一种手机充电器的绕线装置 技术领域
本申请涉及电子技术领域,特别是涉及一种手机充电器的绕线装置。
背景技术
随着电子技术的发展,使用手机的用户越来越多,手机电池中存储的电量有限,用户需要使用手机充电器对手机进行充电。
目前,手机充电器由电源适配器和数据线两部分组成,电源适配器通过USB(Universal Serial Bus,通用串行总线)接口与数据线连接。电源适配器将220V高电压交流电转换为5V低电压直流电,并通过数据线将电能传导至手机充电接口,实现对手机充电。
为了扩大手机充电时的移动范围,数据线往往较长。在携带过程中,数据线会与其他物体无序的缠绕到一起。因此,在充电之前,需要用户将数据线和其他物体分离,降低了取用手机充电器的效率。
总之,需要本领域技术人员亟待解决的技术问题就是:如何防止手机数据线与其他物体无序的缠绕到一起,提高取用手机充电器的效率。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种手机充电器的绕线装置,用以解决防止手机数据线与其他物体无序的缠绕到一起,提高取用手机充电器的效率的技术问题。
为了解决上述问题,本申请实施例公开了一种手机充电器的绕线装置,包括:
手机电源适配器外壳具有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有软胶;
所述软胶的外侧设置有固定手机数据线的卡线槽。
优选地,所述软胶为热电塑料聚氨酯橡胶TUP软胶。
优选地,所述软胶注塑于所述凹槽内。
优选地,所述手机电源适配器外壳为四方柱形,具有四个转角。
优选地,任意一个所述转角具有所述凹槽,所述凹槽内注塑有所述软胶。
优选地,任意不相邻的两个所述转角具有所述凹槽,所述凹槽内注塑有所述软胶。
优选地,任意三个所述转角具有所述凹槽,所述凹槽内注塑有所述软胶。
优选地,四个所述转角都具有所述凹槽,所述凹槽内注塑有所述软胶。
优选地,所述软胶的外侧设置有至少两个卡线槽。
优选地,两个所述卡线槽分别设置于所述软胶的两端。
本申请实施例提供了一种手机充电器的绕线装置,由于手机电源适配器外壳具有凹槽,有效的避让了手机电源适配器的内部主板空间,从而保证手机电源适配器的体积不会增大;凹槽内设置有软胶,软胶的外侧设置有固定手机数据线的卡线槽,从而可以将手机数据线有序缠绕并固定在手机电源适配器外壳上,不会再与其他物体无序的缠绕到一起,提高取用手机充电器的效率。

本申请实施例提供了一种手机充电器的绕线装置,如图1-5所示,包括:手机电源适配器外壳1具有凹槽,凹槽内设置有软胶2;软胶的外侧设置有固定手机数据线的卡线槽3。
需要进行说明的是,手机电源适配器外壳为四方柱形,具有四个转角。当然,手机电源适配器外壳也可以为其他形状,例如:球形、圆柱形等等;只是四方柱形为目前市场上较为常见的手机电源适配器外壳形状。
在图1-4中示意的是手机电源适配器外壳的一个转角具有凹槽,凹槽内注塑有软胶,软胶的外侧设置有固定手机数据线的卡线槽。
在本申请实施例中,也可以是手机电源适配器外壳的至少一个转角可以具有凹槽,则存在以下几种情况:
任意一个转角具有凹槽,凹槽内注塑有软胶;
任意不相邻的两个转角具有凹槽,凹槽内注塑有软胶;
任意三个转角具有凹槽,凹槽内注塑有软胶;
四个转角都具有凹槽,凹槽内注塑有软胶。
在任意一个转角处设置凹槽,可以防止凹槽占据内部主板空间,保证手 机电源适配器外壳与现有的手机电源适配器外壳的体积相同,不增大手机电源适配器外壳的体积;而在多个转角处设置凹槽,不但可以增大软胶与手机数据线的摩擦面积,而且可以增多固定手机数据线的卡线槽的数量,从而提高固定手机数据线的能力。
在本申请实施例中,为了能方便的将手机数据线卡入卡线槽中,或从卡线槽中轻松取出手机数据线,软胶可以为TPU(Thermo Plastic Urethane,热电塑料聚氨酯橡胶)软胶。TPU软胶具有弹性高、热塑性好,价格低廉、防火阻燃等优点。
在本申请实施例中,软胶注塑于凹槽内。在实际生产中,可以通过双料注塑技术,同时注塑手机电源适配器外壳和TUP软胶,将TUP软胶与手机电源适配器外壳融为一体,保证TUP软胶与手机电源适配器外壳的附着稳定性,并且制作出来的手机充电器较为美观。
需要进行说明的是,软胶不与凹槽接触的一侧为外侧,软胶的外侧可以设置有至少两个卡线槽,两个卡线槽分别设置于软胶的两端,用以固定手机数据线的两端。
图6为本申请实施例提供的一种绕线示意图。
如图6所示,在缠绕手机数据线时,需要先将手机数据线卡入软胶上端的卡线槽3中,再将数据线缠绕在手机电源适配器外壳1上,最终将手机数据线卡入软胶下端的卡线槽3中,实现将手机数据线缠绕在手机电源适配器外壳上。
需要进行说明的是,上述手机数据线的横截面为圆形,也可以是接近圆形的形状。
通过本申请实施例提供的一种手机充电器的绕线装置,由于手机电源适配器外壳具有凹槽,有效的避让了手机电源适配器的内部主板空间,从而保证手机电源适配器的体积不会增大;凹槽内设置有软胶,软胶的外侧设置有固定手机数据线的卡线槽,从而可以将手机数据线有序缠绕并固定在手机电源适配器外壳上,不会再与其他物体无序的缠绕到一起,提高取用手机充电器的效率。

  1. 一种手机充电器的绕线装置,其特征在于,包括:手机电源适配器外壳具有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有软胶;
    所述软胶的外侧设置有固定手机数据线的卡线槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述软胶为热电塑料聚氨酯橡胶TUP软胶。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述软胶注塑于所述凹槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述手机电源适配器外壳为四方柱形,具有四个转角。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,任意一个所述转角具有所述凹槽,所述凹槽内注塑有所述软胶。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,任意不相邻的两个所述转角具有所述凹槽,所述凹槽内注塑有所述软胶。
