As a product storage form in the warehouse, there is a case where the products are stored according to the shipping deadline or the expiration date, and the inventory is managed. In such a storage form, even the same product is arranged in different storage locations if the shipping deadline is different. Since the shipping deadline and the like are arranged and stored, there is an advantage that the shipping deadline can be easily managed. The server device 200 transmits instruction information regarding the pick-up operation to the terminal device 100 via the communication network 300.
例えば、インターネット、イントラネット、エクストラネット、LAN(Local Area Network)、VPN(Virtual Private Network)、電話回線網等である。 The communication network 300 is a wireless or wired communication network, and may be anything. For example, the Internet, an intranet, an extranet, a LAN (Local Area Network), a VPN (Virtual Private Network), a telephone line network, and the like.
* Multiple storage locations are located in areas such as warehouses where products are stored. An example of the storage location is shown in FIG. The storage location is, for example, the shelf 401. A plurality of shelves 401, 402, ... 40n are arranged in the warehouse (n: 1 or more). Hereinafter, the shelves arranged in the warehouse are collectively referred to as “shelf 400”.
In addition, a device that generates a beacon is installed in each of a plurality of storage locations. For example, a device 411 is installed on the shelf 401, a device 412 is installed on the shelf 402,..., And a device 41n is installed on the shelf 40n. Hereinafter, the devices installed in the storage location are collectively referred to as “device 410”.
The device 410 generates a beacon periodically or continuously. The beacon includes an identifier for identifying the device or an identifier for identifying the storage location where the device is installed.
Also, in one storage location, products with common shipping deadlines are stored. The shipment deadline is a deadline designated in consideration of the expiration date, the consumption deadline, the use deadline, etc. of the product, and it is required to ship the product before this deadline. By shipping the product before the shipping deadline, it is possible to send the product for which the expiration date, the expiration date, the expiration date, etc. have not expired to the customer.
For example, products 501 to 506 are stored on the shelf 401, and the shipping deadlines are the same. A plurality of products 501, 502,... 50m are stored in various storage locations (m: 1 or more). Hereinafter, the products stored in the storage location are collectively referred to as “product 500”.
A code is posted on the product 500 stored in the storage location, and the operator 700 can acquire various information about the product by reading the code with the terminal device 100. For example, a code 511 is displayed on the product 501, a code 512,... On the product 502, and a code 51m is displayed on the product 50m. Hereinafter, the codes posted on the products are collectively referred to as “code 510”.
The code 510 may be any code such as a character code or a graphic code as long as it can identify the product. The code 510 is, for example, a bar code or a QR code (registered trademark).
Note that the storage location is not limited to a shelf, and any storage location can be used as long as the product can be stored. For example, it may be a container or a floor on which products are placed directly. In the case of the floor, for example, a billboard or the like is set up to indicate the name of the storage location of the product, and a device that generates a beacon is installed near the floor.
Also, the storage location may be one level in the shelf. In this case, one device is installed in each of a plurality of levels in one shelf, and different levels in one shelf are regarded as different storage locations. Alternatively, a plurality of devices may be installed in one stage of one shelf, and a plurality of storage locations may be set in one stage.
Furthermore, among the plurality of shelves, a device that generates a beacon may be installed on a representative shelf, and the plurality of shelves may be regarded as one storage location. Alternatively, devices are installed on each of a plurality of shelves, and an identifier that can be regarded as the same storage location is set in a beacon generated from the devices, so that the plurality of shelves are regarded as one storage location. Good.

The server device 200 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a CPU 601, a ROM 602, a RAM 603, a storage device 604, a NIC 605, an image processing unit 606, an audio processing unit 607, a display 608, and a speaker 609. And an information processing apparatus including the controller 610. The server apparatus 200 realized in this information processing apparatus will be described with reference to FIGS. When the information processing apparatus is powered on, a program that causes the server apparatus 200 according to the third embodiment to function is executed, and the server apparatus 200 according to the third embodiment is realized.
(3. Functional configuration of terminal device of embodiment 1)
As illustrated in FIG. 4, the terminal device 100 includes a detection unit 101, a notification unit 102, a reading unit 103, an identification unit 104, and a warning unit 105. Further, the terminal device 100 may include an estimation unit 106.
In this embodiment, the CPU 601 and the NIC 605 cooperate to function as the detection unit 101. Further, the CPU 601, the NIC 605, and the display 608 cooperate to function as the notification unit 102 and the warning unit 105. Further, the CPU 601 and the reading device 611 cooperate to function as the reading unit 103, and the CPU 601 functions as the identification unit 104 and the estimation unit 106. The same applies to the second embodiment.
The detection unit 101 detects a beacon generated from a device installed in each of the plurality of storage locations in which products having a common shipping deadline are stored in each of the plurality of storage locations.
In the present embodiment, a description will be given assuming that one storage location corresponds to one shelf. As described above, the storage location is, for example, the shelf 400. The shelf 400 stores commodities 500 having common shipping deadlines, and the device 410 is installed on the shelf 400. The detection unit 101 detects a beacon generated from the device 410. When the detection unit 101 detects a beacon generated from the device 410, the shelf 400 on which the device 410 is installed is specified.
The notification unit 102 notifies the product to be picked up from the products stored in the plurality of storage locations and the first storage location where the products are stored.
Here, the first storage location is a location where goods to be picked up are stored, and is a location designated by an administrator or the like.
For example, it is assumed that the instruction information for instructing the pickup of the product 501 stored in the shelf 401 among the plurality of shelves 400 is transmitted from the server device 200 to the terminal device 100. When the terminal device 100 receives the instruction information, the notification unit 102 receives the instruction information in which the product 501 to be picked up and the shelf 401 in which the product 501 is stored are designated as illustrated in FIG. Display on the screen.
The reading unit 103 reads a code posted on a product to be picked up.
For example, the reading unit 103 reads the code 510 posted on the product 500.
The identification unit 104 identifies the second storage location where the device that generated the detected beacon is installed at the timing when the code is read.
Here, the second storage location is the storage location where the device that generated the detected beacon is installed, and the location where the product on which the read code is posted is stored.
For example, it is assumed that there is a product 507 that is the same product as the product 501 and has a different shipping deadline. Since the product 501 and the product 507 have different shipping deadlines, the product 501 and the product 507 are stored in different shelves in this embodiment. In this embodiment, it is assumed that the product 501 is stored on the shelf 401 and the product 507 is stored on the shelf 403.
For example, the beacon detected at the timing (time point) when the code 511 posted on the product 501 is read is generated from the device 411 installed on the shelf 401 where the product 501 is stored. Therefore, the identifying unit 104 identifies the shelf 401 as the second storage location where the device that generated the beacon is installed. The beacon detected at the timing when the code 517 posted on the product 507 is read is generated from the device 413 installed on the shelf 403 in which the product 507 is stored. Therefore, in this case, the identification unit 104 identifies the second storage location as the shelf 403.
The warning unit 105 issues a warning if the first storage location where the product to be picked up is stored does not match the identified second storage location.
For example, when the storage location of the product 501 to be picked up is notified as “shelf 401”, when the operator 700 reads the code 511 posted on the product 501, the second storage location is identified as “shelf 401”. The notified storage location matches the identified storage location on the “shelf 401”.
On the other hand, when the storage location of the product 501 to be picked up is notified as “shelf 401”, when the operator 700 reads the code 517 posted on the product 507, the second storage location is identified as “shelf 403”. The notified storage location does not match the identified storage location. In this case, for example, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the warning unit 105 displays a message 100a informing that the place where the product whose code is read (shelf 403) is different from the notified place (shelf 401). Display on the screen.
When the pickup of the product 501 is instructed, the product 507 that is the same as the product 501 is closer to the operator than the product 501 depending on the current position and moving route of the operator, and the product 507 is erroneously picked up. There is. Even if the product is the same, if it is picked up from a location different from the specified storage location, the shipping deadline will be different, so for example, picking up a product whose shipping deadline has passed or picking up a product with a shipping deadline earlier Will do. When a product whose shipping deadline has passed is picked up, for example, when the customer receives the product, the expiration date may expire. In addition, when a product whose shipping deadline is earlier is picked up and shipped, old products remain in stock, leading to an increase in products that cannot be shipped.
According to this embodiment, it is possible to cause the operator to pick up products based on the shipping deadline. In addition, since the shipping deadline is confirmed during the pick-up operation, the cost for confirming the shipping deadline can be reduced. Thereby, it is possible to easily and inexpensively manage the shipping deadline of the product.
Also, the estimation unit 106 estimates the positional relationship of the storage locations in a warehouse where a plurality of storage locations are arranged.
For example, the estimation unit 106 estimates the positional relationship of the shelves 400 arranged in the warehouse.
Here, the detection unit 101 continues to detect a beacon generated from the device while the terminal device 100 moves in the warehouse.
For example, the detection unit 101 continues to detect a beacon generated from the device 410 installed on the shelf 400 while the operator 700 moves in the warehouse with the terminal device 100. For example, the detection unit 101 detects the reception intensity and reception direction of a beacon generated from the device 410 and accumulates information regarding these in the terminal device 100.
And the estimation part 106 estimates a positional relationship based on the detected result.
If a person with the terminal device 100 moves through the warehouse while detecting a beacon generated from a device installed on each shelf, it is possible to determine which device the beacon is adjacent to. Even if you do not know the actual position of one shelf and another, you can see that the shelves are adjacent. Therefore, after the adjacent relationship between the shelves is accumulated to some extent, a “route with a small number of shelves passing” becomes a desirable route as the shortest distance of the moving route.
For example, the estimation unit 106 estimates the relative positional relationship of the device 410 based on the reception intensity and reception direction of a beacon generated from the device 410. That is, instead of estimating the coordinates of the device 410 in the warehouse, the adjacency relationship that the device 412 exists next to the device 411 is estimated. Since the devices 411, 412, ..., 41n are installed on the shelves 401, 402, ..., 40n, respectively, the estimation unit 106 estimates the relative positional relationship of the devices 410, The positional relationship of the shelf 400 is estimated.
Based on the estimated positional relationship, the notification unit 102 is a route to the first storage location in the warehouse where the product to be picked up is stored, and the first product in which the same product as the product to be picked up is stored. 3. Obtain a route that does not pass near the storage location and notify the route.
For example, it is assumed that the product to be picked up is “product 501”, the product 501 is stored on the shelf 401, and the same product 507 as the product 501 is stored on the shelf 403. Information that the same product 507 is stored in the shelf 403 is transmitted from the server device 200. In this case, based on the estimated positional relationship of the shelves 400, the notification unit 102 is a route to the shelf 401 in which the product 501 is stored and does not pass through the vicinity of the shelf 403 in which the product 507 is stored. get.
Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the notification unit 102 notifies the terminal device 100 of the movement route for picking up the designated product to the operator.
When the pickup of the product 501 is instructed, the operator may accidentally pick up the product 507 when passing the vicinity of the shelf 403 in which the same product 507 is stored. Therefore, by notifying the route that does not pass through the vicinity of the third storage location where the same product as the product to be picked up is stored, it is possible to prevent an operator from picking up the product from a location other than the designated location.
In addition, when there is no route that does not pass through the vicinity of the third storage location, the notification unit 102 notifies the product to be picked up or the same product as the product to be picked up stored in the third storage location. To do.
For example, the product 501 to be picked up is stored on the shelf 401, and the same product 507 as the product 501 is stored on the shelf 402, and there is no route for picking up the product 501 that does not pass near the shelf 402. And
In this case, for example, the notification unit 102 transmits, to the server device 200, a message requesting movement of the product 501 to be picked up or the same product 507 as the product 501 to another shelf.
This configuration can warn the administrator that the storage location is likely to pick up products with an incorrect shipping deadline.
In addition, the notification unit 102 acquires a route on the assumption that the same product as the product to be picked up stored in the third storage location is removed, and moves the same product as the product to be picked up stored in the third storage location. As a storage location that should not be the destination, the vicinity of the route obtained by assumption is presented.
For example, the notification unit 102 acquires a route on the assumption that the product 507 has been removed from the shelf 402. For example, the notification unit 102 acquires the shortest distance route from the operator position to the product 501. Then, the notification unit 102 transmits, to the server device 200, information on shelves that exist in the vicinity of this route as a storage location that should not be the destination of the product 507.
For example, when the server device 200 receives a message requesting movement of the same product as the product to be picked up and information on a storage location that should not be the destination, the administrator transmits the terminal device 100 that transmitted the message, or the like. To the terminal device 100, an instruction to move the product including the information about the product to be moved and the destination is sent. The operator of the terminal device 100 that has received the information related to movement moves the designated product to the designated movement location.
With this configuration, it is possible to present an arrangement of storage locations so that products with an incorrect shipping deadline are not picked up.
When the operator who picks up the product is different from the person who manages which product is stored in the warehouse (product arrangement), the destination of the product movement instruction is not the terminal device 100 used by the operator. A terminal used by a person who manages the product arrangement may be used.
* When picking up a product is instructed, pick-up work should be given priority. In addition, there are cases where it is convenient for the management side to move the goods at a specific time such as inventory or at periodic inspections. In addition, when there are many operators who are in charge of pick-up and the proficiency level of the work varies, an operator with a higher level of proficiency than an operator with a low level of proficiency, or a person in charge of product management Those who have experience and knowledge about merchandise management, such as those engaged in period work, can appropriately judge the quality of the merchandise arrangement in the warehouse.
Therefore, an appropriate movement can be promoted by notifying a terminal such as a person who manages the product arrangement.
Also, as shown in FIG. 7, a check box 100b may be provided for each product for which pickup is required, and a check may be entered when the product is picked up. For example, when an operator reads a code of a designated product at a designated storage location, that is, based on a designated storage location (first storage location) and a beacon detected when the code is read When the stored location (second storage location) matches, the terminal device 100 puts a check in the check box 100b.
With such a configuration, it is possible to easily notify products that have already been picked up and products that should be picked up.
Further, the notification unit 102 may notify the storage location (shelf) to be passed in the route to the storage location (shelf) where the product to be picked up is stored.
When the notifying unit 102 does not know the location of the storage location (that is, the physical location of the beacon) when determining the shortest distance of the movement route, the notification unit 102 counts the number of beacons that will be detected when the product is picked up ( That is, the route is determined so that the number of storage locations that pass through is as small as possible. And the notification part 102 notifies the storage place (shelf) in which the apparatus which generate | occur | produces the beacon which will be detected when passing the path | route of the calculated | required shortest distance as a passage place.
Note that, as in the second embodiment described below, when the position of the storage location (physical position of the beacon) is known, the notification unit 102 determines the route so that the total length of the route is as short as possible. In this case, various solutions for the so-called shortest path problem can be applied.
For example, when the product 508 has already been picked up from the shelf 408, the product moves from the shelf 408 to the shelf 401 in order to pick up the next product 501, and sequentially passes through the shelves 407, 406, 405 in the movement route. As shown in FIG. 8, the shelf of the passing place is notified, and an instruction is given to move through the place.
Further, each of the passing locations is displayed with a marker 100c. When the operator moves in the warehouse and the detection unit 101 detects a beacon from the storage location designated as the passing location, the notification unit 102 The screen display is updated so that the marker of the storage location (passage location) associated with the beacon is lit or flashing.
For example, after picking up the product 508 from the shelf 408, when the operator is in the vicinity of the shelf 407 and the detection unit 101 detects a beacon generated from the device 417 installed on the shelf 407, the notification unit 102 displays the information shown in FIG. The marker 100c associated with the shelf 407 is turned on.
With such a configuration, the route to be moved and the current position can be easily notified to the operator.
(4. Operation of terminal device of embodiment 1)
A control process performed by the terminal device 100 according to the first embodiment will be described. For example, when the terminal device 100 is activated, the processing illustrated in FIG. 9 is started.
The detection unit 101 detects a beacon generated from a device installed in each of the plurality of storage locations, in which products having a common shipping deadline are stored in each of the plurality of storage locations (step S101).
For example, the detection unit 101 continues to detect a beacon generated from the device 410 installed on the shelf 400 while the operator 700 moves in the warehouse with the terminal device 100.
The estimation unit 106 estimates the positional relationship of the storage locations in the warehouse where a plurality of storage locations are arranged based on the detected result (step S102).
For example, the estimation unit 106 estimates the positional relationship of the shelves 400 arranged in the warehouse based on the reception intensity and reception direction of beacons generated from the device 410.
The notification unit 102 determines whether or not the product to be picked up from among the products stored in the plurality of storage locations and the first storage location where the products are stored are received from the server device 200 (step S100). S103). When the notification unit 102 determines that the product to be picked up and the first storage location have been received (step S103; Yes), the notification unit 102 is a route to the first storage location where the product to be picked up is stored, and the product to be picked up. It is determined whether there is a route that does not pass through the vicinity of the third storage location where the same product is stored (step S104). On the other hand, when determining that the product to be picked up and the first storage location have not been received (step S103; No), the notification unit 102 returns to step S101.
For example, when the notification unit 102 determines that the instruction information instructing the pickup of the product 501 stored on the shelf 401 is received from the server device 200, the notification unit 102 is a route to the shelf 401 where the product 501 is stored, It is determined whether or not there is a route that does not pass through the vicinity of the shelf in which the same product 507 as 501 is stored. On the other hand, when the notification unit 102 determines that the instruction information for instructing the pickup is not received from the server device 200, the detection unit 101 continues to detect the beacon.
In step S104, when the notification unit 102 determines that there is a route that does not pass through the vicinity of the third storage location (step S104; Yes), the notification unit 102 estimates the received goods to be picked up and the first storage location. The route to the first storage location is notified (step S105). On the other hand, when the notification unit 102 determines that there is no route that does not pass through the vicinity of the third storage location (step S104; No), the server device 200 displays a message prompting the user to move the product to be picked up or the same product as the product. (Step S106).
For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the same product 507 as the product 501 is stored on the shelf 403, and the route to the shelf 401 where the product 501 to be picked up is stored does not pass through the vicinity of the shelf 403. If there is, the notification unit 102 determines that there is a route that does not pass through the vicinity of the third storage location, and the product 501 to be picked up, the shelf 401 in which the product 501 is stored, and the information on the route to the shelf 401 Are displayed on the screen of the terminal device 100. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 12, the same product 507 as the product 501 is stored in the shelf 402, and there is a route that does not pass through the vicinity of the shelf 402 in the route to the shelf 401 where the product 501 to be picked up is stored. If not, the notification unit 102 determines that there is no route that does not pass through the vicinity of the third storage location, and moves the product 501 to be picked up or the same product 507 as the product 501 to another shelf. A message to be requested is transmitted to the server device 200.
The identifying unit 104 determines whether the reading unit 103 has read the code posted on the product to be picked up (step S107). When the identification unit 104 determines that the code has been read (step S107; Yes), the second storage location where the device that generated the detected beacon is installed is identified at the timing when the code is read (step S108). ). On the other hand, when the identification unit 104 determines that the code has not been read (step S107; No), it waits as it is.
For example, when the operator 700 performs an operation of reading the code 511 posted on the product 501, the identification unit 104 sets the second device that has generated the beacon based on the beacon detected at the time of the operation. The shelf 401 is identified as a storage location. On the other hand, when the reading operation is not performed by the operator 700, the process waits as it is.
The warning unit 105 determines whether or not the first storage location where the product to be picked up is stored matches the identified second storage location (step S109). When the warning unit 105 determines that the first storage location matches the second storage location (step S109; Yes), the process returns to step S101. On the other hand, if the warning unit 105 determines that the first storage location and the second storage location do not match (step S109; No), the warning unit 105 warns that they do not match (step S110). Then, the process returns to step S107.
For example, when the storage location of the product 501 to be picked up is “shelf 401” and the identified storage location is “shelf 401”, the warning unit 105 determines that the first storage location and the second storage location match. Subsequently, the detection unit 101 detects a beacon. On the other hand, when the storage location of the product 501 to be picked up is “shelf 401” and the identified storage location is “shelf 403”, as shown in FIG. Display on the screen a message that the product is different from the product stored in the specified storage location. And it waits at step S107 so that the code | cord | chord with which a 1st storage location and a 2nd storage location correspond may be read.
(5. Functional configuration of terminal device of embodiment 2)
Similarly to the first embodiment, the terminal device 100 according to the second embodiment includes a detection unit 101, a notification unit 102, a reading unit 103, an identification unit 104, a warning unit 105, and an estimation unit 106.
Embodiment 2 describes the function of the terminal device 100 when a map showing where the storage location is located in the warehouse is prepared. For example, assume that shelves 401 to 408 are arranged in a warehouse 800 as shown in FIG. It is assumed that a map of shelves 401 to 408 in the warehouse 800 is given to the terminal device 100.
The notification unit 102 is a route to the first storage location in the warehouse where the product to be picked up is stored based on the given map, and the third product in which the same product as the product to be picked up is stored. A route that does not pass near the storage location is acquired and the route is notified.
For example, it is assumed that the product to be picked up is “product 501”, the product 501 is stored on the shelf 401, and the same product 507 as the product 501 is stored on the shelf 403 as shown in FIG. Further, it is assumed that the operator 700 is in the vicinity between the shelves 407 and 408 as shown in FIG. In this case, based on the positional relationship between the shelves 401 to 408, the notification unit 102 passes the route 901 to the shelf 401 where the product 501 is stored and does not pass near the shelf 403 where the product 507 is stored. get. Even if it moves like the route 902 in FIG. 10, it can arrive at the shelf 401 in which the product 501 is stored, but since it passes through the vicinity of the shelf 403 in which the same product 507 is stored, this route is not acquired. .
And the notification part 102 displays the path | route 901 on the display area 100d of the terminal device 100, as shown in FIG. 11, and notifies the operator 700 of the movement path | route for picking up the designated goods.
In addition, when there is no route that does not pass through the vicinity of the third storage location, the notification unit 102 asks the manager of the warehouse the product to be picked up or the same product as the product to be picked up stored in the third storage location. Notify to move.
For example, as shown in FIG. 12, it is assumed that a product 501 to be picked up is stored in the shelf 401, the same product 507 as the product 501 is stored in the shelf 402, and the operator 700 is between the shelves 406 and 407. In this case, for example, even if it moves along any of the routes 903 to 905, it passes through the vicinity of the shelf 402, and there is no route that does not pass through the vicinity of the shelf 402.
Therefore, for example, the notification unit 102 transmits a message to the server apparatus 200 for requesting movement of the product 501 to be picked up or the same product 507 as the product 501 to another shelf.
For example, the notification unit 102 acquires a route on the assumption that the product 507 in FIG. For example, the notification unit 102 acquires a route 904 having the shortest distance from the position of the operator 700 in FIG. Then, the notification unit 102 transmits the shelves 402, 406, and 407 in the vicinity of the path 904 to the server device 200 as storage locations that should not be the destination of the product 507.
When the server device 200 receives information on a storage location that should not be the destination, the administrator uses, for example, the “shelf 404” as the destination of the product 507 by the person who manages the terminal device 100 or the product arrangement. Notify the terminal to be used.
(6. Operation of terminal device of embodiment 2)
The control process performed by the terminal device 100 according to the second embodiment is the same as that except for step S102 in the flowchart of FIG.
(7. Functional Configuration of Server Device of Embodiment 3)
In the first and second embodiments, the terminal device 100 has been described as having the functions of the detection unit 101, the notification unit 102, the reading unit 103, the identification unit 104, and the warning unit 105. However, the scope of the present invention is as described above. It is not limited to any form. For example, the terminal device 100 may be used only for input / output of information, and the server device 200 may perform various processes according to the present invention.
For example, the server device 200 includes a notification unit 202, an identification unit 204, a warning unit 205, and an estimation unit 206, as shown in FIG.
In this embodiment, the CPU 601 and the NIC 605 cooperate to function as the notification unit 202, the identification unit 204, and the warning unit 205, and the CPU 601 functions as the estimation unit 206.
Note that the estimation unit 206 has the same function as the estimation unit 106 of the first embodiment. Therefore, description is abbreviate | omitted in this embodiment.
The notification unit 202 stores products that have a common shipping deadline in each of a plurality of storage locations, a product to be picked up from products stored in the plurality of storage locations, and a first storage in which the products are stored. The location is notified to the terminal device 100.
For example, the notification unit 202 notifies the terminal device 100 of the product 501 stored in the plurality of shelves 400 and the shelf 401 where the products 501 are stored. Then, as illustrated in FIG. 5, the terminal device 100 displays the product 501 to be picked up and information on the shelf 401 that is the first storage location where the product is stored on the screen of the terminal device 100.
The identification unit 204 is a beacon generated from a device installed in each of a plurality of storage locations at the timing when a code posted on a product to be picked up by the terminal device 100 is read, and is detected by the terminal device 100. Based on the beacon, the second storage location where the device that generated the beacon is installed is identified.
Here, the terminal device 100 has a function of detecting a beacon generated from the device 410 installed on the shelf 400 and a function of reading a code 510 posted on the product 500. Each time the terminal device 100 detects a beacon or continuously while detecting a beacon, the terminal device 100 may transmit information about the beacon to the server device 200, or when the code 510 is read, the terminal device 100 It may be detected and the code 510 and information regarding the beacon may be transmitted to the server apparatus 200.
For example, the terminal device 100 transmits information of the beacon to the server device 200 while detecting the beacon from the device 411. Further, when the terminal device 100 reads the code 511 posted on the product 501, the terminal device 100 transmits information on the code 511 to the server device 200.
The identifying unit 204 identifies, from the received beacon information, the shelf 401 on which the device 411 that generated the beacon is installed as the second storage location at the timing when the information of the code 511 is received.
The warning unit 205 warns the terminal device 100 if the first storage location where the goods to be picked up are stored does not match the identified second storage location.
For example, when the first storage location notified by the notification unit 202 is “shelf 401” and the second storage location identified by the identification unit 204 is “shelf 401”, the warning unit 205 displays the first and second No warning is given as the storage locations match. On the other hand, when the first storage location notified by the notification unit 202 is “shelf 401” and the second storage location identified by the identification unit 204 is “shelf 403”, the warning unit 205 displays the first and second Assuming that the storage locations do not match, the terminal device 100 transmits a message 100a notifying that the location (shelf 403) where the product whose code has been read is stored is different from the notified location (shelf 401). And the terminal device 100 displays the message 100a on the screen of the terminal device 100 as shown in FIG.
(8. Operation of server device of embodiment 3)
A control process performed by the server device 200 according to the third embodiment will be described. For example, when the server device 200 is activated, the processing shown in FIG. 14 is started.
In the flowchart of FIG. 14, steps S302 and S304 perform the same processing as steps S102 and S104 of FIG.
Whether or not the server device 200 has received a beacon generated from a device installed in each of the plurality of storage locations from the terminal device 100 in which a commodity having a common shipping deadline is stored in each of the plurality of storage locations. Is determined (step S301).
For example, the terminal device 100 continues to detect a beacon generated from the device 410 installed on the shelf 400 while the operator 700 moves in the warehouse with the terminal device 100, and the beacon is detected by the server device 200. Send to. If the server apparatus 200 determines that a beacon has been received from the terminal apparatus 100, the process proceeds to step S302. On the other hand, when determining that the server apparatus 200 has not received a beacon from the terminal apparatus 100, the process proceeds to step S303.
The notification unit 202 determines whether or not a product to be picked up and a first storage location where the product is stored are designated (step S303).
For example, when a product to be picked up and a first storage location are designated by the administrator of the server apparatus 200, the process proceeds to step S304. On the other hand, if no designation is received from the administrator, the process returns to step S301.
In step S304, when the notification unit 202 determines that there is a route that does not pass through the vicinity of the third storage location (step S304; Yes), the notification unit 202 estimates the received goods to be picked up and the first storage location. The terminal device 100 is notified of the route to the first storage location (step S305). On the other hand, when the notification unit 202 determines that there is no route that does not pass through the vicinity of the third storage location (step S304; No), the notification unit 202 notifies the message that prompts the user to move the product to be picked up or the same product (step S304). S306).
For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the same product 507 as the product 501 is stored on the shelf 403, and the route to the shelf 401 where the product 501 to be picked up is stored does not pass through the vicinity of the shelf 403. If there is, the notification unit 202 notifies the terminal device 100 of the product 501 to be picked up, the shelf 401 in which the product 501 is stored, and the information on the route to the shelf 401. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 12, the same product 507 as the product 501 is stored in the shelf 402, and there is a route that does not pass through the vicinity of the shelf 402 in the route to the shelf 401 where the product 501 to be picked up is stored. If not, the notification unit 202 displays on the screen of the server device 200 a message requesting that the product 501 to be picked up or the same product 507 as the product 501 be moved to another shelf.
The identification unit 204 determines whether or not the information on the code posted on the product has been received from the terminal device 100 (step S307). When the identification unit 204 determines that the code has been received (step S307; Yes), the second storage location where the device that generated the detected beacon is installed is identified at the timing when the code is received (step S308). . On the other hand, when determining that the identification unit 204 has not received the code (step S307; No), the identification unit 204 stands by as it is.
For example, when the code 511 posted on the product 501 is read by the terminal device 100 and the server device 200 receives the information of the code 511 from the terminal device 100, the identification unit 204 receives the information of the code 511, Based on the beacon received from the terminal device 100, the second storage location where the device that generated the beacon is installed is identified as the shelf 401. On the other hand, when the terminal device 100 has not received the information regarding the code, the terminal device 100 waits as it is.
The warning unit 205 determines whether or not the first storage location where the goods to be picked up are stored matches the identified second storage location (step S309). When the warning unit 205 determines that the first storage location matches the second storage location (step S309; Yes), the process returns to step S301. On the other hand, when the warning unit 205 determines that the first storage location and the second storage location do not match (step S309; No), the warning unit 205 warns the terminal device that they do not match (step S310). Then, the process returns to step S307.
For example, when the storage location of the product 501 to be picked up is “shelf 401” and the identified storage location is “shelf 401”, the warning unit 105 determines that the first storage location and the second storage location match. Then, the process returns to step S301. On the other hand, when the storage location of the product 501 to be picked up is “shelf 401” and the identified storage location is “shelf 403”, the warning unit 105 specifies the product to be picked up in the terminal device 100. Send a message that the product is different from the product stored in the storage location. And it waits in step S307 so that the code | cord | chord with which a 1st storage location and a 2nd storage location correspond may be read.
The operation performed by the server device 200 is not limited to the flowchart of FIG. For example, the estimation in step S302 may be performed after receiving a predetermined amount of beacons. In step S307, when a code is received, a beacon may be received at the same time.
