背景技术
现有技术下的晾衣机驱动装置结构设计过于复杂,且结构设计不合理,譬如,卷绳驱动装置单独安装,之后再与设置在卷绳驱动装置一旁的卷绳器相连接,且缺乏必要的控制晾衣机遇障碍停机的功能。此种结构设计的晾衣机驱动装置,各部件之间分布相对较为零散,不便于安装,容易受到电磁干扰的影响,因此可靠性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种布局合理且安全可靠的晾衣机驱动装置。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种晾衣机驱动装置,包括固定板,该晾衣机驱动装置还包括设置在所述固定板上的卷绳装置、设置在所述卷绳装置的两侧用于控制晾衣机遇障碍停机的微动开关装置、以及用于和所述微动开关装置及所述卷绳装置相连接的电控装置,所述卷绳装置包括卷绳驱动装置、套设于所述卷绳驱动装置外围的卷绳器、卡设于所述卷绳器的卷绳位的卡线器。
其中,所述卷绳位包括第一卷绳位和第二卷绳位,所述第一卷绳位和第二卷绳位的出绳端分别设置于所述卷绳装置的两侧。
其中,所述卡线器包括对应设置于所述第一卷绳位和第二卷绳位的第一卡线器和第二卡线器,所述第一卡线器和第二卡线器的横截面呈C形设置,且所述第一卡线器和第二卡线器的开口方向分别与所述第一卷绳位和第二卷绳位的出绳端方向一致。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种晾衣机驱动装置,其特征在于:所述微动开关装置包括水平架设于所述第一支撑壁和第二支撑壁之间的弹性杆、设置于所述第一支撑壁或第二支撑壁外侧壁的微动开关、以及勾设于所述弹性杆一端的上侧的第一拉簧和下侧的第二拉簧,所述弹性杆一端与所述微动开关相配合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种晾衣机驱动装置,其特征在于:所述第一支撑壁的外侧壁紧固有所述微动开关,且所述第一支撑壁贯穿设置有竖槽,所述竖槽与所述弹性杆一端相配合,且所述竖槽的上端设置有与所述弹性杆的一端相勾设的第一拉簧,所述竖槽的下端设置有与所述弹性杆的一端相勾设的第二拉簧,所述微动开关的一端设置有与所述弹性杆一端相配合的V字形开关夹。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种晾衣机驱动装置,其特征在于:所述第一拉簧的弹力与所述第二拉簧的弹力互不相等。
