Abstract

一种用于防水卷材的自粘胶带，它包括由下向上依次层叠设置的基膜层（1）、第一热熔胶层（2）、加强层（3）、第二热熔胶层（4）和砂层（5），所述基膜层（1）的材质为聚氨酯膜、聚乙烯膜或PET膜，所述加强层（3）为PE交叉层压膜。这种自粘胶带，大幅度提升了胶带本身的强度，提高了搭接边的强度，克服了冷热因素对其的影响，且使用方便。

Description

一种用于防水卷材的自粘胶带 技术领域
本申请属于粘结材料领域，涉及一种自粘胶带，具体涉及一种用于防水卷材的自粘胶带。
背景技术
防水卷材是专为地下与隧道工程研制开发的一种能与后浇混凝土结构预铺形成牢固反粘结的防水卷材。该卷材是一般以树脂类高分子（EVA、LDPE、HDPE、ECB等）片材为主体防水材料，在高分子防水基材上覆非沥青基自粘胶料的高分子防水卷材。卷材自粘层与液态混凝土浆料反应固结后，形成防水层与混凝土结构的无间隙结合，杜绝层间窜水隐患。
防水卷材一般采用搭接的方式进行连接，粘贴后，随即用胶辊用力滚压排出空气，使卷材搭接边粘结牢固，而防水卷材对应的连接处则为搭接边。搭接边处容易因胶水的老化、冷热收缩等因素而出现搭接不牢、边缘翘皮，从而出现漏水、渗漏等不良问题，是整个防水体系的薄弱点。
发明内容
本申请目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供了一种用于防水卷材的自粘胶带。
为达到上述目的，本申请采用的技术方案是：一种用于防水卷材的自粘胶带，它包括由下向上依次层叠设置的基膜层、第一热熔胶层、加强层、第二热熔胶层和砂层，所述基膜层的材质为聚氨酯膜、聚乙烯膜或PET膜，所述加强层为PE交叉层压膜。
优化地，所述砂层由白砂组成，其堆积密度为1500~2000kg/m3。
优化地，所述基膜层的厚度为30~60微米。
进一步地，所述砂层的目数为30~60目。
优化地，所述第一热熔胶层和所述第二热熔胶层的材质相同，其厚度为100~1000微米。
优化地，所述加强层的厚度为30~60微米。
由于上述技术方案运用，本申请与现有技术相比具有下列优点：本申请用于防水卷材的自粘胶带，一方面加强层采用PE交叉层压膜，大幅度提升胶带本身的强度，从而提高了搭接边的强度，克服了冷热因素对其的影响；另一方面在加强层的两侧分别设置第一热熔胶层、第二热熔胶层，并在第二热熔胶层上覆以砂层，这样即克服了以往自粘胶带使用不便的缺陷，使用后工人就可以直接在上面行走，而且有利于提高粘结强度。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本申请优选实施方案进行详细说明：
如图1所示用于防水卷材的自粘胶带，主要包括基膜层1、第一热熔胶层2、加强层3、第二热熔胶层4和砂层5，基膜层1、第一热熔胶层2、加强层3、第二热熔胶层4和砂层5由下向上依次层叠设置。
其中，基膜层1的材质为聚氨酯膜（PU）、聚乙烯膜（PE）或PET膜，优选使用聚乙烯膜（PE），其厚度一般为30~60微米，起到保护第一热熔胶层2的作用。第一热熔胶层2和第二热熔胶层4的材料可以相同，也可以不同，这样可以根据实际的需要采用不同的材料，或者采用不同的厚度，从而调节它们对基膜层1、砂层5的粘结强度；在本实施例中，为了方便自粘胶带的制作，可以使用相同的材质进行制作，其厚度均为100~1000微米。加强层3为PE交叉层压膜，有利于大幅度提升胶带本身的强度和搭接边的强度，克服了冷热因素对其的影响，其厚度为30~60微米。
在本实施例中，砂层5由白砂组成，其堆积密度为1500~2000kg/m3，这样能够方便对自粘胶带施加作用力，从而方便自粘胶带的铺设。砂层5的目数一般为30~60目。

  1. 一种用于防水卷材的自粘胶带，其特征在于：它包括由下向上依次层叠设置的基膜层（1）、第一热熔胶层（2）、加强层（3）、第二热熔胶层（4）和砂层（5），所述基膜层（1）的材质为聚氨酯膜、聚乙烯膜或PET膜，所述加强层（3）为PE交叉层压膜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于防水卷材的自粘胶带，其特征在于：所述砂层（5）由白砂组成，其堆积密度为1500~2000kg/m3。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的用于防水卷材的自粘胶带，其特征在于：所述基膜层（1）的厚度为30~60微米。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的用于防水卷材的自粘胶带，其特征在于：所述砂层（5）的目数为30~60目。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的用于防水卷材的自粘胶带，其特征在于：所述第一热熔胶层（2）和所述第二热熔胶层（4）的材质相同，其厚度为100~1000微米。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的用于防水卷材的自粘胶带，其特征在于：所述加强层（3）的厚度为30~60微米。
