Abstract
一种仿真显示冰箱,包括柜体(10),柜体(10)内设有冷藏室(11)和冷冻室(12),冷藏室(11)和冷冻室(12)分别设有多个隔层,柜体(10)上设有柜门(20),柜体(10)内设有拍摄柜体内储物状况画面的摄像头(50),柜体(10)内的每一隔层顶部均设有LED灯(60);柜门上设置有显示屏和操控按钮(40),摄像头(50)、LED灯(60)、显示屏(30)和操控按钮(40)同时与控制模块电连接;摄像头(50)包括冷藏室摄像头和冷冻室摄像头,LED灯(60)包括冷藏室LED灯和冷冻室LED灯,操控按钮(40)包括分别用于控制冷藏室摄像头和冷冻室摄像头,以及冷藏室LED灯和冷冻室LED灯的多个按钮;显示屏(30)包括分别用于显示多个隔层内画面的多个显示区间;显示驱动单元包括分别连接多个所述显示区间的驱动子单元。上述方案可以提高冰箱节能效果。
Description
本发明涉及家电技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种仿真显示冰箱。
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,各种家用电器已经成了家庭必不可少的电器设备。且目前冰箱品种和功能也日益完善,满足了广大用户不断提升的需求。例如,在冰箱节能功能方面,已有多种科技手段可达到节能的目的。
但是,现有的冰箱在使用过程中,当用户需要观察冰箱柜体内所存物品的状况时,必须要先打开冰箱,逐一查看,然后才能确定是否有需要拿取的物品。在此过程中,冰箱冷藏室或冷冻室的门一直处于打开状态,直接导致柜体内温度升高,一旦升高到设定的临界温度,压缩机需要再次启动进行制冷。而且,在日常使用中,一天内开启冰箱的次数也是相当多,在多次的开关过程中,会消耗大量的能量,从而影响冰箱的节能效果。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种不用打开冰箱门,即能自动识别冰箱内存储物品状况的仿真显示冰箱。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种仿真显示冰箱,包括具有制冷功能的柜体,所述柜体内设置有冷藏室和冷冻室,所述冷藏室和所述冷冻室又分别设置有多个隔层,所述柜体上
设置有柜门,其中,所述柜体内设置有全面拍摄所述柜体内储物状况画面的摄像头,所述柜体内的每一隔层顶部均设置有LED灯;所述柜门上设置有显示屏和操控按钮,所述摄像头、所述LED灯、所述显示屏和所述操控按钮同时与控制模块电连接;所述控制模块包括用于控制所述LED灯点亮的灯光控制单元、用于通过所述显示屏显示所述摄像头拍摄画面的显示驱动单元;所述摄像头包括冷藏室摄像头和冷冻室摄像头,所述LED灯包括冷藏室LED灯和冷冻室LED灯,所述操控按钮包括分别用于控制所述冷藏室摄像头和所述冷冻室摄像头,以及所述冷藏室LED灯和所述冷冻室LED灯的多个按钮;所述显示屏包括分别用于显示多个所述隔层内画面的多个显示区间;所述显示驱动单元包括分别连接多个所述显示区间的驱动子单元;所述柜体内侧面上设置有反光材料层。
本发明所述的仿真显示冰箱,其中,所述操控按钮包括同时控制所述冷藏室LED灯点亮及所述冷藏室摄像头启动、或控制所述冷藏室LED灯关闭及所述冷藏室摄像头关闭的第一控制按钮。
本发明所述的仿真显示冰箱,其中,所述操控按钮还包括同时控制所述冷冻室LED灯点亮及所述冷冻室摄像头组启动、或控制所述冷冻室LED灯关闭及所述冷冻室摄像头组关闭的第二控制按钮。
本发明所述的仿真显示冰箱,其中,所述显示屏为触摸屏,所述操控按钮为触摸按钮。
本发明所述的仿真显示冰箱,其中,所述柜体内每一隔层内的摄像头均设置于隔层顶部边缘处。
本发明所述的仿真显示冰箱,其中,所述柜体内每一隔层内设置有两个摄像头。
本发明所述的仿真显示冰箱,其中,所述柜体上设置有上下排布的至少两
个所述柜门,所述显示屏和操控按钮设置于上面的所述柜门上。
本发明所述的仿真显示冰箱,其中,所述柜体上设置有左右排布的至少两个所述柜门,所述显示屏和操控按钮设置于右侧的所述柜门上。
本发明的有益效果在于:采用上述仿真显示冰箱方案,可以在不开启冰箱门的情况下,可直接清楚地观察到冰箱内的物品状况,如果没有需要拿取的物品,则不需开启冰箱门,从而节省了电能,如此多次积累,可提高冰箱的节能效果,同时使得冰箱产品也更加环保。

本发明较佳实施例的仿真显示冰箱大体结构如图1和图2所示,同时参阅图3,包括具有制冷功能的柜体10,柜体10内设置有冷藏室11和冷冻室12,冷藏室11和冷冻室12又分别设置有多个隔层111、112、113、121、122、123,柜体10上设置有柜门20,其中,柜体10内设置有全面拍摄柜体内储物状况画面的摄像头,柜体10内的每一隔层顶部均设置有LED灯;柜门上设置有显示屏和操控按钮,摄像头50、LED灯60、显示屏30和操控按钮40同时与控制模块电连接;控制模块包括用于控制LED灯60点亮的灯光控制单元、用于通过显示屏30显示摄像头拍摄画面的显示驱动单元;摄像头60包括冷藏室摄像头和冷冻室摄像头,LED灯50包括冷藏室LED灯和冷冻室LED灯,操控按钮40包括分别用于控制冷藏室摄像头和冷冻室摄像头,以及冷藏室LED灯和冷冻室LED灯的多个按钮;显示屏包括分别用于显示多个隔层内画面的多个显示区间;显示驱动单元包括分别连接多个显示区间的驱动子单元;柜体内侧面上设置有反光材料层。用户需要拿取物品,且不确定冰箱内是否有需要的物品前,可以先从柜门20上打开LED灯,并打开摄像头,通过柜门20上的显示屏30观察,如果确定有,再打开冰箱拿取,如果没有则不需开冰箱门,从而节省了电能,如此多次积累,可提高冰箱的节能效果,同时使得冰箱产品也更加环保。
进一步地,上述仿真显示冰箱操控按钮40包括同时控制冷藏室LED灯点亮及冷藏室摄像头启动、或控制冷藏室LED灯关闭及冷藏室摄像头关闭的第一控制按钮。可以为机械按钮,也可以为触摸按钮。用户使用时,通过一个按钮即可同时控制冷藏室的LED灯和摄像头,节省了操作步骤。
进一步地,上述仿真显示冰箱操控按钮还包括同时控制冷冻室LED灯点亮及冷冻室摄像头组启动、或控制冷冻室LED灯关闭及冷冻室摄像头组关闭的第
二控制按钮。可以为机械按钮,也可以为触摸按钮。用户使用时,通过一个按钮即可同时控制冷冻室的LED灯和摄像头,节省了操作步骤。
优选地,上述仿真显示冰箱显示屏为触摸屏,操控按钮为触摸按钮。
进一步地,上述仿真显示冰箱柜体内侧面上设置有反光材料层,以在LED灯点亮时,通过侧面反光增加柜体内亮度,提高摄像头拍摄画面的清晰度。
进一步地,上述仿真显示冰箱柜体内每一隔层内的摄像头均设置于隔层顶部边缘处,并选取合适的角度安置,以保证最大限度的拍摄隔层内物品状况。
进一步地,上述仿真显示冰箱柜体内每一隔层内设置有两个摄像头,通过两个摄像头可更加清楚的进行观察。
进一步地,上述仿真显示冰箱的柜体10内还设置有用于制冷温度控制的主控板,控制模块与主控板电连接、以在显示屏30上显示柜体10内当前温度值。
进一步地,上述仿真显示冰箱的柜体10上设置有上下排布的至少两个柜门20或抽屉,也可以是三个柜门20或抽屉,显示屏30和操控按钮40设置于上面的柜门20上,以便于观察和操作。
进一步地,上述仿真显示冰箱的柜体10上设置有左右排布的至少两个柜门20,显示屏30和操控按钮40设置于右侧的柜门20上,以便于观察和操作。

- 一种仿真显示冰箱,包括具有制冷功能的柜体,所述柜体内设置有冷藏室和冷冻室,所述冷藏室和所述冷冻室又分别设置有多个隔层,所述柜体上设置有柜门,其特征在于,所述柜体内设置有全面拍摄所述柜体内储物状况画面的摄像头,所述柜体内的每一隔层顶部均设置有LED灯;所述柜门上设置有显示屏和操控按钮,所述摄像头、所述LED灯、所述显示屏和所述操控按钮同时与控制模块电连接;所述控制模块包括用于控制所述LED灯点亮的灯光控制单元、用于通过所述显示屏显示所述摄像头拍摄画面的显示驱动单元;所述摄像头包括冷藏室摄像头和冷冻室摄像头,所述LED灯包括冷藏室LED灯和冷冻室LED灯,所述操控按钮包括分别用于控制所述冷藏室摄像头和所述冷冻室摄像头,以及所述冷藏室LED灯和所述冷冻室LED灯的多个按钮;所述显示屏包括分别用于显示多个所述隔层内画面的多个显示区间;所述显示驱动单元包括分别连接多个所述显示区间的驱动子单元;所述柜体内侧面上设置有反光材料层。

- 根据权利要求1所述的仿真显示冰箱,其特征在于,所述显示屏为触摸屏,所述操控按钮为触摸按钮。
