REIVINDICAÇÕES

"DISPOSIÇÃO EM APLICADORA DE RÓTULOS OU SIMILARES AUTOADESIVOS DE TIPO SEM FITA DE SUPORTE E PROTEÇÃO" compreendida: por conjunto de eixo desbobinador (2); por conjunto de roletes (10) de tração e direcionamento da fita de rótulos (101 ); por conjunto de corte (20) constituído por uma faca de avanço e recuo, em forma de lâmina em "V" (21 ) ou a laser (22), que avança e recua transversalmente à fita de rótulos linerless (101 ) e que a cada movimento separa o rótulo extremo (100), a ser aplicado, do restante da fita de rótulos (101 ); por esteira (30) que apoia o rótulo extremo (100) da fita a ser aplicado e que após este ser separado, avança-o até a saída (40) do equipamento, disposta lateralmente junto a uma esteira (200) transportadora de embalagens a serem rotuladas (300); por dispositivo a vácuo auxiliar de aplicação de rótulo (50) localizado na saída (40) do equipamento; por conjunto motor (60); por dispositivo de comando eletronico (70); e por estrutura (80), caracterizado por dita aplicadora (1 ) ser provida, adicionalmente, de um marcador de dados variáveis a laser (90), localizado adjacente ao conjunto de corte (20), acima da esteira transportadora (30) para marcar dados variáveis, como: data de fabricação e validade, número do lote de fabricação do produto, códigos de rastreamento, preços.  1 .
