根据本申请各个实施例所揭示的技术方案,有些现有的智能电视可能无法采集音频信号,在此种情况下需要对现有的智能电视进行改进,即将现有的智能电视进行增加麦克风(图中未示出)来采集主叫方或者被叫方的音频信号,同时将现有的智能电视增加发射模块(图中未示出),所述
发射模块配置为将所述采集的音频信号发射出去。同时,根据本申请各个实施例所揭示的技术方案,在现有的智能电视具备摄像头时,即现有的智能电视能够采集视频信号时,通过智能电视来采集视频信号;当有些现有的智能电视没有摄像头无法采集音频信号时,在此种情况下需要对现有的智能电视进行改进,给现有的智能电视增加视频采集元件(例如摄像头),通过所述增加的视频采集元件来采集视频信息。
当然,本申请各个实施例所揭示的音视频通信的技术方案,不仅仅限于两方音视频通话,也可以适用于三方或多方音视频通话,三方或多方音视频通话具体的实现过程可以参照本申请各个实施例所揭示的两方音视频通话的实现方案,在此不再赘述。

- 根据权利要求26所述的智能电视,其特征在于,在所述检测模块检测到所述第二移动终端确认通过所述智能电视与所述第一移动终端进行所述音视频通信之前,所述第三确认模块进一步配置为显示是否通过所述智能电视进行所述音视频通信的提示信息,当选择是时,所述第二移动终端确认通过所述智能电视进行所述音视频通信。
- 一种音视频通信的第一移动终端,其特征在于,包括:第一发送模块,配置为向第二移动终端发送的呼叫请求消息,所述呼叫请求消息配置为请求建立所述第一移动终端与所述第二移动终端之间的音视频通信;第一接收模块,配置为接收所述第二移动终端发送的呼叫请求消息的应答消息;第一确认模块,配置为与智能电视通信连接,并确认通过所述智能电视进行所述音视频通信以使得所述第二移动终端和所述智能电视之间进行所述音视频通信。
- 根据权利要求28所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一确认模块与智能电视通信连接,具体包括:所述第一确认模块与所述智能电视之间通过WIFI、USB或者蓝牙进行通信连接。
- 根据权利要求28或29所述的移动终端,其特征在于,第一确认模块确认通过所述智能电视进行所述音视频通信以使得所述第二移动终端和所述智能电视之间进行所述音视频通信,包括:所述第一确认模块显示是否通过所述智能电视进行所述音视频通信的提示信息,当选择是时,所述第一确认模块确认通过所述智能电视进行所述音视频通信。
- 一种音视频通信的智能电视,其特征在于,包括:第四确认模块,配置为所述智能电视与第一移动终端通信连接;第二检测模块,配置为检测到所述第一移动终端发送的呼叫请求消息,所述呼叫请求消息配置为请求在所述第一移动终端与所述第二移动终端之间建立音视频通信;所述第二检测模块检测到所述第一移动终端确认通过所述智能电视与所述第二移动终端进行所述音视频通信;并且当所述第二检测模块检测到所述第二移动终端向所述第一移动终端发送所述呼叫请求消息的应答消息时,所述第四确认模块和所述第二移动终端之间进行所述音视频通信。
- 根据权利要求31所述的智能电视,其特征在于,在所述检测模块检测到所述第一移动终端确认通过所述智能电视与所述第一移动终端进行所述音视频通信之前,所述第三确认模块进一步配置为显示是否通过所述智能电视进行所述音视频通信的提示信息,当选择是时,所述第二移动终端确认通过所述智能电视进行所述音视频通信。

- 一种在其上记录有用于执行权利要求6所述方法的程序的计算机可读记录介质。

- 一种在其上记录有用于执行权利要求21所述方法的程序的计算机可读记录介质。
