆100的头部1发生变形。
第一实施方式
图3是本申请实施例与取卡针300配套使用的推杆100第一实施方式结构示意图。其中,图3a是推杆100的透视图,图3b是推杆100的主视图。
如图3所示,与取卡针300配套使用的推杆100包括头部1和直杆部2,头部1。
头部1为由侧壁围成的框状部件,包括第一侧壁11和第二侧壁12。其中,第一侧壁11与直杆部2垂直,其外表面为用于与取卡针300相抵的抵针面。第二侧壁12的一端连接第一侧壁11,第二侧壁12的另一端连接直杆部2。
头部1还包括第二侧壁13,第二侧壁13的第一端连接第一侧壁11,第二侧壁13的第二端连接所述第二侧壁12或直杆部2。在实施时,第二侧壁13与第一侧壁11的连接位置可以根据情况变化而改变,不受局限。只要能够起到对第一侧壁11的支撑作用,都在本申请实施例的保护范围之内。
具体的,第二侧壁13第一端可以连接在第一侧壁11的远离与第二侧壁12连接的一端,也可以连接在第一侧壁11的中部。第二侧壁13的第二端可以连接在第二侧壁12的与直杆部2连接的一端,也可以连接在直杆部2的与第二侧壁12连接的一端。
在本实施例中,第二侧壁13为直板结构。其中,第二侧壁13的第一端连接在第一侧壁11的远离与第二侧壁12连接的一端,第二侧壁13的第二端连接在第二侧壁12的与直杆部2连接的一端。
当取卡针300抵在推杆100的头部1的第一侧壁11上并发出作用力时,第一侧壁11将依靠自身的结构作用发出与作用力方向相反的反作用力,在新增加了第二侧壁13之后,第二侧壁13对第一侧壁11起到支撑作用,从而避免第一侧壁11独自受力而造成头部1变形。
第二实施方式
图4是本申请实施例与取卡针300配套使用的推杆100第二实施方式结构示意图。其中,图4a是推杆100的透视图,图4b是推杆100的主视图。
在本实施例中,第二侧壁13为一体折弯结构。在中部为折弯处,两端分别向两边延伸,其中,第二侧壁13的第一端连接在第一侧壁11的远离与第二侧壁12连接的一端,第二侧壁13的第二端连接在第二侧壁12的与直杆部2连接的一端。第二侧壁13的折弯处为90度的直角。所述第一侧壁11、第二侧壁12、第二侧壁13围成近似矩形的形状。所述第一侧壁11、第二侧壁12、第二侧壁13围成近似三边形的形状。
当取卡针300抵在推杆100的头部1的第一侧壁11上并发出作用力时,第一侧壁11将依靠自身的结构作用发出与作用力方向相反的反作用力,在新增加了第二侧壁13之后,第二侧壁13对第一侧壁11起到支撑作用,从而避免第一侧壁11独自受力而造成头部1变形。
图5是本申请实施例数码卡弹出装置的结构示意图。
如图5所示,一种数码卡弹出装置,包括卡托400、杠杆组件、卡座500,还包括上述的推杆100,杠杆组件一端连接推杆100,另一端连接卡托400。卡托400用于放置数码卡(包括SIM卡、Micro SD卡)。
取卡、放卡、换卡时,将取卡针300通过卡座500上的针孔401抵在推杆100的头部1上,推动推杆100使得杠杆组件运转从而将卡托400从卡座500内弹出。
需要说明的是,杠杆组件具有支点端和绕支点端转动的第一活动端、第二活动端。第一活动端连接推杆100,第二活动端连接卡托400。
当推动推杆100时,第一活动端受推杆100的推动作用向卡座500朝内的一端绕支点进行转动,第二活动端受第一活动端的推动作用向卡座500朝外的一端绕支点进行转动,卡托400受第二活动端的推动作用弹出卡座500。
当将卡托400推回卡座500时,第二活动端受卡托400的推动作用向卡座500朝内的一端绕支点端进行转动,第一活动端受第二活动端的推动作用向卡座500朝外的一端绕支点进行转动,推杆100受第一活动端的推动作用复位。
根据本申请实施例的另一方面,提供了一种手机,包括上述的推杆100。
根据本申请实施例的又一方面,提供了一种手机,包括上述的数码卡弹出装置。
本申请实施例通过在推杆头部的第一侧壁和直杆部之间增加第三侧壁作为补强部,提高推杆头部的抗压性,从而克服现有技术中板材冲压工艺制成在推杆结构弱,在经常受力的情况下容易出现变形的缺陷。

  1. 一种与取卡针配套使用的推杆,包括直杆部和与所述直杆部一端连接的头部,头部包括第一侧壁和第二侧壁,所述第一侧壁与直杆部垂直,其外表面为用于与取卡针相抵的抵针面,所述第二侧壁的一端连接第一侧壁,第二侧壁的另一端连接直杆部;其特征在于,头部还包括第三侧壁,所述第三侧壁的第一端连接所述第一侧壁,第三侧壁的第二端连接所述第二侧壁或直杆部。
