下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请一并参阅图1至图4,为本发明实施例提供的可折叠的移动终端100, 包括第一主体11、第二主体12、第三主体13以及设于所述第一主体11、第二主体12以及第三主体13表面上的柔性屏14。所述第一主体11包括框架11a以及主体部分11b,所述框架11a包括收容腔(图未示),所述主体部分11b收容并固定于所述收容腔内。所述第二主体12与所述框架11a转动连接,所述第二主体12相对所述框架11a转动后能够收容于所述收容腔内。所述柔性屏14弯折后,位于所述第二主体12表面上的所述柔性屏弯位于所述主体部分11b与所述第二主体12之间。所述第三主体13转动连接于所述第二主体12,所述第三主体13相对所述第二主体12转动后能够收容于收容腔内,并且位于所述第三主体13表面上的所述柔性屏14弯折后位于所述第三主体13与所述第二主体12之间。
在本发明的实施例中,所述可折叠的移动终端100可为但并不局限于手机、平板电脑等移动终端。本实施例中,以所述可折叠的移动终端100为手机为例进行说明。
所述框架11a包括第一连接臂111、第二连接臂112以及第三连接臂113,所述第一连接臂111与所述第三连接臂113平行设置,所述第二连接臂112垂直连接所述第一连接臂111以及第三连接臂113,并且所述第一连接臂111、第二连接臂112以及第三连接臂113连接形成所述收容腔。本实施例中,所述框架11a为“匚”字形,以便于后续所述第二主体12以及第三主体13转动收容于所述框架11a的收容腔内。所述第一连接臂111朝向所述第三连接臂113的上表面设置有卡槽(图未示),所述卡槽内可用以放置摄像头组件以及闪光灯等,然后在所述第一连接臂111的外上表面设置相应的透光孔以供所述闪光灯出光,从而能够实现所述第一主体11的拍照效果。采用将所述摄像头组件以及闪光灯设于所述第一连接臂111上的设计,从而无需在所述第一主体11的主体部分11b上设置所述摄像头组件等,从而能够减少所述主体部分11b的占用空间,进而减少其厚度。此外,相应地,为了进一步减少所述主体部分11b的占用空间,还可在所述第三连接臂113朝向所述第一连接臂111的上表面设置卡槽(图未示),将受话器、音箱等部件放置于所述卡槽内,然后在所述第三连接臂113的外表面相应设置出声孔即可。
所述主体部分11b固定收容于所述框架11a的收容腔内。本实施例中,所 述主体部分11b固定于所述第一连接臂111、第二连接臂112以及第三连接臂113形成的所述收容腔内,并且所述主体部分11b包括显示面114以及背面115,所述显示面114朝向所述框架11a上表面设置,即,所述显示面朝向所述第一连接臂111、第二连接臂112以及第三连接臂113的上表面设置。即,所述柔性屏14设于所述主体部分11b上的部分与所述第一连接臂111、第二连接臂112以及第三连接臂113的上表面齐平,以便于用户观看并使用该柔性屏14。具体地,所述主体部分11b粘贴于所述第一连接臂111、第二连接臂112以及第三连接臂113上,以使所述主体部分11b牢牢地固定于所述收容腔内。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,还可在所述主体部分11b的侧边上设置凸起或者卡槽,然后在所述第一连接臂111、第二连接臂112以及第三连接臂113上相对应设置卡槽或凸起,通过卡合的方式使得所述主体部分11b固定于所述收容腔内。
进一步地,所述主体部分11b内设置有电路板(图未示)以及与所述电路板电性连接的电池(图未示),所述第一连接臂111内的摄像头组件与所述电路板电性连接。所述第三连接臂113内的所述受话器或者音箱等部分与所述电路板电性连接。
本实施例中,所述第二主体12包括外壳121、内置于所述外壳121的电路板(图未示)、内置于所述外壳121内的电池,并且所述电池与所述电路板电性连接。
所述第二主体12转动连接于所述框架11a,并且所述第二主体12与所述框架11a之间具有0度至180度的开合角度,以使所述第二主体12相对所述框架11a转动收容于所述收容腔内,或者所述第二主体12相对所述框架11a转动展开设置。具体地,所述第二主体12转动连接于所述第一连接臂111以及第三连接臂113,所述第二主体12的两端分别与所述第一连接臂111以及第三连接臂113转动连接。如图3以及图4所示,当所述第二主体12与所述框架11a之间的开合角度为0度时,所述第二主体12相对所述第一连接臂111以及第三连接臂113转动至收容于所述收容腔内,此时,所述第二主体12叠设于所述第一主体11的主体部分11b的背面115,并且由于所述第二主体12收容于所述收容腔内,因此,当用户从正面观看时,只能观看到所述第一主体 11的主体部分11b,而无法观看到所述第二主体12,从视觉上得到该移动终端只包括所述第一主体11并且厚度较薄的效果。
如图1以及图2所示,当所述第二主体12与所述框架11a之间的开合角度为180度时,所述第二主体12相对所述第一连接臂111以及第二连接臂113展开设置,此时,所述第二主体12的上表面与所述第一主体11的主体部分11a的上表面齐平,此时,所述柔性屏14呈展开设置。用户可通过展开设置的所述柔性屏14得到较大尺寸的显示观看体验。
进一步地,所述第二主体12通过转动组件15与所述框架11a转动连接。所述转动组件15包括薄板151、第一转轴(图未示)以及第二转轴152,所述第一连接臂111以及所述第二主体12上均设置有卡槽(图未示),所述薄板151的两端分别卡合于所述第一连接臂111以及所述第二主体12的卡槽内,所述第一转轴穿过所述第一连接臂111以及所述薄板151的一端,所述第二转轴152穿过所述第二主体12以及所述薄板151的另一端,以实现所述第二主体12相对所述第一连接臂111转动。优选地,所述转动组件15为两组,其中一组所述转动组件15设于所述第一连接臂111与所述第二主体12之间,另一组所述转动组件15设于所述第三连接臂113与所述第二主体12之间,进而实现所述第二主体12相对于所述第一连接臂111以及第三连接臂113转动。
本实施例中,当所述第二主体12相对所述框架11a转动至收容于所述收容腔内时,为了使得所述第二主体12能够叠设于所述主体部分11b的背面,防止所述第二主体12从所述收容腔内脱离,所述第一连接臂111上可设置有扣件,所述第二主体12上相对应所述扣件设置有扣槽,以使所述第二主体12收容于所述收容腔内时,能够与所述第一连接臂111扣合,从而达到防止所述第二主体12从所述收容腔内滑出的目的。或者,所述第一连接臂111上可设置扣槽,所述第二主体12相对应所述扣槽设置有扣件,利用所述扣槽与所述扣件的扣合作用使得所述第二主体12与所述第一连接臂111扣合。而当需要将所述第二主体12相对所述第一连接臂111展开设置时,只需将所述第二主体12上设置的扣槽或扣件与所述第一连接臂111上设置的扣件或扣槽分离即可。
可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,还可在所述第一连接臂111以及第三连 接臂113上设置有磁性元件,如磁铁,然后在所述第二主体12上相对应也设置有磁性元件,如所述第二主体12上也设置磁铁,则所述第二主体12上设置的磁铁的极性与所述第一连接臂111以及第三连接臂113上的磁铁极性相反,当所述第二主体12相对所述第一连接臂111以及第三连接臂113转动收容于所述收容腔内时,所述第二主体12上的磁铁与所述第一连接臂111以及第三连接臂113上的磁铁相吸,从而也可达到防止所述第二主体12从所述收容腔内滑出的目的。
本实施例中,所述第三主体13的结构与所述第二主体12的结构一致,因此关于所述第三主体13的结构描述请详见前述关于所述第二主体12的结构描述,这里不再赘述。
所述第三主体13与所述第二主体12远离所述框架11a的一端转动连接,并且所述第三主体13与所述第二主体12之间具有0度至180度的开合角度,以使所述第三主体13能够相对所述第二主体12转动收容于所述收容腔内,或者所述第三主体13能够相对所述第二主体12展开设置。本实施例中,当所述第三主体13相对所述第二主体12转动收容于所述收容腔内时,所述第三主体13叠设于所述第二主体12的背面,并且为了防止所述第三主体13从所述收容腔内滑出,所述第二主体12上设置有扣件,所述第三主体13相对应所述第二主体12上的扣件设置有扣槽,当所述第三主体13相对应所述第二主体12转动收容于所述收容腔内时,所述第三主体13与所述第二主体12扣合。或者,所述第二主体12上设置有扣槽,所述第三主体13上相对应所述第二主体12的扣槽设置有扣件,所述扣件与所述扣槽扣合。可以理解的是,在其他实施例中,所述第三主体13与所述第二主体12之间还可通过设置磁性元件进行吸附,以使所述第三主体13能够叠设于所述第二主体12的背面,防止所述第三主体13从所述收容腔内滑出。
所述第三主体13通过所述转动组件15转动连接于所述第二主体12上。本实施例中,所述转动组件15的结构如上述描述所言,这里不再赘述。
进一步地,当所述第二主体12相对所述框架11a转动收容于所述收容腔内,并且此时所述第三主体13相对所述第二主体12转动收容于所述收容腔内时,此时,用户从正面观看时,由于所述第二主体12以及所述第三主体13 均收容于所述收容腔内,因此,用户只能观看到所述第一主体11的主体部分11b,从而给用户带来该移动终端与普通直板手机类似的观感;而当所述第二主体12相对所述框架11a展开设置,并且此时所述第三主体13相对所述第二主体12展开设置时,此时,用户从正面观看时,能够同时观看到第一主体11的主体部分11b、第二主体12以及第三主体13,由于所述柔性屏14同时覆盖于所述主体部分11b、第二主体12以及第三主体13的上表面,此时,用户能够得到最大尺寸的显示屏观看体验。通过第二主体12以及第三主体13的转动,从而使得该移动终端实现二次折叠以及二次展开,满足用户在不同情况下的使用需求,大大地提高了用户体验性。
本实施例中,所述柔性屏14为叠加设置的柔性显示屏以及柔性触摸屏组成,以实现显示以及触摸效果。具体地,所述柔性触摸屏与所述柔性显示屏之间通过光学胶粘接,以使所述柔性触摸屏与所述柔性显示屏实现固定的同时,也不影响所述柔性显示屏的显示效果。优选地,所述光学胶可为OCA光学胶。
所述柔性屏14包括第一部分141、第二部分142以及第三部分143,分别设于所述主体部分11b、第二主体12以及第三主体13的上表面。所述第二部分142与所述第一部分141之间具有第一折弯区144,所述第三部分143与所述第二部分142之间具有第二折弯区145。具体地,如图4所示,当所述第二主体12相对所述框架11a转动收容于所述收容腔内时,所述第二部分142弯折设于所述主体部分11b与所述第二主体12之间,所述第一折弯区144弯折形成圆弧形结构。当所述第三主体13相对所述第二主体12转动收容于所述收容腔内时,所述第三部分143弯折设于所述第三主体13与所述第二主体12之间,所述第二折弯区145弯折形成圆弧形结构。如图1所示,当所述第二主体12相对所述框架11a展开设置,所述第三主体13相对所述第二主体12展开设置时,所述第一折弯区144以及第二折弯区145呈展开状态。通过所述第一折弯区144以及第二折弯区145的展开或者折叠,来实现所述柔性屏14的折叠或展开效果,进而实现所述可折叠的移动终端100的折叠效果或者大尺寸显示屏效果。
本发明提供的可折叠的移动终端通过设置第一主体包括框架以及主体部分,将主体部分固定于框架内,然后设置第二主体转动连接于第一主体的框架, 并且第二主体能够相对框架转动收容于框架的收容腔内,即,第二主体能够折叠收容于收容腔内。同时,设置第三主体与第二主体转动连接,以实现二次折叠,并且第三主体能够相对第二主体转动收容于框架的收容腔内。因此,当第二主体转动收容于收容腔内,第三主体转动收容于收容腔内时,由于第一主体的框架的遮挡作用,因此,使得该移动终端在外观上看不到折叠位置,满足用户对于移动终端的整体性要求,因而能够提高用户使用体验性。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,其包括第一主体、第二主体和第三主体,所述第一主体包括框架以及主体部分,所述框架包括收容腔,所述主体部分收容并固定于所述收容腔内,所述主体部分包括显示面以及背面,所述显示面朝向所述框架上表面设置,所述第二主体与所述框架转动连接,所述第二主体相对所述框架转动收容于所述收容腔内,所述第二主体叠设于所述主体部分的背面,所述第三主体转动连接于所述第二主体,所述第三主体相对所述第二主体转动收容于所述收容腔内,所述第三主体叠设于所述第二主体背离所述主体部分的一面上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,还包括柔性屏,所述柔性屏设于所述第一主体、第二主体和第三主体表面上,并且位于所述第二主体表面上的所述柔性屏弯折设于所述主体部分与所述第二主体之间,位于所述第三主体表面上的所述柔性屏弯折设于所述第三主体与所述第二主体之间。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第二主体与所述框架之间具有0度至180度的开合角度,以使所述第二主体相对所述框架转动收容于所述收容腔内,或者所述第二主体相对所述框架转动展开设置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第三主体与所述第二主体之间具有0度至180度的开合角度,以使所述第三主体相对所述第二主体转动收容于所述收容腔内,或者所述第三主体相对所述第二主体展开设置。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述框架包括第一连接臂、第二连接臂以及第三连接臂,所述第一连接臂与所述第三连接臂平行设置,所述第二连接臂垂直连接所述第一连接臂以及第三连接臂,并且所述 第一连接臂、第二连接臂以及第三连接臂连接形成所述收容腔。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一连接臂上设置有扣件或扣槽,所述第二主体相对应于所述扣件设有扣槽或相对应于所述扣槽设有扣件,当所述第二主体转动收容于所述收容腔时,所述第二主体与所述第一连接臂扣合;所述第二主体设置有扣件或扣槽,所述第三主体相对应于所述第二主体上的所述扣件设有扣槽或相对应于所述扣槽设有扣件,当所述第三主体相对所述第二主体转动收容于所述收容腔内时,所述第三主体与所述第二主体扣合。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一连接臂内设置有摄像头组件,所述主体部分内部设置有电路板以及与所述电路板电性连接的电池,所述摄像头组件与所述电路板电性连接。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第二主体与所述框架之间、所述第三主体与所述第二主体之间均通过转动组件转动连接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述转动组件包括薄板、第一转轴以及第二转轴,所述第一连接臂以及所述第二主体上均设置有卡槽,所述薄板的两端分别卡合于各所述卡槽内,所述第一转轴穿过所述第一连接臂以及所述薄板一端,所述第二转轴穿过所述第二主体以及所述薄板的另一端。
  10. 如权利要求2所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述柔性屏包括第一部分、第二部分以及第三部分,所述第一部分、第二部分以及第三部分分别设于所述主体部分、第二主体以及第三主体的上表面,所述第二部分与所述第一部分之间具有第一折弯区,所述第三部分与所述第二部分之间具有第二折弯区,当所述第二主体相对所述框架转动收容于所述收容腔内,所述第三主体相对所述第二主体转动收容于所述收容腔内时,所述第二部分弯折设于所 述主体部分与所述第二主体之间,所述第三部分弯折设于所述第三主体与所述第二主体之间,所述第一折弯区以及第二折弯区均弯折形成圆弧形结构。
  11. 如权利要求1所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第二主体以及第三主体均包括外壳、内置于所述外壳的电路板以及内置于所述外壳内的电池,所述电池电性连接于所述电路板。
  12. 一种可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,包括第一主体和第二主体,所述第一主体包括框架以及主体部分,所述框架包括收容腔,所述主体部分收容并固定于所述收容腔内,所述主体部分包括显示面以及背面,所述显示面朝向所述框架上表面设置,所述第二主体与所述框架转动连接,所述第二主体相对所述框架转动收容于所述收容腔内,所述第二主体叠设于所述主体部分的背面。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述框架包括第一连接臂、第二连接臂以及第三连接臂,所述第二连接臂垂直连接所述第一连接臂以及第三连接臂,并且所述第一连接臂、第二连接臂以及第三连接臂连接形成所述收容腔。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述主体部分的侧边上设置有凸起或者卡槽,所述第一连接臂、第二连接臂以及第三连接臂相应设置有卡槽或凸起,通过卡合的方式将所述主体部分固定于所述收容腔内。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一连接臂以及第三连接臂上设置有第一磁性元件,所述第二主体上相对应设置有第二磁性元件,所述第一磁性元件与所述第二磁性元件极性相反。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一连 接臂上和所述第二主体中的一个上设置有扣件,所述第一连接臂上和所述第二主体中的另一个上设置有与所述扣件相配合的扣槽,当所述第二主体转动收容于所述收容腔时,所述第二主体与所述第一连接臂扣合。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,还包括柔性屏,所述柔性屏设于所述第一主体和第二主体表面上。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述柔性屏之设于所述主体部分的部分与所述第一连接臂、第二连接臂以及第三连接臂的上表面齐平。
  19. 如权利要求17所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述柔性屏包括柔性触摸屏和柔性显示屏,所述柔性触摸屏与所述柔性显示屏之间通过光学胶粘接。
  20. 如权利要求12所述的可折叠的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第二主体相对所述框架翻转至展开状态,所述第二主体的上表面与所述第一主体的主体部分的上表面齐平。
