背景技术
随着社会的发展，居民物质生活条件的提高，人们对穿着的要求越来越高，人们对衣物的舒适度、保温性能的要求也越来越高。目前，市场上的内衣一般采用普通棉或黏胶类或者纤混纺面料，但人体新陈代谢产生的油脂、水分，一直在通过表皮散发湿气。而一次成型无缝内衣机织造而成，面料具有较好的弹性，能够修型美体，但穿起来不够舒适，而且保暖效果不好，因此在寒冷的季节就无法穿着，而保暖内衣一般较注重保暖性能，整体比较臃肿，穿着美感大打折扣。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种面料，具体的是一种超柔双层保暖内衣面料。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明的一种超柔双层保暖内衣面料，包括表层和外层，由表层结构和内层结构组成，表层为腈纶纤维和棉纶混纺制得，内层由涤纶、粘胶纤维和棉纶混纺制成超柔加厚加绒面料，所述面料中各组成，成份的质量百分比为：腈纶42-58份，棉纶45-50份，粘胶纤维62-70份，涤纶50-60份。
本发明的优点是：采用本方法制得的面料，具有较好的弹性，具有修型美体的效果，内层采用超软加厚面料，该面料不仅手感柔软舒适、保暖效果好，且色泽柔和，美观大方。通过内层与外层两种不同特点风格的面料有机结合，取长补短，既保证了产品保暖舒适的特性，又达到美体、束腹提臀的功能。同时原料成本低，制作方法简单，易操作，效果明显。
具体实施方式
本发明的一种超柔双层保暖内衣面料，包括表层和外层，由表层结构和内层结构组成，表层为腈纶纤维和棉纶混纺制得，内层由涤纶、粘胶纤维和棉纶混纺制成超柔加厚加绒面料，所述面料中各组成，成份的质量百分比为：腈纶42-58份，棉纶45-50份，粘胶纤维62-70份，涤纶50-60份。
本发明的超柔双层保暖内衣面料不仅结实牢固而且十分柔软，超柔双层保暖，由于内层采用涤纶和氨纶混纺制得，这样制成的服饰同样也能适合小孩子贴身穿，不会造成皮肤的伤害。
