一种尿布报警器,包括壳体、安装于壳体内的电路板(3)、用于可拆卸地连接尿布传感器的连接机构,壳体包括一个具有容纳腔(11)的板体(1)、一端具有向下的凹弧面(21)的主盖(2)和一端具有凸轮面(41)的副盖(4),容纳腔(11)的口部设置于该板体(1)的一个板面,主盖(2)和副盖(4)并排地设置于容纳腔(11)的口部,且使该凸轮面(41)与该凹弧面(21)滑动接触,副盖(4)的底部设置斜槽(42),斜槽(42)内安装金属轴(5),金属轴(5)的两端弯折后销接于板体或电路板(3),将副盖(4)限制于容纳腔(11)口部只有在外力作用下才可转动;连接机构包括设置于电路板(3)的连接电极(31)、以及设置于副盖(4)下表面的若干短销(43),连接电极(31)处于副盖(4)下方且与若干短销(43)相对应。其能够方便、快速、可靠地将尿布传感器与尿布报警器可拆卸地连接。

Description

尿布报警器 技术领域
本发明涉及智能尿布,更具体地说,涉及智能尿布的尿布报警器。
背景技术
本发明所述的尿布泛指各种纸尿布和纸尿裤。纸尿布及纸尿裤由于具有使用方便的特点,已越来越多地被使用,成为婴儿及老人常用的日用品。但是传统的尿布无法从外表来判断佩戴者是否已经排便,需要看护者经常观察,而且经常会造成未及时更换尿布而导致佩戴者不适的情况。通过在尿布设置传感器,当佩戴者排便后发出报警信号提示看护者,从而能够克服上述问题。
由于电路部分(即尿布报警器,或通信触发装置)成本较高,而尿布通常为一次性用品,如果将传感器和电路部分做为一体,则存在以下缺陷:1、如果使用一次后随尿布一同扔掉则使用成本非常高昂,2、如果使用后将其从尿布上拆下清洗后再用则存在清洗难的缺陷。为解决上述问题,可以将传感器和电路部分采用分体式设计,传感器和电路部分分别粘贴在尿布表面,再用可拆卸的连接方式将二者电连接在一起,这样价格低的传感器和尿布一样作为一次性用品,而成本较高的电路部分可以重复使用。
但是,由于尿布传感器通常采用布基或纸基等,比较柔软,而且整体呈带状,厚度非常薄(通常小于1mm),易弯曲,如果采用常用的可拆卸连接方式(如插接等),则存在连接困难和连接不可靠的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种尿布报警器,以解决上述的尿布传感器和尿布报警器进行可拆卸连接时存在的连接困难和连接不可靠的技术问题。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:
一种尿布报警器,包括壳体以及安装于壳体内的电路板,还包括用于可拆卸地连接尿布传感器的连接机构,其中:所述壳体包括一个具有容纳腔的板体、一端具有向下的凹弧面的主盖和一端具有凸轮面的副盖,所述容纳腔的口部设置于 所述板体的一个板面,所述主盖和副盖并排地设置于所述容纳腔的口部,且使所述凸轮面与所述凹弧面滑动接触,所述副盖的底部设置斜槽,斜槽内安装金属轴,金属轴的两端弯折后销接于所述板体或电路板,将副盖限制于容纳腔口部只有在外力作用下才可转动;所述连接机构包括设置于所述电路板的连接电极、以及设置于副盖下表面的若干短销,所述连接电极处于所述副盖下方且与所述若干短销相对应。
当使用时,翻转副盖,使所述容纳腔的一部分被打开,露出连接电极,将尿布传感器一端伸入所述容纳腔,将尿布传感器上的导电连接部一一对应地覆盖于电路板上的连接电极上,然后反向翻转副盖,关闭所述容纳腔,此时,副盖上的短销触压尿布传感器上的导电连接部使其与电路板上的连接电极可靠连接,并且,在金属轴拉力的作用下、以及所述凸轮面和所述凹弧面的作用下,副盖被限制于容纳腔口部只有在外力作用下才可转动,从而将副盖保持在关闭状态。
优选地,所述电路板设置有三个连接电极,所述副盖上有三组短销,三组短销与所述三个连接电极一一对应。
优选地,所述板体的一个端部设置供尿布传感器穿过的长孔。
优选地,所述容纳腔的宽度与尿布传感器的宽度相适配。
优选地,所述若干短销具有弹性。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
由于采用了上述连接机构及壳体,能够方便、快速、可靠地将尿布传感器与尿布报警器可拆卸地连接。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
图1-7中示意性地表示了尿布报警器的一些实施例的结构。如图1-7所示,一些实施例的尿布报警器包括:壳体以及安装于壳体内的电路板3,还包括用于可拆卸地连接尿布传感器的连接机构。所述壳体包括一个具有容纳腔11的板体1、一端具有向下的凹弧面21的主盖2、以及一端具有凸轮面41的副盖4。容纳腔11的口部设置于板体1的一个板面,主盖2和副盖4并排地设置于容纳腔11的口部,且使所述凸轮面41与所述凹弧面21滑动接触。副盖4的底部设置斜槽42,斜槽42内安装金属轴5,金属轴5的末端弯折后销接于电路板3,从而将副盖4限制于容纳腔11口部只有在外力作用下才可转动。所述连接机构包括设置于电路板3的连接电极31、以及设置于副盖4下表面的若干短销43,所述连接电极31处于所述副盖4下方且与所述若干短销43相对应。可以理解地,金属轴5的末端也可以与所述板体1销接。
当使用时,翻转副盖4,使所述容纳腔11的一部分被打开,露出连接电极31,再将尿布传感器一端伸入容纳腔11,使尿布传感器上的导电连接部一一对应地覆盖于电路板3上的连接电极31上,然后反向翻转副盖4,关闭所述容纳腔11,此时,副盖4上的短销43触压尿布传感器上的导电连接部使其与电路板3上的连接电极31可靠连接,并且,在金属轴5拉力的作用下、以及所述凸轮面41和所述凹弧面21的作用下,副盖4被限制于容纳腔11口部只有在外力作用下才可转动,从而将副盖4保持在关闭状态。当需要将尿布报警器和尿布传感器分开时,只需翻转副盖4,即可从尿布报警器取下尿布传感器。可见,能够方便、快速、可靠地将尿布传感器与尿布报警器连接和拆卸。
进一步,电路板3设置有三个连接电极31,所述副盖4上有三组短销43,具体在图5中上边的一个短销43为一组,中间的两个短销43为一组,下边的一个短销43为一组,三组短销43与所述三个连接电极31一一对应,从而能够保证三个连接电极31与尿布传感器上的三个导电连接部均可靠连接。这种情况下,尿布传感器具有三个检测电极,不但能够检测到佩戴者是否排便,而且能够区分大便和小便。
可以通过容纳腔11的宽度实现尿布传感器快速定位,具体地说,是使容纳 腔11的宽度与尿布传感器的宽度相适配。
进一步地,若干短销43具有弹性。
图8示出了在另一些实施例中构成壳体的板体1的结构。如图8所示,该板体1的一个端部设置供尿布传感器穿过的长孔12。连接时,尿布传感器的连接端穿过该长孔12后伸入容纳腔11,与电路板3上的连接电极31连接,通过该长孔12也可以实现尿布传感器的快速定位。
以上结合具体的实施例对本发明做了比较详细的说明,但这些具体的说明不应理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的说明还可以做出其它的修饰或等同替换等。本发明的保护范围以权利要求书为准。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种尿布报警器,包括壳体以及安装于壳体内的电路板,还包括用于可拆卸地连接尿布传感器的连接机构,其特征在于:
    所述壳体包括一个具有容纳腔(11)的板体(1)、一端具有向下的凹弧面(21)的主盖(2)和一端具有凸轮面(41)的副盖(4),所述容纳腔的口部设置于所述板体(1)的一个板面,所述主盖(2)和副盖(4)并排地设置于所述容纳腔的口部,且使所述凸轮面与所述凹弧面滑动接触,所述副盖的底部设置斜槽(42),斜槽内安装金属轴(5),金属轴的两端弯折后销接于所述板体(1)或电路板,将副盖(4)限制于容纳腔口部只有在外力作用下才可转动;
    所述连接机构包括设置于所述电路板(3)的连接电极(31)、以及设置于副盖(4)下表面的若干短销(43),所述连接电极处于所述副盖下方且与所述若干短销相对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的尿布报警器,其特征在于:所述电路板(3)设置有三个连接电极(31),所述副盖(4)上有三组短销(43),三组短销与所述三个连接电极一一对应。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的尿布报警器,其特征在于:所述板体(1)的一个端部设置供尿布传感器穿过的长孔(12)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的尿布报警器,其特征在于:所述容纳腔(11)的宽度与尿布传感器的宽度相适配。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的尿布报警器,其特征在于:所述若干短销(43)具有弹性。
