背景技术
目前的手机为机卡分离式手机,所谓机卡分离式手机是指将包括上网认证账户信息和认证算法等信息的客户识别模块(Subscriber Identity Module,SIM)数据集成到一张SIM卡中,SIM卡与手机之间通过电触点接插件进行连接,从而实现了上网认证账户与手机的分离。
但是,对于这种机卡分离式手机,如果用户想要更换上网认证账户信息,就需要购买一张新的SIM卡,打开手机后盖或侧面的卡槽盖,将新的SIM卡放置在手机的卡槽中。可见,现有的通过更换SIM卡来实现更换上网认证账户信息的方式不仅操作复杂,且更换成本较高。

本发明实施例公开了一种SIM数据使用方法及移动终端,移动终端不需要安装SIM卡就可以进行通信,从而可以避免更换SIM卡的操作,减少更换成本。

本发明实施例公开了一种SIM数据使用方法及移动终端,移动终端不需要安装SIM卡就可以进行通信,从而可以避免更换SIM卡的操作,减少更换成本。以下分别进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明实施例公开的一种SIM数据使用方法的流程示意图。其中,图1所示的方法可以应用于智能手机(如Android手机等)、平板电脑、掌上电脑以及移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Devices,MID)、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)、智能手环、智能手表、智能眼镜等移动终端,该移动终端可以进行通话、收发短信或访问网站等。如图1所示,该SIM数据使用方法可以包括以下步骤:
S101、移动终端从目标设备中获取SIM数据。
本发明实施例中,目标设备可以为网络服务器(主要为运营商服务器)、包含SIM数据的移动介质,如U盘等,本发明实施例不做限定。SIM数据可以包括上网认证账户信息和认证算法等信息,其中,上网认证账户信息可以包括但不限于集成电路卡识别码ICCID、移动台识别号码MSISDN、国际移动客户识别码IMSI、临时移动客户识别码TMSI、位置区识别码LAI、全球小区识别码CGI、国际移动台设备IMEI,认证算法可以包括密钥KC、用户鉴权密码KI、A2认证算法等,本发明实施例不做限定。
本发明实施例中,移动终端可以从目标设备中获取SIM数据,同时还可以获取该SIM数据的服务密码,用于后期用户需要对该SIM数据执行各种操作时对用户进行身份鉴别。
需要说明的是,该SIM数据为独立于实体SIM卡的数据,用户在目标设备中获取到该SIM数据之后,只要通过了身份认证,就可以对该数据进行转移、复制、删除、使用该SIM数据进行通信等操作。
S102、移动终端将该SIM数据存储于该移动终端的数据库中。
本发明实施例中,移动终端在从目标设备中获取到SIM数据之后,就会将该SIM数据存储在移动终端的数据库中,其中,该数据库具体可以为非易失存储单元。
S103、当需要进行通信时,移动终端使用该SIM数据进行通信。
本发明实施例中,在移动终端将SIM数据存储在数据库中之后,如果该SIM数据对应的业务被激活,当用户需要进行通信时,移动终端就可以使用该SIM数据进行通信。
具体的,通信可以是指拨打或接听电话、接收或发送短信、使用流量进行网络访问等,本发明实施例不做限定。也就是说,当用户需要拨打电话时,移动终端就可以使用该SIM数据拨打电话,而当用户需要上网时,移动终端就可以使用SIM数据中的流量访问网页。在这种方式下,移动终端可以不安装SIM卡,仅仅将获取的SIM数据存储在数据库中,激活该SIM数据的业务就可以进行通信,从而可以避免如今的更换SIM卡来更换手机号码的操作。
作为一种可行的实施方式,当需要进行通信时,移动终端使用该SIM数据进行通信的具体方式可以包括以下步骤:
步骤11)当需要进行网络访问时,移动终端获取该SIM数据的剩余流量;
步骤12)移动终端判断该剩余流量是否大于预设剩余流量;
步骤13)在判断出该剩余流量大于预设剩余流量时,移动终端使用该SIM数据进行网络访问。
具体实现中,用户可以使用SIM数据购买流量套餐,流量套餐之内的流量,使用时产生的费用较少,而超过流量套餐的流量,可能需要支付的费用比流量套餐之内的流量费用要多。因此,用户可以设定流量阈值,也就是预设剩余流量,以便用户在进行网络访问时,能够及时监控剩余流量,从而可以避免使用的流量超过流量套餐而产生较昂贵的费用。
具体的,用户在使用流量进行网络访问时,移动终端可以记录用户使用的流量情况。因此,如果用户需要进行网络访问,移动终端会通过记录的使用该SIM数据的流量情况,以及该SIM数据的流量套餐,获取该SIM数据的剩余流量,并判断该剩余流量是否大于预设剩余流量。如果剩余流量大于预设剩余流量,该移动终端就可以使用该SIM数据的流量进行网络访问;如果剩余流量小于预设剩余流量,该移动终端就会提醒用户,以避免用户使用的流量超过流量套餐而产生较昂贵的费用。
可见,在图1所描述的方法中,移动终端可以从目标设备获取客户识别模块SIM数据,并将该SIM数据存储于数据库中,当需要进行通信时,使用该SIM数据进行通信。通过本发明实施例,移动终端不需要安装SIM卡就可以进行通信,这样可以在用户需要更换手机号码时,直接更换SIM数据,从而可以避免来回插拔SIM卡的操作,减少更换成本,同时有利于制造出越来越薄的移动终端。

具体的,移动终端在将SIM数据存储在数据库中之后,如果用户需要对该SIM数据进行操作,就可以输入针对该SIM数据的操作指令,移动终端从而可 以接收到用户输入的针对该SIM数据的操作指令。
其中,该操作指令可以包括但不限于激活指令、转移指令、删除指令以及复制指令等。
S205、移动终端响应该操作指令,输出用于提示输入服务密码的提示信息。
本发明实施例中,如果用户需要对该SIM数据进行操作,移动终端在接收到针对该SIM数据的操作指令之后,需要对用户进行身份验证,即输出用于提示输入服务密码的提示信息。只有用户输入了正确的服务密码,移动终端才能对该SIM数据执行与该操作指令对应的操作。
其中,移动终端可以使用文字输出该提示信息,也可以使用语音输出该提示信息,本发明实施例不做限定。
S206、当响应该提示信息输入的服务密码与该SIM数据的预设服务密码匹配时,移动终端对该SIM数据执行与该操作指令对应的操作。
本发明实施例中,当用户查看到移动终端输出的用于提示输入服务密码的提示信息时,用户就可以响应该提示信息,在移动终端显示屏上的服务密码输入框中输入服务密码。当移动终端接收到用户输入的服务密码时,会判断该服务密码与该SIM数据的预设服务密码是否匹配。如果该服务密码与预设服务密码匹配,移动终端就会对该SIM数据执行与该操作指令对应的操作;如果该服务密码与预设服务密码不匹配,移动终端就不会对该SIM数据执行任何操作。
作为一种可行的实施方式,当该操作指令为激活指令时,移动终端对该SIM数据执行与该操作指令对应的操作的具体方式可以为:
移动终端使用该服务密码对该SIM数据进行解密,并激活该SIM数据所对应的业务。
具体实现中,激活该SIM数据所对应的业务可以包括开通数据流量功能、漫游功能、短信功能、电话功能、手机邮箱功能、手机音乐功能、订阅新闻早晚报功能以及手机营业厅功能等,本发明实施例不做限定。
具体的,移动终端在获取到SIM数据时,SIM数据是以数据包的形式存在,只有对该SIM数据进行解密,并激活该SIM数据所对应的业务之后,移动终端中的调制解调器才能使用该SIM数据进行网络注册。当网络注册成功之后,移动终端才能使用该SIM数据进行通信。因此,当该操作指令为激活指令时,步骤S204~S206需在步骤S203之前执行。
作为另一种可行的实施方式,当该操作指令为转移指令时,该转移指令可包括目标移动终端的设备标识,那么移动终端对该SIM数据执行与该操作指令对应的操作的具体方式可以为:
移动终端根据该设备标识将该SIM数据转移至目标移动终端。
具体实现中,目标移动终端的设备标识可以是IMSI或IMEI,当用户需要将该SIM数据由该移动终端转移至目标移动终端,也就是将当前手机的手机号码在另一手机上使用时,只要用户输入的服务密码正确,就可以实现对SIM数据的转移,从而可以避免如今的转移SIM卡中SIM数据时来回插拔SIM卡的操作,从而提高转移效率。
可选的,用户还可以将一个SIM数据同时在多个移动终端中使用,如家庭成员使用同一个手机号码。所以,当该移动终端接收到的操作指令为复制指令时,只要用户输入了正确的服务密码,移动终端就可以将该SIM数据复制到另一移动终端,从而实现一个手机号码多部手机使用。
作为又一种可行的实施方式,当该操作值为删除指令时,移动终端对该SIM数据执行与该操作指令对应的操作的具体方式可以为:
移动终端从数据库中删除该SIM数据。
具体实现中,当用户不再使用该SIM数据时,只需要将该SIM数据从数据库中删除,从而可以避免打开手机后盖或手机侧面的卡槽盖,将SIM卡拔出的操作。进一步的,用户在删除SIM数据的同时,还可以在运营商的网页上注销该SIM数据,从而可以不用到营业厅排队注销SIM数据,使得用户对SIM数据的操作更加便捷。

举例来说,以无线网络定位-WIFI定位为例,移动终端上可能会安装各种定位应用程序,这些定位应用程序打开之后,首先会侦测移动终端接入的WIFI的路由器地址,然后在其WIFI位置数据库和地图数据的配合下完成定位,从而得到移动终端当前的位置信息。要使用WIFI定位,移动终端必须支持并启动WIFI。通过WIFI定位的精度取决于WIFI路由器的密度以及WIFI位置数据库的详细程度。
又举例来说,以集成GPS定位为例,基于全球卫星定位系统,有24颗GPS卫星分布在距离地面1.2万公里6个道平面上,以12小时的周期环绕地球运行,使得任意时刻地面上任意点都可以观测到4颗以上的卫星。集成GPS定位需要移动终端内置有GPS模块,该GPS模块只有接收功能,没有发射功能。全球卫星定位系统中的24颗GPS卫星会不断向地球发射包括有发射时间、卫星位置等重要参数的无线信号。因此,移动终端接收到GPS卫星发射的无线信号之后,会利用多个GPS卫星的同一时间发出的信号到达的先后顺序以及时差计算出该移动终端距各个GPS卫星的距离,然后根据三维坐标中的距离公式,利用3颗卫星组成3个方程式,计算出移动终端的位置坐标为(X,Y,Z)。考虑到卫星时钟与移动终端的时钟之间可能存在着误差,一般情况下,移动终端在定位的时候是需要引入第4颗卫星,形成4个方程式进行求解,从而可以得到移动终端的经纬度和高度。事实上,移动终端往往可以锁住4颗以上的卫星,这时,移动终端可以按照卫星的星座分布分成若干组,每组4颗,然后通过算法挑选出误差最小的一组用作定位,从而计算得到移动终端当前所处位置的位置信息。
本发明实施例中,不论SIM数据是以SIM卡的形式安装在移动终端,还是以SIM数据的形式存储在移动终端,SIM数据中都记录有其支持的网络类型,以及该SIM数据的归属地。如果移动终端安装有SIM卡,那么移动终端在获取当前的位置信息的同时,也就可以获取SIM卡中SIM数据的目标归属地信息。
S302、移动终端判断该位置信息与该目标归属地信息是否匹配,若是,结束本流程,若否,执行步骤S303。
本发明实施例中,当移动终端获取到当前所处的位置信息,以及其安装的SIM卡中SIM数据的归属地信息时,移动终端可以判断该位置信息与该目标归属地信息是否匹配。如果该位置信息与该目标归属地信息不匹配,那么就可以表明移动终端的SIM卡在当前位置区域使用为漫游,如果用户继续使用,会产生较昂贵的费用,因此,移动终端可以从目标设备中获取归属地信息与该位置信息匹配的SIM数据。如果该位置信息与该目标归属地信息匹配,那么移动终端可以继续使用该SIM卡中的SIM数据。
通过这种方式可以解决用户临时在某地驻留时,需要去营业厅办理当地的手机号码才能避免产生漫游费用的问题
需要说明的是,移动终端判断该位置信息与该目标归属地信息是否匹配可以理解为:判断该位置信息所标记的地点与目标归属地信息所标记的地点是否同属一个较大区域中的地点,如是否为同一个省份中的两个地点;或者判断该位置信息所标记的地点是否为目标归属地信息所标记的地点下的子地点,本发明实施例不做限定。
举例来说,如果用户手机中安装的SIM卡的归属地为A地,而用户当前在B地出差,那么手机在检测到当前的位置信息所标记的B地与SIM的归属地A地不为同一省份下的两个地点时,该手机就可以从运营商服务器中获取归属地为B地的SIM数据(即手机号码),用户在B地就可以使用该手机号码进行通信,从而可以减少用户使用SIM卡的手机号码产生的费用。通过这种方式,用户在出差到外地时可以不用重选购买SIM卡,从而提升用户体验。
S303、移动终端从目标设备中获取归属地信息与该位置信息匹配的SIM数据。
具体的,移动终端在判断出当前的位置信息与SIM卡中SIM数据的归属地信息不匹配之后,就可以从目标设备中获取归属地信息与该位置信息匹配的SIM数据。
也就是说,如果该移动终端同时支持实体SIM卡和虚拟SIM卡,移动终端在SIM卡的归属地与当前位置不匹配时,可以直接获取当前位置的SIM数据,从而可以在当前位置的区域范围内使用该SIM数据进行通信,减少用户的通信 费用。
S304、移动终端将该SIM数据存储于该移动终端的数据库中。
本发明实施例中,移动终端在从目标设备中获取到SIM数据之后,就会将该SIM数据存储在移动终端的数据库中,其中,该数据库具体可以为非易失存储单元。
S305、当需要进行通信时,移动终端使用该SIM数据进行通信,并结束本流程。
本发明实施例中,在移动终端将SIM数据存储在数据库中之后,如果该SIM数据对应的业务被激活,当用户需要进行通信时,移动终端就可以使用该SIM数据进行通信。
具体的,通信可以是指拨打或接听电话、接收或发送短信、使用流量进行网络访问等,本发明实施例不做限定。也就是说,当用户需要拨打电话时,移动终端就可以使用该SIM数据拨打电话,而当用户需要上网时,移动终端就可以使用SIM数据中的流量访问网页。在这种方式下,移动终端可以不安装SIM卡,仅仅将获取的SIM数据存储在数据库中,激活该SIM数据的业务就可以进行通信,从而可以避免如今的更换SIM卡来更换手机号码的操作。
可见,在图3所描述的方法中,移动终端在检测到经常使用的SIM卡处于漫游时,可以从运营商服务器中获取当地的SIM数据,从而使用该SIM数据进行通信,这样可以减少更换SIM卡的操作,提升用户体验。
请参阅图4,图4是本发明实施例公开的一种移动终端的结构示意图。其中,图4所描述的移动终端400可以包括但不限于智能手机(如Android手机等)、平板电脑、掌上电脑以及移动互联网设备、个人数字助理、智能手环、智能手表、智能眼镜等可以进行通话、收发短信或访问网站的移动终端。如图4所示,该移动终端400可以包括以下单元:
获取单元401,用于从目标设备中获取SIM数据。
存储单元402,用于将上述获取单元401获取的SIM数据存储于该移动终端400的数据库中。
通信单元403,用于当需要进行通信时,使用上述存储单元402存储的SIM数据进行通信。
可见,在图4所描述的移动终端中,移动终端可以从目标设备获取客户识别模块SIM数据,并将该SIM数据存储于数据库中,当需要进行通信时,使用该SIM数据进行通信。通过本发明实施例,移动终端不需要安装SIM卡就可以进行通信,这样可以在用户需要更换手机号码时,直接更换SIM数据,从而可以避免来回插拔SIM卡的操作,减少更换成本,同时有利于制造出越来越薄的移动终端。
请参阅图5,图5是本发明实施例公开的另一种移动终端的结构示意图。其中,图5所示的移动终端400是在图4所示的移动终端400的基础上优化得到的。如图5所示,该移动终端400还可以包括以下单元:
上述获取单元401,还用于在从目标设备中获取SIM数据之前,获取当前的位置信息,并获取该移动终端400SIM卡中SIM数据的目标归属地信息。
判断单元404,用于判断该位置信息与该目标归属地信息是否匹配,若否,则触发上述获取单元401执行从目标设备中获取SIM数据的操作。
其中,上述获取单元401从目标设备中获取SIM数据的具体方式可以为:
从目标设备中获取归属地信息与该位置信息匹配的SIM数据。
接收单元405,用于接收针对上述存储单元402存储的SIM数据的操作指令。
输出单元406,用于响应上述接收单元405接收的操作指令,输出用于提示输入服务密码的提示信息。
处理单元407,用于当响应该提示信息输入的服务密码与该SIM数据的预设服务密码匹配时,对该SIM数据执行与该操作指令对应的操作。
作为一种可行的实施方式,上述通信单元403可以包括获取子单元4031、判断子单元4032以及访问子单元4033,其中:
获取子单元4031,用于当需要进行网络访问时,获取该SIM数据的剩余流量。
判断子单元4032,用于判断上述获取子单元4031获取的剩余流量是否大于预设剩余流量。
访问子单元4033,用于在上述判断子单元4032判断出该剩余流量大于预设剩余流量时,使用该SIM数据进行网络访问。
作为另一种可行的实施方式,当该操作指令为激活指令时,上述处理单元407对该SIM数据执行与该操作指令对应的操作的具体方式可以为:
使用该服务密码对该SIM数据进行解密,并激活该SIM数据所对应的业务。
当该操作指令为转移指令时,该转移指令可包括目标移动终端的设备标识,那么上述处理单元407对该SIM数据执行与该操作指令对应的操作的具体方式可以为:
根据该设备标识将该SIM数据转移至目标移动终端。
可选的,用户还可以将一个SIM数据同时在多个移动终端中使用,如家庭成员使用同一个手机号码。所以,当接收单元405接收到的操作指令为复制指令时,只要用户输入了正确的服务密码,处理单元407就可以将该SIM数据复制到另一移动终端,从而实现一个手机号码多部手机使用。
当该操作值为删除指令时,上述处理单元407对该SIM数据执行与该操作指令对应的操作的具体方式可以为:
从数据库中删除该SIM数据。
可见,在图5所描述的移动终端中,用户在输入正确的服务密码之后,就可以对移动终端的SIM数据执行激活、删除、转移等操作,从而避免了如今用户激活手机号码、更换SIM卡、注销手机号码的一系列操作,提高了对SIM数据的操作效率。进一步的,移动终端在检测到经常使用的SIM卡处于漫游时,可以从运营商服务器中获取当地的SIM数据,从而使用该SIM数据进行通信,这样可以减少更换SIM卡的操作,提升用户体验。
请参阅图6,图6是本发明实施例公开的又一种移动终端的结构示意图。如图6所示,该移动终端600可以包括至少一个处理器601,如CPU,通信接口602,存储器603以及至少一个通信总线604,存储器603可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),如至少一个磁盘存储器,可选的,存储器603还可以是至少一个位于远离前述处理器601的存储装置。其中:
通信总线604用于实现处理器601、通信接口602以及存储器603等这些组件之间的连接通信。
存储器603中存储一组程序代码,且处理器601用于调用存储器603中存 储的程序代码,执行以下操作:
从目标设备中获取客户识别模块SIM数据;
将该SIM数据存储于该移动终端600的数据库中;
当需要进行通信时,使用该SIM数据进行通信。
作为一种可行的实施方式,处理器601还可以调用存储器603中存储的程序代码,执行以下操作:
获取当前的位置信息,并获取该移动终端600SIM卡中SIM数据的目标归属地信息;
判断该位置信息与该目标归属地信息是否匹配,若否,执行从目标设备中获取SIM数据的操作;
其中,处理器601从目标设备中获取SIM数据的具体方式可以为:
从目标设备中获取归属地信息与该位置信息匹配的SIM数据。
作为另一种可行的实施方式,当需要进行通信时,处理器601使用所述SIM数据进行通信的具体方式可以为:
当需要进行网络访问时,获取该SIM数据的剩余流量;
判断该剩余流量是否大于预设流量,若是,则使用该SIM数据进行网络访问。
作为又一种可行的实施方式,处理器601还可以调用存储器603中存储的程序代码,执行以下操作:
接收针对该SIM数据的操作指令;
响应该操作指令,输出用于提示输入服务密码的提示信息;
当响应该提示信息输入的服务密码与该SIM数据的预设服务密码匹配时,对该SIM数据执行与该操作指令对应的操作。
作为又一种可行的实施方式,当该操作指令为激活指令时,处理器601对该SIM数据执行与该操作指令对应的操作的具体方式可以为:
使用该服务密码对该SIM数据进行解密,并激活该SIM数据所对应的业务。
作为又一种可行的实施方式,当该操作指令为转移指令时,该转移指令包括目标移动终端的设备标识,处理器601对该SIM数据执行与该操作指令对应的操作的具体方式可以为:
根据该设备标识将该SIM数据转移至该目标移动终端。
作为又一种可行的实施方式,当该操作指令为删除指令时,处理器601对该SIM数据执行与该操作指令对应的操作的具体方式可以为:
从该数据库中删除该SIM数据。
可见,在6所描述的移动终端中,移动终端可以从目标设备获取客户识别模块SIM数据,并将该SIM数据存储于数据库中,当需要进行通信时,使用该SIM数据进行通信。通过本发明实施例,移动终端不需要安装SIM卡就可以进行通信,这样可以在用户需要更换手机号码时,直接更换SIM数据,从而可以避免来回插拔SIM卡的操作,减少更换成本,同时有利于制造出越来越薄的移动终端。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种SIM数据使用方法,其特征在于,包括:
    移动终端从目标设备中获取客户识别模块SIM数据;
    所述移动终端将所述SIM数据存储于所述移动终端的数据库中;
    当需要进行通信时,所述移动终端使用所述SIM数据进行通信。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述移动终端获取当前的位置信息,并获取所述移动终端SIM卡中SIM数据的目标归属地信息;
    所述移动终端判断所述位置信息与所述目标归属地信息是否匹配,若否,所述移动终端则执行从目标设备中获取SIM数据的步骤;
    所述移动终端从目标设备中获取SIM数据,包括:
    所述移动终端从目标设备中获取归属地信息与所述位置信息匹配的SIM数据。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当需要进行通信时,所述移动终端使用所述SIM数据进行通信,包括:
    当需要进行网络访问时,所述移动终端获取所述SIM数据的剩余流量;
    所述移动终端判断所述剩余流量是否大于预设流量,若是,所述移动终端则使用所述SIM数据进行网络访问。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动终端将所述SIM数据存储于所述移动终端的数据库中之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述移动终端接收针对所述SIM数据的操作指令;
    所述移动终端响应所述操作指令,输出用于提示输入服务密码的提示信息;
    当响应所述提示信息输入的服务密码与所述SIM数据的预设服务密码匹配时,所述移动终端对所述SIM数据执行与所述操作指令对应的操作。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,
    当所述操作指令为激活指令时,所述移动终端对所述SIM数据执行与所述操作指令对应的操作,包括:
    所述移动终端使用所述服务密码对所述SIM数据进行解密,并激活所述SIM数据所对应的业务;
    当所述操作指令为转移指令时,所述转移指令包括目标移动终端的设备标识;所述移动终端对所述SIM数据执行与所述操作指令对应的操作,包括:
    所述移动终端根据所述设备标识将所述SIM数据转移至所述目标移动终端;
    当所述操作指令为删除指令时,所述移动终端对所述SIM数据执行与所述操作指令对应的操作,包括:
    所述移动终端从所述数据库中删除所述SIM数据。
  6. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于从目标设备中获取客户识别模块SIM数据;
    存储单元,用于将所述SIM数据存储于所述移动终端的数据库中;
    通信单元,用于当需要进行通信时,使用所述SIM数据进行通信。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其特征在于,
    所述获取单元,还用于获取当前的位置信息,并获取所述移动终端SIM卡中SIM数据的目标归属地信息;
    所述移动终端还包括:
    判断单元,用于判断所述位置信息与所述目标归属地信息是否匹配,若否,则触发所述获取单元执行所述从目标设备中获取SIM数据的操作;
    其中,所述获取单元从目标设备中获取SIM数据的具体方式为:
    从目标设备中获取归属地信息与所述位置信息匹配的SIM数据。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述通信单元包括获取子单元、判断子单元及访问子单元,其中:
    所述获取子单元,用于当需要进行网络访问时,获取所述SIM数据的剩余流量;
    所述判断子单元,用于判断所述剩余流量是否大于预设流量;
    所述访问子单元,用于在所述判断子单元判断出所述剩余流量大于预设流量时,使用所述SIM数据进行网络访问。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端还包括:
    接收单元,用于接收针对所述SIM数据的操作指令;
    输出单元,用于响应所述操作指令,输出用于提示输入服务密码的提示信息;
    处理单元,用于在响应所述提示信息输入的服务密码与所述SIM数据的预设服务密码匹配时,对所述SIM数据执行与所述操作指令对应的操作。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其特征在于,
    当所述操作指令为激活指令时,所述处理单元对所述SIM数据执行与所述操作指令对应的操作的具体方式为:
    使用所述服务密码对所述SIM数据进行解密,并激活所述SIM数据所对应的业务;
    当所述操作指令为转移指令时,所述转移指令包括目标移动终端的设备标识;所述处理单元对所述SIM数据执行与所述操作指令对应的操作的具体方式为:
    根据所述设备标识将所述SIM数据转移至所述目标移动终端;
    当所述操作指令为删除指令时,所述处理单元对所述SIM数据执行与所述操作指令对应的操作的具体方式为:
    从所述数据库中删除所述SIM数据。
