从用户实际使用的场景来看,如果用户在通话过程中被问及第三人的联系方式,在这种情况下,用户很可能会在通话的过程中或者通话结束后的短时间内访问联系人界面,获取联系人信息,并发送给正在的通话对象或者刚刚通话完的通话对象,即上述的第一使用状态和第二使用状态就是用户最可能要发送联系人信息的状态,相比之下,在第三使用状态下,用户发送联系人信息的可能性相对较低。其中,第二使用状态中的第一时间段可以根据实际需要而设定,例如,可以设定为通话结束后的一分钟或者几分钟。
步骤102:如果所述当前使用状态为第一使用状态或者第二使用状态,则显示第一联系人界面,在该第一联系人界面中,显示联系人信息发送按键。
进一步地,在获取终端的当前使用状态后,还可以包括:
步骤103:如果所述当前使用状态为第三使用状态,则显示第二联系人界面,在该第二联系人界面中,隐藏所述联系人信息发送按键。
在实际应用中,在联系人的应用设计时,联系人信息发送功能会被预先设置在联系人的应用中,只不过可以在需要该功能时,显示该按键,而在不需要该功能时,隐藏该按键或者使该按键无效即可。
如图2至图6所示,其为本发明实施例的联系人界面示意图,在本发明的实施例中,可以至少设置两种联系人界面,即第一联系人界面和第二联系人界面,其中第二联系人界面与第一联系人界面的区别在于缺
少联系人信息发送按键(在图2至4中表示为椭圆虚线所圈住的图标),第二联系人界面可以是现有技术中常规的联系人界面。这里的联系人信息发送按键用于发送该按键所指向的联系人信息,其形态不限于图2至图6所示的形态,只要其能够触发发送联系人信息的操作即可。
第一联系人界面可以是如图2所示的联系人条目列表界面,也可以是如图3所示的联系人详细信息界面,即从图2的联系人列表点击某个联系人条目后,进入的下一层界面,同理,第二联系人界面也可以是如图5所示的联系人条目列表界面,也可以是如图6所示的联系人详细信息界面。将联系人信息发送按键设置在联系人条目上,能够使得用户执行联系人信息的发送操作更加方便,而不必再访问二级页面。
此外,如图4所示,在联系人条目列表界面中,联系人信息发送按键可以只显示在部分联系人的条目上,这样也有助于用户快速找到想要发送的联系人。哪些联系人条目显示联系人信息发送按键或者哪些联系人条目不显示联系人信息发送按键,可以根据实际需求而定。例如,将用户常联系的50个联系人的联系人条目上显示联系人信息发送按键,而其他的联系人不显示该按键,或者可以通过用户时限自定义是否显示。此外,也可以采用一二级界面配合的方式进行,即在一级界面即联系人条目列表界面中只在部分联系人的条目上显示该按键,而在二级界面即图3所示的界面上,全部联系人均显示该按键,这样能够最大程度的提高便利性。
在上述实施例中,通过步骤101中的对当前使用状态的识别,在识别出终端处于用户最可能要发送联系人信息的第一使用状态和第二使用状态时,显示第一联系人界面,使得用户能够方便地进行发送联系人信息的操作,而在识别出终端处于不太可能发送联系人信息的第三使用状态时,则显示第二联系界面,从而在联系人界面上不会出现使用率较低的联系人信息发送按键,使得联系人界面保持了现有的界面的整洁。
在这里需要说明的是,步骤103的条件判断不是必须的,可以只在步骤102中进行使用状态的判断识别,除第一使用状态和第二使用状态以外的情形,可以均按照现有的显示方式执行即可。
实施例二
本实施例在实施例一的基础上,增加了消息生成的处理操作,具体地,如图7所示,本本发明实施例二的联系人信息的处理方法的流程示意图,本发明实施例的处理方法还可以包括:
步骤104:当检测到点击所述联系人信息发送按键的操作后,获取联系人信息以及正在通话中的被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码或者所述最后一次通话的被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码,其中,可以通过读取通信记录来获取被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码的。
步骤105:生成包含所述联系人信息的待发送消息,所述待发送消息以所述被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码作为收件人。
在本实施例中,在点击了联系人信息发送按键后,能够生成以想要告知联系人信息的用户为对象的待发送消息,极大的方便了用户的使用,提高了终端的智能化程度。
鉴于目前的终端之间的通话已经不限于传统的电话呼叫,很多设置在终端上的即时通信应用均可以实现语音通话,例如微信、QQ等等,因此,相应地联系人界面也可以是即时通信的联系人界面,而在即时通信软件中,双方的通话可以通过用户名来建立,而不需要传统的电话号码,因此,联系人信息可以是传统的姓名和电话号码,也可以是即时通信的用户名(如QQ号、微信号)、邮件地址等。因此,在生成待发送消息时,可以是传统的短信形式,也可以是即时通信中的一条即时通讯消息,例如,一个QQ消息等。如图8和图9所示的应用场景,图中生成的消息为包含姓名和电话号码的短消息(对应于包含上述的包含联系人信息的待发送消息),并通过短信的方式发送,当发送完成后,在主界面上可以显示“联系人已发送”的提示。
进一步地,在生成待发送消息后,可以直接发送所述消息,也可以进入消息编辑界面,让用户对消息可以进行进一步编辑或确认,待接收到消息发送指令后,发送所述待发送消息。例如用户可以增加其他留言等等,然后再通过点击消息编辑界面上的发送按键,进行消息发送。
实施例三
在本实施例是对上述实施例一和实施例二的进一步改进,其中,在本实施例中,联系人界面为如图2或图4所示的系人条目列表界面,在
本实施例中,可以通过语音识别技术,在通话的过程中进行语音识别,如果识别出姓名信息,则在联系人条目中进行查找,如果找到匹配的联系人,则对该匹配的联系人进行标记;然后,在显示所述第一联系人界面时,仅在被标记的联系人对应的联系人条目上,显示联系人信息发送按键。
其中,可以在每次通话过程中进行上述识别操作,然后进行标记,标记可以保存一段时间后就清除,具体可以保存至上述的第一时间段以内即可,即与实施例一和二中的联系人信息发送按键的显示条件保持一致。
通过语音识别并且进行标记,不用在全部的联系人条目上显示联系人信息发送按键,而只在通话中涉及的联系人条目上显示即可,相当于帮助用户进行筛选,可以使得用户快捷地找到要发送的联系人条目并进行发送操作。
实施例四
如图10所示,其为本发明实施例四的联系人信息的处理方法的流程示意图,与上述实施例一至三不同之处在于,在本实施例涉及的联系人信息的处理方法中,在联系人界面中,已经显示了联系人信息发送按键,并以此为前提,执行下述步骤:
步骤201:当检测到点击所述联系人信息发送按键的操作后,获取终端的当前使用状态;
步骤202:如果所述当前使用状态为第一使用状态或者第二使用状态,则获取所述联系人信息以及正在通话中的被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码或者所述最后一次通话的被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码;
步骤203:生成包含所述联系人信息的待发送消息,所述待发送消息以所述被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码作为收件人。
需要说明的是,对于如何触发或者实现了显示联系人信息发送按键的状态,在本实施例中,可以不做限制。例如,可以是如上述实施例一至三所记载的,在识别出第一使用状态或者第二使用状态后,而在联系人界面上显示联系人信息发送按键,也可以是预先在联系人界面中就设定了联系人信息发送按键,即在任何状态下都存在联系人信息发送按
键,而实施例的重点之处在于,在点击了联系人信息发送按键后,将自动对终端的当前使用状态进行判断,在判断出为第一使用状态和第二使用状态的情况下,能够获知用户很大可能是想要把联系人信息发给当前通话的被叫方或者刚通话结束的被叫方,因此,可以根据这种判断来自动生成带有收件人的待发送消息,从而方便用户的使用,提高终端的智能化程度。
进一步地,在生成待发送消息后,可以直接发送所述消息,也可以进入消息编辑界面,让用户对消息可以进行进一步编辑或者确认,待接收到消息发送指令后,发送所述待发送消息。
进一步地,在获取终端的当前使用状态后,还可以包括:
步骤204:如果所述当前使用状态为处于最后一次通话结束后的第一时间段之外的第三使用状态,则获取所述联系人信息;
步骤205生成包含所述联系人信息的待发送消息,所述待发送消息的收件人为空。即在第三使用状态下,无法实现推测用户要发送的对象,因此,可以保持收件人为空,等待用户进行选择或者填写。
实施例五
如图11所示,其为本发明实施例五的联系人信息的处理装置的结构示意图,本实施例的处理装置包括:
第一获取模块11,用于在收到显示联系人界面的显示请求后,获取终端的当前使用状态;
第一显示模块12,用于在所述当前使用状态为处于正在通话中的第一使用状态或者处于最后一次通话结束后的第一时间段以内的第二使用状态的情况下,显示第一联系人界面,在该第一联系人界面中,显示联系人信息发送按键。
进一步地,本实施例的处理装置还可以包括:
第二获取模块13,用于在检测到点击所述联系人信息发送按键的操作后,获取联系人信息以及正在通话中的被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码或者所述最后一次通话的被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码;
第一消息生成模块14,用于生成包含所述联系人信息的待发送消息,所述待发送消息以所述被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码作为收件
人。
进一步地,本实施例的处理装置还可以包括:
第二显示模块15,用于在所述当前使用状态为处于最后一次通话结束后的第一时间段之外的第三使用状态的情况下,显示第二联系人界面,在该第二联系人界面中,隐藏所述联系人信息发送按键。
在本实施例的联系人信息的处理装置中,通过识别出用户最可能要发送联系人信息的第一使用状态和第二使用状态,并显示带有联系人信息发送按键的第一联系人界面,使得用户能够方便地进行发送联系人信息的操作,而在识别出终端处于不太可能发送联系人信息的第三使用状态时,则显示第二联系界面,从而在联系人界面上不会出现使用率较低的联系人信息发送按键,使得联系人界面保持了现有的界面的整洁。
进一步地,通过本实施例的处理装置,在用户点击了联系人信息发送按键后,能够生成以想要告知联系人信息的用户为对象的待发送消息,极大的方便了用户的使用,提高了终端的智能化程度。
进一步地,如图12所示,在上述的处理装置的结构基础上,本实施例的处理装置还可以包括:
语音识别标记模块16,用于在通话的过程中进行语音识别,如果识别出姓名信息,则在联系人条目中进行查找,如果找到匹配的联系人,则对该匹配的联系人进行标记;
当第一显示模块执行显示所述第一联系人界面的处理时,仅在被标记的联系人对应的联系人条目上,显示联系人信息发送按键。
在本实施例的处理装置中,通过设置语音识别标记模块,仅对部分联系人进行标记,从而不用在全部的联系人条目上显示联系人信息发送按键,而只在通话中涉及的联系人条目上显示即可,相当于帮助用户进行筛选,可以使得用户快捷地找到要发送的联系人条目并进行发送操作。
如图13所示,进一步地,在图11或图12结构的基础上(图中仅示出基于图11的结构),本实施例的处理装置还可以进一步包括:
消息编辑模块17,用于对所述待发送消息进行编辑;
第一消息发送模块18,用于在接收到消息发送指令后,发送所述
待发送消息。
如图14所示,可选地,在图11或图12结构的基础上(图中仅示出基于图11的结构),本实施例的处理装置还可以包括:
第二消息发送模块19,用于在生成所述待发送消息后,直接发送所述消息。
在本实施例的处理装置中,在生成待发送消息后,可以直接发送所述消息,也可以进入消息编辑界面,让用户对消息可以进行进一步编辑或确认,待接收到消息发送指令后,发送所述待发送消息。例如用户可以增加其他留言等等,然后再通过点击消息编辑界面上的发送按键,进行消息发送。

实施例六
如图15所示,其为本发明实施例六的联系人信息的处理装置的结构示意图之一,包括:
第三获取模块20,用于在检测到点击所述联系人信息发送按键的操作后,获取终端的当前使用状态;
第四获取模块21,用于在所述当前使用状态为处于正在通话中的第一使用状态或者处于最后一次通话结束后的第一时间段以内的第二使用状态的情况下,获取所述联系人信息以及正在通话中的被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码或者所述最后一次通话的被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码;
第一消息生成模块14,用于生成包含所述联系人信息的待发送消息,所述待发送消息以所述被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码作为收件人。
进一步地,本实施例的处理装置还可以包括:
第五获取模块22,用于在所述当前使用状态为处于最后一次通话结束后的第一时间段之外的第三使用状态的情况下,获取所述联系人信息;
第二消息生成模块23,用于生成包含所述联系人信息的待发送消
息,所述待发送消息的收件人为空。
进一步地,如图16所示,在图15所示结构的基础上,本实施例的处理装置还可以进一步包括:
消息编辑模块17,用于对所述待发送消息进行编辑;
第一消息发送模块18,用于在接收到消息发送指令后,发送所述待发送消息。
可选地,如图17所示,在图15所示结构的基础上,本实施例的处理装置还可以进一步包括:
第二消息发送模块19,用于在生成所述待发送消息后,直接发送所述消息。由于要想直接发送消息,收件人不能为空,因此,该第二消息模块19主要用来处理第一消息生成模块14生成的待发送消息。
在本实施例的处理装置中,在点击了联系人信息发送按键后,将自动对终端的当前使用状态进行判断,在判断出为第一使用状态和第二使用状态的情况下,能够获知用户很大可能是想要把联系人信息发给当前通话的被叫方或者刚通话结束的被叫方,因此,可以根据这种判断来自动生成带有收件人的待发送消息,从而方便用户的使用,提高终端的智能化程度。
此外,本实施例中相关技术内容的详细说明以及其他技术效果可以参照实施例一至四的描述,在此不在赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述各方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成。前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中。该程序在执行时,执行包括上述各方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (22)
- 一种联系人信息的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:当收到显示联系人界面的显示请求后,获取终端的当前使用状态;如果所述当前使用状态为处于正在通话中的第一使用状态或者处于最后一次通话结束后的第一时间段以内的第二使用状态,则显示第一联系人界面,在该第一联系人界面中,显示联系人信息发送按键。
- 根据权利要求1所述的处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:当检测到点击所述联系人信息发送按键的操作后,获取联系人信息以及正在通话中的被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码或者所述最后一次通话的被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码;生成包含所述联系人信息的待发送消息,所述待发送消息以所述被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码作为收件人。
- 根据权利要求2所述的处理方法,其特征在于,在生成所述待发送消息后,进入消息编辑界面;当接收到消息发送指令后,发送所述待发送消息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的处理方法,其特征在于,在生成所述待发送消息后,直接发送所述消息。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的处理方法,其特征在于,如果所述当前使用状态为处于最后一次通话结束后的第一时间段之外的第三使用状态,则显示第二联系人界面,在该第二联系人界面中,隐藏所述联系人信息发送按键。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的处理方法,其特征在于,所述第一联系人界面为联系人条目列表界面,所述联系人信息发送按键显示在全部或者部分联系人条目上。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的处理方法,其特征在于,所述第一联系人界面为联系人详细信息界面。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的处理方法,其特征在于,所述第一联系人界面为联系人条目列表界面,所述处理方法还包括:在通话的过程中进行语音识别,如果识别出姓名信息,则在联系人条目中进行查找,如果找到匹配的联系人,则对该匹配的联系人进行标记;在显示所述第一联系人界面时,仅在被标记的联系人对应的联系人条目上,显示联系人信息发送按键。
- 一种联系人信息的处理方法,其特征在于,在联系人界面中,显示有联系人信息发送按键,所述处理方法包括:当检测到点击所述联系人信息发送按键的操作后,获取终端的当前使用状态;如果所述当前使用状态为处于正在通话中的第一使用状态或者处于最后一次通话结束后的第一时间段以内的第二使用状态,则获取所述联系人信息以及正在通话中的被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码或者所述最后一次通话的被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码;生成包含所述联系人信息的待发送消息,所述待发送消息以所述被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码作为收件人。
- 根据权利要求9所述的处理方法,其特征在于,在生成所述消息后,进入消息编辑界面;在接收到消息发送指令后,发送所述消息。
- 根据权利要求9所述的处理方法,其特征在于,在生成所述消息后,直接发送所述消息。
- 根据权利要求9至11任一所述的处理方法,其特征在于,在获取终端的当前使用状态后,还包括:如果所述当前使用状态为处于最后一次通话结束后的第一时间段之外的第三使用状态,则获取所述联系人信息;生成包含所述联系人信息的待发送消息,所述待发送消息的收件人为空。
- 一种联系人信息的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:第一获取模块,用于在收到显示联系人界面的显示请求后,获取终端的当前使用状态;第一显示模块,用于在所述当前使用状态为处于正在通话中的第一使用状态或者处于最后一次通话结束后的第一时间段以内的第二使用状态的情况下,显示第一联系人界面,在该第一联系人界面中,显示联系人信息发送按键。
- 根据权利要求13所述的处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:第二获取模块,用于在检测到点击所述联系人信息发送按键的操作后,获取联系人信息以及正在通话中的被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码或者所述最后一次通话的被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码;第一消息生成模块,用于生成包含所述联系人信息的待发送消息,所述待发送消息以所述被叫方的通信用户名或通信号码作为收件人。
- 根据权利要求14所述的处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:消息编辑模块,用于对所述待发送消息进行编辑;第一消息发送模块,用于在接收到消息发送指令后,发送所述待发送消息。
- 根据权利要求14所述的处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:第二消息发送模块,用于在生成所述待发送消息后,直接发送所述消息。
- 根据权利要求13至16任一所述的处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:第二显示模块,用于在所述当前使用状态为处于最后一次通话结束后的第一时间段之外的第三使用状态的情况下,显示第二联系人界面,在该第二联系人界面中,隐藏所述联系人信息发送按键。
- 根据权利要求13至16任一所述的处理装置,其特征在于,所述第一联系人界面为联系人条目列表界面,所述处理装置还包括:语音识别标记模块,用于在通话的过程中进行语音识别,如果识别出姓名信息,则在联系人条目中进行查找,如果找到匹配的联系人,则对该匹配的联系人进行标记;当第一显示模块执行显示所述第一联系人界面的处理时,仅在被标记的联系人对应的联系人条目上,显示联系人信息发送按键。

- 根据权利要求19所述的处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:消息编辑模块,用于对所述待发送消息进行编辑;第一消息发送模块,用于在接收到消息发送指令后,发送所述待发送消息。
- 根据权利要求19所述的处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:第二消息发送模块,用于在生成所述待发送消息后,直接发送所述消息。
