检测模块,用于检测移动终端的侧边是否同时有至少两个手指触摸点;
显示模块,用于当检测到同时具有至少两个手指触摸点时,则在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键的图标,通过点击所述功能键的图标实现相应功能。
所述的实现侧面功能键的系统,其中所述显示模块具体包括:
定时器开启单元,用于当检测到同时具有至少两个手指触摸点时,开启一定时器;
判断单元,用于定时器定时时间到达时,检测手指触摸点的位置变化是否在预定范围内,若是,则在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键。
所述的实现侧面功能键的系统,其中所述检测模块中,检测移动终端的侧边是否同时有至少两个手指触摸点以及移动终端相对的侧边是否均有手指触摸点,若是则进入显示模块。
所述的实现侧面功能键的系统,其中所述系统还包括:
取消模块,用于当所述触摸屏超过预定时间未接收到点击指令时,则不显示功能键的图标。
有益效果
有益效果:本发明通过对移动终端侧边检测手指触摸点,若同时检测到至少两个手指触摸点,则显示功能键,从而实现移动终端侧边功能键的功能。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明提供一种实现侧面功能键的方法及系统,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
请参阅图1,图1为本发明一种实现侧面功能键的方法较佳实施例的流程图,如图所示,其包括步骤:
S101、检测移动终端的侧边是否同时有至少两个手指触摸点;
S102、当检测到同时具有至少两个手指触摸点时,则在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键的图标,通过点击所述功能键的图标实现相应功能。
如图2所示,一般单手握持移动终端(以手机为例)的姿势,可以将五个手指简化为图中所示的五个点(右手持机),点1、2、3、4分别代表左侧的四个手指,点5代表大拇指。因此对于高灵敏度的手机触摸屏而言,单手握持手机时,可以简化为五个导电的物体对触摸屏的影响,通过触摸控制的软件算法可以检测出这五个点对触摸屏的影响,也就是说可以检测到五个手指触摸点。但是检测这五个手指触摸点并不是本发明的目的,也就是说检测这五个手指触摸点可通过现有技术中的常用方法,如通过接近传感器等方式来实现。而且通常握持方法的差异,系统检测到的不一定是五个手指触摸点,也可能是四个手指触摸点或更少。
本发明就是利用这些被检测到的手指触摸点的位置信息,建立一种动态的图标(功能键的图标),该图标位于触摸屏侧边(如触摸屏的左侧边或右侧边,或者顶侧边或底侧边),功能键的图标可以显示为半透明或非透明状态,该功能键为虚拟的,用来替代手机下方的功能键,并且是动态变化的。当需要功能键的时候,将手指按压在手机的侧边,触摸屏控制器检测到侧边同时具有至少两个手指触摸点的信息后,就可以显示相应的功能键的图标,可以通过点击该图标实现相应的功能,如返回按键,主页按键,菜单按键等等。
如下图3所示,取消手机下方原来的功能键,可以节省较大的空间作为其他功能区,也可以将下方的区域缩小,使得手机更小巧。在正常使用中,当不需要功能键的时候,可以省略显示功能键图标(即不显示功能键图标),以便显示更多的其他信息;当需要使用功能键的时候,将手指移动靠近移动终端侧边,此时触摸屏控制器检测到手指触摸点,通常情况下是四个或五个手指触摸点的位置信息,本发明可以选择其中至少两个手指触摸点的位置信息,在这里的所谓位置是指手指触摸点相对于手机底部的距离,也就是通常说的垂直方向或Y轴,这是因为需要将功能键的图标显示在触摸屏的侧边,防止影响其他显示信息,如图4所示,本发明可选择点2、3、4三个点作为三个功能键图标的显示位置,并在侧边显示三个功能键的图标,图标可以覆盖原有的显示信息,也可以采用半透明的状态显示在原有的图像上方,主要取决于设计需求。
在功能键的图标显示后,就可以通过点击图标打开相应的功能,对于屏幕较小的可以直接用大拇指点击,对于屏幕比较大的可以由另一只手的手指进行操作。当然也可以将功能键的图标显示在另一侧,如图5所示,这时候图标比较靠近大拇指,方便单手操作。
具体来说,所述步骤S102具体包括:
S201、当检测到同时具有至少两个手指触摸点时,开启一定时器;
S202、定时器到达时,检测手指触摸点的位置变化是否在预定范围内,若是,则在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键。
在手机触摸屏显示开启的状态下,如果在手机的左侧或者右侧检测到手指触摸点的信息,如同时检测到两个或两个以上的手指信息,此时开启一定时器,触摸控制器会延迟一段时间(即定时器定时时间),该时间可以是100毫秒,也可以是其他数值,取决于控制芯片的需要,然后继续检测,如果手指触摸点的位置变化不在预定范围内,则重新检测;如果检测到手指触摸点的位置变化在预定范围内,例如与之前的数据相同或接近,则相应的显示出功能键的图标,可以是2个或者3个图标,最多4个图标,图标位于触摸屏的侧边,尽量以不影响其他的显示内容为准,如图4或者图5所示,在垂直方向的位置主要参考手指所在的位置,即位于手指触摸点的同一高度水平较佳。功能键的图标可以在手指触摸点的同一侧,也可以显示在另一侧。此时如果点击了相应的图标,则显示界面切换为新的界面,原有的功能键的图标根据需要可以继续保留显示在原来的位置,也可以不再显示。
至于该预定范围,可设置一变化阈值,检测各手指触摸点的位置变化是否超过该变化阈值,若是的话,则说明手指触摸点的超过了预定范围。可以是检测到每个手指触摸点的位置变化都超过了预定范围,也可以是其中至少2个手指触摸点的位置变化超过了预定范围,则判定为不需要显示功能键图标,否则需要显示。
在所述步骤S102之后还包括:
S103、当触摸屏超过预定时间未接收到点击指令时,则不显示功能键的图标。
如果系统触摸屏超过预定时间未接收到点击指令,例如5秒,则可以退出该功能键的显示状态,并且不再显示相应的功能键的图标,直到下一次检测的条件成立。当然,也可以具体到如果功能键的图标超过预定时间未接收到点击指令,例如5秒,则可以退出该功能键的显示状态,并且不再显示相应的功能键的图标,直到下一次检测的条件成立。也就是说,用户长时间都未点击功能键,则无需显示功能键。
另外,在所述步骤S101中,检测移动终端的侧边是否同时有至少两个手指触摸点以及移动终端相对的侧边是否均有手指触摸点,若是则进入步骤S102。也就是说,较佳地,不仅是同时具有至少两个手指触摸点,而且相对的侧边(一侧边与其相对的另一侧边)都具有手指触摸点,则显示功能键的图标。这样更符合单手或双手持机的情况。
进一步,在所述步骤S101中,检测移动终端的一侧边是否同时有两个、三个或四个手指触摸点;以及相对的另一侧边是否具有一个手指触摸点。比如右手持机,则是移动终端的左侧边有至少两个、三个或四个手指触摸点,移动终端的右侧边有一个手指触摸点即大拇指,所以,可确定用户是在右手持机,可显示功能键的图标,对于左手持机的情况,则是移动终端的右侧边有至少两个、三个或四个手指触摸点,移动终端的左侧边有一个手指触摸点即大拇指
另外,所述功能键的图标以直立或侧立方式显示。对于直立的方式可以是按照原本功能键的图标显示方式,如图6或图7所示,侧立方式则是按照与直立方式垂直的方式进行显示,如图4或图5所示。
基于上述方法,本发明还提供一种实现侧面功能键的系统,如图8所示,包括:
检测模块100,用于检测移动终端的侧边是否同时有至少两个手指触摸点;
显示模块200,用于当检测到同时具有至少两个手指触摸点时,则在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键的图标,通过点击所述功能键的图标实现相应功能。
进一步,所述显示模块200具体包括:
定时器开启单元,用于当检测到同时具有至少两个手指触摸点时,开启一定时器;
判断单元,用于定时器定时时间到达时,检测手指触摸点的位置变化是否在预定范围内,若是,则在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键。
进一步,所述检测模块100中,检测移动终端的侧边是否同时有至少两个手指触摸点以及移动终端相对的侧边是否均有手指触摸点,若是则进入显示模块。
进一步,系统还包括:
取消模块,用于当所述触摸屏超过预定时间未接收到点击指令时,则不显示功能键的图标。
综上所述,本发明通过对移动终端侧边检测手指触摸点,若同时检测到至少两个手指触摸点,则显示功能键,从而实现移动终端侧边功能键的功能。
上述实现侧面功能键的系统与上文实施例中的实现侧面功能键的方法属于同一构思,在所述实现侧面功能键的系统上可以运行所述实现侧面功能键的方法实施例中提供的任一方法,其具体实现过程详见所述实现侧面功能键的方法实施例,此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是,对本发明实施例的实现侧面功能键的方法而言,本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现本发明实施例的实现侧面功能键的方法的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来控制相关的硬件来完成,所述计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,如存储在移动终端的存储器中,并被该移动终端内的至少一个处理器执行,在执行过程中可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(ROM)或随机存储记忆体(RAM)等。
对本发明实施例的实现侧面功能键的系统而言,其各功能模块可以集成在一个处理芯片中,也可以是各个模块单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上模块集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中,所述存储介质譬如为只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种实现侧面功能键的方法,其中所述方法包括步骤:
    检测移动终端的侧边是否同时具有至少两个手指触摸点;
    当检测到同时具有至少两个手指触摸点时,开启一定时器;
    定时器定时时间到达时,检测手指触摸点的位置变化是否在预定范围内,若是,则在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键的图标;以及
    当所述触摸屏超过预定时间未接收到点击指令时,则不显示功能键的图标。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的实现侧面功能键的方法,其中所述检测移动终端的侧边是否同时具有至少两个手指触摸点的步骤,包括:
    检测移动终端的一侧边是否同时有至少两个手指触摸点以及相对的另一侧边是否具有一个手指触摸点,若是则执行所述在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键的图标的步骤。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的实现侧面功能键的方法,其中所述功能键的图标以半透明状态显示。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的实现侧面功能键的方法,其中所述功能键的图标以不透明状态显示。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的实现侧面功能键的方法,其中所述功能键的图标以直立方式显示。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的实现侧面功能键的方法,其中所述功能键的图标以侧立方式显示。
  7. 一种实现侧面功能键的方法,其中所述方法包括步骤:
    检测移动终端的侧边是否同时具有至少两个手指触摸点;
    当检测到同时具有至少两个手指触摸点时,则在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键的图标,通过点击所述功能键的图标实现相应功能。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的实现侧面功能键的方法,其中所述当检测到同时具有至少两个手指触摸点时,则在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键的图标的步骤,具体包括:
    当检测到同时具有至少两个手指触摸点时,开启一定时器;
    定时器定时时间到达时,检测手指触摸点的位置变化是否在预定范围内,若是,则在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键的图标。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的实现侧面功能键的方法,其中所述检测移动终端的侧边是否同时具有至少两个手指触摸点的步骤,包括:检测移动终端的一侧边是否同时有至少两个手指触摸点以及相对的另一侧边是否具有一个手指触摸点,若是则执行所述在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键的图标的步骤。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的实现侧面功能键的方法,其中在所述当检测到同时具有至少两个手指触摸点时,则在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键的图标的步骤之后,还包括:
    当所述触摸屏超过预定时间未接收到点击指令时,则不显示功能键的图标。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的实现侧面功能键的方法,其中所述功能键的图标以半透明状态显示。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的实现侧面功能键的方法,其中所述功能键的图标以不透明状态显示。
  13. 根据权利要求7所述的实现侧面功能键的方法,其中所述功能键的图标以直立方式显示。
  14. 根据权利要求7所述的实现侧面功能键的方法,其中所述功能键的图标以侧立方式显示。
  15. 一种实现侧面功能键的系统,其中所述系统包括:
    检测模块,用于检测移动终端的侧边是否同时有至少两个手指触摸点;
    显示模块,用于当检测到同时具有至少两个手指触摸点时,则在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键的图标,通过点击所述功能键的图标实现相应功能。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的实现侧面功能键的系统,其中所述显示模块具体包括:
    定时器开启单元,用于当检测到同时具有至少两个手指触摸点时,开启一定时器;
    判断单元,用于定时器定时时间到达时,检测手指触摸点的位置变化是否在预定范围内,若是,则在移动终端触摸屏侧边显示功能键。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的实现侧面功能键的系统,其中所述检测模块中,检测移动终端的侧边是否同时有至少两个手指触摸点以及移动终端相对的侧边是否均有手指触摸点,若是则进入显示模块。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的实现侧面功能键的系统,其中所述系统还包括:
    取消模块,用于当所述触摸屏超过预定时间未接收到点击指令时,则不显示功能键的图标。
