本发明采用滚轮塑封方式为连续作业,在同样的薄膜进给速度下,单位时间内的作业节拍显著提高,理论上可以完成每分钟120-200个生产节拍(被包装物料的比重及形状、包装的重量和带长不同而不同),最高可以 提高一倍的效率;旧的拉膜方式采用带式拉膜机构,这样的机构占用很大空间,增加了物料掉落的高度,我们新式的拉膜机构只用一个拉膜轮,占用空间极小,这样将传统的物料掉落高度从800毫米左右减少到了350毫米左右,这也就为自动落料节省了时间,为更快包装提供了可能。
(1)效率高:最高可以提高一倍的生产效率;
(2)稳定性高:滚动结构比旧的滑动结构更可靠;
(3)实用性强:能包装几乎所有物料;
(4)结构紧凑:塑封结构及拉膜机构都组合在一个集装板上,这样利于检修,并为机器其他操作腾出更多空间。

实现发明的最佳方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提出的高速全自动立式包装机详细说明如后。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,本发明提供一种高速全自动立式包装机,其主要包括夹子组运动组件、翻领成型器100、内置有可精确控制发热的热中封轮组101。夹子组运动组件包括内置有可精确控制发热的横封夹子组、轻型高强度的夹子组运动支架。夹子组运动支架内部两侧端设置有可按需控制的直线驱动气缸。横封夹子组一侧面与直线驱动汽缸的驱动轴连接,该直线驱动气缸带动横封夹子做开合运动。横封夹子组一侧面与夹子组运动支架内侧连接。横封夹子组上方依次设置热中风轮组、翻领成型器,具有加热环的热中风轮组紧邻翻领成型器的前下方。翻领成型器100位于整个结构的正上方。
如图8所示,横封夹子组包括两个对称设置的横封夹子,该横封夹子设有横封夹子支撑116、热塑封齿面117、切断打孔器118。切断打孔器118安装于横封夹子支撑116内部。热塑封齿面117安装于横封夹子支撑116一侧面。两横封夹子的热塑封齿面117相对设置。热塑封齿面117内侧安装加热棒1170。该加热棒1170安装于横封夹子支撑116的内置空间并靠近热塑封齿面117的内侧面。如热塑封齿面117损坏只需更换热塑封齿面117即可。
如图9、图10所示,切断打孔器118设有高温气缸、打孔针122、压缩弹簧121、切断刀123。高温气缸设有高温气缸体119、进气口125、刀座124、高温气缸活塞120。进气口125设置于高温气缸体119一侧面。高温气缸活塞120安装于刀座124的两侧后部分嵌入高温气缸体119内。打孔针122的一端固设在刀座124的外侧面。压缩弹簧121套设于打孔针122上,压缩弹簧121的内径小于打孔针122的外径,使得压缩弹簧121收缩时带动打孔针122同步收缩。压缩弹簧121的一端固设在刀座124外侧面。压缩弹簧的另一端抵触于热塑封齿面117的内侧面。切断刀123安装于刀座124上侧面。刀座124的上侧面设有槽,槽内设有螺纹孔1240。切断刀123上开设有槽孔1230。槽孔1230套设固定于螺纹孔1240上。槽孔1230具有一长度,该长度大于螺纹孔1240的直径。该槽孔1230用于不同使用情况的调整切断刀123的相对位置。切断刀123内侧面位于刀座124外侧面之前,刀座推动切断刀123移动。
当压缩空气从进气口125进入高温气缸体119内会推动高温气缸活塞 120往外移动,同时带动刀座124往外移动。而打孔针122、切断刀123又与刀座124紧紧固定在一起,因此打孔针122、切断刀123也会同时往外移动完成包装袋的切断和打孔需求。在切断打孔器118完成切断和打孔动作之后,压缩弹簧121会将切断打孔器118各组件顶回到初始状态,预备好下一次的动作。热塑封齿面117上还设有孔,以供切断刀123、打孔针122穿过。由于切断打孔器118与加热棒1170同时位于横封夹子支撑116的内置空间,故切断打孔器118被内置集成的技术较现有外置技术更加高效、节能。
在本发明一个实施方式中,上述夹子组运动组件还包括直线保持组件、直线驱动组件,分别安装于夹子组运动支架外侧。
直线保持组件包括精密超长寿命的直线保持器滑块、精密超长寿命的直线保持器导轨。直线保持器滑块固定于夹子组运动支架外侧,直线保持器导轨设置于直线保持器滑块的凹槽内。直线保持器滑块在直线保持器导轨上做上下滑动。
直线驱动组件包括直线驱动丝杠丝母、高精度伺服控制的直线驱动丝杠。直线驱动丝杠丝母与固定于夹子组运动支架外侧的连接件连接。直线驱动丝杠丝母套设在直线驱动丝杠上,也就是说,直线驱动丝杠设置于直线驱动丝杠丝母内。直线驱动丝杠驱动横封夹子组做上下运动。
直线保持组件设置有两个。直线驱动组件设置有一个,其位于两个所述直线保持组件之间。
在本发明一个实施方式中,上述夹子组运动组件设有两组,两组夹子组运动组件为左右对称结构。位于左侧的横封夹子组在位于右侧的横封夹子组的上方,使左侧的横封夹子组与右侧的横封夹子组上下交替运行,使得包装膜连续不断的输送。
以下具体介绍本发明的一个具体实施例。本实施例采用左右对称结构夹子组运动组件。请参阅图1-8所示,其中图1中包括表示立体方位的立体坐标,立体坐标中包括前、后、左、右、上、下。
夹子组运动支架共设2个,位于左边为左夹子组运动支架109及位于右边为右夹子组运动组支架108。翻领成型器100设置在左夹子组运动支架109的正上方。热中风轮组101设置在翻领成型器100的前下方。该热中封轮组内部设置加热环。直线驱动气缸共设4个。左夹子组运动支架109内的前方和后方分别各设有1个左直线驱动气缸115,其中右夹子组运动支架108内的前方和后方分别各设有1个右直线驱动气缸114。
直线保持器导轨共设4个。位于左边的2个左直线保持器导轨113分别设置在左夹子组运动支架109左外侧面的两侧。位于右边的两个右直线保持器导轨112分设置在右夹子组运动支架108右外侧面的两侧。
直线保持器滑块共设4个。位于左边的2个左直线保持器滑块111分别设置在2个左直线保持器导轨113上并固定于左夹子组运动支架109左外侧面上。2个左直线保持器滑块111分别在2个左直线保持器导轨113上做上下滑动。位于右边的2个右直线保持器滑块110分别设置在2个右直线保持器导轨112上并固定于右夹子组运动支架100右外侧面上。该2个右直线保持器滑块110分别在2个右夹子组运动支架108上滑动。
直线驱动丝杠丝母共设2个。位于左边的1个左直线驱动丝杠丝母107设置在2个左直线保持器导轨113的中间并与固定于该左夹子组运动支架109左外侧面的连接件1071连接。位于右边的1个右直线驱动丝杠丝母106设置在2个右直线保持器导轨112的中间并与固定于该右夹子组运动支架108右外侧面的连接件1061连接。
横封夹子组共设2组,每组设有2个横封夹子。位于左边的2个左横封夹子102分别居于热中封轮组101下侧,左边的2个左横封夹子102的一侧面分别与2个左直线驱动气缸115的驱动轴连接。该2个左直线驱动气缸115分别带动2个左横封夹子102相互开合。位于右边的2个右横封夹子103的一侧面分别与2个右直线驱动气缸114的驱动轴连接。该2个右直线驱动气缸114分别带动2个右横封夹子103相互开合。同时,2个左横封夹子102和2个右横封夹子103的一侧面分别与左夹子组支架109和右夹子组支架108内侧面连接。该2个左横封夹子和2个右横封夹子内置加热棒,它们具有封合包装膜、拉动包装膜和切断包装膜三者同时进行的功能。当一侧的横封夹子组夹住包装膜往下拉的过程中,横封夹子内的切断装置会根据需要选择是否切断包装,同时达到一定温度的横封夹子可以为包装封口。2个左横封夹子位于2个右横封夹子的上方,使2个左横封夹子与2个右横封夹子上下交替运行。这样就使得包装膜可以连续不断的输送,解决了老旧设备断续工作运行的问题,显著提高生产效率。
直线驱动丝杠共设2个。位于左边的左直线驱动丝杠105设置在左直线驱动丝杠丝母107内。2个左直线驱动丝杠105分别驱动2个左直线保持器滑块111在2个左直线保持器导轨113上做上下滑动,从而分别带动2个左横封夹子102做上下运动。位于右边的右直线驱动丝杠104设置在右直线驱动丝杠丝母106内。2个右直线驱动丝杠104分别驱动2个右直线保持器滑块110在2个右直线保持器导轨112上做上下滑动,从而分别带动2个右横封夹子103做上下运动。2个左横封夹子102与2个右横封夹子103为上下交替运行,这样就使得包装膜可以连续不断的输送,解决了老旧设备断续工作运行的问题,显著提高生产效率。在2个左横封夹子102与2个右横封夹子103做上下交替运行的过程中,该2个左横封夹子102与2个右横封夹子103的开、合也是交替进行。当一侧横封夹子闭合的时候, 另一侧横封夹子随即打开,反之,亦然。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种高速全自动立式包装机,其特征在于,其主要包括:夹子组运动组件、翻领成型器、热中风轮组,
    其中夹子组运动组件包括夹子组运动支架、横封夹子组,夹子组运动支架内部两侧端设置有直线驱动气缸,横封夹子组一侧面与直线驱动汽缸的驱动轴连接,横封夹子组一侧面与夹子组运动支架内侧连接,横封夹子组上方从下至上依次设置热中风轮组、翻领成型器,热中风轮组位于翻领成型器的前下方;
    以及横封夹子组包括两个对称设置的横封夹子,该横封夹子设有横封夹子支撑、热塑封齿面、切断打孔器,切断打孔器安装于横封夹子支撑内部,热塑封齿面安装于横封夹子支撑一侧面,两横封夹子的热塑封齿面相对设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高速全自动立式包装机,其特征在于,所述切断打孔器设有高温气缸、打孔针、压缩弹簧、切断刀;
    高温气缸设有高温气缸体、进气口、刀座、高温气缸活塞;
    进气口设置于高温气缸体一侧面;
    高温气缸活塞安装于刀座的两侧后部分嵌入高温气缸体内;
    打孔针的一端固设在刀座的外侧面;
    压缩弹簧套设于打孔针上,压缩弹簧的内径小于打孔针的外径,压缩弹簧的一端固设在刀座外侧面,压缩弹簧的另一端抵触于所述热塑封齿面的内侧面;
    以及切断刀安装于刀座上侧面,切断刀内侧面位于刀座外侧面之前。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的高速全自动立式包装机,其特征在于,所述热塑封齿面内侧安装加热棒。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的高速全自动立式包装机,其特征在于,所述夹子组运动组件还包括直线保持组件、直线驱动组件,分别安装于所述夹子组运动支架外侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的高速全自动立式包装机,其特征在于,所述直线保持组件包括直线保持器滑块、直线保持器导轨,其中直线保持器滑块固定于所述夹子组运动支架外侧,直线保持器导轨设置于直线保持器滑块的凹槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的高速全自动立式包装机,其特征在于,所述直线驱动组件包括直线驱动丝杠丝母、直线驱动丝杠,其中直线驱动丝杠丝母与固定于所述夹子组运动支架外侧的连接件连接,直线驱动丝杠丝母套设在直线驱动丝杠上。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的高速全自动立式包装机,其特征在于,所述直线保持组件设置有两个;
    所述直线驱动组件设置有一个,其位于两个所述直线保持组件之间。
  8. 根据权利要求1或4所述的高速全自动立式包装机,其特征在于,所述夹子组运动组件设有两组,
    两组所述夹子组运动组件为左右对称结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的高速全自动立式包装机,其特征在于,位于左侧的所述横封夹子组在位于右侧的所述横封夹子组的上方,使左侧的所述横封夹子组与右侧的所述横封夹子组上下交替运行,使得包装膜连续不断的输送。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的高速全自动立式包装机,其特征在于,所述热中封轮组内部设置加热环。
