Abstract

本申请要求在2015年12月9日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510907403.9、发明名称为“一种视频推荐方法和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及视频播放技术领域,特别是涉及一种视频推荐方法和系统。
随着计算机和互联网技术的发展,网络不仅能够为人们的工作提供各类帮助,还为人们的日常生活带来了各种丰富多彩的资讯,使人们的生活更加多姿多彩。
其中,视频播放平台就是一种为人们带来各种丰富多彩的视听娱乐资料的网络平台,通过提供点播服务,使人们能够随时随地享用自己所感兴趣的视听资料。在人们享用视听资料的时候,往往不仅对当前点播的视听资料感兴趣,很可能对与当前视听资料相关的其他资料也感兴趣,但是视屏播放平台所存放的视听资料是独立存在的,彼此并不关联,因此用户不能在播放当前视听资料的时候得到其他资料的线索,用户需要进行特定的搜索才能查找到感兴趣的其他视听资料,从而造成用户的使用体验较差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种应用于视频播放平台的视频推荐方法,以解决由于用户无法从当前视听资料得到其感兴趣的其他视听资料的线索,而造成的使用体验较差的问题。
相应的,本发明还提供了一种视频推荐系统,用以保证上述方法的实现及应用。
为了解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种视频推荐方法,包括如下步骤:
当用户对目标视频进行点播时,获取所述目标视频的预设属性;
从预置的关系圈中查找与所述预设属性相关联的关联属性;
从视频库中查找存在所述关联属性的关联视频;
将所述关联视频推荐给所述用户。
另外,本发明还公开了一种视频推荐系统,包括:
第一查找模块,用于当用户对目标视频进行点播时,获取所述目标视频的预设属性;
第二查找模块,用于从预置的关系圈中查找与所述预设属性相关联的关联属性;

当用户通过该视频播放平台对目标视频进行点播或下载时,表明用户可能对于该目标视频的关联的其他关联视频会感兴趣,基于此,从该被用户点播或下载的目标视频中获取一个预设属性。一般选择目标视频中的目标人物作为该预设属性。
从一般用户对电影或电视的关注属性考虑,用户更关注其中的主演等影视明星,因此选取出演该视频的影视明星作为该目标人物,当然,由于用户关注点会千差万别,因此该影视明星可以是主角,也可以时配角,对于一些知名的导演或制片人的影视作品还可以选取导演或者制片人作为该预设属性。
S102:查找与预设属性相关联的关联属性。
从预置的关系圈中查找与该预设属性相关联的关联属性,以影视明星为预设属性为例,即可以查找与影视明星存在某种纽带关系的其他影视明星,该纽带关系可以是父子关系、师生关系、好友关系、夫妻关系、情人关系、同学关系或其他关系。
本步骤中查找的基础是预置的关系圈,该关系圈的预置步骤包括如下所示:
步骤1:搜集目标人物的详细资料。
即将当前为任意层次的观众所认知或关注的影视明星进行详尽的搜集,并统计每个影视明星的详细资料。
步骤2:查找与该目标人物有纽带关系的备选人物。
在其详细资料中包括有与其有上述纽带关系的备选人物,因此在详尽搜集影视明星的详细资料的基础上就可以查找到与该影视明星相关联的其他影视明星。这里将这种关联因素称之为静态关联因素。
步骤3:以每个目标人物为中心建立关系圈。
即将关联到的备选人物以该目标人物为中心建立一个关系网络,由于每个影视明星又都会有相应的有纽带关系的其他影视明星,因此这个关系圈会是一个立体的网状结构。
S103:从视频库中查找存在关联属性的关联视频。
即从该视频播放平台的视频库中查找以关联到的其他影视明星作为主角或配角的其他视频,当然,也包括以关联到的导演或制片人为导演或制片人的视频。为描述方便,这里将查找到的视频称为关联视频。
S104:将关联视频推荐给用户。
即将查找到的关联视频在用户收看或下载视频的时候推荐给用户。具体到推荐方式上包括将该关联视频的名称以列表方式显示在影视播放界面或下
载界面的预设位置,例如可在半屏播放页的下部进行显示,也可在视频播放完毕后以全屏方式显示被推荐的其他视频的名称。具体推荐的时候,可以全部推荐,也可以基于各种情况推荐其中一部分(例如基于分类或者年度),本发明在此不加以限制。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本实施例提供了一种视频推荐方法实施例,该视频推荐方法应用于视频播放平台。具体为当用户对该视频播放平台的目标视频进行点播时,获取该目标视频的预设属性,然后从预置的关系圈中查找与预设属性相关联的关联属性,然后从视频库中查找存在关联属性的关联视频,并将查找到关联视频推荐该用户,使用户无需进行特定查找就能够得到其感兴趣的其他视听资料的线索,从而能够使用户的使用体验得到大幅度的提高。
另外,本实施例中的关联因素除了上面提到的静态关联因素外,还可以包括动态关联因素,或者说事件关联因素,具体为当两个影视明星出现在某一特定事件中时,我们就可以说这两个影视明星之间存在事件关联因素。例如黄晓明和angelababy结婚这一特定事件就可以将黄晓明和angelababy关联在一起。
需要说明的是,对于方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明实施例并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明实施例,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作并不一定是本发明实施例所必须的。
实施例二
图2是本发明提供的一种视频推荐系统实施例的结构框图。
参照图2所示,本发明提供的视频推荐系统应用于为用户提供视频点播或下载服务的视频播放平台,具体可以包括第一查找模块10、第二查找模块20、第三查找模块30和推荐模块40。
第一查找模块10用于获取视频的预设属性。
当用户通过该视频播放平台对目标视频进行点播或下载时,表明用户可能对于该目标视频的关联的其他视频会感兴趣,基于此,此时第一查找模块
10及时从该被用户点播或下载的目标视频中获取一个预设属性。
从一般用户对电影或电视的关注属性考虑,用户更关注其中的主演,因此选取出演该视频的影视明星作为该目标人物,当然,由于用户关注点会千差万别,因此该影视明星可以是主角,也可以是配角,对于一些知名的导演或制片人的影视作品还可以选取导演或者制片人作为该预设属性。
第二查找模块20用于从预置的关系圈中查找与该预设属性相关联的关联属性,以目标人物为预设属性为例,即可以查找与影视明星存在某种纽带关系的其他影视明星,该纽带关系可以是父子关系、师生关系、好友关系、夫妻关系、情人关系、同学关系或其他关系。
第三查找模块30用于查找存在关联属性的关联视频。
即在该视频播放平台的视频库中查找以关联到的其他影视明星作为主角或配角的关联视频,当然,也包括以关联到的导演或制片人为导演或制片人的视频。
推荐模块40用于将关联视频推荐给好友。
即将查找到的关联视频在用户收看或下载视频的时候推荐给用户。具体到推荐方式上包括将该关联视频的名称以列表方式显示在影视播放界面或下载界面的预设位置,例如可在半屏播放页的下部进行显示,也可在视频播放完毕后以全屏方式显示被推荐的视频的名称。
从上述技术方案可以看出,本实施例提供了一种视频推荐系统实施例,该视频推荐系统应用于视频播放平台。具体为当用户对该视频播放平台的目标视频进行点播时,获取该目标视频的预设属性,然后从预置的关系圈中查找与预设属性相关联的关联属性,然后从视频库中查找存在关联属性的关联视频,并将查找到关联视频推荐该用户,使用户无需进行特定查找就能够得到其感兴趣的其他视听资料的线索,从而能够使用户的使用体验得到大幅度的提高。
另外,本实施例中的关联因素还包括动态关联因素,或者说事件关联因素,鉴于在上一实施例中已详细说明,此处不再赘述。
实施例三
图3是本发明提供的另一种视频推荐系统实施例的结构框图。
参照图3所示,本发明提供的视频推荐系统是在上一实施例的基础上增设了关系圈预置模块50。该关系圈预置模块50用于预置作为第二查找模块20查找基础的关系圈,具体包括资料搜集单元51、查找单元52和关系圈建立单元53。
资料搜集单元51用于从多角度搜集目标人物的详细资料。
即将当前为任意层次的观众所认知或关注的影视明星进行详尽的搜集,并统计每个影视明星的详细资料。
查找单元52用于查找与目标人物有纽带关系的备选人物。
在其详细资料中包括有与其有上述纽带关系的其他影视明星,因此在资料搜集单元51详尽搜集影视明星的详细资料的基础上,查找单元52就可以查找到与该影视明星相关联的其他影视明星。
关系圈建立单元53以每个目标人物为中心建立关系圈。
即将关联到的其他影视明星以该影视明星为中心建立一个关系圈络,由于每个影视明星又都会有相应的有纽带关系的其他影视明星,因此这个关系圈会是一个立体的网状结构。
对于装置实施例而言,由于其与方法实施例基本相似,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部
分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
例如,图4示出了可以实现根据本发明的服务器。该服务器传统上包括处理器410和以存储器420形式的计算机程序产品或者计算机可读介质。存储器420可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM、硬盘或者ROM之类的电子存储器。存储器420具有用于执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码431的存储空间430。例如,用于程序代码的存储空间430可以包括分别用于实现上面的方法中的各种步骤的各个程序代码431。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个计算机程序产品中读出或者写入到这一个或者多个计算机程序产品中。这些计算机程序产品包括诸如硬盘,紧致盘(CD)、存储卡或者软盘之类的程序代码载体。这样的计算机程序产品通常为如参考图5所述的便携式或者固定存储单元。该存储单元可以具有与图4的服务器中的存储器420类似布置的存储段、存储空间等。程序代码可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。通常,存储单元包括计算机可读代码431’,即可以由例如诸如410之类的处理器读取的代码,这些代码当由服务器运行时,导致该服务器执行上面所描述的方法中的各个步骤。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (13)
- 一种视频推荐方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:当用户对目标视频进行点播时,获取所述目标视频的预设属性,所述预设属性包括所述目标视频中的目标人物;从预置的关系圈中查找与所述预设属性相关联的关联属性;从视频库中查找存在所述关联属性的关联视频;将所述关联视频推荐给所述用户。
- 如权利要求1所述的视频推荐方法,其特征在于,所述目标人物包括所述目标视频的影视明星。
- 如权利要求1所述的视频推荐方法,其特征在于,所述关系圈的预置方法包括:搜集所述目标人物的详细资料;从所述详细资料中查找与所述目标人物有纽带联系的备选人物;以每个所述目标人物为中心,建立包括所述备选人物的关系圈。
- 如权利要求1所述的视频推荐方法,其特征在于,所述将所述关联视频推荐给所述用户,包括:在影视播放界面的预设位置以列表形式显示所述关联视频的名称,或者,在全屏下视频结束后显示所述名称。
- 如权利要求1~4任一项所述的视频推荐方法,其特征在于,所述关联属性还包括:与所述预设属性共同存在于某一特定事件的事件关联属性。
- 一种视频推荐装置,其特征在于,包括:第一查找模块,用于当用户对目标视频进行点播时,获取所述目标视频的预设属性;第二查找模块,用于从预置的关系圈中查找与所述预设属性相关联的关联属性,所述预设属性包括所述布标视频中的目标人物;第三查找模块,用于从视频库中查找存在所述关联属性的关联视频;推荐模块,用于将所述关联视频推荐给所述用户。
- 如权利要求6所述的视频推荐系统,其特征在于,所述目标人物包括 所述目标视频的影视明星。
- 如权利要求6所述的视频推荐系统,其特征在于,还包括关系圈预置模块,所述关系圈预置模块包括:资料搜集单元,用于搜集目标人物的详细资料;查找单元,用于从所述详细资料中查找与所述目标人物有纽带联系的备选人物;关系圈建立单元,用于以每个所述目标人物为中心,建立包括所有所述备选人物在内的关系圈。
- 如权利要求6所述的视频推荐系统,其特征在于,所述推荐模块包括:显示控制单元,用于在影视播放界面的预设位置以列表形式显示所述关联视频的名称,或者,在全屏下视频结束后显示所述名称。
- 如权利要求6~9任一项所述的视频推荐系统,其特征在于,所述关联属性还包括:与所述预设属性共同存在于某一特定事件的事件关联属性。
- 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在服务器上运行时,导致所述服务器执行根据权利要求1-5中的任一个所述的视频推荐方法。
- 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求11所述的计算机程序。
- 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:存储器,用于存储程序代码;处理器,用于执行存储在所述存储器中的程序代码,用以实现如下功能:当用户对目标视频进行点播时,获取所述目标视频的预设属性,所述预设属性包括所述目标视频中的目标人物;从预置的关系圈中查找与所述预设属性相关联的关联属性;从视频库中查找存在所述关联属性的关联视频;将所述关联视频推荐给所述用户。
