- Figure 5 is a plan view showing the structure of the traction device
- Figure 6 is an exploded perspective view showing a state in which the fixing portion and the expansion portion separated.
- Traction device 100 of the present invention is composed of a fixing portion 110 and the expansion portion 120, the fixing portion 110 is made of a relatively rigid material, the expansion portion 120 is made of a good elastic material.
- the fixing part 110 has an annular body 111 in which a center of a relatively thin disc is drilled, and is determined according to the size of the cutout that the traction device 100 expands. It is preferable to use one whose inner opening has a diameter slightly larger than the size of the incision.
- FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing a detailed structure of the fixing part.
- a circular through hole 112 is formed in the center of the annular body 111.
- the shape of the through hole 112 is illustrated as being circular, but in some cases, may be an ellipse or a polygon.
- towing wing seating portion 113 On the surface of the annular body 111, several towing wing seating portion 113 is formed concave. Traction wing seat 113 is generally formed at regular intervals, but the interval may be irregular. And the towing wing seating portion 113, the fixing protrusion 114 is formed protruding. Concave grooves are formed on a surface opposite the through hole 112 of the fixing protrusion 114.
- the expansion part 120 made of a flexible material such as silicon has a shape extending substantially cylindrically under the ring-shaped upper ring 121.
- FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing the detailed structure of the extension.
- a skin opening 122 having a diameter similar to or slightly smaller than the through hole 112.
- the surgical tool may enter and exit through the through hole 112 and the epidermal opening 122.
- the towing blade 123 is a means for extending the epidermal opening 122 by pulling the extension 120 outward in a radial direction, so as to protrude radially by a constant length.
- the towing blade 123 is formed to the same size and spacing as the towing wing seating portion 113, and is fixed by the fixing protrusion 114 so that the retractable wing 123 is not returned to its original position.
- One or more fixing grooves 123a penetrate through the towing blade 123.
- the fixing protrusion 114 is inserted through the fixing groove 123a, and the fixing protrusion 114 and the fixing groove 123a are fixed so that the towing blade 123 is pulled outward.
- the fixing groove 123a is disposed in the longitudinal direction of the towing wing 123, that is, in the radial direction of the upper ring 121. The pulling degree of the towing blade 123 is changed depending on the position of the fixing groove 123a in which the fixing protrusion 114 is inserted.
- the fixing protrusion 114 When the fixing protrusion 114 is inserted into the innermost fixing groove 123a close to the center of the upper ring 121, the traction blade 123 is pulled farthest, so that the epidermal opening 122 is the largest open. On the contrary, when inserted into the outermost fixing groove 123a, the epidermal opening 122 is in a relatively small open state.
- the lower side of the inner edge of the upper ring 121 is formed with a side wall 124 extending downward.
- the side wall 124 and the upper ring 121 are integrally manufactured, and the side wall 124 forms a substantially cylindrical body.
- the side wall 124 becomes a portion that meets the epidermis 200 during surgery.
- the height of the sidewall 124 is approximately equal to or slightly larger than the epidermis 200.
- the lower ring 125 is formed at the bottom of the side wall 124. Since the lower ring 125 is also made integral with the side wall 124, the upper ring 121, the side wall 124, the lower ring 125, the traction wing 123 are all injection molded integrally.
- the lower ring 125 has a circumferential cross section of approximately circular to elliptical shape and is inserted into the underside of the epidermis 200 to prevent the extension 120 from escaping from the surgical site. To this end, the size of the lower ring 125 is slightly larger than the size of the cutout of the side wall 124.
- FIG. 9 is a side view illustrating a state in which the fixing unit and the expansion unit are combined.
- the expansion part 120 is inserted through the center through hole 112 of the fixing part 110.
- the fixing part 110 rises to approximately the same height as the upper ring 121, and the side wall 124 and the lower ring 125 are positioned below the through hole 112.
- the fixing part 110 is located directly below the towing wing 123.
- each towing blade 123 is placed on each towing wing seating portion 113.
- FIG. 10 is a side view showing a state in which the expansion portion is inserted into the incision of the epidermis
- FIG. 11 is a side view showing a state in which the fixing portion is inserted in a state in which the expansion portion is inserted in the incision
- FIG. It is a side view which shows.
- the extension 120 is inserted into a site where the epidermis 200 is cut for surgery. Since the expansion part 120 is made of a relatively flexible material, the lower ring 125 is slightly distorted to reduce the volume, and then placed under the cuticle 200 of the incision.
- the lower ring 125 is elongated, then slightly cut the epidermis 200 is inserted below.
- the lower ring 125 enters the bottom surface of the epidermis 200 while being slightly opened by elasticity. As a result, the extension 120 does not immediately exit to the outside.
- the through hole 112 of the fixing part 110 is slightly recessed by pulling the towing wing 123 of the expansion part 120 inward. Insert in.
- the fixing part 110 is towing wing 123 is located between the bottom surface and the surface of the epidermis 200.
- the expansion unit 120 can be opened out with an appropriate force.
- the incision may be extended by pulling the towing blades 123 located on the left and right sides of the center of the fixing part 110.
- the doctor conducting the surgery puts the surgical tool into the through hole 112 and the epidermal opening 122 to perform the procedure inside the incision.
- the towing blade 123 is lifted up to remove the fixing protrusion 114 inserted into the fixing groove 123a. Pulling out the fixing protrusion 114, the upper ring 121 is gathered inwardly while the incision is narrowed again. And the contrary to the previous to remove the fixing portion 110 by pulling the towing blades 123 of the expansion portion 120 inward, the lower ring 125 is removed from the underside of the epidermis, and the expansion portion 120 is removed Suture the incision.
