Description

一种用于助于文件成功下载的设备及方法
本申请基于申请号为201510930631.8、申请日为2015/12/15的中国专利申请提出,并要求该中国专利申请的优先权,该中国专利申请的全部内容在此引入本申请作为参考。
技术领域
本专利申请涉及信息技术领域,具体地,涉及一种用于助于文件成功下载的设备及方法。
背景技术
目前的文件上传及下载方案为:运营商将可供用户下载的文件上传到CDN(Content Delivery Network,内容分发网络)的CDN服务器上,该CDN服务器将该文件分发到该CDN的所有下载服务器;之后,每一下载服务器向所述CDN服务器确认已收到该文件,并反馈该文件的下载地址(即,该下载服务器的地址)。客户端可利用该下载地址从所述下载服务器上下载所述文件。
然而,现有技术的下载方案存在以下缺陷会导致客户端无法从CDN节点下载原始文件:
1)客户端在下载文件的时候,所采用的下载地址不能确保100%有效,因为下载服务器较多,很难保证每个下载服务器都能够正常运行,如果某一下载服务器无法正常运行,则客户端将无法从该下载服务器下载文件;
2)存在域名劫持的情形。该域名劫持跟运营商有关系,运营商可能未将该域名备案,未将其加入到合法域名清单内(比如目前国内访问不了谷歌的域名)。这样采用该域名从下载服务器上下载也会导致下载失败。
发明内容
本发明部分实施例的目的是提供一种用于助于文件成功下载的设备及方法,其可有效解决上述因域名失效或某一下载服务器故障所导致的文件下载失败的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明一个实施例提供了一种用于助于文件成功下载的设备,该设备包括:接收装置,用于接收文件下载请求;以及处理装置,用于执行以下操作:响应于所述文件下载请求,采用第一域名及预先存储的针对所述文件的多个下载地址中的第一下载地址发送文件下载请求;以及在预定时间内未成功从所述第一下载地址下载所述文件的情况下,采用第二域名及所述多个下载地址中的第二下载地址发送所述文件下载请求。
其中,所述处理装置还可用于在预定时间内未成功从所述第二下载地址下载所述文件的情况下,采用所述第一域名或所述第二域名所对应的IP地址及所述第二下载地址发送所述文件下载请求。
其中,所述处理装置还可用于在预定时间内未成功从所述第二下载地址下载所述文件的情况下,采用所述第一域名及所述多个下载地址中的第三下载地址发送所述文件下载请求。
其中,所述处理装置还可用于在预定时间内未成功从所述第三下载地址下载所述文件的情况下,采用所述第二域名及所述多个下载地址中的第四下载地址发送所述文件下载请求。

其中,该方法还可包括:在预定时间内未成功从所述第二下载地址下载所述文件的情况下,采用所述第一域名或所述第二域名所对应的IP地址及所述第二下载地址发送所述文件下载请求。

图1为本发明一个实施例提供的用于助于文件成功下载的设备所实施的环境的结构示意图。运营商将可供用户下载的文件上传到CDN服务器200上,该CDN服务器200将该文件分发到该CDN的所有下载服务器210~240;之后,每一下载服务器向所述CDN服务器200确认已收到该文件,并反馈该文件的下载地址(即,该下载服务器210~240的地址)。在客户端100访问所述文件的下载页面时,CDN服务器200可根据该客户端100的IP地址确定最适宜该客户端100从中下载所述文件的下载服务器并将该下载服务器的地址发送给所述客户端100。举例而言,CDN服务器200可根据客户端100的IP地址判断该客户端100所处的地理位置,并根据该地 理位置来分配处于该地理位置或附近的下载服务器,例如对于南京地区的客户端,可向其分配南京本地的下载服务器或上海的下载服务器,当然本发明并不限于此,如果其他并非位于客户端地理位置或附近的下载服务器可提供更好得下载速度,CDN服务器200亦可将该下载服务器的下载地址发送至所述客户端。一般而言,所述CDN服务器200可向所述客户端100发送多个下载服务器的下载地址,本发明则以4个下载地址为例进行说明。所述客户端100接收到来自所述CDN服务器200的多个下载地址之后,可对其进行存储,以在客户端100从用户收到正式的文件下载请求时采用。
图2为本发明一个实施例提供的用于助于文件成功下载的设备的结构示意图,该设备可实施于图1所示的环境内,具体可实施于图1所示的客户端内。如图2所示,本发明提供了一种用于助于文件成功下载的设备,该设备包括:接收装置110,用于接收文件下载请求;以及处理装置120,用于执行以下操作:响应于所述文件下载请求,采用第一域名(例如,www.xxx.com)及预先存储的针对所述文件的多个下载地址中的第一下载地址(例如,图1中下载服务器210的地址)发送文件下载请求;以及在预定时间内未成功从所述第一下载地址下载所述文件的情况下,采用第二域名(例如,www.xxx.cn)及所述多个下载地址中的第二下载地址(例如,图1中下载服务器220的地址)发送所述文件下载请求。在此所述的域名及下载地址用于对相应的下载服务器进行寻址,为客户端访问所述下载服务器所必须采用的信息。
一般而言,通过更换域名及更换下载地址,可解决大多数客户端所面临的文件下载问题。然而,对于某些情况来说,客户端无法访问下载服务器可能是因为第一域名与第二域名均失效所导致的,此时处理装置可直接采用所述第一域名或所述第二域名所对应的IP地址(例如,1.2.0.1)及所述第二下载地址发送所述文件下载请求,这样可彻底解决域名解析失败所导致的文 件下载失败的问题。
在上述通过采用IP及第二下载地址下载失败的情况下,表明可能是因为下载服务器210及220停机所导致的,所述处理装置可采用所述第一域名(例如,www.xxx.com)及所述多个下载地址中的第三下载地址(例如,图1中下载服务器230的地址)发送所述文件下载请求。其中,所述处理装置还可用于在预定时间内未成功从所述第三下载地址下载所述文件的情况下,采用所述第二域名(例如,www.xxx.cn)及所述多个下载地址中的第四下载地址(例如,图1中下载服务器240的地址)发送所述文件下载请求。其中,所述处理装置还可用于在预定时间内未成功从所述第四下载地址下载所述文件的情况下,采用所述第一域名或所述第二域名所对应的IP地址(例如,1.2.0.1)及所述第四下载地址发送所述文件下载请求。

    接收装置,用于接收文件下载请求;以及
    处理装置,用于执行以下操作:
    响应于所述文件下载请求,采用第一域名及预先存储的针对所述文件的多个下载地址中的第一下载地址发送文件下载请求;以及
    在预定时间内未成功从所述第一下载地址下载所述文件的情况下,采用第二域名及所述多个下载地址中的第二下载地址发送所述文件下载请求。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述处理装置还用于在预定时间内未成功从所述第二下载地址下载所述文件的情况下,采用所述第一域名或所述第二域名所对应的IP地址及所述第二下载地址发送所述文件下载请求。
