Description

园林用辅助松土滴灌装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种滴灌装置,更确切的说是一种园林用辅助松土滴灌装置。
背景技术
滴灌是是目前干旱缺水地区最有效的一种节水灌溉方式,水的利用率可达95%。滴灌较喷灌具有更高的节水增产效果,同时可以结合施肥,提高肥效一倍以上。可适用于果树、蔬菜、经济作物以及温室大棚灌溉,在干旱缺水的地方也可用于大田作物灌溉。其不足之处是滴头易结垢和堵塞,因此应对水源进行严格的过滤处理。
现有的滴灌装置在对干结的土壤进行滴灌时,水滴往往不能快速渗入土壤中,容易形成地表径流,大大降低了滴灌效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种园林用辅助松土滴灌装置,能够解决上述的问题。
本发明为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:
园林用辅助松土滴灌装置,包括底座,底座上部分别安装支架和水箱,支架的上部一侧安装喷嘴,水箱的上部安装水泵,水泵上安装连接管,连 接管的一端连接喷嘴,底座的侧部安装弹簧,弹簧的一端连接底座,弹簧的另一端连接不锈钢网,不锈钢网的上部安装振动电机和固定壳,固定壳套在振动电机上,不锈钢网的下侧安装数个不锈钢钉。
为了进一步实现本发明的目的,还可以采用以下技术方案:所述底座的下部安装数个锚钉。所述底座的上部安装配重。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的不锈钢网可以在振动电机的带动下振动,进而带动不锈钢钉振动,振动的不锈钢钉可以在插入土壤后对土壤进行松解,使干结的土壤可以快速渗入水滴,从而避免了水滴无法渗入土壤时形成地表径流,大大提高了滴灌效率。本发明的不锈钢网本身可以透过水,同时不锈钢网有足够的刚性可以将振动电机的振动传导到不锈钢钉上。本发明的固定壳可以防止飞溅的液滴进入振动电机内部,避免振动电机生锈。本发明的水泵可以将水箱内的水泵入到喷嘴中,实现滴灌操作。本发明的弹簧在可以将不锈钢网和底座连接的同时可以避免振动电机的振动过多地传导到底座上。本发明还具有结构简洁紧凑、制造成本低廉和使用简便的优点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
园林用辅助松土滴灌装置,如图1所示,包括底座8,底座8上部分别安装支架3和水箱4,支架3的上部一侧安装喷嘴1,水箱4的上部安装水泵5,水泵5上安装连接管2,连接管2的一端连接喷嘴1,底座8的侧部安装弹簧7,弹簧7的一端连接底座8,弹簧7的另一端连接不锈钢网11,不锈钢网11的上部安装振动电机10和固定壳9,固定壳9套在振动电机10上,不锈钢网11的下侧安装数个不锈钢钉13。
本发明的不锈钢网11可以在振动电机10的带动下振动,进而带动不锈钢钉13振动,振动的不锈钢钉13可以在插入土壤后对土壤进行松解,使干结的土壤可以快速渗入水滴,从而避免了水滴无法渗入土壤时形成地表径流,大大提高了滴灌效率。本发明的不锈钢网11本身可以透过水,同时不锈钢网11有足够的刚性可以将振动电机10的振动传导到不锈钢钉13上。本发明的固定壳9可以防止飞溅的液滴进入振动电机10内部,避免振动电机10生锈。本发明的水泵5可以将水箱4内的水泵入到喷嘴1中,实现滴灌操作。本发明的弹簧7在可以将不锈钢网11和底座8连接的同时可以避免振动电机10的振动过多地传导到底座8上。
所述底座8的下部安装数个锚钉12。本发明的锚钉12可以使底座8与土壤地面实现牢固连接,避免底座8出现滑动。
所述底座8的上部安装配重6。本发明的配重6可以提高园林用辅助松土滴灌装置的稳定性。

  1. 园林用辅助松土滴灌装置,其特征在于:包括底座(8),底座(8)上部分别安装支架(3)和水箱(4),支架(3)的上部一侧安装喷嘴(1),水箱(4)的上部安装水泵(5),水泵(5)上安装连接管(2),连接管(2)的一端连接喷嘴(1),底座(8)的侧部安装弹簧(7),弹簧(7)的一端连接底座(8),弹簧(7)的另一端连接不锈钢网(11),不锈钢网(11)的上部安装振动电机(10)和固定壳(9),固定壳(9)套在振动电机(10)上,不锈钢网(11)的下侧安装数个不锈钢钉(13)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的园林用辅助松土滴灌装置,其特征在于:所述底座(8)的下部安装数个锚钉(12)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的园林用辅助松土滴灌装置,其特征在于:所述底座(8)的上部安装配重(6)。
