热缩膜 技术领域
本发明涉及包装盒技术领域,尤其涉及热缩膜。
背景技术
很多产品的外表面具有热缩膜。当接触产品时,用户首先会接触到热缩膜。因此对热缩膜的要求不仅要平整触感好,还要求外观边缘整齐。目前市场上热缩成型效果参差不齐,为了保证热缩效果满足要求,热缩膜上不能出现划痕,排气孔不能变形,边缘接缝不能弯曲,不能堆角。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述缺陷。
为此,本发明提供了一种热缩膜,其用于热缩在盒体的表面。其中,所述热缩膜开口尺寸比所述盒体宽高维度的周长大预设值,所述热缩膜上具有均匀分布的排气孔。
本实施例中,通过热缩膜与盒体匹配的尺寸,以及膜表面的开孔方式,确保热缩后热缩膜与盒体贴合紧密,效果平整无褶皱。
可选的,所述预设值为4毫米。
在可选方案中,通过设置热缩膜开口尺寸比盒体宽高维度的周长大4毫米,使得盒体容易装袋且热缩后不易褶皱。
可选的,所述热缩膜四角裁切,每条裁切线与所述盒体的四条棱对应,使得热缩后所述热缩膜与所述盒体的每个棱的四面贴合,且每个裁切线位于所述盒体对应的棱上。
在可选方案中,通过热缩膜四角裁切,每条裁切线与所述盒体的四条棱对应热缩后热缩膜与盒体的每个棱的四面贴合,且每个裁切线位于所述 盒体对应的棱上,可以进一步减少热缩后褶皱的出现,边缘接缝不会出现弯曲、堆角,热缩后盒体六面平整。

具体实施方式
这里将详细地对示例性实施例进行说明,其示例表示在附图中。下面的描述涉及附图时,除非另有表示,不同附图中的相同数字表示相同或相似的要素。
本发明提出一种方案,通过热缩膜与盒体匹配的尺寸,以及膜表面的开孔方式,确保热缩后效果平整无褶皱。
图1是本发明实施例中的热缩膜与盒体的示意图,如图1所示,热缩膜11用于热缩于盒体12表面。
图2是本发明实施例中的热缩膜开口尺寸的示意图,如图2所示,其中,热缩膜11开口21尺寸比所述盒体12宽高维度22的周长大预设值。
优选的,该预设值为4毫米。如果该预设值大于4毫米,热缩后热缩膜易褶 皱,如该预设值小于4毫米则盒体难装袋。
图3是本发明实施例中的热缩膜上排气孔的示意图,如图3所示,热缩膜11上具有均匀分布的排气孔31。排气孔等比例分布在每个平面,确保在热缩过程中均匀排气,使得热缩时热缩膜裁切线不易爆裂。
图4是本发明实施例中的热缩膜四角裁切的示意图,如图4所示,本实施例中,热缩膜四角裁切,每条裁切线与所述盒体的四条棱对应。如裁切线411、412、413、414分别与盒体的四条棱对应。
图5是本发明实施例中的热缩后的效果示意图,如图5所示,热缩后热缩膜与盒体的每个棱的四面贴合,且每个裁切线位于所述盒体对应的棱上,可以进一步减少热缩后褶皱的出现,边缘接缝不会出现弯曲、堆角,热缩后盒体六面平整。
图6是本发明实施例中的盒体的示意图,如图6所示,盒体12的上盖121与盒身122之间在扣上后有一缝隙123。因此,如图5所示,该热缩膜上还具有横接缝线51,对应于该缝隙。这样,后续用户拿到该热缩后的盒体后,可方便地通过该横接缝线打开热缩膜。
本发明实施例的热缩膜,通过热缩膜与盒体匹配的尺寸,以及热缩膜膜表面的开孔方式,确保热缩后效果平整无褶皱,提高了热缩效果。另外,通过在热缩膜四角裁切,裁切线与盒体的棱对应,进一步减少热缩后褶皱的出现,使得热缩后盒体各个表面都十分平整。
应当理解的是,本发明并不局限于上面已经描述并在附图中示出的精确结构,并且可以在不脱离其范围进行各种修改和改变。本发明的范围仅由所附的权利要求来限制。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种热缩膜,其用于热缩在盒体的表面,其特征在于,所述热缩膜开口尺寸比所述盒体的周长大预设值,所述周长通过所述盒体的宽度和高度来限定,所述热缩膜上具有均匀分布的排气孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的热缩膜,其特征在于,所述预设值为4毫米。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的热缩膜,其特征在于,所述热缩膜四角裁切,每条裁切线与所述盒体的四条棱对应,使得热缩后所述热缩膜与所述盒体的每个棱的四面贴合,且每个裁切线位于所述盒体对应的棱上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的热缩膜,其特征在于,所述盒体具有上盖和盒身,该上盖和盒身之间在扣上后有一缝隙,所述热缩膜上还具有对应于该缝隙的横接缝线。
