S130,根据检索结果,将与特定人物元素匹配的照片存储到预设空间。
接着,将目标照片中与特定人物元素匹配的照片发送到预设空间进行存储。该预设空间与该特定人物元素相对应,专门用于存储含有 该特定人物元素的照片。
S140,根据预设空间的存储参数对存储于其中的照片进行批量处理。
与特定人物元素相对应的预设空间设有存储参数,根据特定人物元素的不同,存储参数也可以不同,则可以针对含有不同特定人物元素的照片进行不同的批量处理。
本申请实施例提供的照片的批量处理方法,通过采用人脸识别技术,根据获取到的特定人物元素自动对照片检索、匹配,将检索出的含有该特定人物元素的照片存储于与之对应的预设空间,针对不同的人物元素进行不同的批量处理,减少了大量的手动操作,实现了快速有效的照片批量处理。
实施例二
图2为本申请实施例提供的照片的批量处理方法另一个实施例的方法流程图。如图2所示,在上述实施例的基础上,本实施例提供的照片的批量处理方法可以进一步包括以下步骤:
S210,对数张预设照片进行人脸识别学习,以获取特定人物元素,该预设照片含有同一个人物的脸部特征。
在本申请实施例中,预设照片可以通过拍摄获取,或者从照片存储空间中直接选取。当用户想要对终端设备中存储的大量照片进行批量处理时,可以直接从存储空间中选取数张含有某特定人物的清晰照片作为预设照片进行人脸识别学习;当该特定人物在现场时,也可以直接为其拍照,获得数张清晰照片作为预设照片,从而减少了从照片存储空间选取照片的操作。
关于预设照片数量的选取,理论上照片数量越多,对该特定人物元素的学习越丰富,则后续检索的匹配度将会越高。但预设照片数量太多将会影响人脸识别过程的运算时间,从而影响整个照片批量处理程序的效率。因此,本申请实施例中较佳得的方案是采用5-10张预设照片,能够既保证在合理的时间内完成人脸识别过程,又保证后续检索具有较高的匹配度。
S220,为该特定人物元素分配预设空间。
S230,根据接收到的指令为该预设空间设置存储参数。
当获取到特定人物元素之后,可以为其分配相对应的预设空间,专门用于存储含有该特定人物元素的照片。然后,用户可以发出指令为该预设空间设置存储参数,该存储参数可以用于后续对存储于预设空间中的照片进行不同的批量处理。
进一步地,还可以对上述步骤S210至S230重复操作,分别为不同的特定人物获取各自的特定人物元素,分配各自的预设空间,设置各自的存储参数。各特定人物元素可以存储于人脸识别数据库中。
S240,根据特定人物元素对目标照片进行检索。
当用户想要对终端设备中存储的大量照片进行批量处理时,本步骤中的目标照片从照片存储空间直接获取。
如果用户已经根据上述步骤设置好每个特定人物元素的预设空间以及存储参数,则本步骤中的目标照片可以通过拍摄来获取,每当终端设备拍摄了新的照片,则获取该照片的原始YUV(现有的一种颜色编码方法)数据,针对YUV数据中识别出的人脸数据,与人脸识别数据库中的各特定人物元素进行匹配,当检索到照片与某特定人物元素相匹配时,将该照片进行JPEG(现有的一种压缩标准)压缩,然后存储到相应的空间,进行相应的处理。
S250,根据检索结果,将与特定人物元素匹配的照片存储到预设空间。
S260,根据存储参数的不同,对存储于预设空间的照片进行加密、隐藏或定向分享操作。
在本申请实施例中,可以为不同的预设空间设置不同的存储参数,以进行不同的操作。当预设空间中存储的照片涉及隐私时,可以设置与加密操作和/或隐藏操作对应的存储参数;当预设空间中存储的照片需要分享给某个人时,可以设置与定向分享操作对应的存储参数。用户还可以进入预设空间进行查看,当发现存储有误时,可以将错误照片设置为预设照片,重新进行人脸识别学习,以优化人脸识别 算法,进一步提高检索时的匹配度;同理,存储于常规的照片存储空间中的照片经过检索后,也可能由于识别错误而没有被存储到相应的预设空间,因此,用户也可以进入照片存储空间进行查看,当发现错误照片时,将其设置为预设照片,以重新进行人脸识别学习。
S270,将与特定人物元素不匹配的照片进行常规路径存储。
当拍摄到的照片与所有特定人物元素均不匹配,不属于任何特定人物时,直接进行常规路径存储于终端设备默认的照片存储空间。
当用户不需要使用上述照片的批量处理功能时,可以取消设置,终端设备将自动删除存储于人脸识别数据库中的特定人物元素,再次拍照时则不再进行自动检索。用户也可以手动刷新程序,对预设空间中的特定人物的照片进行存储位置的复位,恢复默认存储位置。
本申请实施例提供的照片的批量处理方法,通过采用人脸识别技术,根据特定人物元素自动对存储于终端设备中的照片或者直接拍摄获取的照片进行检索、匹配,将检索出的含有该特定人物元素的照片存储于与之对应的预设空间,针对不同的人物元素进行加密、隐藏或定向分享等操作,减少了大量的手动操作,实现了快速有效的照片批量处理。
实施例三
图3为本申请实施例提供的照片的批量处理装置一个实施例的结构示意图,可用于执行如图1所示的方法步骤。如图3所示,该装置可以包括:人脸识别模块310、检索模块320、存储模块330和批量处理模块340。
其中,人脸识别模块310用于对数张预设照片进行人脸识别学习,以获取特定人物元素,该预设照片含有同一个人物的脸部特征;检索模块320用于根据人脸识别模块310获取的特定人物元素对目标照片进行检索;存储模块330用于根据检索模块320的检索结果,将与特定人物元素匹配的照片存储到预设空间;批量处理模块340用于根据预设空间的存储参数对存储于其中的照片进行批量处理。
首先,人脸识别模块310对数张含有某特定人物的清晰照片进行 人脸识别学习,学习完成后,获取到该特定人物元素。然后,检索模块320根据人脸识别模块310获取到的特定人物元素对欲进行批量处理的目标照片进行检索。检索的结果为,将目标照片分为与特定人物元素匹配的照片,和与特定人物元素不匹配的照片。接着,存储模块330将目标照片中与特定人物元素匹配的照片发送到预设空间进行存储。该预设空间与该特定人物元素相对应,专门用于存储含有该特定人物元素的照片。与特定人物元素相对应的预设空间设有存储参数,根据特定人物元素的不同,存储参数也可以不同,批量处理模块340则可以针对含有不同特定人物元素的照片进行不同的批量处理。
本申请实施例提供的照片的批量处理装置,通过采用人脸识别技术,根据获取到的特定人物元素自动对照片检索、匹配,将检索出的含有该特定人物元素的照片存储于与之对应的预设空间,针对不同的人物元素进行不同的批量处理,减少了大量的手动操作,实现了快速有效的照片批量处理。
实施例四
图4为本申请实施例提供的照片的批量处理装置另一个实施例的结构示意图,可用于执行如图2所示的方法步骤。如图4所示,在上述图3所示实施例的基础上,本申请实施例提供的照片的批量处理装置还可以包括:分配模块350和设置模块360。
其中,分配模块350用于为人脸识别模块310获取的特定人物元素分配预设空间;设置模块360用于根据接收到的指令为预设空间设置存储参数。
当人脸识别模块310获取到特定人物元素之后,分配模块350可以为其分配相对应的预设空间,专门用于存储含有该特定人物元素的照片。然后,用户可以发出指令为该预设空间设置存储参数,设置模块360根据接收到的指令为预设空间设置存储参数,该存储参数可以用于后续对存储于预设空间中的照片进行不同的批量处理。
进一步地,批量处理模块340可以包括:加密单元341、隐藏单元342和定向分享单元343。
其中,加密单元341用于根据预设空间的存储参数,对存储于预设空间的照片进行加密操作;隐藏单元342用于根据预设空间的存储参数,对存储于预设空间的照片进行隐藏操作;定向分享单元343用于根据预设空间的存储参数,对存储于预设空间的照片进行定向分享操作。
在本申请实施例中,可以为不同的预设空间设置不同的存储参数,以进行不同的操作。当预设空间中存储的照片涉及隐私时,可以设置与加密操作和/或隐藏操作对应的存储参数;当预设空间中存储的照片需要分享给某个人时,可以设置与定向分享操作对应的存储参数。
更进一步地,本申请实施例提供的照片的批量处理装置还可以包括照片获取模块370,用于通过拍摄获取,或者从照片存储空间中直接选取预设照片。
当用户想要对终端设备中存储的大量照片进行批量处理时,照片获取模块370可以直接从存储空间中选取数张含有某特定人物的清晰照片作为预设照片进行人脸识别学习;当该特定人物在现场时,也可以直接为其拍照,照片获取模块370通过拍摄获得数张清晰照片作为预设照片,从而减少了从照片存储空间选取照片的操作。
关于预设照片数量的选取,理论上照片数量越多,对该特定人物元素的学习越丰富,则后续检索的匹配度将会越高。但预设照片数量太多将会影响人脸识别过程的运算时间,从而影响整个照片批量处理程序的效率。因此,本申请实施例中较佳得的方案是采用5-10张预设照片,能够既保证在合理的时间内完成人脸识别过程,又保证后续检索具有较高的匹配度。
另外,照片获取模块370还可以用于从预设空间或照片存储空间中获取错误照片作为预设照片。
用户可以进入预设空间进行查看,当发现存储有误时,照片获取模块370可以将预设空间中的错误照片设置为预设照片,人脸识别模块310重新进行人脸识别学习,以优化人脸识别算法,进一步提高检索时的匹配度;同理,存储于常规的照片存储空间中的照片经过检索 模块320检索后,也可能由于识别错误而没有被存储到相应的预设空间,因此,用户也可以进入照片存储空间进行查看,当发现错误照片时,获取模块370可以将照片存储空间中的错误照片设置为预设照片,以重新进行人脸识别学习。
照片获取模块370还可以用于通过拍摄获取,或者从照片存储空间中直接获取目标照片。
当用户想要对终端设备中存储的大量照片进行批量处理时,目标照片从照片存储空间直接获取。如果用户已经设置好每个特定人物元素的预设空间以及存储参数,则目标照片可以通过拍摄来获取,每当终端设备拍摄了新的照片,则照片获取模块370获取该照片的原始YUV(现有的一种颜色编码方法)数据,检索模块320针对YUV数据中识别出的人脸数据,与人脸识别数据库中的各特定人物元素进行匹配,当检索到照片与某特定人物元素相匹配时,存储模块330将该照片进行JPEG(现有的一种压缩标准)压缩,然后存储到相应的空间,批量处理模块340进行相应的处理。
再进一步地,存储模块330还可以用于将与特定人物元素不匹配的照片进行常规路径存储。
当拍摄到的照片与所有特定人物元素均不匹配,不属于任何特定人物时,直接进行常规路径存储于终端设备默认的照片存储空间。
当用户不需要使用上述照片的批量处理功能时,可以取消设置,终端设备将自动删除存储于人脸识别数据库中的特定人物元素,再次拍照时则不再进行自动检索。用户也可以手动刷新程序,对预设空间中的特定人物的照片进行存储位置的复位,恢复默认存储位置。
本申请实施例提供的照片的批量处理装置,通过采用人脸识别技术,根据特定人物元素自动对存储于终端设备中的照片或者直接拍摄获取的照片进行检索、匹配,将检索出的含有该特定人物元素的照片存储于与之对应的预设空间,针对不同的人物元素进行加密、隐藏或定向分享等操作,减少了大量的手动操作,实现了快速有效的照片批量处理。
实施例五
图5为本申请实施例提供的照片的批量处理装置的又一个实施例的结构示意图。如图5所示,本申请实施例的照片的批量处理装置包括:存储器61、一个或多个处理器62以及一个或多个程序63。
其中,所述一个或多个程序63在由一个或多个处理器62执行时执行上述实施例中的任意一种方法。
本申请实施例提供的照片的批量处理装置,通过采用人脸识别技术,根据获取到的特定人物元素自动对照片检索、匹配,减少了大量的手动操作,实现了快速有效的照片批量处理。
实施例六
图6为本申请实施例提供的用于照片的批量处理的计算机程序产品一个实施例的结构示意图。如图6所示,本申请实施例的用于照片的批量处理的计算机程序产品71,可以包括信号承载介质72。信号承载介质72可以包括一个或更多个指令73,该指令73在由例如处理器执行时,处理器可以提供以上针对图1-4描述的功能。例如,指令73可以包括:用于对数张预设照片进行人脸识别学习,以获取特定人物元素,所述预设照片含有同一个人物的脸部特征的一个或多个指令;用于根据所述特定人物元素对目标照片进行检索的一个或多个指令;用于根据检索结果,将与所述特定人物元素匹配的照片存储到预设空间的一个或多个指令;以及用于根据所述预设空间的存储参数对存储于其中的照片进行批量处理的一个或多个指令。因此,例如,参照图3,照片的批量处理装置可以响应于指令73来进行图1中所示的步骤中的一个或更多个。
在一些实现中,信号承载介质72可以包括计算机可读介质74,诸如但不限于硬盘驱动器、压缩盘(CD)、数字通用盘(DVD)、数字带、存储器等。在一些实现中,信号承载介质72可以包括可记录介质75,诸如但不限于存储器、读/写(R/W)CD、R/W DVD等。在一些实现中,信号承载介质72可以包括通信介质76,诸如但不限于数字和/或模拟通信介质(例如,光纤线缆、波导、有线通 信链路、无线通信链路等)。因此,例如,计算机程序产品71可以通过RF信号承载介质72传送给照片的批量处理装置的一个或多个模块,其中,信号承载介质72由无线通信介质(例如,符合IEEE 802.11标准的无线通信介质)传送。
本申请实施例的计算机程序产品,通过采用人脸识别技术,根据获取到的特定人物元素自动对照片检索、匹配,减少了大量的手动操作,实现了快速有效的照片批量处理。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种照片的批量处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    对数张预设照片进行人脸识别学习,以获取特定人物元素,所述预设照片含有同一个人物的脸部特征;
    根据所述特定人物元素对目标照片进行检索;
    根据检索结果,将与所述特定人物元素匹配的照片存储到预设空间;
    根据所述预设空间的存储参数对存储于其中的照片进行批量处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的照片的批量处理方法,其特征在于,在获取到所述特定人物元素之后,还包括:
    为所述特定人物元素分配所述预设空间;
    根据接收到的指令为所述预设空间设置存储参数。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的照片的批量处理方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述预设空间的存储参数对存储于其中的照片进行批量处理,具体为:
    根据所述存储参数的不同,对存储于所述预设空间的照片进行加密、隐藏或定向分享操作。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的照片的批量处理方法,其特征在于,所述预设照片为5至10张,通过拍摄获取,或者从照片存储空间中直接选取。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的照片的批量处理方法,其特征在于,将错误照片设置为所述预设照片。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的照片的批量处理方法,其特征在于所述目标照片通过拍摄获取,或者从所述照片存储空间中直接获取。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的照片的批量处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    将与所述特定人物元素不匹配的照片进行常规路径存储。
  8. 一种照片的批量处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    人脸识别模块,用于对数张预设照片进行人脸识别学习,以获取特定人物元素,所述预设照片含有同一个人物的脸部特征;
    检索模块,用于根据所述人脸识别模块获取的所述特定人物元素对目标照片进行检索;
    存储模块,用于根据所述检索模块的检索结果,将与所述特定人物元素匹配的照片存储到预设空间;
    批量处理模块,用于根据所述预设空间的存储参数对存储于其中的照片进行批量处理。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的照片的批量处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    分配模块,用于为所述人脸识别模块获取的所述特定人物元素分配所述预设空间;
    设置模块,用于根据接收到的指令为所述预设空间设置存储参数。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的照片的批量处理装置,其特征在于,所述批量处理模块包括:
    加密单元,用于根据所述预设空间的存储参数,对存储于所述预设空间的照片进行加密操作;
    隐藏单元,用于根据所述预设空间的存储参数,对存储于所述预设空间的照片进行隐藏操作;
    定向分享单元,用于根据所述预设空间的存储参数,对存储于所述预设空间的照片进行定向分享操作。
  11. 根据权利要求8至10中任一权利要求所述的照片的批量处理装置,其特征在于,还包括照片获取模块,用于通过拍摄获取,或者从照片存储空间中直接选取5至10张所述预设照片。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的照片的批量处理装置,其特征在于,所述照片获取模块还用于获取错误照片作为所述预设照片。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的照片的批量处理装置,其特征在于,所述照片获取模块还用于通过拍摄获取,或者从所述照片存储空间中直接获取所述目标照片。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的照片的批量处理装置,其特征在于,所述存储模块还用于将与所述特定人物元素不匹配的照片进行常规路径存储。
