Description
本申请要求在2015年12月9日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510906366.X、发明名称为“用于智能手机的系统更新方法和装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本申请涉及智能终端信息显示技术,尤其涉及一种手机系统更新方法和装置。
在现有技术中,对于智能手机等终端设备,当有系统更新时,用户通常需要进入系统设置APP,查询是否有系统更新,如果有系统更新,则下载升级包并且进行系统更新。但是这种情况下,很多用户并不会主动去查看是否有系统更新,因此,系统的升级率较低,用户的手机也会由于没有安装最新的系统更新而存在安全隐患或不能发挥系统的最佳功能。
在一种系统更新方法,在系统有重要更新时,会在用户开机且使用的时候通知用户,用户在查看通知后再进入系统设置APP进行升级,这种升级方式虽然能够及时提醒用户进行升级,但是用户仍然需要进入系统设置APP进行升级,而且必须在开机使用的状态下升级,如果用户的手机处于锁屏状态,则不能收到系统更新的信息。
因此,有必要涉及一种新型的智能手机系统更新方法以解决上述问题。
针对现有技术的缺陷,本申请的目的是提供一种及时通知用户系统更新信息,并且即使在手机锁屏状态下依然能够将系统更新信息提供给用户的智能手机系统更新方法和装置。
本申请提供了一种用于智能手机的系统更新方法,所述智能手机处于锁屏状态,所述方法包括:步骤100,接收来自服务器端的系统更新消息;步骤200,读取系统更新消息中的更新类型;步骤300,当所述更新类型为紧急或强制更新时,在当前的锁屏应用中推送系统更新信息。

在本申请中,如果服务器端向手机终端发送了系统紧急更新的提示消息,用户的手机终端接收到消息后,可以及时在锁屏状态下的手机上显示更新信息,用户在获知显示更新信息后,可以阅读更新通知,进而下载、安装信息更新的数据包。
本申请可以用于智能手机的系统更新升级,但本领域技术人员应该理解,其他的智能移动设备,例如PAD、智能电视等设备也可以采用本申请的技术方案。
图1是本申请一种具体实施方式中手机系统更新方法的流程图。在实施方式中,手机处于锁屏状态。锁屏是在不关闭系统软件的情况下暂时屏蔽屏幕输入的应用程序。如图1所示,本具体实施方式中包括以下步骤:
步骤100,接收来自服务器端的系统更新消息。系统更新是由服务器发起的,在发现手机操作系统出现漏洞或对功能进一步优化后,开发的相应升级包会存储在服务器上,服务器会向用户的手机发送系统更新消息,所述系统更新消息的格式可以通过适合的数据传输协议进行发送,例如SMS、MMS等传输协议。更新消息中可以包括服务器地址、系统更新信息的类型等数据。相应地,在用户的手机终端可以接收上述系统更新消息。
步骤200,读取系统更新消息中的更新类型。在系统更新消息中包括系统更新类型的数据,所述系统更新类型可以是普通类型、紧急类型、强制更新类型中的一种。不同的类型表明了系统更新的紧急程度和重要程度。例如,普通类型的系统更新表示重要程度不太高的更新,因此用户可以在空闲时再进行升级更新;紧急类型表示此次系统更新是重要更新,用户应该尽快安装升级包;强制更新类型表示系统出现了巨大漏洞和安全风险,用户必须在第一时间进行升级更新。

在一个可选实施例中,所述系统更新信息的优先级为强制打断类型。具体地说,该提示也可以显示其他的通知信息,但当更新类型为紧急或强制更新时,系统更新信息的优先级将高于其他通知的优先级,即:只要收到系统更新信息的通知,在图3A左下角的图表中系统更新信息的通知就会覆盖其他通知,并且一直处于最顶级,持续地提示用户。
在一个可选实施例中,所述系统更新信息包括不仅包括系统更新的提示,而且包括版本更新说明。版本更新说明包含了版本信息、功能介绍,在响应于用户的相应触摸输入后,包括版本更新说明的系统更新信息显示在手机的锁屏界面上。例如,步骤300之后还包括步骤400,步骤400包括:
步骤410,接收用户的第一触控输入。图3A是本申请一种实施例中手机锁屏状态下显示更新提示的屏幕截图;图3B是本申请一种实施例中手机锁屏状态下用户手指上滑显示更新提示的屏幕截图。所述第一触控输入可以是用户通过手指、触控笔等装置对触控屏输入的触摸信号。如图3A、图3B所示,在用户对图3A左下角的圆形图标点击后,图3B就会显示当前更新的版本号和版本信息。如果用户的第一触控输入为点住圆形按钮并向上滑动,则在步骤420,如图3C所示,根据用户的第一触控输入显示版本更新说明,所述版本更新说明进一步包括了系统更新的功能说明。
在一个可选实施例中,所述方法还可以包括步骤450:从服务器端下载系统更新数据包。经过上述步骤,用户已经通过锁屏状态下的推送的更新信息获知了系统更新的内容,随后,用户的手机端可以与服务器端进一步交互,从服务器上下在系统更新的数据包。在整个下载数据包的过程中,用户手机仍处于锁屏状态,下载数据包的过程在后台程序运行,下载的数据包存储于智能手机的存储器中,在用户输入确定安装的触摸动作后进行升级安装。例如,步骤300之后还可以包括步骤500,步骤500进一步包括:
在下载系统更新数据包之后,在步骤510,接收用户的第二触控输入;第二触控输入类似于上述第一触控输入,可以是用户通过手指、触控笔等装置对触控屏输入的触摸信号,触控的动作可以是点击、滑动等手势动作。锁屏界面上可以显示类似“下载更新”的提示(本发明申请未示出),用户可以响应该提示输入响应的点击或其他形式的第二触控输入。
在步骤520,根据所述第二触控输入安装系统更新数据包。在下载系统更新数据包的过程中,手机终端仍处于锁屏状态,下载系统更新数据包的过程在后台程序运行,下载的数据包存储于智能手机的存储器中,可以在得到用户进一步确认后安装所述系统更新数据包。
相应地,本申请还提供了一种用于智能手机的系统更新装置600,所述智能手机处于锁屏状态。图2是本申请一种具体实施方式中手机系统更新装置的系统结构图,如图2所示,所述装置包括:信息接收单元610、类型获取单元620、信息推送单元630。其中:
信息接收单元610接收来自服务器端的系统更新消息。服务器会向用户的手机发送系统更新消息,所述系统更新消息的格式可以通过适合的数据传输协议进行发送,例如SMS、MMS等传输协议。更新消息中可以包括服务器地址、系统更新信息的类型等数据。信息接收单元610可以通过数据接收端口和相应的协议解析实现。
类型获取单元620读取系统更新消息中的更新类型。所述系统更新类型可以是普通类型、紧急类型、强制更新类型中的一种。不同的类型表明了系统更新的紧急程度和重要程度。类型获取单元620可以读取系统更新消息中的类型标识,从而判断更新类型。
信息推送单元630当所述更新类型为紧急或强制更新时,在当前的锁屏应用中推送系统更新信息。
所述系统更新信息包括版本更新说明。版本更新说明可以包含版本信息、功能介绍。
在一个可选实施例中,系统更新装置600还包括第一触控单元651、第一显示单元652,其中:第一触控单元651用于接收用户的第一触控输入,第一触控单元651用于接收用户通过手指、触控笔等装置对触控屏输入的触摸信号。第一显示单元652用于根据所述第一触控输入显示版本更新说明,第一显示单元652用于在手机屏幕的特定区域显示版本更新说明。第一触控输入单元651、第一显示单元652由手机触控屏及相应软件模块实现。
系统更新装置600还可以包括更新下载单元640,所述更新下载单元用于从服务器端下载系统更新数据包。更新下载单元640下载的过程在后台程序运行,下载的数据包存储于智能手机的存储器中,更新下载单元640可以由系统APP中的下载程序实现。在一个可选实施例中,在下载系统更新数据包之后,系统更新装置600包括第二触控单元661、安装单元662。第二触控单元661用于接收用户的第二触控输入;安装单元662用于根据所述第二触控输入安装系统更新数据包。第二触控单元661由手机触控屏及相应软件模块实现,安装单元662可以由系统APP中的安装程序实现。
在可选实施例中,所述系统更新信息的优先级为强制打断类型,即,作为通知信息,系统更新信息的优先级高于其他普通通知消息的优先级,有限显示在锁屏界面上。
在一个具体实施例中,如图3A-3C所示,用户使用本申请的手机系统更新方法查看系统更新信息的具体过程如下:
1、如图3A所示,当手机接收到紧急或强制更新的推送时,锁屏即刻在左下角的圆形按钮状的图标中显著地显示系统更新信息提示。
2、用户用手指点住所述圆形按钮并向上滑动,从而呼出系统更新信息界面。更新信息中包括:推送的版本号、版本信息、此版本的更新说明等。
3、此次更新属于强制打断类型,即如果之前在圆形按钮中显示有其他通知信息,此次系统更新将覆盖之前的通知,不再显示之前的通知,只显示本次系统更新信息。
本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括:
一个或者多个处理器;
存储器;
一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时,对处于锁屏状态的电子设备进行如下操作:
步骤100,接收来自服务器端的系统更新消息。
步骤200,读取系统更新消息中的更新类型。
步骤300,当所述更新类型为紧急或强制更新时,在当前的锁屏应用中推送系统更新信息。
本申请实施例的未尽描述细节,请参见前述各实施例的描述。
本发明实施例的电子设备以多种形式存在,包括但不限于:
(1)移动通信设备:这类设备的特点是具备移动通信功能,并且以提供话音、数据通信为主要目标。这类终端包括:智能手机(例如iPhone)、多媒体手机、功能性手机,以及低端手机等。
(2)超移动个人计算机设备:这类设备属于个人计算机的范畴,有计算和处理功能,一般也具备移动上网特性。这类终端包括:PDA、MID和UMPC设备等,例如iPad。
(3)便携式娱乐设备:这类设备可以显示和播放多媒体内容。该类设备包括:音频、视频播放器(例如iPod),掌上游戏机,电子书,以及智能玩具和便携式车载导航设备。
(4)服务器:提供计算服务的设备,服务器的构成包括处理器、硬盘、内存、系统总线等,服务器和通用的计算机架构类似,但是由于需要提供高可靠的服务,因此在处理能力、稳定性、可靠性、安全性、可扩展性、可管理性等方面要求较高。
(5)其他具有数据交互功能的电子装置。
以上所述仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本申请专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (13)
- 一种用于智能手机的系统更新方法,所述智能手机处于锁屏状态,其特征在于,所述方法包括:步骤100,接收来自服务器端的系统更新消息;步骤200,读取系统更新消息中的更新类型;步骤300,当所述更新类型为紧急或强制更新时,在当前的锁屏应用中推送系统更新信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:从服务器端下载系统更新数据包。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述系统更新信息包括版本更新说明。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤300之后还包括步骤400,步骤400包括:步骤410,接收用户的第一触控输入;步骤420,根据所述第一触控输入显示版本更新说明。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,步骤300之后还包括步骤500,步骤500包括:步骤510,接收用户的第二触控输入;步骤520,根据所述第二触控输入安装系统更新数据包。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述系统更新信息的优先级为强制打断类型。
- 一种用于智能手机的系统更新装置,所述智能手机处于锁屏状态,其特征在于,所述装置包括:信息接收单元,用于接收来自服务器端的系统更新消息;类型获取单元,用于读取系统更新消息中的更新类型;信息推送单元,用于当所述更新类型为紧急或强制更新时,在当前的锁屏应用中推送系统更新信息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括更新下载单元,所述更新下载单元用于从服务器端下载系统更新数据包。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述系统更新信息包括版本更新说明。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括第一触控单元、第一显示单元,其中:第一触控单元用于接收用户的第一触控输入;第一显示单元用于根据所述第一触控输入显示版本更新说明。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括第二触控单元、安装单元,其中:第二触控单元用于接收用户的第二触控输入;安装单元用于根据所述第二触控输入安装系统更新数据包。
- 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述系统更新信息的优先级为强制打断类型。
- 一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括:一个或者多个处理器;存储器;一个或者多个程序,所述一个或者多个程序存储在所述存储器中,当被所述一个或者多个处理器执行时,对处于锁屏状态的电子设备进行如下操作:步骤100,接收来自服务器端的系统更新消息;步骤200,读取系统更新消息中的更新类型;步骤300,当所述更新类型为紧急或强制更新时,在当前的锁屏应用中推送系统更新信息。
