本发明中,洗衣机为物联网洗衣机,洗衣机与服务器通讯相连,服务器与智能终端通讯相连,通讯技术可以是WIFI、GPRS、Zeegbe以及RS-485技术中的任意一种,洗衣机启动物联网功能后,可与服务器进行数据交换。智能终端可以是智能手机/PAD/PC机。其中,服务器用于提供洗衣机管理平台服务,包括用户账号的注册及管理,洗衣机与用户账号的绑定及管理,服务器还向洗衣机发送控制命令并接收洗衣机上报的信息,还可将洗衣机的运行状态同步到智能终端中。在智能终端上安装可控制洗衣机的APP后,可在APP客户端上注册账户并与洗衣机绑定。
下面结合附图和实施例对实施方式进一步描述。
实施例一
本实施例提供一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,如图1所示,该方法包括:
步骤101:洗衣机接收触发信号。
步骤102:向服务器发送商品推荐命令,所述商品推荐命令至少包括触发信号的标识。
步骤103:服务器接收到商品推荐命令后,查询与商品推荐命令对应的关键词,并利用大数据自动推荐与关键词相关的商品,并将推荐的商品发送至与洗衣机绑定的智能终端。
步骤104:智能终端将推荐的商品显示在显示界面,显示的信息至少包括商品标识和与商品标识对应的URL地址。
本实施中,通过向洗衣机发送触发信号,并由服务器利用大数据推荐最适合的商品,并显示在与洗衣机绑定的智能终端上,对用户来说,仅仅是一个步骤的动作,就可获得最适合用户的推荐商品,如此节省了用户的购物时间,提高用户购物的效率,简化了用户购物的操作。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,如图2所示,该方法包括:
步骤201:洗衣机接收触发信号。
其中,洗衣机上设有一推荐装置,当该推荐装置被触发时,可向洗衣机控制模块发送触发信号。
优选的,推荐装置可以是设置在洗衣机上的触控面板,当用户按照预设轨迹触摸触控面板时,向洗衣机的控制模块发送预设轨迹对应的触发信号。
其中,触控面板是在透明玻璃表面镀上一层氧化锡锑薄膜及保护膜而与液晶银幕间则需作防电子讯号干扰处理,触控面板是触控技术的直接体现,用来感应接触信号,并分析辨认,因此当用户按照某种轨迹触摸该触控面板时,触控面板相应地可以感应到用户的触摸轨迹。
其中,预设轨迹可以为任意图案,每一种图案的预设轨迹为一种触发方式,不同图案的预设轨迹对应不同的触发方式,每一种触发方式对应一种触发信号。优选的,该预设轨迹可以由开发人员预置在洗衣机中。例如,预置在洗衣机中的轨迹为字母图案C,则当用户按照字母图案C触摸触控面板时,向洗衣机的控制模块发送字母图案C对应的触发信号。进一步优选的,该预设轨迹可由用户自由设定并存储在洗衣机中。
进一步优选的,推荐装置为设置在洗衣机上的物理按键,当按照预设按键方式按下物理按键时,向洗衣机发送预设按键方式对应的触发信号。
其中,物理按键的按键方式可以由开发人员预置在洗衣机中,每一种按键方式为一种触发方式,每一种触发方式对应一种触发信号。优选的,按键方式至少包括:按一下、连按两下、连按三下、长按一下、先短按一下再长按一下、先短按两下再长按一下中的任意一种。
例如,预置的触发方式包括按一下和连按三下,分别对应第一触发信号和第二触发信号,当用户连按三下该物理按键时,则该物理按键向洗衣机控制模块发送第二触发信号,洗衣机控制模块接收第二触发信 号。
优选的,该物理按键是在电源键、启动/暂停键、洗涤程序按键以及洗涤参数按键以外的新增的按键,其中洗涤参数按键用于控制洗衣程序中的各项参数,如漂洗、脱水、水位、时间、温度、烘干以及转速等。
例如,如图6所示,洗衣机上设有电源键、启动/暂停键、洗涤程序按键、漂洗按键、脱水按键、水位按键以及一键推荐按键,该一键推荐按键即推荐装置,用于触发洗衣机向服务器发送商品推荐命令,服务器根据商品推荐命令推荐最适合用户的商品,并将推荐的商品显示在与洗衣机绑定的智能终端上。
优选的,该物理按键是洗涤参数按键中的任意一个,当选择洗涤程序后,如果触发该物理按键,则执行对应洗涤参数的功能;当未选择洗涤程序时,如果触发该物理按键,则执行触发洗衣机向服务器发送商品推荐命令的功能。
例如,如图7所示,洗衣机上设有电源键、启动/暂停键、洗涤程序按键、漂洗按键、脱水按键以及水位按键,其中水位按键还可用作触发洗衣机向服务器发送商品推荐命令的推荐装置,当洗衣机开机后,在未选择洗涤程序时,如果按下该水位按键,该水位按键此时执行推荐商品的功能,即向洗衣机发送该水位按键对应的触发信号,触发洗衣机向服务器发送商品推荐命令;当选择洗涤程序后,如果按下该水位按键,则该水位按键执行设置洗衣机水位的功能。
优选的,推荐装置为洗衣机上任意至少两个按键组成的组合键,当按下组合键时,向洗衣机发送该组合键对应的触发信号。
组合键的触发方式包括:组成组合键的所有按键同时被按下。
例如,如图7所示的洗衣机,其推荐装置为漂洗按键、脱水按键以及水位按键组成的组合键,当同时按下漂洗按键、脱水按键以及水位按键时,向洗衣机发送该组合键对应的触发信号。
不论推荐装置是物理按键、触控面板还是组合键,也不论是哪种触发方式,对用户而言,仅仅是一个步骤就能完成的操作,就可使该触发装置向洗衣机发送触发信号。因此用户的操作极为简便,且不耗费时间。
步骤202:向服务器发送商品推荐命令,所述商品推荐命令至少包括触发信号的标识。
具体地,洗衣机接收到触发信号时,相应地获取该触发信号的标识,并存储到商品推荐命令中,将该商品推荐命令发送给服务器。
其中,触发信号与触发信号的标识的对应关系预存在洗衣机中,当洗衣机接收到触发信号的标识后,相应地可获取触发信号的标识。
优选的,商品推荐命令中还可包括身份识别信息,用来区别不同洗衣机或者不同用户发送的商品推荐命令,以确定商品推荐命令的唯一性。
其中,身份识别信息可以是洗衣机编码,也可以是用户ID。具体地,每台洗衣机的出厂时都会有一个唯一的编码,用来识别不同设备的洗衣机,可将该编码预置在洗衣机控制模块中,当洗衣机接收到触发信号后,可在洗衣机控制模块中获取该编码;用户ID可以是用户登录服务器的账号,该账号在服务器中是唯一的,用来识别不同的用户,可将该用户账号预置在洗衣机控制模块中,当洗衣机接收到触发信号后,可在洗衣机控制模块中获取该账号。
步骤203:服务器接收到商品推荐命令后,查询与商品推荐命令对应的关键词,根据关键词搜索至少一个网上商城中的与该关键词相关的所有商品。
优选的,该关键词与洗护用品相关,进一步优选为洗护用品的分类名称,如洗衣液、柔顺剂、漂白剂、洗衣粉、洗衣皂、絮凝剂等;其中,网上商城如海尔商城、淘宝网、天猫、京东等。
例如,关键词为洗涤剂,服务器搜索海尔商城中各种品牌、各种类型的洗涤剂。
步骤204:服务器主动获取附加信息。
其中,附加信息包括用户的历史购买记录、用户的商品浏览记录、洗衣机的位置信息、当前季节、当前天气中的至少一个。
具体地,用户的历史购买/浏览记录的获取可以是:智能终端上安装有可控制洗衣机的APP后,可在APP客户端上注册账户并与洗衣机绑定,用户账户产生购买/浏览商品行为时可将相应的购买/浏览记录存储至服务器,服务器直接获取该用户账户的历史购买/浏览记录;
例如,智能终端上安装有可控制洗衣机的APP后,用户在该APP中的网上商城购买/浏览商品时可将相应的购买/浏览记录存储至服务器。
优选的,智能终端还可访问该智能终端中用户在其他APP上的购物/浏览记录,并将购物/浏览记录同步至服务器端;
例如,智能终端上安装有可控制洗衣机的APP,可控制洗衣机的APP可获得访问其他APP的权限,当用户在其他APP上购物/浏览商品时,可获取该购物/浏览记录并同步至服务器端。
洗衣机的位置信息的获取可以是:服务器根据洗衣机WIFI网络获取洗衣机的当前位置,或者服务器根据洗衣机上的GPRS获取洗衣机的当前位置;
当前季节和天气的获取可以是:服务器根据洗衣机的当前位置,直接从网络中获取该地理位置对应的季节和天气。
步骤205:服务器利用大数据从搜索的商品中推荐与附加信息相关的商品,并将推荐的商品发送至与洗衣机绑定的智能终端。
具体地,服务器可从搜索的商品中推荐与用户历史购买/浏览记录最接近的商品;服务器还可根据洗衣机的位置信息从网络中获取当地水质硬度,从搜索的商品中推荐与当地水质硬度最匹配的商品(如与水质硬度相匹配的洗涤剂、柔顺剂等);服务器还可从搜索的商品中推荐与当前季节和天气最适合使用的商品(如冬季不伤手的洗衣液等)。
进一步,服务器可将推荐的商品生成一URL地址,并将该URL地址发送给智能终端;优选的,服务器将与关键词相关的所有商品以及与附加信息相关的商品生成一URL地址,并将该URL地址发送给智能终端。
步骤206:智能终端在显示界面弹出一提示信息,该提示信息用于提示是否将推荐的商品显示在终端显示界面。
如果是,则执行步骤207;如果否,智能终端弹出是否延时的提示,如果是则智能终端在预设时间后再次显示提示信息,如果否则取消提示信息,忽略服务器本次发送的推荐商品。
例如,智能终端在显示界面弹出的提示信息为“收到一条来自洗衣机的洗涤剂推荐信息,是否打开”,并在显示界面给出“打开”和“取消”选项,当用户选择“打开”时,智能终端执行步骤207;当用户选择“取消”时,智能终端在显示界面弹出是否延时的提示“1小时后再显示,好吗?”,并给出操作选项“延时1小时”和“不再显示”两个选项,如果用户选择“延时1小时”,则智能终端在1小时后再次显示提示信息“收到一条来自洗衣机的洗涤剂推荐信息,是否打开”,如果用户选择“不再显示”,则终端忽略服务器本次发送的推荐商品。
步骤207:智能终端将推荐的商品显示在显示界面,显示的信息至少包括商品标识和与商品标识对应的URL地址。
其中,商品标识可以是商品名称;URL地址用于指向网上商城中商品的唯一目的地址,确定该目的地址后,相应的可确定一部分商品属性,如商城名称、商铺名称、商品分类、名称、品牌、规格、型号、款式、价格等;用户点击URL地址可以进入到商品购买页面进行购买商品。优选的,显示的信息还包括与商品标识对应的商品图片。
优选的,智能终端还显示与关键词相关的所有商品。具体可在智能终端显示页面设置推荐商品选项和 常规商品选项(如图8所示),常规商品选项用于显示与关键词相关的所有商品,推荐商品选项用于显示服务器推荐的与附加信息相关的商品,用户可通过点击选项切换显示页面显示的商品信息。
优选的,智能终端在显示界面还显示至少一个排序标准的选项(如图8所示),用于按照该排序标准对推荐的商品进行排序;其中,排序标准包括按照价格排序、按照评论排序、按照收藏人气排序、按照网上商城的访问量排序中的至少一种,按照网上商城的访问量排序是指访问该商城主页面的点击量。
本实施例中,在洗衣机接收到触发信号时,由服务器利用大数据推荐适合用户的商品,并显示在与洗衣机绑定的智能终端上,对用户来说,仅仅是一个步骤的操作,就可获得最适合用户的推荐商品,如此节省了用户的网上购物时间、提高用户购物的效率、简化用户的操作。
实施例三
本实施例在实施例二的基础上,对于显示在终端显示界面的商品,用户可以按照常规购买方式购买商品,也可以对商品进行一键下单。
其中常规购买方式指:用户可直接点击商品URL地址进入商品购买页面,选择商品属性(如款式、数量等),再点击立即购买选项进入到设置页面设置收货人信息,设置好后确认下单,再进入到支付页面,选择支付方式后,输入支付密码,此时服务器生成商品订单。
对商品进行一键下单是指:在推荐商品的显示页面上设有一键下单选项(如图8所示),用户可勾选商品标识前面的选项框来选择至少一个商品,再点击一键下单后,可对勾选的商品全部直接生成商品订单;或者
用户点击URL地址进入商品购买页面后,商品购买页面上设有一键下单选项,如果需要设置属性,用户可在商品购买页面先设置属性(如款式、数量等),在点击一键下单后,可对该URL地址中的商品直接生成商品订单。
具体地,在步骤207之后,如图3所示,对商品进行一键下单的方法包括:
步骤208:检测到用户点击一键下单选项时,则向服务器发送下单命令。
优选的,在检测到用户点击一键下单选项时,在智能终端显示界面弹出是否确认下单的提示,并给出操作选项“确认”或者“取消”,用户选择“确认”时,智能终端向服务器发送下单命令,用户选择“取消”可直接取消本次下单。
步骤209:服务器接收到下单命令后,自动生成商品订单。
服务器接收到下单命令后,具体执行步骤如下:
步骤(1):服务器根据与商品标识对应的URL地址获取商品属性。
其中,URL地址用于指向网上商城中商品的唯一目的地址,确定该目的地址后,相应的可确定一部分商品属性,如商城名称、商铺名称、商品分类、名称、品牌、规格、型号、款式、价格等。
其中,商城名称可以是海尔商城、天猫商城等;商铺名称可以是XX旗舰店;商品分类可以是洗护用品;名称可以是洗衣粉、洗涤剂、柔顺剂等;品牌可以是汰渍、立白等;规格可以是n千克、n毫升等;型号/款式可以是全效馨香型、薰衣草柔香型等。
步骤(2):服务器查找预设的收货人信息以及支付方式,并自动生成商品订单。
其中,收货人信息和支付方式预设在服务器中。具体可在用户购买洗衣机时,填写好相应的信息后,由开发人员将其添加到服务器中;优选的,也可由用户在相应的APP客户端或者PC端的网页中,主动填写相应信息并保存在服务器中。
当服务器接获取商品属性后,获取用户账号的登录状态,如果用户未登录,则提示用户登录,若果用户已登录,则查询登录用户默认的收货人信息和支付方式,按照预设的支付方式对自动对商品付款,并根据收货人信息生成商品订单,服务器将该商品订单发送给商家并提示商家有新的商品订单,商家可根据商 品订单中该商品的商品属性挑选对应商品,根据收货人信息填写物流快递单并通过快递公司或物流公司将商品送到收货人地址处。
进一步,收货人信息至少包括收货人姓名、收货人电话、收货地址,优选的还包括收货地址的邮政编码;支付方式可以包括在线支付或者货到付款,对于在线支付还可预设可选择的支付系统(如信用卡支付、借记卡支付、支付宝支付或者微信支付),还包括支付系统的优先支付顺序(如优先使用支付宝支付,如支付不成功,再使用微信支付),还包括设置支付限制(如一次性支付在200元以下可自动支付、月支付不能超过500元等)。
优选的,用户可在智能终端上绑定洗衣机后,进入APP并登录用户的账号设置收货人信息和支付方式。
本实施例中,在洗衣机接收到触发信号后,服务器利用大数据推荐适合用户的商品,并显示在与洗衣机绑定的智能终端上,用户可在智能终端上对某一商品进行一键下单,也可对批量商品进行快速下单,对用户来说,仅仅是在一个步骤内的操作,即可获得最适合用户的推荐商品,然后在推荐的商品中可一键下单实现商品的快速购买,如此节省了用户的网上购物时间、提高用户购物的效率、简化用户的操作。
实施例四
本实施例中,洗衣机与服务器通讯相连,服务器与智能终端通讯相连,智能终端上安装有可控制洗衣机的APP,用户可在智能终端上注册账户并与洗衣机绑定。
其中,洗衣机上设置有一推荐装置,该推荐装置包括至少一种被触发的触发方式,每一种触发方式可对应一种触发信号,不同的触发信号对应不同的关键词。该关键词可以是开发人员预设在洗衣机中的,用户无需再设置该关键词;该关键词也可由用户主动设置,用户可在智能终端上绑定洗衣机后,根据洗衣机上的不同的触发信号,在智能终端上设置不同的关键词,优选该关键词是与洗衣机相关的商品名称,进一步优选为洗护用品。由于家庭用的洗护用品通常放置在洗衣机附近,在发现洗护用品快用完时,可通过洗衣机上的推荐装置快速购买洗护用品。
对于用户主动设置关键词,如图4所示,该设置方法包括:
步骤301:在智能终端上绑定洗衣机。
具体地,在洗衣机开机后,进入智能终端开启搜寻洗衣机的功能,检测到该洗衣机时,可自动连接并绑定该洗衣机。其中,可以通过WIFI技术、蓝牙技术等建立智能终端与洗衣机的连接。
如果无法连接智能终端和洗衣机,用户还可在智能终端的页面上主动输入洗衣机的型号来绑定洗衣机。
例如,对于XX品牌的A-309S型号的洗衣机,用户可在智能终端开启搜寻洗衣机的功能,检测到“XX品牌A-309S型号”的洗衣机时,可通过WIFI自动连接并绑定该洗衣机。
步骤302:智能终端获取身份识别信息和触发信号的标识,并保存到商品推荐命令中。
其中,当该关键词为用户主动设置时,由于每一用户设置的关键词不同,需根据身份信息区分每一洗衣机发送的商品推荐命令,因此在设置关键词时,需将用户的身份识别信息也保存至商品推荐命令中。
其中,获取触发信号的标识具体包括:当洗衣机与智能终端绑定后,智能终端获取该洗衣机的型号,并将该型号的洗衣机对应的所有触发方式都显示在终端设置界面,用户选择某一触发方式时,智能终端获取与该触发方式对应的触发信号的标识。
例如,对于XX品牌的A-309S型号的洗衣机,其洗衣机上设置有一物理按键,对应的触发方式包括按一下、连按两下和连按三下,智能终端与A-309S型号的洗衣机绑定后,智能终端获取型号“A-309S”,并将触发方式“按一下、连按两下和连按三下”显示在设置界面,当用户在设置界面选择按一下时,智能终端获取与“按一下”对应的触发信号的标识。
其中,身份识别信息可以是洗衣机编码,也可以是用户ID,每台洗衣机的出厂时都会有一个唯一的编 码,用来识别不同设备的洗衣机;用户ID可以是用户登录服务器的账号,该账号在服务器中是唯一的,用来识别不同的用户。
获取用户ID具体包括:直接获取在智能终端登录的用户ID,并将该用户ID同步到洗衣机的控制模块中,便于洗衣机在接收到触发信号时,获取该用户ID并存储到洗衣机的商品推荐命令中,发送给服务器;
例如,在智能终端登录的用户ID为手机号“136****1234”,智能终端直接获取用户ID“136****1234”,并将该用户ID同步到洗衣机中。
获取洗衣机编码具体包括:从洗衣机中获取洗衣机编码,或者检测到用户在智能终端输入洗衣机编码时,获取该洗衣机编码。
例如,该洗衣机的出厂编码为“20150910****1234”,智能终端从洗衣机中获取该编码“20150910****1234”,或者用户直接在智能终端的设置界面输入编码“20150910****1234”。
具体地,智能终端在获取身份识别信息和触发信号的标识后,将其保存到商品推荐命令中;其中,智能终端保存的商品推荐命令与洗衣机中的商品推荐命令相同,优选的,还可将智能终端保存的商品推荐命令同步到洗衣机中。
对于包含身份识别信息和触发信号标识的商品推荐命令,不同洗衣机设备或者用户ID发送的商品推荐命令均不相同,而不同触发方式对应不同的触发信号,同一洗衣机设备或者用户ID发送的商品推荐命令也不相同,因此,每一商品推荐命令都具有唯一性。
步骤303:智能终端设置与商品推荐命令对应的关键词,并将其对应关系保存在服务器中。
具体地,智能终端将身份识别信息和触发信号的标识保存到商品推荐命令后,检测到用户在设置界面设置关键词时,智能终端保存用户设置的信息,并建立商品推荐命令与关键词的对应关系,并将该对应关系保存到服务器中。
优选的,还可设置默认的收货人信息以及支付方式,便于用户在商品推荐页面进行购物时进行一键下单,可快捷地生成商品订单。
其中,收货人信息至少包括收货人姓名、收货人电话、收货地址,优选的还包括收货地址的邮政编码;支付方式可以包括在线支付或者货到付款,对于在线支付还可预设可选择的支付系统(如信用卡支付、借记卡支付、支付宝支付或者微信支付),还包括支付系统的优先支付顺序(如优先使用支付宝支付,如支付不成功,再使用微信支付),还包括设置支付限制(如一次性支付在200元以下可自动支付、月支付不能超过500元等)。
本实施例中,对于支持安装APP的智能物联网洗衣机,APP还可直接安装在洗衣机上,用户可在在洗衣机上注册账户与该洗衣机绑定,并在洗衣机上设置与商品推荐命令对应的关键词,并将其对应关系保存在服务器中。
设置完成后并保存上述设置内容,在以后的使用中,用户每次购物时,按照已设置好的触发方式触发洗衣机上的推荐装置,则洗衣机执行如实施例一、实施例二或实施例三的方法为用户推荐相应的商品,用户根据实际需要直接点击链接购买或者直接下单,如此简化用户购物的操作,节省用户购物的时间,提升了用户体验。
实施例五
本实施例提供一种洗衣机,如图5所示,洗衣机为物联网洗衣机,洗衣机与服务器通讯相连,服务器与智能终端通讯相连。
其中,该洗衣机上设有一推荐装置,用于触发洗衣机向服务器发送商品推荐命令,服务器根据商品推荐命令,查询与商品推荐命令对应的关键词,并利用大数据自动推荐与关键词相关的商品,发送给智能终端并在智能终端上进行显示,用户可直接点击链接购买商品。
具体地,洗衣机包括通讯模块和控制模块,洗衣机通过通讯模块与服务器进行数据交互,当推荐装置被触发时,向洗衣机的控制模块发送相应的触发信号,控制模块接收到触发信号后,通过通讯模块向服务器发送相应的商品推荐命令,其中商品推荐命令至少包括触发信号的标识,服务器接收到商品推荐命令后,查找与商品推荐命令对应的关键词,服务器利用大数据自动推荐与关键词相关的商品,并将推荐的商品发送至与洗衣机绑定的智能终端上进行显示。
优选的,推荐装置为设置在洗衣机上的触控面板,触控面板的触发方式包括:按照预设轨迹触摸该触控面板。
预设轨迹可以为任意图案,每一种图案的预设轨迹为一种触发方式,不同图案的预设轨迹对应不同的触发方式,每一种触发方式对应一种触发信号。优选的,该预设轨迹可以由开发人员预置在洗衣机中。例如,预置在洗衣机中的轨迹为字母图案C,触发方式为:按照轨迹字母C触摸该触控面板。
进一步优选的,推荐装置为设置在洗衣机上的物理按键,其按键方式可以由开发人员预置在洗衣机中,每一种按键方式为一种触发方式,每一种触发方式对应一种触发信号。优选的,该物理按键的触发方式至少包括:按一下、连按两下、连按三下、长按一下、先短按一下再长按一下、先短按两下再长按一下中的任意一种。
优选的,该物理按键是在电源键、启动/暂停键、洗涤程序按键以及洗涤参数按键以外的新增的按键,其中洗涤参数按键用于控制洗衣程序中的各项参数,如漂洗、脱水、水位、时间、温度、烘干以及转速等。
例如,如图6所示,洗衣机上设有电源键、启动/暂停键、洗涤程序按键、漂洗按键、脱水按键、水位按键以及一键推荐按键,该一键推荐按键即推荐装置,用于触发洗衣机向服务器发送商品推荐命令,服务器根据商品推荐命令筛选商品并将筛选后的商品显示在与洗衣机绑定的智能终端上。
优选的,该物理按键是洗涤参数按键中的任意一个,当选择洗涤程序后,如果触发该物理按键,则执行对应洗涤参数的功能;当未选择洗涤程序时,如果触发该物理按键,则执行触发洗衣机向服务器发送商品推荐命令的功能。
例如,如图7所示,洗衣机上设有电源键、启动/暂停键、洗涤程序按键、漂洗按键、脱水按键以及水位按键,其中水位按键还可用作触发洗衣机向服务器发送商品推荐命令的推荐装置,当洗衣机开机后,在未选择洗涤程序时,如果按下该水位按键,该水位按键此时执行购物的功能,即向洗衣机发送该水位按键对应的触发信号,触发洗衣机向服务器发送商品推荐命令;当选择洗涤程序后,如果按下该水位按键,则该水位按键执行设置洗衣机水位的功能。
优选的,推荐装置为洗衣机上任意至少两个按键组成的组合键,组合键的触发方式包括:组成组合键的所有按键同时被按下。
例如:如图7所示,推荐装置为漂洗按键、脱水按键以及水位按键组成的组合键,该组合键的触发方式为同时按下漂洗按键、脱水按键以及水位按键。
不论推荐装置是物理按键、触控面板还是组合键,也不论是哪种触发方式,用户使用该洗衣机都可在一个步骤内就可获得服务器利用大数据推荐的最适合用户的商品,这种可购物的洗衣机不仅改善了用户的购物习惯,还节省了用户的购物时间,提高了用户购物的效率,大大提升了用户的购物体验,也提升了用户使用洗衣机的体验。
实施例六
本实施例提供一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,如图9所示,该方法包括:
步骤101:使用洗衣机上的商品识别装置识别商品,并获取商品信息。
步骤102:向服务器发送含有商品信息的商品推荐命令。
步骤103:服务器接收到商品推荐命令后,利用大数据自动推荐与商品信息相关的商品,并将推荐的 商品发送至与洗衣机绑定的智能终端。
步骤104:智能终端将推荐的商品显示在显示界面,显示的信息至少包括商品标识和与商品标识对应的URL(Uniform Resoure Locator,统一资源定位符)地址。
本实施例中,由洗衣机上的商品识别装置直接识别商品,服务器利用大数据推荐适合用户的商品,并显示在与洗衣机绑定的智能终端上,对用户来说,仅仅是扫描一下或者放到读取器前读一下,就可获得最适合用户的推荐商品,如此节省了用户的网上购物时间、提高用户购物的效率、简化用户的操作。
实施例七
本实施例提供一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,与实施例二的区别在于,如图10所示,该方法包括:
步骤201:使用洗衣机上的商品识别装置识别商品,并获取商品信息。
其中,洗衣机上设有一商品识别装置,用于识别商品并获取商品信息。优选的,该商品识别装置是一RFID读写器,商品上设置有RFID芯片,该芯片中可以预存该商品的相关信息,包括商品的名称、品牌、生产厂家、商品的款式/型号等;
进一步优选的,该商品识别装置是一扫描器,可以扫描商品上自带的二维码或者条形码,商品的二维码/条形码中含有与该商品有关的信息;
其中,条形码是将宽度不等的多个黑条和空白,按照一定的编码规则排列,用以表达一组信息的图形标识符,可以存储字母和数字。常见的条形码是由反射率相差很大的黑条(简称条)和白条(简称空)排成的平行线图案。条形码可以标出物品的生产国、制造厂家、商品名称、生产日期、图书分类号、邮件起止地点、类别、日期等许多信息,因此广泛应用于图书管理、邮政管理、银行系统、特别是商品流通上,因此通过扫描商品上的条形码可获取该商品的相关信息。
例如,扫描的商品条形码为“6920174700787”的商品,通过查询条形码数据库可获取该商品的相关信息,包括分类为洗护用品,名称是洗衣液,品牌是立白,规格是500g,型号/款式为洁语蔷薇。
其中,二维码是用某种特定的几何图形按一定规律在平面(二维方向上)分布的黑白相间的图形记录数据符号信息的;在代码编制上巧妙地利用构成计算机内部逻辑基础的“0”、“1”比特流的概念,使用若干个与二进制相对应的几何形体来表示文字数值信息,通过图象输入设备或光电扫描设备自动识读以实现信息自动处理:它具有条码技术的一些共性:每种码制有其特定的字符集;每个字符占有一定的宽度;具有一定的校验功能等,同时还具有对不同行的信息自动识别功能、及处理图形旋转变化点。存储的信息除字母和数字外,还可存储图片、声音等信息,用于商品上可表示商品的品牌、产地、商品款式、型号、甚至组成成分等。因此通过扫描商品上的二维码可获取该商品的相关信息。
当用户在洗涤衣物时发现洗涤剂已使用完,需购买洗涤剂,为防止遗忘,可立即将洗涤剂外包装上的条形码/二维码放到洗衣机的扫描器上进行扫描,洗衣机获取该洗涤剂的相关信息。
步骤202:向服务器发送含有商品信息的商品推荐命令。
具体地,洗衣机通过通讯模块向服务器发送含有商品信息的商品推荐命令。
步骤203:服务器接收到商品推荐命令后,根据商品信息搜索至少一个网上商城中的与该商品信息相关的所有商品。
具体地,服务器接收到商品推荐命令后,分析商品信息中的与商品相关的内容,其中该商品信息中至少包括商品的名称或者商品标识,服务器根据商品信息中的内容搜索至少一个网上商城中的所有相关商品。
其中,网上商城如海尔商城、淘宝网、天猫、京东等;搜索的商品包括:含有相同商品信息的商品(如同一种汰渍薰衣草柔香型洗衣液)、与商品信息对应的商品相类似的商品(如立白薰衣草洗衣液)、与商品 信息对应的商品相配对的商品(汰渍薰衣草柔香型柔顺剂)等,当用户扫描的商品是衣物时,还可根据衣物材质推荐适合洗涤该材质的洗涤剂、与该衣物相搭配的饰品等。
步骤204:服务器主动获取附加信息。
步骤205:服务器利用大数据从搜索的商品中推荐与附加信息相关的商品,并将推荐的商品发送至与洗衣机绑定的智能终端。
步骤206:智能终端在显示界面弹出一提示信息,该提示信息用于提示是否将推荐的商品显示在终端显示界面。
步骤207:智能终端将推荐的商品显示在显示界面,显示的信息至少包括商品标识和与商品标识对应的URL地址。
上述步骤204至步骤207记载的技术方案与实施例二相同。
本实施例中,由洗衣机上的商品识别装置直接识别商品,服务器利用大数据推荐适合用户的商品,并显示在与洗衣机绑定的智能终端上,对用户来说,仅仅是扫描一下或者放到读取器前读取一下,就可获得最适合用户的推荐商品,如此节省了用户的网上购物时间、提高用户购物的效率、简化用户的操作。
实施例八
本实施例在实施例七的基础上,对于显示在终端显示界面的商品,用户可以按照常规购买方式购买商品,也可以对商品进行一键下单。
与实施例三的区别在于,本实施例中,由洗衣机上的商品识别装置直接识别商品,服务器利用大数据推荐适合用户的商品,并显示在与洗衣机绑定的智能终端上,用户可在智能终端上对某一商品进行一键下单,也可对批量商品进行快速下单,对用户来说,在洗衣机上扫描一下或者读取一下即可获得最适合用户的推荐商品,然后在推荐的商品中可一键下单实现商品的快速购买,如此节省了用户的网上购物时间、提高用户购物的效率、简化用户的操作。
实施例九
本实施例提供一种洗衣机,与实施例五的区别在于,如图12所示,洗衣机与服务器通讯相连,服务器与智能终端通讯相连,洗衣机上设置有:
商品识别装置,用于识别商品并获取商品信息,并发送给控制模块。优选的,该商品识别装置是一RFID读写器,商品上设置有RFID芯片,该芯片中可以预存该商品的相关信息,包括商品的名称、品牌、生产厂家、商品的款式/型号等;进一步优选的,该商品识别装置是一扫描器,可以扫描商品上自带的二维码或者条形码,商品的二维码/条形码中含有与该商品有关的信息;
控制模块,接收商品信息并存储至商品推荐命令中,通过通讯模块将商品推荐命令发送给服务器,服务器利用大数据自动推荐与商品信息相关的商品,并将推荐的商品发送至与洗衣机绑定的智能终端并显示在终端显示界面。
通讯模块,连接控制模块与服务器,实现数据交互。
本实施中,洗衣机上设置有商品识别装置,用户可使用商品识别装置直接识别商品上的条形码或二维码,从而获得与商品有关的信息,并由服务器利用大数据将最适合用户的商品推荐到与洗衣机绑定的智能终端上,从而用户可以在终端上快速购物。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    S11:洗衣机接收触发信号;
    S12:向服务器发送商品推荐命令,所述商品推荐命令至少包括触发信号的标识;
    S13:服务器接收到商品推荐命令后,查询与商品推荐命令对应的关键词,并利用大数据自动推荐与关键词相关的商品,并将推荐的商品发送至与洗衣机绑定的智能终端;
    S14:智能终端将推荐的商品显示在显示界面,显示的信息至少包括商品标识和与商品标识对应的URL地址。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器利用大数据自动推荐与关键词相关的商品包括:
    A11:服务器根据关键词搜索至少一个网上商城中的与该关键词相关的所有商品;
    A12:服务器主动获取附加信息,所述附加信息包括用户的历史购买记录、用户的商品浏览记录、洗衣机的位置信息、当前季节、当前天气中的至少一个;
    A13:服务器利用大数据从搜索的商品中推荐与附加信息相关的商品。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,在步骤S14之前还包括:
    在智能终端显示界面弹出一提示信息,该提示信息用于提示是否将推荐的商品显示在终端显示界面,如果是,则执行步骤S14。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S14中,智能终端在显示界面还显示至少一个排序标准的选项,用于按照该排序标准对推荐的商品进行排序;
    所述排序标准包括按照价格排序、按照评论排序、按照收藏人气排序、按照网上商城的访问量排序中的至少一种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,所述商品推荐命令还包括身份识别信息,所述身份识别信息包括洗衣机编码和/或用户ID。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,在步骤S11之前还包括设置商品推荐命令与关键词的对应关系,设置方法包括:
    B11:在智能终端上绑定洗衣机;
    B12:智能终端获取身份识别信息和触发信号的标识,并保存到商品推荐命令中;
    B13:智能终端设置与商品推荐命令对应的关键词,并将其对应关系保存在服务器中。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,洗衣机上设置有一推荐装置,当该推荐装置被触发时,可向洗衣机发送触发信号。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,所述推荐装置为一触控面板,当按照预设轨迹触摸触控面板时,向洗衣机发送预设轨迹对应的触发信号,并执行步骤S11;或者
    所述推荐装置为一物理按键,当按照预设按键方式按下物理按键时,向洗衣机发送预设按键方式对应的触发信号,并执行步骤S11,或者
    所述推荐装置为洗衣机上已有的至少两个按键组成的组合键,当按下组合键时,向洗衣机发送该组合键对应的触发信号,并执行步骤S11。
  9. 一种采用上述权利要求1-8任一项所述方法的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述洗衣机上设置有一推荐 装置,用于触发洗衣机向服务器发送商品推荐命令,服务器根据商品推荐命令向与洗衣机绑定的智能终端发送推荐的商品,智能终端将推荐的商品显示在显示界面。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述推荐装置为设置在洗衣机上的触控面板,触控面板的触发方式包括:按照预设轨迹触摸该触控面板;或者
    所述推荐装置为设置在洗衣机上的物理按键,物理按键的触发方式至少包括:按一下、连按两下、连按三下、长按一下、先短按一下再长按一下、先短按两下再长按一下中的任意一种;或者
    所述推荐装置为洗衣机上已有的至少两个按键组成的组合键,组合键的触发方式包括:组成组合键的所有按键同时被按下。
  11. 一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    S21:使用洗衣机上的商品识别装置识别商品,并获取商品信息;
    S22:向服务器发送含有商品信息的商品推荐命令;
    S23:服务器接收到商品推荐命令后,利用大数据自动推荐与商品信息相关的商品,并将推荐的商品发送至与洗衣机绑定的智能终端;
    S24:智能终端将推荐的商品显示在显示界面,显示的信息至少包括商品标识和与商品标识对应的URL地址。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器利用大数据自动推荐与商品信息相关的商品包括:
    A21:服务器根据商品信息搜索至少一个网上商城中的与该商品信息相关的所有商品;
    A22:服务器主动获取附加信息,所述附加信息包括用户的历史购买记录、用户的商品浏览记录、洗衣机的位置信息、当前季节、当前天气中的至少一个;
    A23:服务器利用大数据从搜索的商品中推荐与附加信息相关的商品。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,在步骤S24之前还包括:
    在智能终端显示界面弹出一提示信息,该提示信息用于提示是否将推荐的商品显示在终端显示界面,如果是,则执行步骤S24。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S24中,智能终端在显示界面还显示至少一个排序标准的选项,用于按照该排序标准对推荐的商品进行排序;
    所述排序标准包括按照价格排序、按照评论排序、按照收藏人气排序、按照网上商城的访问量排序中的至少一种。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,智能终端显示界面还设有与商品标识对应的下单选项,用于触发服务器对该商品标识对应的商品自动生成商品订单。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,在步骤S24之后还包括:检测到用户点击下单选项时,向服务器发送下单命令,服务器自动生成商品订单。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,服务器自动生成商品订单包括:
    B21:根据与商品标识对应的URL地址获取商品属性;
    B22:查找预设的收货人信息以及支付方式,并自动生成商品订单。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,在检测到用户点击 下单选项之后还包括:在智能终端显示界面弹出是否确认下单的提示,如果是,则向服务器发送下单命令,服务器自动生成商品订单。
  19. 根据权利要求11-18任一项所述的一种使用洗衣机快速推荐商品的方法,其特征在于,所述商品识别装置为扫描器,在步骤S21中,使用洗衣机上的扫描器扫描商品上的二维码或条形码,并获取商品信息;
    优选的,所述商品识别装置为RFID读写器,在步骤S21中,使用RFID读写器读取商品上的RFID芯片,并获取商品信息。
  20. 一种采用上述权利要求11-19任一项所述方法的洗衣机,其特征在于,洗衣机上设置有:
    商品识别装置,用于识别商品,获取商品信息,并发送给控制模块;
    控制模块,接收商品信息并存储至商品推荐命令中,通过通讯模块将商品推荐命令发送给服务器,服务器利用大数据自动推荐与商品信息相关的商品,并将推荐的商品发送至与洗衣机绑定的智能终端并显示在终端显示界面;
    通讯模块,连接控制模块与服务器,实现数据交互。
