互联网电视，是互联网络技术与电视技术结合的产物，在整合电视与网络两大传播媒介过程中，既保留了电视形象直观、生动灵活的表现特点，又具有了互联网按需获取的交互特征，是综合两种传播媒介优势而产生的一种新的传播形式。现有的互联网电视终端，一般由电视盒子(互联网电视机顶盒)加上可接入互联网的智能电视组成，通过电视盒子这一小型的计算终端，只要简单的通过HDMI或色差线等技术将其与传统电视连接，就能在传统电视上实现网页浏览、网络视频播放、应用程序安装等诸多的网络化功能。
基于现有的互联网电视终端，用户可以定制个性化的节目单，但是现有的个性化节目单定制的功能较为单一，实际上只是根据用户指定按顺序播放一系列节目，缺乏对于用户的具体收看需求、特别是用户的收看时间的考虑，使用户无法在特定的时间段内收看到符合其在该时间段内收看需求的节目。用户若想要根据喜好在不同时段收看不同的节目，则需要进行手动的点播，海量节目信息会令用户的操作量大大增加。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明的目的在于提出一种个性化节目定制播放方法和装置，满足用户在不同时间段内的收看需求，进一步丰富了定制个性化的节目单的功能。
第一方面，本发明提供一种个性化节目定制播放方法，包括步骤：
检测到用户开启互联网电视终端的事件，记录开启时间；
调用专属于该用户的节目单，所述节目单根据不同时长且依时序连续的若干时间段被划分为若干子节目单；
将所述开启时间与若干所述时间段进行匹配，得到与所述开启时间匹配的时间段；
提取与匹配得到的时间段对应的子节目单，根据该子节目单开始为用户播放节目。
优选的，所述方法还包括所述节目单生成步骤：
检测是否存储有用户的播放记录；
若是，则根据所述播放记录，生成所述节目单；
若否，则根据预设的默认节目信息，生成所述节目单。
优选的，所述方法还包括所述节目单生成步骤：
根据所述不同时长且依时序连续的若干时间段，生成若干组节目推荐信息并向用户发送；
根据用户返回的节目定制信息，生成若干子节目单，将所述若干子节目单整合生成所述节目单。
优选的，所述生成若干组节目推荐信息的步骤进一步包括：
检测是否存储有用户的播放记录；
若是，则根据所述播放记录，生成所述若干组节目推荐信息；
若否，则根据预设的默认节目信息，生成所述若干组节目推荐信息。
优选的，当所述节目单的生成使用了所述默认节目信息，则进一步包括步骤：
将所述节目单为用户播放完成后，接收用户的评价信息；
根据所述评价信息，对所述节目单的内容进行更新。
优选的，在根据子节目单为用户播放节目过程中，进一步包括步骤：
监测节目播放过程中的本地时间，将所述本地时间与后续的其他子节目单对应的时间段进行比对；
当所述本地时间进入其他子节目单对应的时间段时，提示用户并弹出选择框；
接收用户输入的作用于所述选择框的选择指令，继续根据当前子节目单为用户播放节目，或立即根据下一个子节目单开始为用户播放节目。
优选的，在根据子节目单为用户播放节目过程中，进一步包括步骤：
接收用户的呼出指令，弹出节目单预览框；
接收用户作用于所述节目单预览框的选择播放指令，提取所述选择播放指令指向的子节目单，立即根据该子节目单为用户播放节目。
优选的，所述弹出节目单预览框之后，进一步包括步骤：
接收用户作用于所述节目单预览框的编辑指令，根据所述编辑指令修改所述节目单的内容并保存。
第二方面，本发明还提供了一种个性化节目定制播放装置，包括：
检测模块，用于检测到用户开启互联网电视终端的事件，记录开启时间；
调用模块，用于调用专属于该用户的节目单，所述节目单根据不同时长且依时序连续的若干时间段被划分为若干子节目单；
匹配模块，用于将所述开启时间与若干所述时间段进行匹配，得到与所述开启时间匹配的时间段；
播放模块，用于提取与匹配得到的时间段对应的子节目单，根据该子节目单开始为用户播放节目。
优选的，所述装置还包括：
第一生成模块，用于检测是否存储有用户的播放记录；若是，则根据所述播放记录，生成所述节目单；若否，则根据预设的默认节目信息，生成所述节目单。
优选的，所述装置还包括：
第二生成模块，用于根据所述不同时长且依时序连续的若干时间段，生成若干组节目推荐信息并向用户发送；根据用户返回的节目定制信息，生成若干子节目单，将所述若干子节目单整合生成所述节目单。

监测节目播放过程中的本地时间；将所述本地时间与后续的其他子节目单对应的时间段进行比对；当所述本地时间进入其他子节目单对应的时间段时，提示用户并弹出选择框；接收用户输入的作用于所述选择框的选择指令，继续根据当前子节目单为用户播放节目，或立即根据下一个子节目单开始为用户播放节目。

节目单预览模块，用于接收用户的呼出指令，弹出节目单预览框；接收用户作用于所述节目单预览框的选择播放指令，提取所述选择播放指令指向的子节目单，立即根据该子节目单为用户播放节目。

第四方面，还提供一种计算机存储介质，其中，该计算机存储介质可存储有程序，该程序执行时可实现本发明第一方面提供一种个性化节目定制播放方法的各实现方式中的部分或全部步骤。

检测到用户开启互联网电视终端的事件，记录开启时间；

从上面所述可以看出，本发明提供的个性化节目定制播放方法和装置，将用户定制的节目单按时间段划分为若干的子节目单，根据用户开启互联网电视终端时间，按照所述节目单进行播放，使用户能够在特定的时间段内看到自己喜好的节目，避免了现有技术中海量节目信息会令用户造成的困扰。

需要说明的是，本发明实施例中所有使用“第一”和“第二”的表述均是为了区分两个相同名称非相同的实体或者非相同的参量，可见“第一”、“第二”仅为了表述的方便，不应理解为对本发明实施例的限定，后续实施例对此不再一一说明。
本发明实施例提供了一种个性化节目定制播放方法。参考图1，为本发明实施例的个性化节目定制播放方法流程图。
所述个性化节目定制播放方法，包括以下步骤：
步骤101、检测到用户开启互联网电视终端的事件，记录开启时间。
用户通过互联网电视终端收看节目，在其开启互联网电视终端时，会记录其开启时间。记录的该开启时间优选的为网络端的标注时间，也可以是经过与网络端校对的本地时间。对于所述的互联网电视终端，其使用者一般情况下为注册用户，且每个互联网电视终端都具有唯一的设备ID，该设备ID会与使用的注册用户进行绑定，所以，在互联网电视终端开启时，通过获取设备ID的方式可以确定用户身份、获得用户属性信息。
步骤102、调用用户定制的节目单，所述节目单根据不同时长且依时序连续的若干时间段被划分为若干子节目单。
根据之前步骤确定的用户身份和获得的用户属性信息，调用预存的为该用户定制的专属的节目单。所述节目单被划分为若干子节目单，划分的依据是：使用若干不同时长的时间段进行划分，这些时间段按照时间顺序连续，且相加正好为一个自然天的时间，并且每个时间段对应一个子节目单。本实施例中，所述节目单包括四个子节目单，分别为：第一子节目单，对应的时间段为5:00-11:00，对 应现实的时段为上午；第二子节目单，对应的时间段为11:00-14:00，对应现实的时段为中午；第三子节目单，对应的时间段为14:00-19:00，对应现实的时段为下午；第四子节目单，对应的时间段为19:00-5:00(后一日)，对应现实的时段为晚上。
本实施例中，所述节目单直接为用户生成，在生成时会优选参考用户的播放记录，所以会首先检测是否存储有用户的播放记录。若存在用户的播放记录，则据此为用户生成节目单；例如，用户曾在早上8：00收看过“央视早间新闻”，则相应的在第一子节目单中的8：00档添加“央视早间新闻”节目；根据其他时间段用户的部分记录，则类似的将同一档节目添加至相应的自节目单中。对于没有用户的播放记录作为依据的时间段或时间段内的具体的时间档，则根据预设的默认节目信息进行添加。所述默认节目信息包含对应于不同时间段(时间档)的多档节目，其是依据不同节目的收视率统计或用户评分排序的得到，一般为能够迎合大多数用户需求的节目。若不存在用户的播放记录，那么则根据所述默认节目信息，直接添加各个默认节目信息中包含的节目到各子节目单中，最后完成所述节目单的生成。
步骤103、将所述开启时间与若干所述时间段进行匹配，得到与所述开启时间匹配的时间段。
为了进一步的满足用户不同时间段的收看需求，保证用户在特定的时段能够看到为其定制的节目单中的相应时段的节目，在本步骤中，将之前步骤获取的开启时间和节目单进行匹配。所述的匹配，指的是判定开启时间属于哪个子节目单对应的时间段，例如在本实施例中，检测到用户20:00开启了互联网电视终端，记录其开启时间为20:00；经过匹配，即能够得到开启时间属于第四子节目单对应的时间段的结果。
步骤104、提取与匹配得到的时间段对应的子节目单，根据该子节目单开始为用户播放节目。
根据之前步骤的匹配结果，提取第四子节目单，从第四子节目单包括内容中的首档节目开始为用户播放。
由上述实施例可见，本发明的个性化节目定制播放方法，通过以时间段划分的节目单，并结合用户开启时间与节目单的匹配，使用户能够无论何时打开互联网电视终端时，均能够收看到在相应时间段内想看的节目，无需用户过多的操作， 且很好满足了用户的收看需求。
参考图2，为本发明另一实施例的个性化节目定制播放方法流程图。
作为另一个更具体的实施例，所述个性化节目定制播放方法，包括以下步骤：
本实施例中，首先进行节目单的生成，节目单为通过用户的编辑定制而生成的。
步骤201、根据所述不同时长且依时序连续的若干时间段，生成若干组节目推荐信息并向用户发送。
在本步骤中，首先根据若干时间段生成若干组节目推荐信息。与前述实施例一样，本实施例中的节目单也包括四个子节目单(具体的子节目单对应的时间段以及名称均与前述实施例相同)，即在本步骤中，生成四组节目推荐信息，每组节目推荐信息均对应于一个子节目单。每组所述节目推荐信息中均包括对应于同一时间段的多挡节目供用户进行选择。优选的，所述节目推荐信息根据用户的播放记录生成；具体的，首先检测是否存储有用户的播放记录。若存在用户的播放记录，则根据播放记录生成节目推荐信息；例如，用户曾在早上8：00收看过“央视早间新闻”，则在第一组节目推荐信息(对应于第一子节目单)中，会包括“央视早间新闻”，以及多个类似的节目，如“北京早间新闻”、“湖南早间新闻”等；根据其他时间段用户的部分记录，则类似的根据时间段将相同或相似的节目添加至相应时间段(子节目单)对应的节目推荐信息中。对于没有用户的播放记录作为依据的时间段或时间段内的具体的时间档，则根据预设的默认节目信息进行添加；所述默认节目信息包含对应于不同时间段(时间档)的多档节目，其是依据不同节目的收视率统计或用户评分排序的得到，一般为能够迎合大多数用户需求的节目。若不存在用户的播放记录，那么则根据所述默认节目信息，生成节目推荐信息。四组节目推荐信息生成后，则将其发送给用户。
步骤202、根据用户返回的节目定制信息，生成若干子节目单，将所述若干子节目单整合生成所述节目单。
用户通过其互联网电视终端接收所述节目推荐信息后，能够据此进行节目单的定制。具体的，用户在接受到节目推荐信息后，将节目推荐信息以列表、表格等的形式向用户展示，同时向用户提供一个节目单模版，该节目单模版中，各个子节目单中的各时间档内的节目均为空，用户可以根据个人喜好从节目推荐信息 中选择节目并编辑到节目单模版中；例如，用户在早上习惯收看新闻类节目，则将若干档新闻栏目编辑到第一子节目单中；用户习惯在晚上收看电视剧，则将正在追的电视剧编辑到第四子节目单中。用户完成对节目单模版的编辑后，节目单模版作为用户的节目定制信息被返回。然后，根据所述节目定制信息，生成四个子节目单，然后在将其整合生成完整的节目单。
步骤203、检测到用户开启互联网电视终端的事件，记录开启时间。
步骤204、调用用户在上述步骤中定制的节目单。
步骤205、将所述开启时间与若干所述时间段进行匹配，得到与所述开启时间匹配的时间段。
步骤206、提取与匹配得到的时间段对应的子节目单，根据该子节目单开始为用户播放节目。
根据本实施例中的播放方式，在根据一个子节目单播放节目时，在一个节目的播放有可能会跨越不同的子节目对应的时间段，此时需要根据用户的收看需要进行播放状态的调整，则本实施例还包括步骤：
步骤207、监测节目播放过程中的本地时间，将所述本地时间与后续的其他子节目单对应的时间段进行比对。
步骤208、当所述本地时间进入其他子节目单对应的时间段时，提示用户并弹出选择框。
当出现节目的播放有跨入到后续的子节目对应的时间段内时，弹出选择框供用户进行选择，选择框至少包括两个可供用户操作的按钮，分别用于继续当前的播放，以及结束当前的播放、开始从下一个子节目单包括内容中的首档节目开始为用户播放。
步骤209、接收用户输入的作用于所述选择框的选择指令，继续根据当前子节目单为用户播放节目，或立即根据下一个子节目单开始为用户播放节目。
进一步的，用户还能够主动的选择预览完整的节目单，并选择子节目单进行播放，则本实施例还包括步骤：
步骤210、接收用户的呼出指令，弹出节目单预览框。
根据用户输入的呼出指令，向用户弹出节目单预览框。该节目单预览框，通 过缩略图的方式向用户展示整个节目单的内容。节目单预览框还是可操作对象，能够接收用户指向于各个子节目单的选择播放指令。
步骤211、接收用户作用于所述节目单预览框的选择播放指令，提取所述选择播放指令指向的子节目单，立即根据该子节目单为用户播放节目。
通过上述步骤，用户能够根据需要选择结束当前的播放，或跳过某个或某几个子节目单的播放，而直接播放想要收看的子节目单。
步骤212、接收用户作用于所述节目单预览框的编辑指令，根据所述编辑指令修改所述节目单的内容并保存。
通过所述节目单预览框，用户还能够对节目单进行编辑。当用户输入作用于所述节目单预览框的编辑指令时，会调出前述步骤所述的节目单模板以及节目推荐信息，通过编辑节目单模板生成节目定制信息并返回，相应的，根据用户返回的节目定制信息，将节目单进行更新保存。
在一些其他的实施例中，对于根据所述预设的默认节目信息生成的节目单，由于该节目单内容中包括的节目并非用户亲自定制，可能会存在用户不感兴趣的节目，所以可以进一步包括对节目单的更新步骤：在根据所述预设的默认节目信息生成的节目单为用户播放完成后，接收用户的评价信息；根据所述评价信息，对所述节目单的内容进行更新。具体的：在节目播放结束后，向用户弹出评价框，提供“喜欢/不喜欢”、“赞/踩”等选择按钮供用户选择。用户进行选择后，生成评价信息并返回。根据所述用户返回的评价信息，将节目单中相应的节目进行删除、替换等处理，即更新节目单。
在一些其他的实施例中，生成节目单时，对于同一时间段内同一时间档的不同节目进行选择时，还可以考虑其优先级。例如，直播类剧目，由于其实时性，则具有最高的优选级，优先的被添加进节目单；其他的节目则可以根据用户的播放记录或是所有用户的播放频率来进行优先级排序，并根据其优先级，按顺序被添加进节目单。
另一方面，本发明实施例还提供了一种个性化节目定制播放装置。参考图3，为本发明实施例的个性化节目定制播放装置结构示意图。
所述个性化节目定制播放装置，包括：
检测模块301，用于检测到用户开启互联网电视终端的事件，记录开启时间；
调用模块302，用于调用专属于该用户的节目单，所述节目单根据不同时长且依时序连续的若干时间段被划分为若干子节目单；
匹配模块303，用于将所述开启时间与若干所述时间段进行匹配，得到与所述开启时间匹配的时间段；
播放模块304，用于提取与匹配得到的时间段对应的子节目单，根据该子节目单开始为用户播放节目。
由上述实施例可见，本发明的个性化节目定制播放装置，通过以时间段划分的节目单，并结合用户开启时间与节目单的匹配，使用户能够无论何时打开互联网电视终端时，均能够收看到在相应时间段内想看的节目，无需用户过多的操作，且很好满足了用户的收看需求。
作为另一个更具体的实施例，参考图4，为本发明另一实施例的个性化节目定制播放装置结构示意图。
作为优选的，本实施例中的所述个性化节目定制播放装置除了包括基础的检测模块401、调用模块402、匹配模块403、播放模块404之外，还包括：
第一生成模块405，用于检测是否存储有用户的播放记录；若是，则根据所述播放记录，生成所述节目单；若否，则根据预设的默认节目信息，生成所述节目单。
第二生成模块406，用于根据所述不同时长且依时序连续的若干时间段，生成若干组节目推荐信息并向用户发送；根据用户返回的节目定制信息，生成若干子节目单，将所述若干子节目单整合生成所述节目单。进一步的，第二生成模块406还用于：检测是否存储有用户的播放记录；若是，则根据所述播放记录，生成所述若干组节目推荐信息；若否，则根据预设的默认节目信息，生成所述若干组节目推荐信息。
作为优选的，所述个性化节目定制播放装置还包括：
更新模块407，用于在所述节目单为用户播放完成后，接收用户的评价信息；根据所述评价信息，对所述节目单的内容进行更新。
作为优选的，所述播放模块404还用于：监测节目播放过程中的本地时间；将所述本地时间与后续的其他子节目单对应的时间段进行比对；当所述本地时间进入其他子节目单对应的时间段时，提示用户并弹出选择框；接收用户输入的作 用于所述选择框的选择指令，继续根据当前子节目单为用户播放节目，或立即根据下一个子节目单开始为用户播放节目。
作为优选的，所述个性化节目定制播放装置还包括：

另外需要说明的是，基于互联网电视终端功能，本发明实施例中所述的“节目”不单单指视频节目，还包括软件、APP等功能，如音乐播放器、游戏APP、工具类APP等。例如，用户习惯晚上进行游戏，可以将喜好的游戏APP添加至节目单，根据该节目单播放节目至此时，直接为用户打开相应的游戏APP。

    提取与匹配得到的时间段对应的子节目单，根据该子节目单开始为用户播放节目。

  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法，其特征在于，在根据子节目单为用户播放节目过程中，进一步包括步骤：
    接收用户的呼出指令，弹出节目单预览框；
    接收用户作用于所述节目单预览框的选择播放指令，提取所述选择播放指令指向的子节目单，立即根据该子节目单为用户播放节目。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法，其特征在于，所述弹出节目单预览框之后，进一步包括步骤：
    接收用户作用于所述节目单预览框的编辑指令，根据所述编辑指令修改所述节目单的内容并保存。
  9. 一种个性化节目定制播放装置，其特征在于，包括：
    检测模块，用于检测到用户开启互联网电视终端的事件，记录开启时间；
    调用模块，用于调用专属于该用户的节目单，所述节目单根据不同时长且依时序连续的若干时间段被划分为若干子节目单；
    匹配模块，用于将所述开启时间与若干所述时间段进行匹配，得到与所述开启时间匹配的时间段；
    播放模块，用于提取与匹配得到的时间段对应的子节目单，根据该子节目单开始为用户播放节目。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的装置，其特征在于，还包括：
    第一生成模块，用于检测是否存储有用户的播放记录；若是，则根据所述播放记录，生成所述节目单；若否，则根据预设的默认节目信息，生成所述节目单。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的装置，其特征在于，还包括：
    第二生成模块，用于根据所述不同时长且依时序连续的若干时间段，生成若干组节目推荐信息并向用户发送；根据用户返回的节目定制信息，生成若干子节目单，将所述若干子节目单整合生成所述节目单。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置，其特征在于，所述第二生成模块还用于：检测是否存储有用户的播放记录；若是，则根据所述播放记录，生成所述若干组节目推荐信息；若否，则根据预设的默认节目信息，生成所述若干组节目推荐信息。
  13. 根据权利要求10或12所述的装置，其特征在于，还包括：
    更新模块，用于在所述节目单为用户播放完成后，接收用户的评价信息；根据所述评价信息，对所述节目单的内容进行更新。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的装置，其特征在于，所述播放模块还用于：
    监测节目播放过程中的本地时间；将所述本地时间与后续的其他子节目单对应的时间段进行比对；当所述本地时间进入其他子节目单对应的时间段时，提示用户并弹出选择框；接收用户输入的作用于所述选择框的选择指令，继续根据当前子节目单为用户播放节目，或立即根据下一个子节目单开始为用户播放节目。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的装置，其特征在于，还包括：
    节目单预览模块，用于接收用户的呼出指令，弹出节目单预览框；接收用户作用于所述节目单预览框的选择播放指令，提取所述选择播放指令指向的子节目单，立即根据该子节目单为用户播放节目。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的装置，其特征在于，所述节目单预览模块还用于：接收用户作用于所述节目单预览框的编辑指令，根据所述编辑指令修改所述节目单的内容并保存。
  17. 一种终端，其特征在于，包括：如权利要求9-16任一项所述的个 性化节目定制播放装置。
