技术领域
本发明实施例涉及家用电器技术领域,特别是涉及一种智能电视互动功能的入口控制方法和装置。
背景技术
智能电视的出现让大屏观看体验大幅提升,是家庭的娱乐中心。智能电视可以整合网络资源,提供更多专为观看电视节目设计的功能与服务,例如提供节目相关信息、相关明星介绍、相关视频等服务,增强了用户的观看体验。
目前,电视互动平台是针对视频节目提供节目增强服务的一个平台,电视互动平台可以为有线电视节目、轮播节目、点播节目提供统一的节目内容互动功能。由于互动功能很多,不同模块(例如有线电视模块、轮播模块、点播模块)需要不同的互动功能,而且互动功能的实时性很强,有时需要针对热点快速上线互动功能。现有技术中,方案一将电视UI(User Interface,用户界面)的互动功能写在系统中,跟随版本发布上线,而版本发布周期较长(1个月左右),无法实现按运营策略临时上线功能或下线功能。而方案二采用将互动功能写死在客户端的方式,也无法实现按运营策略灵活配置互动功能入口的出现时机,且当互动功能有一些变动时,无法及时修改互动功能。
综上所述,现有技术中电视节目对互动功能的时效性、灵活性的需求比较强,需要对不同的频道、不同类型的节目、不同的时间展示不同的互动功能,而现有技术中的方案不能实现按运营策略灵活配置互动功能入口的要求,且当有了新的互动内容时,互动功能如何快速展现出来也存在问题。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种智能电视互动功能的入口控制方法和装置,用以解决现有技术不能实现按运营策略灵活配置互动功能入口,且当有了新的互动内容时,互动功能无法快速展现出来的缺陷,实现快速上线新的互动功能等,提高用户的体验。

本发明实施例的智能电视互动功能的入口控制方法可以包括以下步骤:
S1,接收启动卡片列表的指令;卡片列表包括多个卡片,每个卡片具有相应的互动功能。
具体地,在本发明的一个实施例中,卡片为一个插件/APK(Android Package,安卓安装包),卡片列表为卡片APK,该卡片APK可以配置卡片互动功能的入口。需要说明的是,卡片列表可以是符合Android规范的标准程序的卡片APK,卡片列表的主Activity(组件)继承自DLBasePluginActivity(Android动态加载框架中插件Activity的基类,用于封装代理操作),DLBasePluginActivity本身是基于Android标准应用的主Activity来实现的,其中,卡片列表的主Activity在运行时将会被Android动态加载框架代理,从而Android动态加载框架可以通过该卡片列表的主Activity启动卡片。同时,卡片列表的主Activity在引用资源时使用that关键字,而不是Android规范的this关键字。另外,与Android标准应用的主Activity一样,卡片列表的主Activity也是应用的主界面或主窗口,因此,卡片列表的主Activity可以与用户进行交互。

需要说明的是,各自定义卡片和第三方卡片的入口图标可以均由服务器端进行视觉设计,设计后打包存在相应卡片的APK文件中。从服务器获取所需的至少一个卡片后,对于自定义卡片,解析自定义卡片的APK文件,即可取出卡片的入口图标;对于第三方卡片,可以直接取出卡片的入口图标。
S5,将需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息展示在卡片列表中。

具体地,在本发明的一个实施例中,卡片列表为横向列表,横向列表可以通过组件HorizontalListView来实现,组件HorizontalListView是集成自AdapterView类的自定义组件,基本上可以实现和Android原生ListView组件同样的效果,只是组件HorizontalListView是横向的效果。其中,横向列表的UI(User Interface,用户界面)界面可以基于卡片列表的主Activity呈现,从而用户可以通过卡片列表操作卡片。
进一步地,在本发明的一个实施例中,在启动卡片列表的过程中,当服务器端存在根据运营策略已通过且未安装完成的至少一个新的卡片时,若至少一个新的卡片相对智能电视的互动功能版本为上线卡片和/或待更新卡片,则本次启动卡片列表之后不展示该至少一个新的卡片的展示信息,而在下次启动卡片列表之后展示该至少一个新的卡片的展示信息。
根据本发明实施例一,在接收到启动卡片列表的指令后,从服务器获取所需的至少一个卡片,其中,所需的至少一个卡片包括服务器端根据运营策略发布的新的互动内容,进而从所需的至少一个卡片中筛选需要展示的至少一个卡片,例如根据各卡片的权限从所需的至少一个卡片中筛选需要展示的至少一个卡片,并在获取需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息(包括卡片的入口)后,将需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息展示在卡片列表中。从而可以实现根据服务器端的运营策略,实时、灵活的配置卡片列表中的卡片展示信息(包括卡片入口),快速上线新的互动内容等,极大提高了用户体验。

参照图2,示出了本发明实施例另一种智能电视互动功能的入口控制方法的步骤流程图。该智能电视互动功能的入口控制方法可以包括以下步骤:
S21,接收启动卡片列表的指令;卡片列表包括多个卡片,每个卡片具有相应的互动功能。
具体地,在本发明的一个实施例中,卡片为一个插件/APK,卡片列表为卡片APK,该卡片APK可以配置卡片互动功能的入口。需要说明的是,卡片列表可以是符合Android规范的标准程序的卡片APK,卡片列表的主Activity继承自DLBasePluginActivity,DLBasePluginActivity本身是基于Android标准应用的主Activity来实现的,其中,卡片列表的主Activity在运行时将会被Android动态加载框架代理,从而Android动态加载框架可以通过该卡片列表的主Activity启动卡片,同时,卡片列表的主Activity在引用资源时使用that关键字,而不是Android规范的this关键字。另外,与Android标准应用的主Activity一样,卡片列表的主Activity也是应用的主界面或主窗口,因此,卡片列表的主Activity可以与用户进行交互。
S22,从服务器获取所需的至少一个卡片。

其中,在本发明的一个实施例中,服务器端可以根据运营策略配置新的互动内容的权限,即卡片的权限,因此,所需的至少一个卡片中各卡片分别具有各自的权限,从而可以根据各卡片的权限筛选需要展示的至少一个卡片。
例如,服务器端可以根据运营策略配置不同的卡片适合不同的模块。需要说明的是,同一卡片也可以适合多个模块。
优选地,在本发明的一个实施例中,需要展示的至少一个卡片可以为至少一个新上线卡片和/或至少一个待更新卡片中卡片的权限适合当前节目模块的至少一个卡片。因此,卡片列表可以快速、及时的展示新的卡片内容。

其中,在本发明的一个实施例中,需要展示的至少一个卡片可以包括自 定义卡片和/或至少一个第三方卡片。其中,自定义卡片为服务器端的自定义卡片,第三方卡片为其它互动平台服务器提供的卡片。从而卡片列表可以展示更丰富的互动内容。
优选地,在本发明的一个实施例中,当需要展示的卡片为自定义卡片时,获取卡片的展示信息可以为获取卡片的入口(包括入口图标)和卡片的名称等;当需要展示的卡片为第三方卡片时,获取卡片的展示信息可以为获取卡片的入口(包括入口图标)、卡片的名称和卡片的URL地址等。其中,卡片的URL地址可以写在卡片的APK文件中特定位置,供卡片列表读取。
具体地,在步骤S22中获取到所需的卡片名单中各卡片的APK文件后(不包括下线卡片的APK文件),步骤S25可以对各自定义卡片的APK文件进行解析,并通过Android的PackageManager类,获取卡片的入口和卡片的名称等,而对于第三方卡片,第三方卡片的展示信息(入口图标等)可以提前放到卡片列表里,此时,步骤S25可以直接从卡片列表中获取第三方卡片的展示信息,而不需要对第三方卡片的APK文件进行解析。
需要说明的是,各自定义卡片和第三方卡片的入口图标可以均由服务器端进行视觉设计,设计后打包存在相应卡片的APK文件中。从服务器获取所需的至少一个卡片后,对于自定义卡片,解析自定义卡片的APK文件,即可取出卡片的入口图标;对于第三方卡片,可以直接取出卡片的入口图标。
S26,根据需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息和/或至少一个下线卡片更新卡片列表。
其中,可以将需要展示的至少一个卡片中的上线卡片的展示信息添加至卡片列表,待更新卡片的展示信息替换智能电视的旧互动功能版本中相应卡片的展示信息,可以将本地文件和本地数据库sqlite中至少一个下线卡片的APK文件删除,以及将卡片列表中至少一个下线卡片的展示信息删除。
另外,卡片列表呼出后,若服务器端出现至少一个新的卡片(包括相对智能电视的互动功能版本的上线卡片、和/或待更新卡片、和/或下线卡片),则本次启动卡片列表之后不更新该至少一个新的卡片,而在下次启动卡片列表时更新该至少一个新的卡片。
参照图3,在本发明的一个实施例中,卡片列表呼出时,可以在第一行(A行)显示当前节目名称,在第二行(B行)显示卡片的名称。另外,当 卡片的入口与当前节目强相关时,卡片列表还可以展示该卡片中与当前节目相关的图片、文字等内容信息(例如节目详情海报、明星等),例如当卡片列表展示强相关的节目详情卡片时,节目详情卡片的入口图标会替换成节目详情卡片里具体节目的图片。从而使得用户在使用互动功能时,认识到互动功能都是与当前节目紧密相关的,获得更好的体验。
S27,将需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息展示在卡片列表中。
因此,卡片列表能够适应不同的当前节目模块,当在不同的当前节目模块时,卡片列表能够根据当前节目模块显示相应的卡片的展示信息。

具体地,在本发明的一个实施例中,当用户点击卡片列表中单个卡片的入口图标而发出启动卡片的指令时,启动卡片的指令触发注册在组件HorizontalListView上的onItemClick事件,onItemClick事件同时获取启动标识。其中,当点击的卡片为自定义卡片时,onItemClick事件获取卡片列表的主Activity,主Activity通过代理的方式,由智能电视对应服务器的互动框架SDK(Software Development Kit,软件开发工具包)中DLPluginManager,调启相应卡片的APK文件,从而启动相应卡片。需要说明的是,当点击的卡片为自定义卡片中的微博卡片时,onItemClick事件跳转至微博界面。当点击的卡片为第三方卡片时,onItemClick事件获取卡片的URL地址,并由第三方卡片对应服务器的互动框架SDK通过该URL地址启动相应的页面。

需要说明的是,各自定义卡片和第三方卡片的入口图标可以均由服务器端进行视觉设计,设计后打包存在相应卡片的APK文件中。卡片获取模块20从服务器获取所需的至少一个卡片后,对于自定义卡片,展示信息获取模块40解析自定义卡片的APK文件,即可取出卡片的入口图标;对于第三方卡片,展示信息获取模块40可以直接取出卡片的入口图标。
更新模块70,用于根据需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息和/或至少一个下线卡片更新卡片列表。
其中,更新模块70可以将需要展示的至少一个卡片中的上线卡片的展示信息添加至卡片列表,待更新卡片的展示信息替换智能电视的旧互动功能版本中相应卡片的展示信息,可以将本地文件和本地数据库sqlite中至少一个下线卡片的APK文件删除,以及将卡片列表中至少一个下线卡片的展示信息删除。
另外,卡片列表呼出后,若服务器端出现至少一个新的卡片(包括相对智能电视的互动功能版本的上线卡片、和/或待更新卡片、和/或下线卡片),则本次启动卡片列表之后更新模块70不更新该至少一个新的卡片,而在下次启动卡片列表时更新该至少一个新的卡片。
展示模块50,用于将需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息展示在卡片列表中。
因此,卡片列表能够适应不同的当前节目模块,当在不同的当前节目模块时,卡片列表能够根据当前节目模块显示相应的卡片的展示信息。
需要说明的是,卡片列表可以包括至少一个常驻卡片的入口,常驻卡片可以为节目详情卡片、明星卡片、相关视频卡片和微博卡片中的任一个,节目详情卡片、明星卡片、相关视频卡片和微博卡片为自定义卡片。其中,节目详情卡片、明星卡片、相关视频卡片默认安装在智能电视中,智能电视后台也默认节目详情卡片、明星卡片、相关视频卡片为上线状态,在有微博的电视版本中,微博卡片的入口默认写在卡片列表中。因此,卡片列表呼出时肯定有节目详情卡片、明星卡片、相关视频卡片和微博卡片的入口图标,其他卡片的入口图标则采用动态的方式展示。
具体地,在本发明的一个实施例中,卡片列表为横向列表,横向列表可以通过组件HorizontalListView来实现,组件HorizontalListView是集成自AdapterView类的自定义组件,基本上可以实现和Android原生ListView组件同样的效果,只是组件HorizontalListView是横向的效果。其中,横向列表的UI界面可以基于卡片列表的主Activity呈现,从而用户可以通过卡片列表操作卡片。
进一步地,在本发明的一个实施例中,在启动卡片列表的过程中,当服务器端存在根据运营策略已通过且未安装完成的至少一个新的卡片时,若至少一个新的卡片相对智能电视的互动功能版本为上线卡片和/或待更新卡片,则本次启动卡片列表之后不展示该至少一个新的卡片的展示信息,而在下次启动卡片列表之后展示该至少一个新的卡片的展示信息。
优选地,在本发明的一个实施例中,在展示模块50将至少一个卡片的展示信息展示在卡片列表中之后,接收指令模块10还可以接收启动卡片的指令,进而根据启动卡片的指令启动卡片。
具体地,在本发明的一个实施例中,当用户点击卡片列表中单个卡片的入口图标而发出启动卡片的指令时,启动卡片的指令触发接收指令模块10例如注册在组件HorizontalListView上的onItemClick事件,onItemClick事件同时获取启动标识。其中,当点击的卡片为自定义卡片时,onItemClick事件获取卡片列表的主Activity,主Activity通过代理的方式,由智能电视对应服务器的互动框架SDK中DLPluginManager,调启相应卡片的APK文件,从而启动相应卡片。需要说明的是,当点击的卡片为自定义卡片中的微博卡片时,onItemClick事件跳转至微博界面。当点击的卡片为第三方卡片时, onItemClick事件获取卡片的URL地址,并由第三方卡片对应服务器的互动框架SDK通过该URL地址启动相应的页面。
根据本发明实施例四,在接收指令模块接收到启动卡片列表的指令后,卡片获取模块从服务器获取所需的至少一个卡片,其中,所需的至少一个卡片包括服务器端根据运营策略发布的新的互动内容,进而当前节目模块确定模块确定卡片列表所在的当前节目模块,当前节目模块可以为有线电视模块、轮播模块、点播模块等模块中的任一个,在展示卡片筛选模块从所需的至少一个卡片中筛选需要展示的至少一个卡片后,其中,需要展示的至少一个卡片可以为至少一个新上线卡片和/或至少一个待更新卡片中卡片的权限适合当前节目模块的至少一个卡片,以及在展示信息获取模块获取需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息(包括卡片的入口)后,更新模块根据需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息和/或至少一个下线卡片更新卡片列表,最后展示模块将需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息展示在卡片列表中。从而可以实现根据服务器端的运营策略和卡片列表所在的当前节目模块,实时、灵活的配置卡片列表中卡片的展示信息(包括卡片入口),快速上线新的互动内容等,及时更新当前互动功能版本,极大提高了用户体验。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
本发明的各个部件实施例可以以硬件实现,或者以在一个或者多个处理器上运行的软件模块实现,或者以它们的组合实现。本领域的技术人员应当理解,可以在实践中使用微处理器或者数字信号处理器(DSP)来实现根据本发明实施例的智能电视中的一些或者全部部件的一些或者全部功能。本发明还可以实现为用于执行这里所描述的方法的一部分或者全部的设备或者装置程序(例如,计算机程序和计算机程序产品)。这样的实现本发明的程序可以存储在计算机可读介质上,或者可以具有一个或者多个信号的形式。这样的信号可以从因特网网站上下载得到,或者在载体信号上提供,或者以 任何其他形式提供。
例如,图7示出了可以实现根据本发明的智能电视互动功能的入口控制方法的智能电视。该智能电视传统上包括处理器710和以存储器720形式的计算机程序产品或者计算机可读介质。存储器720可以是诸如闪存、EEPROM(电可擦除可编程只读存储器)、EPROM、硬盘或者ROM之类的电子存储器。存储器720具有用于执行上述方法中的任何方法步骤的程序代码731的存储空间730。例如,用于程序代码的存储空间730可以包括分别用于实现上面的方法中的各种步骤的各个程序代码731。这些程序代码可以从一个或者多个计算机程序产品中读出或者写入到这一个或者多个计算机程序产品中。这些计算机程序产品包括诸如硬盘,紧致盘(CD)、存储卡或者软盘之类的程序代码载体。这样的计算机程序产品通常为如参考图8所述的便携式或者固定存储单元。该存储单元可以具有与图7的智能电视中的存储器720类似布置的存储段、存储空间等。程序代码可以例如以适当形式进行压缩。通常,存储单元包括计算机可读代码731’,即可以由例如诸如710之类的处理器读取的代码,这些代码当由智能电视运行时,导致该智能电视执行上面所描述的方法中的各个步骤。
本文中所称的“一个实施例”、“实施例”或者“一个或者多个实施例”意味着,结合实施例描述的特定特征、结构或者特性包括在本发明的至少一个实施例中。此外,请注意,这里“在一个实施例中”的词语例子不一定全指同一个实施例。

通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘等,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行各个实施例或者实施例的某些部分所述的方法。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种智能电视互动功能的入口控制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    接收启动卡片列表的指令;所述卡片列表包括多个卡片,每个所述卡片具有相应的互动功能;
    从服务器获取所需的至少一个卡片;
    从所述所需的至少一个卡片中筛选需要展示的至少一个卡片;
    获取所述需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息;所述展示信息包括卡片的入口;
    将所述需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息展示在所述卡片列表中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述所需的至少一个卡片包括至少一个新上线卡片、和/或至少一个下线卡片、和/或至少一个待更新卡片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述从所述所需的至少一个卡片中筛选需要展示的至少一个卡片之前,还包括以下步骤:
    确定所述卡片列表所在的当前节目模块。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述需要展示的至少一个卡片为所述至少一个新上线卡片和/或所述至少一个待更新卡片中适合所述当前节目模块的至少一个卡片。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述获取所述需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息之后和在所述将所述需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息展示在所述卡片列表中之前,还包括以下步骤:
    根据所述需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息和/或所述至少一个下线卡片更新所述卡片列表。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述需要展示的至少一个卡片包括自定义卡片和第三方卡片。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,
    当所述需要展示的卡片为所述自定义卡片时,获取所述卡片的展示信息为获取所述卡片的入口和所述卡片的名称;
    当所述需要展示的卡片为所述第三方卡片时,获取所述卡片的展示信息 为获取所述卡片的入口、所述卡片的名称和所述卡片的URL地址。
  8. 一种智能电视互动功能的入口控制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收指令模块,用于接收启动卡片列表的指令;所述卡片列表包括多个卡片,每个所述卡片具有相应的互动功能;
    卡片获取模块,用于从服务器获取所需的至少一个卡片;
    展示卡片筛选模块,用于从所述所需的至少一个卡片中筛选需要展示的至少一个卡片;
    展示信息获取模块,用于获取所述需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息;所述展示信息包括卡片的入口;
    展示模块,用于将所述需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息展示在所述卡片列表中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述所需的至少一个卡片包括至少一个新上线卡片、和/或至少一个下线卡片、和/或至少一个待更新卡片。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    当前节目模块确定模块,用于确定所述卡片列表所在的当前节目模块。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述需要展示的至少一个卡片为所述至少一个新上线卡片和/或所述至少一个待更新卡片中适合所述当前节目模块的至少一个卡片。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    更新模块,用于根据所述需要展示的至少一个卡片的展示信息和/或所述至少一个下线卡片更新所述卡片列表。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述需要展示的至少一个卡片包括自定义卡片和第三方卡片。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的装置,其特征在于,
    当所述需要展示的卡片为所述自定义卡片时,所述展示信息获取模块获取所述卡片的展示信息为获取所述卡片的入口和所述卡片的名称;
    当所述需要展示的卡片为所述第三方卡片时,所述展示信息获取模块获取所述卡片的展示信息为获取所述卡片的入口、所述卡片的名称和所述卡片的URL地址。
  15. 一种计算机程序,包括计算机可读代码,当所述计算机可读代码在智能电视上运行时,导致所述智能电视执行根据权利要求1-7中的任一个所述的方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读介质,其中存储了如权利要求15所述的计算机程序。
