现有腰靠产品大多为单支撑体结构,虽然能满足六自由度,但支撑部位局限,且支撑作用力小,使用寿命短,使用舒适性差;少许腰靠产品采用双面板支撑结构,但这种结构采用弹片连接背板和面板,仅能满足前后两自由度,减震偏硬,使用舒适性差,达不到缓解疲劳的目的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种双面腰靠,其具备结构合理,全方位六自由度满足使用者需求,使用舒适性极好的优点,采用本实用新型双面腰靠,满足支撑作用力足够的同时又不会是的减震过硬,使用舒适性极好,能有效缓解疲劳。
为解决现有技术中腰靠装置使用舒适性差,支撑力不足,支撑部位局限,减震偏硬且不灵活的技术问题,本实用新型一种双面腰靠,包括背板,至少一对弹簧以及左叶板和右叶板,背板左右两侧均安装有弹簧固定台,左叶板和右叶板上安装有弹簧凸台,弹簧固定台和弹簧凸台之间通过弹簧连接。

同时,为了配合以上技术效果,使得舒适性更好,左叶板3和右叶板4表面设置橡胶软层、织物、皮料或泡棉。
