Description

基于虚拟SIM卡的通信方法及通信装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种基于虚拟SIM卡的通信方法和一种基于虚拟SIM卡的通信装置。
背景技术
目前,可穿戴设备实现的通话等通信功能主要是通过与移动终端进行配对连接,进而基于移动终端来实现的;相关技术中也提出了通过插入SIM(Subscriber Identity Module,客户识别模块)卡来实现通信功能,这两种方法虽然能使可穿戴设备实现通信功能,但是也存在着如下缺陷:
1、针对基于移动终端来实现通信功能的方式:可穿戴设备不能远离移动终端,一旦远离移动终端就会造成通信中断的尴尬局面,影响用户的使用体验;
2、针对直接插入SIM卡实现通信功能的方式:由于可穿戴设备的体积通常较小,而插入SIM卡会占用较大的空间,同时由于通信服务常驻,会影响可穿戴设备的续航能力,并且用户还需要维护多张SIM卡信息,造成不必要的麻烦及资源浪费。
因此,如何确保不插卡的可穿戴设备在远离移动终端后仍能实现基于SIM卡的通信功能,同时提高可穿戴设备的续航行能力成为亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述技术问题至少之一,提出了一种新的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信方案,使得可穿戴设备与移动终端能够共用同一个虚拟SIM卡信息,实现了不插卡的可穿戴设备在远离移动终端后仍能基于虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信,同时在将移动通信服务切换至移动终端时,可以及 时关闭可穿戴设备的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信功能,提高了可穿戴设备的续航能力。
有鉴于此,本发明提出了一种基于虚拟SIM卡的通信方法,适用于可穿戴设备,包括:与移动终端建立连接;获取所述移动终端中的虚拟SIM卡信息;检测与所述移动终端之间的连接是否断开,以得到检测结果;根据所述检测结果,控制所述可穿戴设备是否基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信。

具体地,可穿戴设备可通过蓝牙、NFC(Near Field Communication,近场通信)或WI-FI方式等与移动终端建立连接。在与移动终端建立连接之后,一方面可直接获取移动终端中的虚拟SIM卡信息;另一方面可以通过向服务器发送包含有移动终端的标识信息的虚拟SIM卡注册请求,然后服务器根据移动终端的标识信息查找到服务器中预存储的移动终端关联的虚拟SIM信息(可以事先通过移动终端将移动终端自身的虚拟SIM卡信息上传存储到服务器中),以及在经过一系列的认证确认之后,授权可穿戴设备下载与可穿戴设备相连的移动终端的虚拟SIM卡信息,以使可穿戴设备可以基于虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信;此外,与移动终端建立连接之后,移动终端可以主动将虚拟SIM卡信息传输给可穿戴设 备。

在该技术方案中,通过获取移动终端中的虚拟SIM卡信息,并检测与移动终端之间的连接是否断开,以根据检测结果,控制可穿戴设备是否基于虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信,使得在移动终端具备虚拟SIM卡功能时,可以通过获取移动终端中的虚拟SIM卡信息,实现与移动终端共用同一个虚拟SIM卡的目的,避免了现有技术中可穿戴设备在不插卡时无法远离移动终端的尴尬局面,也以及避免了现有技术中可穿戴设备需插卡而占用空间,且需维护多张SIM卡而造成不必要的麻烦和资源浪费的问题;同时在可穿戴设备和移动终端都具备虚拟SIM卡功能时,通过检测与移动终端之间的连接是否断开,使得可穿戴设备和移动终端之间的基于虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信得到及时切换,保证了移动通信的畅通,以及在不需要通过可穿戴设备进行通信功能时,关闭可穿戴设备的虚拟SIM卡功能,可以提高可穿戴设备的续航能力。
具体地,可穿戴设备可通过蓝牙方式、NFC方式或WI-FI方式等与移动终端建立连接。在与移动终端建立连接之后,一方面可直接获取移动终端中的虚拟SIM卡信息;另一方面可以通过向服务器发送包含有移动终 端的标识信息的虚拟SIM卡注册请求,然后服务器根据移动终端的标识信息查找到服务器中预存储的移动终端关联的虚拟SIM信息(可以事先通过移动终端将移动终端自身的虚拟SIM卡信息上传存储到服务器中),以及在经过一系列的认证确认之后,授权可穿戴设备下载与可穿戴设备相连的移动终端的虚拟SIM卡信息,以使可穿戴设备可以基于虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信;此外,与移动终端建立连接之后,移动终端可以主动将虚拟SIM卡信息传输给可穿戴设备。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,根据所述检测结果,控制所述可穿戴设备是否基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信的步骤具体包括:在检测到与所述移动终端之间的连接未断开时,禁止所述可穿戴设备基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信,以供所述移动终端基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信;在检测到与所述移动终端之间的连接断开时,控制所述可穿戴设备基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信。
在该技术方案中,由于可穿戴设备通常是与用户在一起的,而移动终端可能会被用户遗忘掉,同时当可穿戴设备与移动通信的连接未断开时,说明可穿戴设备与移动终端的距离较近,而在可穿戴设备与移动通信的连接断开时,说明可穿戴设备与移动终端的距离较远,并且同一个虚拟SIM卡不可能被多个设备同时共同使用,所以通过在检测到与移动终端之间的连接未断开时,禁止可穿戴设备基于虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信,以供移动终端基于虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信,使得用户在方便使用移动终端而不需要通过可穿戴设备进行通信功能时,及时禁止可穿戴设备基于虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信,以提高可穿戴设备的续航能力;同时通过在检测到与移动终端之间的连接断开时,控制可穿戴设备基于虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信,使得用户在忘记携带移动终端或不方便使用移动终端时,可以通过可穿戴设备进行移动通信,保证了通信的畅通,避免了现有技术中可穿戴设备在不插卡时无法远离移动终端的尴尬局面。
在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,在禁止所述可穿戴设备基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信的步骤之后,还包括:关闭所述可穿戴设备的基于虚拟SIM卡进行移动通信的功能。
在该技术方案中,通过在禁止可穿戴设备基于虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信之后,关闭可穿戴设备的基于虚拟SIM卡进行移动通信的功能,可以避免因通信服务常驻而影响续航能力的问题,有效提高了可穿戴设备的续航能力。
图2示出了根据本发明的另一个实施例的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信方法的示意流程图。
如图2所示,根据本发明的另一个实施例的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信方法,包括:步骤202,与可穿戴设备建立连接;步骤204,将虚拟SIM卡信息发送至所述可穿戴设备;步骤206,检测与所述可穿戴设备之间的连接是否断开,以得到检测结果;步骤208,根据所述检测结果,控制所述移动终端是否基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信。

如图3所示,根据本发明的一个实施例的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信装置300,包括:第一连接单元302,用于与移动终端建立连接;获取单元304,用于获取所述移动终端中的虚拟SIM卡信息;第一检测单元306,用于检测所述第一连接单元302与所述移动终端之间的连接是否断开,以得到检测结果;第一控制单元308,用于根据所述检测结果,控制所述可穿戴设备是否基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信。

在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述第一控制单元308具体用于:在所述第一检测单元306检测到所述第一连接单元302与所述移动终端之间的连接未断开时,禁止所述可穿戴设备基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信,以供所述移动终端基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信;在所述第一检测单元306检测到所述第一连接单元302与所述移动终端之间的连接断开时,控制所述可穿戴设备基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信。

在上述任一技术方案中,优选地,所述第一控制单元308还用于:在禁止所述可穿戴设备基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信之后,关闭所述可穿戴设备的基于虚拟SIM卡进行移动通信的功能。
在该技术方案中,通过在禁止可穿戴设备基于虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信之后,关闭可穿戴设备的基于虚拟SIM卡进行移动通信的功能,可以避免因通信服务常驻而影响续航能力的问题,有效提高了可穿戴设备的续航能力。

如图5所示,根据本发明的另一个实施例的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信装置500,包括:第二连接单元502,用于与可穿戴设备建立连接;发送单元504,用于将虚拟SIM卡信息发送至所述可穿戴设备;第二检测单元506,用于检测所述第二连接单元502与所述可穿戴设备之间的连接是否断开,以得到检测结果;第二控制单元508,用于根据所述检测结果,控制所述移动终端是否基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信。

图6示出了根据本发明的实施例的移动终端的示意框图。
如图6所示,根据本发明的实施例的移动终端600,包括:如图5所示的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信设备500。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,本发明的技术方案提出了一种新的新的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信方案,通过可穿戴设备与移动终端共用同一个虚拟SIM卡,使得不插卡的可穿戴设备在远离移动终端后仍能实现基于虚拟SIM卡的通信功能,同时在不需要通过可穿戴设备进 行通信功能时,关闭可穿戴设备的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信功能,从而提高了可穿戴设备的续航能力。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于虚拟SIM卡的通信方法,适用于可穿戴设备,其特征在于,包括:
    与移动终端建立连接;
    获取所述移动终端中的虚拟SIM卡信息;
    检测与所述移动终端之间的连接是否断开,以得到检测结果;
    根据所述检测结果,控制所述可穿戴设备是否基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信方法,其特征在于,根据所述检测结果,控制所述可穿戴设备是否基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信的步骤具体包括:
    在检测到与所述移动终端之间的连接未断开时,禁止所述可穿戴设备基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信,以供所述移动终端基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信;
    在检测到与所述移动终端之间的连接断开时,控制所述可穿戴设备基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信方法,其特征在于,在禁止所述可穿戴设备基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信的步骤之后,还包括:
    关闭所述可穿戴设备的基于虚拟SIM卡进行移动通信的功能。
  4. 一种基于虚拟SIM卡的通信方法,适用于移动终端,其特征在于,包括:
    与可穿戴设备建立连接;
    将虚拟SIM卡信息发送至所述可穿戴设备;
    检测与所述可穿戴设备之间的连接是否断开,以得到检测结果;
    根据所述检测结果,控制所述移动终端是否基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信方法,其特征在 于,根据所述检测结果,控制所述移动终端是否基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信的步骤具体包括:
    在检测到与所述可穿戴设备之间的连接未断开时,控制所述移动终端基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信;
    在检测到与所述可穿戴设备之间的连接断开时,禁止所述移动终端基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信,以供所述可穿戴设备基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信。
  6. 一种基于虚拟SIM卡的通信装置,适用于可穿戴设备,其特征在于,包括:
    第一连接单元,用于与移动终端建立连接;
    获取单元,用于获取所述移动终端中的虚拟SIM卡信息;
    第一检测单元,用于检测所述第一连接单元与所述移动终端之间的连接是否断开,以得到检测结果;
    第一控制单元,用于根据所述检测结果,控制所述可穿戴设备是否基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信装置,其特征在于,所述第一控制单元具体用于:
    在所述第一检测单元检测到所述第一连接单元与所述移动终端之间的连接未断开时,禁止所述可穿戴设备基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信,以供所述移动终端基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信;
    在所述第一检测单元检测到所述第一连接单元与所述移动终端之间的连接断开时,控制所述可穿戴设备基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信装置,其特征在于,所述第一控制单元还用于:在禁止所述可穿戴设备基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信之后,关闭所述可穿戴设备的基于虚拟SIM卡进行移动通信的功能。
  9. 一种基于虚拟SIM卡的通信装置,适用于移动终端,其特征在于,包括:
    第二连接单元,用于与可穿戴设备建立连接;
    发送单元,用于将虚拟SIM卡信息发送至所述可穿戴设备;
    第二检测单元,用于检测所述第二连接单元与所述可穿戴设备之间的连接是否断开,以得到检测结果;
    第二控制单元,用于根据所述检测结果,控制所述移动终端是否基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的基于虚拟SIM卡的通信装置,其特征在于,所述第二控制单元具体用于:
    在所述第二检测单元检测到所述第二连接单元与所述可穿戴设备之间的连接未断开时,控制所述移动终端基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信;
    在所述第二检测单元检测到所述第二连接单元与所述可穿戴设备之间的连接断开时,禁止所述移动终端基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信,以供所述可穿戴设备基于所述虚拟SIM卡信息进行移动通信。
