进一步的,本申请通过获取用户的呼出操作,根据所述呼出操作显示供类别选择的悬浮标签,通过悬浮标签为用户提供显示和选择类别的渠道,方便用户快快速选择想要的类别。
进一步的,本申请通过在显示对应于选择的类别的数据对象的同时或之前,取消所述悬浮标签的显示,可以节省屏幕的显示空间,方便用户有更多的屏幕空间查看选择的数据对象。
进一步的,本申请通过调整所述数据对象的类别为另一个类别,可以对数据对象的所属类别进行更改,例如,将原来属于A类别的数据对象调整到另一个B类别中,进而快速将选择的数据对象转移到另一个类别中,便于后续精准地在B类别中查询到目标数据对象。

在本申请一个典型的配置中,终端、服务网络的设备和可信方均包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。
内存可能包括计算机可读介质中的非永久性存储器,随机存取存储器(RAM)和/或非易失性内存等形式,如只读存储器(ROM)或闪存(flash RAM)。内存是计算机可读介质的示例。

如图3所示,根据本申请的一个方面,提供一种数据对象检索方法,其中,该方法包括:
步骤S1,将数据对象按类别进行分类,从而便于后续可根据类别查找数据对象;可选的,所述数据对象包括图片、视频、文本和应用中的一种或任意组合,可选的,所述类别包括时间型、文字型类别中的一种或任意组合,例如,如果是日期型类别,可以预设多个不同日期的类别,如6月、7月、8月…的类别,或者6月1日、6月2日、6月3日…更精细的类别,供用户选择,如果是文字型类别,可以预设多个不同关键词的类别,以将数据对象分入对应的类别,及后续供用户选择想要查找的类别中的数据对象,本领域技术人员应能理解上述数据对象和类别的描述仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的数据对象和类别的描述如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此;
步骤S2,获取选择的某个类别,从而便于后续根据类别快速定位到需要查找的数据对象;
步骤S3,显示对应于选择的类别的数据对象。在此,本实施例适用于各种移动智能终端如手机、PAD等,通常的移动智能终端的显示屏幕比较小,一屏显示的内容比较少,根据选择的类别,显示对应于选择的类别的数据对象,与用户的交互操作更为简单方便,无需用户作大量的滚屏操作或者输入关键词,就能够快速定位到用户需要查找的数据对象,由于查找到的是某一类别的数据对象,所以不会遗漏属于这一类别中的任何一个数据对象。
如图4所示,本申请一优选的实施例的数据对象检索方法中,步骤S2,获取选择的某个类别,包括:
步骤S21,获取用户的呼出操作;在此,所述呼出操作可以是单手呼出操作,如单击、双击、长按、按下后释放、滑动、旋转操作中的一种或任意组合,从而实现用户的交互操作更简单,本领域技术人员应能理解上述呼出操作的描述仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的呼出操作如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此;
步骤S22,根据所述呼出操作显示供类别选择的悬浮标签;
步骤S23,获取在悬浮标签上选择的某个类别。在此,通过悬浮标签为用户提供显示和选择类别的渠道,方便用户快快速选择想要的类别,如图9中的步骤93所示,所述悬浮标签上的类别可设置为转盘式,用户拨动到转盘的不同角度,即可显示对应的类别。
如图5所示,本申请一优选的实施例的数据对象检索方法中,步骤S3,显示对应于选择的类别的数据对象的同时或之前,还包括:
步骤S4,取消所述悬浮标签的显示。在此,为了节省屏幕的显示空间,可以在显示对应于选择的类别的数据对象的同时或之前,可以隐去所述悬浮标签在屏幕上的显示,方便用户有更多的屏幕空间查看选择的数据对象。
如图6所示,本申请一优选的实施例的数据对象检索方法中,步骤S2,获取选择的某个类别的之前,还包括:
步骤S11,调整所述数据对象的类别为另一个类别。在此,通过调整所述数据对象的类别为另一个类别,可以对数据对象的所属类别进行更改,例如,将原来属于A类别的数据对象调整到另一个B类别中,进而快速将选择的数据对象转移到另一个类别中,便于后续精准地在B类别中查询到目标数据对象。
如图7所示,本申请一优选的实施例的数据对象检索方法中,步骤S11,调整所述数据对象的类别为另一个类别,包括:
步骤S111,获取用户的呼出操作;
步骤S112,根据所述呼出操作显示供类别选择的悬浮标签;
步骤S113,获取在悬浮标签上新选择的某个类别;
步骤S114,获取选择的数据对象;
步骤S115,将所述选择的数据对象重新归入所述新选择的某个类别。在此,可通过各种移动操作,如拖动操作将所述选择的数据对象重新归入所述新选择的某个类别,本实施例通过悬浮标签为用户提供显示和选择类别的渠道,方便用户快快速选择想要的类别,并将选择的数据对象重新归入新选择的类别,如图10所示,所述悬浮标签上的类别可设置为转盘式,用户拨动到转盘的不同角度,即可显示对应的类别。本领域技术人员应能理解上述调整所述数据对象的类别为另一个类别的描述仅为举例,其他现有的或今后可能出现的调整所述数据对象的类别为另一个类别的描述如可适用于本申请,也应包含在本申请保护范围以内,并在此以引用方式包含于此。
如图8所示,本申请一优选的实施例的数据对象检索方法中,步骤S115,将所述选择的数据对象重新归入所述新选择的某个类别之后,还包括:
步骤S116,取消所述悬浮标签的显示。在此,为了节省屏幕的显示空间,可以在显示对应于选择的类别的数据对象的同时或之前,可以隐去所述悬浮标签在屏幕上的显示,方便用户有更多的屏幕空间查看选择的数据对象。

如图9所示,本申请一具体的应用实例中,对某类数据对象检索包括如下步骤:
步骤93,将数据对象按日期进行分类,如分为6月28日、6月29日、6月30日和7月1日共四类;
步骤94,手指按住屏幕向左拖拽进行呼出操作后,在屏幕右侧的悬浮标签会跑出来;
步骤95,在悬浮标签上通过上下拨动日期快速定位想要搜索的数据对象,如可以拨到6月30日,显示在6月30日类别内的数据对象。在此,通过悬浮标签,即可为用户提供快速筛选数据对象的功能。
如图10所示,本申请另一具体的应用实例中,移动(调整)所述数据对象的类别为另一个类别,包括如下步骤:
步骤101,选中需要移动的数据对象如6月28日的图片;
步骤102,进行呼出操作,显示悬浮标签后,在在悬浮标签上通过上下拨动选择需要移动到的日期类别,如6月30日;
步骤103,将需要移动的数据对象如6月28日的图片拖到悬浮标签上;
步骤104,需要移动的数据对象如6月28日的图片即移动到6月30日的分类中,从而完成数据对象的快速转移。
如图11所示,根据本申请的另一面,还提供一种数据对象检索设备,其中,该设备100包括:
分类装置1,用于将数据对象按类别进行分类,以将数据对象分入对应的类别,及后续供用户选择想要查找的类别中的数据对象;
获取装置2,用于获取选择的某个类别,从而便于后续根据类别快速定位到需要查找的数据对象;
显示装置3,用于显示对应于选择的类别的数据对象。在此,本实施例适用于各种移动智能终端如手机、PAD等,通常的移动智能终端的显示屏幕比较小,一屏显示的内容 比较少,根据选择的类别,显示对应于选择的类别的数据对象,与用户的交互操作更为简单方便,无需用户作大量的滚屏操作或者输入关键词,就能够快速定位到用户需要查找的数据对象,由于查找到的是某一类别的数据对象,所以不会遗漏属于这一类别中的任何一个数据对象。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种数据对象检索方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    将数据对象按类别进行分类;
    获取选择的某个类别;
    显示对应于选择的类别的数据对象。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取选择的某个类别,包括:
    获取用户的呼出操作;
    根据所述呼出操作显示供类别选择的悬浮标签;
    获取在悬浮标签上选择的某个类别。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在显示对应于选择的类别的数据对象的同时或之前,还包括:
    取消所述悬浮标签的显示。
  4. 如权利要求2至3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述呼出操作包括单击、双击、长按、按下后释放、滑动、旋转操作中的一种或任意组合。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取选择的某个类别的之前,还包括:
    调整所述数据对象的类别为另一个类别。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述调整所述数据对象的类别为另一个类别,包括:
    获取用户的呼出操作;
    根据所述呼出操作显示供类别选择的悬浮标签;
    获取在悬浮标签上新选择的某个类别;
    获取选择的数据对象;
    将所述选择的数据对象重新归入所述新选择的某个类别。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述选择的数据对象重新归入所述新选择的某个类别之后,还包括:
    取消所述悬浮标签的显示。
  8. 如权利要求5至7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述调整所述数据对象的类别为另一个类别,包括:
    调整某个类别的数据对象为另一个类别。
  9. 如权利要求1至8任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述类别包括时间型、文字型类别中的一种或任意组合。
  10. 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述数据对象包括图片、视频、文本和应用中的一种或任意组合。
  11. 一种数据对象检索设备,其特征在于,该设备包括:
    分类装置,用于将数据对象按类别进行分类;
    获取装置,用于获取选择的某个类别;
    显示装置,用于显示对应于选择的类别的数据对象。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的设备,其特征在于,所述获取装置,用于获取用户的呼出操作,根据所述呼出操作显示供类别选择的悬浮标签,获取在悬浮标签上选择的某个类别。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的设备,其特征在于,所述显示装置,还用于在显示对应于选择的类别的数据对象的同时或之前,取消所述悬浮标签的显示。
  14. 如权利要求12至13所述的设备,其特征在于,所述呼出操作包括单击、双击、长按、按下后释放、滑动、旋转操作中的一种或任意组合。
  15. 如权利要求11至14任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备还包括调整模块,用于在获取选择的某个类别的之前,调整所述数据对象的类别为另一个类别。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的设备,其特征在于,所述调整模块,用于获取用户的呼出操作,根据所述呼出操作显示供类别选择的悬浮标签,获取在悬浮标签上新选择的某个类别,获取选择的数据对象,将所述选择的数据对象重新归入所述新选择的某个类别。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的设备,其特征在于,所述调整模块,还用于在将所述选择的数据对象重新归入所述新选择的某个类别之后,取消所述悬浮标签的显示。
  18. 如权利要求15至17任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述调整模块,用于调整某个类别的数据对象为另一个类别。
  19. 如权利要求11至18任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述类别包括时间型、文字型类别中的一种或任意组合。
  20. 如权利要求11至19任一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述数据对象包括图片、视频、文本和应用中的一种或任意组合。
