本申请要求于2015年12月14日提交中国专利局、申请号为2015210375704、发明名称为“SIM卡插槽和SIM卡托盘以及电子产品”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明属于电子产品技术领域,具体地,本发明涉及一种SIM卡插槽和一种SIM卡托盘以及一种电子产品。
目前大多智能手机都是采用整体一体化设计,所以在手机中都采用了SIM卡托盘设计,用户将SIM卡放在托盘中,将托盘插入手机机体中即可。但是,由于插槽位于机体内部,只有槽口暴露在外,而托盘的机构轻薄简单,所以用户难以通过槽口判断出托盘应以哪个方向插入插槽内。很多用户在使用过程中都会出现把SIM卡托盘弄反、反着插入SIM卡插槽的情况,如果反插力量较大,容易损坏SIM插槽内部的连接弹片等结构,从而导致手机识别SIM卡功能的损坏。
所以,有必要对手机SIM卡托盘的结构或手机SIM卡插槽的结构进行改进,避免SIM卡托盘反插造成的插槽损坏,或者能够让用户便捷的识别托盘的正向插入。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是避免SIM卡托盘反向插入SIM卡插槽。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种SIM卡插槽,其中包括槽口和至少一个止挡台,所述止挡台设置在所述槽口内侧,所述止挡台挡住所述槽
口的一部分。
可选地,所述槽口包括第一侧边、第二侧边和两个侧壁。
优选地,所述止挡台设置在所述第一侧边或第二侧边的内侧。
或者,可选地,所述止挡台设置在一个所述侧壁的内侧。
特别地,所述止挡台设置在所述第一侧边或第二侧边以及一个所述侧壁的内侧。
优选地,所述SIM卡插槽包括两个止挡台。
本发明还提供了一种SIM卡托盘,所述SIM卡托盘具有前端部,所述前端部上形成有止挡件。
优选地,所述SIM卡托盘具有两支侧棱,所述侧棱的端部设置有连接两支侧棱的底边框,所述底边框构成所述止挡件。
本发明还提供了电子产品,其中包括:
电子产品主体,所述电子产品主体的侧部设置有本发明的SIM卡插槽,所述槽口的内侧位于所述电子产品主体中;以及
根据本发明的SIM卡托盘,所述SIM卡托盘插在所述SIM卡插槽中。
本发明的一个技术效果在于,所述止挡台能够在SIM卡托盘反插时阻止SIM托盘插入所述SIM卡插槽,防止SIM卡托盘对SIM卡插槽中的结构造成破坏。

本发明提供了一种SIM卡插槽,其中包括槽口和至少一个止挡台,所述止挡台设置在所述槽口内侧,槽口内侧指从槽口伸入插槽内部的一侧。所述止挡台将所述槽口的一部分截面面积挡住。所述止挡台设置在槽口内侧,可以从槽口的边缘向槽口中心伸出一段距离,这样,从正对所述槽口的方向观察,也即在槽口的截面上,止挡台能够将部分槽口挡住。
例如,附图1、2示出了本发明的一种实施例,所述SIM卡插槽1设置在电子产品中,槽口11位于电子产品的侧壁113上。所述槽口11的形状基本成矩形,其中包括第一侧边111、第二侧边112和两个侧壁113,第一侧边111和第二侧边112构成两个相对的长边,两个侧壁113分别连接第一侧边111与第二侧边112。第一侧边111和第二侧边112的长度与SIM卡或者SIM卡托盘的宽度基本相当,而两个侧壁113的高度则与SIM
卡或SIM卡托盘的厚度基本相当。可选地,在本实施例中,所述止挡台12设置在所述第一侧边111的内侧,并从第一侧边111向上伸出了一段距离。这样,所述止挡台12挡住部分槽口11,在槽口11的内侧形成了防反插结构。相应的,本发明的插槽配套使用的托盘上也在一侧形成有防反插结构。当托盘以正确方向插入插槽1时,托盘上的防反插结构能够与槽口11上的防反插结构错开,不会相互妨碍,托盘能够完全插入插槽1中。但是,当托盘以反向插入插槽1时,所述槽口11处的止挡台12会与托盘上的防反插结构接触,阻止托盘继续插入。本发明提供的SIM卡插槽1能够有效防止卡托反向插入插槽1,防止托盘对插槽1内部结构造成破坏。
可选地,本发明所述的止挡台12并不仅限于设置在如图1、2所示的第一侧边111的内侧。在本发明的其它实施方式中,所述止挡台还可以设置在其它位置,只要将所述槽口的至少一侧挡住一部分即可。例如,所述止挡台也可以设置在所述第二侧边的内侧,或者所述止挡台也可以设置在一个所述侧壁的内侧。
特别地,本发明提供的止挡台12还可以起到一定导向作用,引导所述托盘进入所述插槽1中。例如,所述止挡台12可以形成在所述第一侧边111和一个所述侧壁113的内侧,第二侧边112和另一个侧壁113的内侧没有止挡台12。这样,当托盘插入时,所述止挡台12能够稳定的限制托盘的位置,从而起到引导作用。而且,这种组合设置的止挡台12能够更好的实现防反插的功能。当然,本领域技术人员也可以在第二侧边112和一个侧壁113的内侧设置止挡台12,但是通常不会在槽口11的第一侧边111和第二侧边112以及一个侧壁113内侧都设置止挡台12,这样会造成即使用户没有反插托盘,也难以将托盘插入的情况。
另外,在图1、2所示的实施例中,第一侧边111内侧设置了两个止挡台12,这种能够避免SIM卡托盘反插时发生倾斜,托盘倾斜也有可能对结构产生损伤。
进一步地,本发明提供了一种SIM卡托盘2,该托盘2具有用于引导托盘2整体插入的前端部21。所述前端部21上形成有止挡件211,所
述止挡件211用于与上述止挡台12配合,防止所述托盘2反插。从正面观察所述前端部21,其形状应与所述槽口11基本匹配,呈近似的矩形结构。
具体地,如图3、4所示,所述SIM卡托盘2通常具有两支侧棱22,所述侧棱22的端部可以设置有连接两支侧棱22的底边框,所述底边框即构成所述止挡件211。如图3所示,在此姿态下,所述底边框垫在整个托盘2的下方,而如图4所示,在此姿态下,所述底边框则在整个托盘2的上方。这样,所述底边框在托盘2以正向插入槽口11时能够避开止挡台12,而在托盘2以反向插入槽口11时则能够与止挡台12接触,阻止托盘2插入。
本发明还提供了一种电子产品,其中包括电子产品主体31,所述电子产品主体31的侧部设置有如图2所示的SIM卡插槽1,所述槽口11的内侧位于所述电子产品主体31中。该电子产品中还包括如图3、4所示的SIM卡托盘2,所述托盘2插在所述插槽1中。图5示出了所述托盘2以正向插入所述插槽1的情况,位于所述前端部21的底边框避开了所述止挡台12的位置,所述托盘2能够正常插入所述插槽1中。图6示出了所述托盘2以反向插入所述插槽1的情况,此时所述底边框与所述止挡台12位于同侧,所述底边框会与所述止挡台12接触,从而阻止所述托盘2插入。在本发明的其它实施例中,所述止挡台12也可以设置在所述第二侧边112内侧或侧壁内侧,相应的所述止挡件211的位置也会发生变化,以使当所述托盘2反插时,所述止挡件211能够与所述止挡台12接触,本发明并不对这类变化进行限制。
虽然已经通过示例对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上示例仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

- 一种SIM卡插槽,其特征在于,包括槽口和至少一个止挡台,所述止挡台设置在所述槽口内侧,所述止挡台挡住所述槽口的一部分。

- 根据权利要求2所述的SIM卡插槽,其特征在于,所述止挡台设置在所述第一侧边或第二侧边的内侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的SIM卡插槽,其特征在于,所述止挡台设置在一个所述侧壁的内侧。
- 根据权利要求2所述的SIM卡插槽,其特征在于,所述止挡台设置在所述第一侧边或第二侧边以及一个所述侧壁的内侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的SIM卡插槽,其特征在于,所述SIM卡插槽包括两个止挡台。
- 一种SIM卡托盘,其特征在于,所述SIM卡托盘具有前端部,所述前端部上形成有止挡件。
