Abstract

L'invention concerne un thermostat multifonctions destiné à un bâtiment comprenant une interface de communications et un circuit de traitement. L'interface de communications est configurée pour communiquer avec un équipement de bâtiment et recevoir des données d'un ou de plusieurs capteurs. Le circuit de traitement est configuré pour commander l'équipement de bâtiment de manière à avoir une incidence sur une condition ambiante à l'intérieur d'une première zone du bâtiment lorsqu'un occupant est détecté à l'intérieur de la première zone sur la base des données provenant des capteurs. Le circuit de traitement est en outre configuré pour détecter un mouvement de l'occupant de la première zone du bâtiment à une seconde zone du bâtiment sur la base des données provenant des capteurs. Le circuit de traitement est en outre configuré pour commander l'équipement de bâtiment de manière à avoir une incidence sur une condition ambiante à l'intérieur de la seconde zone du bâtiment lorsque l'occupant est détecté à l'intérieur de la seconde zone sur la base des données provenant des capteurs.
