Abstract
一种支付方法、支付装置和终端,其中,所述支付方法包括:接收来自发送方终端的采集的当前生物识别信息和支付信息(302);将所述当前生物识别信息与所述发送方终端的鉴权生物识别信息进行匹配(304);当所述当前生物识别信息与所述鉴权生物识别信息匹配时,根据接收到的支付指令进行支付(306)。通过接收方终端识别发送方终端的用户的当前生物识别信息可以准确地确定发送支付信息的用户是否为合法用户,从而有效地避免了接收方终端为非法用户支付,进而避免了给接收方终端的用户带来经济损失。
Description
本发明涉及终端技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种用于接收方终端的支付方法、一种支付装置、一种终端、用于发送方终端的支付方法、一种支付装置、一种终端和一种支付系统。
如图1所示,发送方终端在请求接收方终端代其支付时,发送方终端的支付界面中显示有选择好友的账户,即选择接收方终端的用户的账户,在发送方终端选择后,如图2所示,在接收方终端的支付界面上显示有发送方终端的支付信息,接收方终端可以根据支付信息代发送方终端进行支付。但是,相关技术中的代支付方案中,接收方终端的用户不能有效地识别出发送方终端的用户是否为发送方终端的合法用户,因此,在发送方终端的用户在账号被盗时非法用户使用其账号进行非法操作,导致给接收方终端的用户带来一定的经济损失。
因此,在发送方终端在向接收方终端发送代发送方终端进行支付的请求时,如何使接收方终端的用户准确有效地识别出发送方终端的用户是否为合法用户,从而避免接收方终端的用户为非法用户进行支付成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明正是基于上述问题,提出了一种新的技术方案,通过接收方终端识别发送方终端的用户的当前生物识别信息可以准确地确定发送支付信息的用户是否为合法用户,从而有效地避免了接收方终端为非法用户进行支付,进而避免了给接收方终端的用户带来经济损失。
有鉴于此,本发明的第一方面提出了一种支付方法,用于接收方终
端,包括:接收来自发送方终端的采集的当前生物识别信息和支付信息;将所述当前生物识别信息与所述发送方终端的鉴权生物识别信息进行匹配;当所述当前生物识别信息与所述鉴权生物识别信息匹配时,根据接收到的支付指令进行支付。
在该技术方案中,当接收到来自发送方终端的当前生物识别信息和支付信息时,即在接收到来自发送方终端的代发送方终端进行支付的请求时,通过对发送方终端的用户的当前生物识别信息与发送方终端的合法用户的鉴权生物识别信息进行匹配来判断发送支付信息的用户是否为合法用户,当判定当前生物识别信息与鉴权生物识别信息匹配时,确定该支付信息是合法用户发送的,即发送方终端发送的支付信息是安全可靠的,则接收方终端可以代发送方终端进行支付,从而有效地避免了接收方终端为非法用户支付,进而避免了给接收方终端的用户带来经济损失,提升了用户体验。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述支付信息包括所述发送方终端的用户的个人信息;以及在所述将所述生物识别信息与所述发送方终端的鉴权生物识别信息进行匹配的步骤之前,包括:在预存储的至少一个生物识别信息中获取与所述个人信息对应的生物识别信息并作为所述鉴权生物识别信息。
在该技术方案中,通过在预存储的至少一个生物识别信息中获取与支付信息中的个人信息对应的生物识别信息并作为鉴权生物识别信息,由于个人信息为发送方终端的合法用户的信息,从而可以根据鉴权生物识别信息快速、准确地确定发送支付信息的用户是否为合法用户。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,还包括:当所述当前生物识别信息与所述鉴权生物识别信息不匹配时,禁止根据所述支付信息进行支付,并提示所述接收方终端的用户。
在该技术方案中,若当前生物识别信息与鉴权生物识别信息不匹配,说明通过发送方终端发送支付信息的用户为非法用户,即该支付信息是不安全、不可信任的,则禁止接收方终端代发送方终端进行支付,并提示接收方终端的用户,例如提示接收方终端的用户该支付信息是不安全的,从
而避免给接收方终端的用户带来经济损失。

本发明的第二方面提出了一种支付装置,用于接收方终端,包括:接收单元,用于接收来自发送方终端的采集的当前生物识别信息和支付信息;匹配单元,用于将所述当前生物识别信息与所述发送方终端的鉴权生物识别信息进行匹配;支付单元,用于当所述当前生物识别信息与所述鉴权生物识别信息匹配时,根据接收到的支付指令进行支付。

通过本发明的技术方案,通过接收方终端识别发送方终端的用户的当前生物识别信息可以准确地确定发送支付信息的用户是否为合法用户,从而有效地避免了接收方终端为非法用户进行支付,进而避免了给接收方终端的用户带来经济损失。

如图10所示,根据本发明的另一个实施例的支付系统1000,包括发送方终端1002和接收方终端1004,发送方终端1002包括第一数据模块10022,用于启动发送方终端1002的代支付模式,采集发送方终端1002的用户的当前指纹信息(当前生物识别信息),将当前指纹信息和支付信息写入到交易列表中,其中,支付信息包括发送方终端1002的合法用户的个人信息,将该交易列表发送至接收方终端1004。另外,接收方终端1004包括第二数据模块10042、鉴权模块10044和处理模块10046,第二数据模块10042用于打开发送方终端1002发来的交易列表,并获取该交易列表中的当前指纹信息;鉴权模块10044,用于在预存储的至少一个指纹信息(至少一个生物识别信息)中获取与发送方终端1002的个人信息对应的鉴权指纹信息(鉴权生物识别信息),并对当前指纹信息和鉴权指纹信息进行匹配,若两者匹配则说明发送方终端1002的用户为合法用户,否则说明发送方终端1002的用户为非法用户;处理模块10046,用
于在识别发送方终端1002的用户为合法用户时,若接收到用户输入的正确的支付密码时,根据支付信息进行支付,另外,处理模块10046还用于获取发送方终端1002的合法用户的鉴权指纹信息,并将该鉴权指纹信息和发送方终端1002的合法用户进行对应存储。

下面结合图11至图13详细说明本发明的技术方案:
如图11所示,在发送方终端请求接收方终端代发送方终端支付时,在发送方终端的支付界面上除输入接收方终端的用户账号、验证码或者给接收方终端的用户留言之外,还采集发送方终端的用户的当前指纹信息(当前生物识别信息),以将当前指纹信息和支付信息共同发送至接收方终端,其中,支付信息中包括有发送方终端的用户的个人信息,以供接收方终端识别发送方终端的用户是否为合法用户。
如图12所示,在接收方终端接收到来自发送方终端的当前指纹信息和支付信息时,在预存储的至少一个指纹信息中获取与个人信息对应的鉴权指纹信息,并对当前指纹信息与鉴权指纹信息进行匹配,以确定接收方终端的用户是否为合法用户。
如图13所示,在确定接收方终端的用户为合法用户时,在接收方终端的支付界面中进行显示,以提示用户该支付信息为安全、可信任的支付信息。例如,在接收方终端的显示界面上提示“经过指纹对比,确认张三为其本人”,从而使接收方终端的用户可以进行安全支付。
以上结合附图详细说明了本发明的技术方案,通过接收方终端识别发送方终端的用户的当前生物识别信息可以准确地确定发送支付信息的用户是否为合法用户,从而有效地避免了接收方终端为非法用户支付,进而避免了给接收方终端的用户带来经济损失。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精

Claims (17)
- 一种支付方法,用于接收方终端,其特征在于,包括:接收来自发送方终端的采集的当前生物识别信息和支付信息;将所述当前生物识别信息与所述发送方终端的鉴权生物识别信息进行匹配;当所述当前生物识别信息与所述鉴权生物识别信息匹配时,根据接收到的支付指令进行支付。
- 根据权利要求1所述的支付方法,其特征在于,所述支付信息包括所述发送方终端的用户的个人信息;以及在所述将所述生物识别信息与所述发送方终端的鉴权生物识别信息进行匹配的步骤之前,包括:在预存储的至少一个生物识别信息中获取与所述个人信息对应的生物识别信息并作为所述鉴权生物识别信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的支付方法,其特征在于,还包括:当所述当前生物识别信息与所述鉴权生物识别信息不匹配时,禁止根据所述支付信息进行支付,并提示所述接收方终端的用户。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的支付方法,其特征在于,所述当前生物识别信息和所述鉴权生物识别信息包括以下之一或其组合:指纹识别信息、声音识别信息、虹膜识别信息和面部识别信息。
- 一种支付装置,用于接收方终端,其特征在于,包括:接收单元,用于接收来自发送方终端的采集的当前生物识别信息和支付信息;匹配单元,用于将所述当前生物识别信息与所述发送方终端的鉴权生物识别信息进行匹配;支付单元,用于当所述当前生物识别信息与所述鉴权生物识别信息匹配时,根据接收到的支付指令进行支付。
- 根据权利要求5所述的支付装置,其特征在于,所述支付信息包括所述发送方终端的用户的个人信息;以及还包括:获取单元,用于在预存储的至少一个生物识别信息中获取与所述个人 信息对应的生物识别信息并作为所述鉴权生物识别信息。
- 根据权利要求5所述的支付装置,其特征在于,还包括:执行单元,用于当所述当前生物识别信息与所述鉴权生物识别信息不匹配时,禁止根据所述支付信息进行支付,并提示所述接收方终端的用户。
- 根据权利要求5至7中任一项所述的支付装置,其特征在于,所述当前生物识别信息和所述鉴权生物识别信息包括以下之一或其组合:指纹识别信息、声音识别信息、虹膜识别信息和面部识别信息。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求5至8中任一项所述的支付装置。
- 一种支付方法,用于发送方终端,其特征在于,包括:采集所述发送方终端的用户的当前生物识别信息;将所述当前生物识别信息和支付信息发送至接收方终端,以供所述接收方终端根据所述当前生物识别信息确定是否进行支付。
- 根据权利要求10所述的支付方法,其特征在于,在所述采集所述发送方终端的用户的当前生物识别信息的步骤之前,包括:开启所述发送方终端的代支付模式。
- 根据权利要求10或11所述的支付方法,其特征在于,所述当前生物识别信息包括以下之一或其组合:指纹识别信息、声音识别信息、虹膜识别信息和面部识别信息。
- 一种支付装置,用于发送方终端,其特征在于,包括:采集单元,用于采集所述发送方终端的用户的当前生物识别信息;发送单元,用于将所述当前生物识别信息和支付信息发送至接收方终端,以供所述接收方终端根据所述生物识别信息确定是否进行支付。
- 根据权利要求13所述的支付装置,其特征在于,还包括:开启单元,用于开启所述发送方终端的代支付模式。
- 根据权利要求13或14所述的支付装置,其特征在于,所述当前生物识别信息包括以下之一或其组合:指纹识别信息、声音识别信息、虹膜识别信息和面部识别信息。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求13至15中任一项所述的支付装置。
- 一种支付系统,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求9所述的终端;如权利要求16所述的终端,连接至如权利要求9所述的终端。
